Abstract

Physical activity habits in children aged 3-5 are built based on motor skills intervention. Gross motor activity can increase the ability to move and involve children in physical activities outside the room. This needs to be known about surveillance of physical and gross motor activities of children aged 3-5 years. This study correlated physical activity and gross motor skills in students at Kindergarten Hudan Cendikia with 20 subjects in Kindergarten A. Data were obtained from filling out physical activity questionnaires using the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) and gross motor skills tests using the Gross Motor Development Test-2 (TGMD-2) with the data analysis technique used is correlation analysis using SPSS and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study were that there was no relationship between physical activity and gross motor skills in children aged 3-5 years with a significance value of 0.330 > 0.05, students at Kindergarten Hudan Cendikia had an average gross motor skill which was very good with moderate physical conditions, on student involvement in sedentary activities students have high average results.

Abstract

Lompatan countermovement secara rutin digunakan pada kinerja atlet untuk mengukur adaptasi terhadap latihan, serta memantau kesiapan neuromuskular dan kelelahan. Banyak penelitian yang menyatakan ayunan lengan dan countermovement memberikan dampak terhadap performa lompatan pada pemain bola voli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara ayunan lengan terhadap tinggginya countermovement jump pada pemain bola voli. Subjek yang terlibat sebanyak 45 peserta meliputi 17 perempuan dan 28 laki-laki (mean = 12,06 ± 14,93 tahun) dengan teknik pengambilan data total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes Vertical Jump (Countermovement Jump with Arm Swing). Teknik pengambilan data mengggunakan tes lompatan vertikal diukur dengan menggunakan sistem analisis dan pengukuran “OptoJump”. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pearson correlation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai korelasi 0.024 (sign <0.05) yang berarti ayunan lengan dengan tinggi lompatan countermovement memiliki hubungan. Namun berdasarkan jenis kelamin, hanya laki-laki saja yang memiliki hubungan antara ayunan lengan dengan countermovement jump, tidak ada hubungan pada perempuan. Berkaitan dengan pendaratan perempuan yang relatif lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan laki-laki yang menumpu pada otot ektremitas bawah sehingga semakin rendah maka resiko cedera ACL semakin kecil. Sehingga penelitian selanjutnya harus mendeteksi adalah faktor kelelahan pada perempuan pada gerak countermovement dan ayunan lengan.

Abstract

Every sport or physical education activity will go well if students have adequate motor skills, which are basicaly the foundation of all physical education disciplines. The purpose of this study was to compare the motor skills of 10 year old chiIdren from the highlands and lowlands of Jember Regency, and to identify differences in motor skills. Survey research with a comparative design complements this research. 103 students were used as research subjects. The test kits used measure various motor skills including speed, agility, coordination, and balance. The findings of this study indicate that lowland students and highland students have no differences in motor skills which include elements of speed, coordination, and agility. Both groups of students have advantages in their respective motor skills, except for the element of balance, where students from the highlands are better than students from the lowlands.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini untuk mengidentifikasi para pelatih tentang pentingnya membangun komunikasi yang dapat diterima oleh atlet dalam proses latihan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu ceramah, penugasan, dan pengukuran hasil. Program ini akan dikemas dalam bentuk workshop dan coaching clininc. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 pelatih cabang olahraga beladiri di Kota Malang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dari Pretest menunjukkan nilai persentase sebanyak 55,56 dan hasil analisis data Posttest menunjukkan nilai persentase sebanyak 87,22. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari pengabdian terhadap pelatih beladiri terjadi perubahan setelah diberi pelatihan. Sehingga pengabdian ini efektif dan dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah diharapkan dalam kegiatan ini.

Abstract

The research based on the shooting accuracy technique skills of futsal extracurricular students at Islamic Senior High School Tegal City has not reached the maximum level. Therefore, researchers used the drill method in training to improve the shooting accuracy technique skills of futsal students at Islamic Senior High School Tegal City. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the drill method in improving a shooting accuracy technique skill in futsal extracurricular students. The method used is sports action research (PTO) involving 2 cycles. Each cycle has 9 meetings and each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. A total of 20 students were involved in this study. The results showed that there was an increase in accuracy shooting technique skills in cycle 1 and cycle 2. Initial observation of the percentage of completeness was only 21%, but in cycle 1 there was an increase to 48% and in cycle 2 the skill of shooting accuracy technique increased up to 83%. Thus, the results of the study showed that the shooting accuracy technique skills of futsal students at Islamic Senior High School Tegal City increased to a very good category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that sports action research (PTO) using the drill method can improve the shooting accuracy of futsal extracurricular students at Islamic Senior High School Tegal City.

Abstract

This study analyzed the differences in gross motor skills in children aged 7-9 years in urban and rural areas and the influence of socioeconomic conditions on them. The study involved 100 children evenly divided between the two areas, with measurements using the AMC-2 instrument. The results showed significant differences in gross motor skills between urban (M=138.8) and rural (M=127.9) children with p=0.003. Urban children performed better in locomotor (70.3 vs 65.2) and object control (68.5 vs 62.7). Multiple regression analysis confirmed that both socioeconomic conditions (B=0.45, p=0.004) and residential area (B=0.39, p=0.008) had a significant effect on gross motor skills. These findings indicate the importance of considering environmental and socioeconomic factors in the development of children's gross motor skills.

Abstract

Artikel ini berfungsi sebagai paradigma pembelajaran PJOK, dengan menawarkan metode pembelajaran alternatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu siswa kelas VII C SMPN 13 Kota Malang mengembangkan keterampilan analisis mereka tentang konten pendidikan jasmani. Peneliti menggunakan siswa yang berprestasi lebih baik daripada teman-temannya sebagai tutor sebaya atau model untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Siswa dengan kemampuan unggul yang membantu guru dalam membimbing dan melatih teman sebaya, khususnya dalam dasar-dasar menembak (lay up shot), dikenal sebagai tutor sebaya. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) adalah metodologi penelitian yang digunakan, dan menggunakan model penelitian dua siklus. Tiga puluh dua siswa menjadi subjek penelitian. Statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase digunakan dalam analisis data. Menurut temuan, siswa menunjukkan pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang materi yang luas selama sesi pembelajaran siklus I dan meningkat dari 71% menjadi 87% setelah pertemuan kedua siklus II. Menarik kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan tutor sebaya telah berhasil dalam meningkatkan proses pendidikan dan mempromosikan prestasi akademik yang lebih tinggi di antara siswa.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) plays a crucial role in realizing the educational role and improving students' physical fitness, motor skills, knowledge, healthy and active lifestyles, sportsmanship, and emotional intelligence. However, teacher professionalism is not yet optimal and still requires guidance and direction to achieve learning programs. Furthermore, PJOK teachers are unable to meet or are categorized as not meeting the basic competency requirements in the curriculum. Therefore, the community service team's targeted solution to address the challenges faced by PJOK teachers is to provide training on developing evaluation rubrics. This resulted in an evaluation rubric for the knowledge and skills components. Each basic competency is described, and each component contains several indicators included in the evaluation rubric. The methods used in this community service include lectures, discussions, practice, outcome measurement, and follow-up. The partner in this community service is the Surabaya Community Service Group (KKG). The product of this activity is a completed evaluation rubric that can be applied by teachers based on their needs and implemented in PJOK learning. Meanwhile, the outputs of this community service activity include ISSN journal articles, mass media publications, intellectual property rights, and community service products.

Abstract

Instruments adhering to appropriate standards are crucial in gauging the conclusive outcomes of learning activities. This ensures that student learning achievements are accurately identified, serving as evaluation benchmarks for subsequent educational programs. The present research endeavors to develop an assessment instrument for Physical Education and Health (PJOK) learning, specifically focusing on self-defense material designed for seventh-grade junior high school students. This instrument is envisaged as a valuable tool to assist educators in conducting assessments, leading to the optimization of learning skills evaluation outcomes. The research methodology employs the Research and Development approach, referencing the ADDIE development model. The analysis stage involves observation and interviews, instrument design, product development, as well as Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with learning evaluation experts. Additionally, instrument product trials are conducted to examine validity and reliability. The research involves 66 seventh-grade junior high school students as participants. The validity test was carried out using the Reproducibility Coefficient and Scalability Coefficient according to the Guttman scale test, while the reliability test used Kuder Richardson (K-R) 20. The validity test results showed that all variables had values ​​> 0.90 for the reproducibility coefficient and > 0.60 for the scalability coefficient so it is said to be valid. The reliability test results showed a value of > 0.60 for K-R 20 so it is considered reliable. In conclusion, the PJOK learning assessment instrument for self-defense material emerges as a reliable and valid tool. Educators can confidently integrate this instrument into their assessments, leveraging its proven to be valid and reliable.

Abstract

Dalam permainan sepakbola terdapat keterampilan dasar yang cukup kompleks dan keterampilan dasar ini perlu dipelajari dan dikuasai oleh siswa terutama siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), maka perlu diberikan pembelajaran secara intensif supaya siswa dapat melakukan keterampilan dasar tersebut dengan baik dan benar. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi keterampilan gerak menggiring dan menendang bola dalam permainan sepakbola. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survei. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah keterampilan gerak menggiring dan menendang bola dalam permainan sepakbola. Analisis data penelitian pada penelitian yang akan dilakukan meliputi analisis data kuantitatif dengan hasil presentase menggunakan microsoft excel. Hasil penelitian adalah jumlah peserta didik (N) adalah 68, dengan hasil rata-rata presentase penilaian keterampilan gerak menggiring bola termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan perolehan presentase siswa putra sebesar 39% dan siswa putri sebesar 44%, dan hasil rata-rata presentase penilaian keterampilan gerak menendang bola termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan perolehan presentase siswa putra sebesar 47% dan siswa putri sebesar 50 %. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan gerak menggiring dan menendang bola siswa kelas VII tergolong pada kondisi cukup baik.
