Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to improve the skills of SMK 3 Cikini College students in online media production. The implementation method includes technical training ranging from pre-production to post-production of digital content. The results of the activity showed an improvement in students' skills in producing quality online media content, with a sustainability impact in supporting students' abilities in the digital era.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas strategi komunikasi efektif yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan yang positif dengan stakeholder korporat dan politik. Komunikasi yang efektif menjadi semakin penting dalam konteks bisnis yang kompleks, di mana hubungan yang baik dengan stakeholder dapat mendukung keberhasilan operasional dan memperkuat reputasi perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi komunikasi yang paling efektif dalam menjalin hubungan yang saling menguntungkan antara perusahaan dan pemangku kepentingan, khususnya di ranah korporat dan politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, dengan sumber data berupa penelitian dalam rentang waktu 2015 hingga 2024 yang diidentifikasi berdasarkan kata kunci "stakeholder politik" dan "stakeholder korporat." Hasil kajian literatur menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang berhasil mencakup transparansi, konsistensi pesan, dan adaptasi budaya komunikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi stakeholder. Selain itu, pemanfaatan media digital serta pengembangan komunikasi dua arah juga terbukti berperan penting dalam memperkuat hubungan yang saling menguntungkan. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi yang strategis dan terencana tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan stakeholder tetapi juga membantu perusahaan mencapai tujuan jangka panjang.

Abstract

The demographic bonus is a phenomenon where a country has a population of productive age that is greater than the population of non-productive age. However, to optimize the potential for a demographic bonus, effective management of change communication messages is needed to build positive perceptions among the public. This research aims to analyze and understand how management of change communication messages can play a role in building positive perceptions about the demographic bonus. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through literature written by communication experts, practitioners and related stakeholders. Apart from that, document analysis and literature studies were also carried out to obtain relevant information. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide better insight and understanding of the importance of managing change communication messages in building positive perceptions about the demographic bonus. Apart from that, it is also hoped that this research can provide practical recommendations in developing effective communication strategies to increase public understanding and participation regarding the demographic bonus. It is hoped that the conclusions of this research can contribute to stakeholders, government and society in optimizing the potential for demographic bonuses effectively and sustainably. With good management of change communication messages, it is hoped that positive perceptions about the demographic bonus can be formed and the public can better understand and support the change efforts needed to make optimal use of the demographic bonus.

Abstract

The research purpose is to explore the of thesis guidance meaning management in communication studies programs that combined with interpersonal strategies, and to unite the interrelationships between the interpersonal communication process and the coordination of meaning management. The research method is qualitative method with a constructivist paradigm with a case study research method. The research was conducted on three campuses in Jakarta: Mpu Tantular University, Surya University and IBI Kosgoro 1957. The results showed that interpersonal communication strategies in a thesis guidance managed by interpersonal relationship approaches. It formed coordination of meaning through: openness, empathy, positiviness, supportiveness, and equality.

Abstract

This study aims to show the effectiveness of the communication styles of Ustadz Abdul Somad (UAS) and Ustadz Adi Hidayat (UAH) through the lens of Aristotle’s persuasion theory, as well as to compare both based on the concepts of ethos, pathos, and logos. Adopting a constructivist paradigm, the study employs a communication and sermon science approach, utilizing a case study method. Data was collected through a review of digital media documentation and analyzed inductively using a thematic approach, including data coding, theme identification, and narrative construction. The findings reveal that UAS is more straightforward and simple in terms of logos in delivering its message, while UAH adopts a more analytical and comprehensive approach. Regarding pathos, UAS engages the audience emotionally through humor and light-hearted stories, while UAH encourages deeper reflection with real-life examples. Regarding ethos, both Ustadz holds high credibility, with UAS being perceived as more approachable, while UAH is seen as more academic. UAS’s communication style is more effective for a broad audience, utilizing an interactive and simple approach. In contrast, UAH’s style is more effective for an audience seeking in-depth understanding through an academic and introspective approach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the role of parents and teachers in instilling independent characters in children, (2) the obstacles faced in instilling independent characters in children. This research was conducted at RA An Nur Medan, with the research method used was qualitative with a descriptive study approach. The research participants were teachers, parents, students, and school principals. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) the role of parents in instilling independent characters can be seen from parents who are invited to participate in instilling various kinds of good characters in students, including independent characters. This is even more so during the distance learning period that has been affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. The collaboration referred to in this case is not limited to supervising student activities while at home, but more than that. In the process of internalizing the independent character, parents are invited to participate as non-formal teachers who familiarize Ana to be able to independently carry out various activities, especially activities related to children's affairs and individuals. (2) the teacher's role in instilling independent character can be seen from several steps that the teacher teaches students, namely: character selection, practice, habituation, and example. (3) Obstacles faced by teachers and parents in instilling independent character in early childhood at RA An Nur Medan are lack of parental enthusiasm, lack of supervision, psychological disorders of children

Abstract

This study was motivated by the need to strengthen Islamic character education among madrasah students, especially amid the challenges of globalization that often weaken the moral values of adolescents. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the principles of behaviorism in strengthening Islamic character at MTs PAB VI Helvetia; (2) to identify the forms of reinforcement used by teachers; and (3) to analyze their effectiveness. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method, through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of behaviorism principles has proven effective in shaping students' Islamic character. Stimulus-response practices are manifested in teachers' role modeling and religious habits, reinforcement is applied in the form of praise and educational reprimands, while conditioning is evident through religious routines and Islamic social interactions. The study's conclusions emphasize the importance of consistency, teacher modeling, and family support. The implications of this research are the need for synergy between schools, families, and communities in strengthening the continuous development of noble character among students.

Abstract

The Inter-cultural communication is expected to inspire business opportunities and cross cultural communication. The main objection is the mind set changing of students at SDN Lenteng Agung 11 and IBI Kosgoro 1957 students for their professional career in the future. The other aim is to broaden local horizons into global ones. The inter-cultural communication has strategic potential to inspire Indonesian students to see wider business opportunities with more innovative and creatively. It is expected to lead the entrepreneurship enhancement. The method is counseling with the participatory observation combining. The result showed that the student’s entrepreneurship insight appearanced based on the various professions of Korean guests. The developed, high-income country, Korea rely its economic on private sector. Intercultural communication is expected to inspire Indonesian students to build businesses based on creative ideas based on Korea culture. Through this activity, there is mind set changing and increase business self-confidence among Indonesian students.

Abstract

The problem is the construction of social reality in formulating AIEP (Adjusted Individual Educational Program) and making AIEP as a more objective, adaptive and realistic representation of coordination as a communication media for schools, parents and stakeholders. The method is descriptive qualitative. The result showed that the application of the concept of AEIP is very useful because it can accommodate various needs of students. It is no longer appropriate to apply the same assessment tools to all students because they have different abilities and needs. On the other hand, there is urgency to the case of students with special needs who choose to study in public schools. These students need their own assessment tools because they have unique abilities and are not owned by the average normal student. One of the tools to assess students with special needs is to create an IEP program. Through IEP, teachers and other team members can create a special curriculum for these students, but still based on the school curriculum in general.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dampak adopsi teknologi digital dan pemasaran digital terhadap penjualan produk dan pendapatan pelaku usaha UMKM handycraft kayu jati di Ngawi, serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi UMKM lain yang menghadapi permasalahan yang sama. Penelitian mengunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi, dan data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif model Huberrman dan Milles. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya transformasi digital telah berhasil dilaksanakan. Penjualan melalui platform e-commerce telah mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar sampai tingkat Internasional. Strategi pemasaran digital juga telah dapat menargetkan audiens yang lebih spesifik, dan memberikan dampak positif pada peningkatan konversi penjualan produk hingga 40%. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa branding yang dibangun melalui media sosial telah berhasil menciptakan dan memperkuat posisi identitas merek handycraft kayu jati Ngawi di pasar yang kompetitif. Kini industri UMKM handycraft kayu jati Ngawi siap bersaing dengan produk handycraft kayu jati dari daerah lain.
