Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM di dusun Belar, desa Sukadana, kecamatan Pujut, kabupaten Lombok Tengah melalui inovasi kemasan yang lebih estetis dan fungsional. Mitra kegiatan adalah kelompok UMKM Bale Olahan Kuker Patcu yang memproduksi aneka kue kering seperti kue bawang, keciput, kaliadem, kacang telur, kuping gajah, pita, pusut, dan lidah kucing. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah adanya sisa minyak pada produk yang menurunkan kualitas kemasan dan minat beli konsumen, penggunaan kemasan sederhana berbahan plastik biasa tanpa label, serta masih menggunakan stapler untuk menutup plastik kemasan. Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi lima tahapan, yaitu, sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta keberlanjutan program. Inovasi teknologi yang diterapkan meliputi penggunaan mesin peniris minyak untuk mengurangi sisa minyak pada kue kering, pemilihan bahan kemasan yang cocok untuk kue kering seperti plastik PP atau HDPE dengan model polos atau zipper stand pouch, penerapan mesin vacuum sealer untuk menjaga kualitas dan daya simpan produk, serta pemberian desain label yang informatif dan profesional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan sisa minyak pada kue kering berkurang, kemasan yang digunakan lebih sesuai untuk kue kering, kemasan plastik tertutup lebih kuat dan rapi, serta label pada kemasan produk memberikan informasi penting bagi konsumen dan sebagai media promosi. Hasil kegiatan ini juga diharapkan meningkatkan kualitas produk agar penjualan meningkat dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan perempuan-perempuan anggota Bale Olahan Kuker Patcu.

Abstract

The urgency of this community service is a critical endeavor to empower local communities to maximize the potential of tourism by leveraging local wisdom and enhancing their economic capacity. The objective of this service is to enhance the management capabilities of the Tourism Awareness Group and to broaden the perspective of POKDARWIS WPJ members on homestays and accommodation in general. The objective is to convert homestays into accommodations that adhere to high-quality service standards through the implementation of continuous training and mentoring. The WPJ Tourism Awareness Group is expected to achieve the following objectives: the group will effectively manage and develop at least one homestay, as well as the group's organizational administration, all while preserving the economic potential of the local community as a source of sustainable income. Consequently, it is anticipated that this initiative will initiate a positive cascading effect that will extend beyond the accommodation sector to encompass the entire local tourism ecosystem.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase environmental awareness and strengthen the synergy between university students, the community, and the local government in maintaining the cleanliness of Loang Baloq Beach, one of the religious tourism icons in Mataram City. The activity was carried out through community clean-up programs, environmental education, and sustainable waste management campaigns.The results of the program show an 85% increase in local community participation in the beach clean-up activities, as well as the emergence of community initiatives to continue conducting monthly clean-up routines. The synergy among students, universities, local communities, and the government has proven effective in creating positive behavioral changes toward coastal environmental conservation. The Loang Baloq beach clean-up synergy involved the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the Indonesian Army (TNI AD), scout students, coastal communities, and university students.

Abstract

Kedai Kopi Titik Anggur, a potential micro-enterprise in Sesait Village, North Lombok, faces significant operational hurdles due to traditional manual production methods and a marketing scope confined strictly to the local vicinity. These limitations have resulted in inconsistent product quality and restricted sales growth. This community service program aims to elevate the partner's competitiveness through comprehensive production management optimization and digital marketing transformation. The implementation utilized a participatory approach encompassing five systematic stages: socialization, technical training, appropriate technology adoption, intensive mentoring, and impact evaluation. Technological interventions focused on standardizing quality through the deployment of automatic roasting machines with precision temperature control, digital grinders, and vacuum packaging to extend shelf life. Simultaneously, market expansion was driven by developing a private e-marketplace website integrated with digital payment systems and optimizing social media branding. The outcomes were substantial: daily production capacity surged by 50-60%, production lead time was reduced by 25%, and product quality inconsistency dropped by 30%. Economically, total sales volume grew by 28% within the first three months, with the newly established online channel contributing 35% to the revenue. These findings confirm that integrating modern production technology with digital marketing strategies effectively enhances operational efficiency, market access, and long-term business sustainability.
