Abstract

Masalah malnutrisi secara umum masih mendapat perhatian besar, terutama di beberapa negara berkembang. Masalah nutrisi ini termasuk stunting, dan defisiensi mikronutrien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan, riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting pada balita di wilayah Stunting Locus Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian dilakukan di 3 wialyah Lokus Stunting yaitu Puskesmas Limboto Barat, Puskesmas Tabongo dan Puskesmas Tibawa. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai April 2020. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain observasional analitik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah balita (n = 300). Sampel dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Analisis pengolahan data status gizi menggunakan aplikasi antro plus WHO, dan analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 22 for windows. Analisis data bivariat menggunakan uji kuadrat dengan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara energi, asupan protein dengan kejadian stunting pada anak dengan nilai P = 0,00 <0,005, tidak ada hubungan antara riwayat pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting dengan P = 0,965 <0,005. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Pemerintah diharapkan dapat menindaklanjuti program prioritas pencegahan stunting pada balita.

Abstract

The prevalence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) in Indonesian population aged 15 years increase based on a doctor's diagnosis, where DKI Jakarta is the province with highest prevalence of T2DM. Gorontalo Province itself experienced an increase prevalence of T2DM compared to Riskesdas 2013, the rose from 6.9%to 8.5%. This study aims to observe the effect of nutrition education on knowledge, physical activity and eating habits of Diabetes mellitus patients participating in Posbindu at Monano Health Center. This study uses a quantitative method with an analytical survey with a quasi-experimental approach.The sample of the study were diabetes mellitus patients who were participate in Posbindu. Using the total sampling technique where the population was sampled as many as 74 people then categorized 2 groups, intervention group and control group. Based on the results of bivariate analysis, obtained p value > α (α = 0.05) in the category of physical activity with test results showing p value = 0.271 > 0.05. The same thing also happened to carbohydrate intake with p value = 0.088 > 0.05. For knowledge and eating habits with fiber and protein intake, p < 0,05 was obtained. In conclusion, knowledge, eating habits with fiber and protein intake affect the provision of nutrition education to diabetes mellitus patients participating in Posbindu in the work area of Monano Health Center.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease with an increasing global prevalence, including in Gorontalo Province, specifically type 2 DM (T2DM). Various risk factors, such as lifestyle, obesity, and lack of physical activity have been reported to contribute to DM incidence. This shows the importance of developing more effective prevention and management strategies. Therefore, this study aimed to explore factors related to DM incidence among participants of Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) in rural areas of Boalemo District, Gorontalo Province. A quantitative method was used with a cross-sectional approach on 300 participants who were selected through the purposive sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaires to measure physical activity, dietary patterns, and smoking habits. Meanwhile, body mass index (BMI) and blood glucose levels were measured anthropometrically and through blood sugar tests. The results showed that dietary patterns (carbohydrates (p=0.003), fats (p=0.00), and fiber (p=0.000)), smoking habits (p=0.016), BMI (p=0.039), age (p=0.00), genetic factors (p=0.00), and gender (p=0.00) were significantly associated with DM incidence, while physical activity (p=0.095) and protein intake (p=0.128) were not associated. In this context, dietary fiber intake was the strongest predictor with Odds Ratio (OR) value of 7.37. Based on the results, dietary fiber intake, smoking habits, BMI, and age had a significant influence as predictors of DM incidence. The implications for public health included the need to increase awareness of the importance of healthy dietary patterns, reduce smoking habits, and monitor BMI to control the prevalence and improve the overall welfare of rural community.

Abstract

Birth weight in infants is associated with a decrease in the immune system of pregnant women, one of which can be caused by iron deficiency, for this reason, it is necessary to have blood-added tablets for pregnant women to avoid anemia. but in fact, there are still many pregnant women who do not comply with the rules of consuming blood-added tablets. this will impact the occurrence of pregnancy problems or cause the baby to be born to have a low weight. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between adherence to taking blood tablets and the incidence of low birth weight. Using an observational design with a cross-sectional approach with a sample of 32 people using total sampling, the data obtained were analyzed using chi-square The results obtained p-value is 0.401, which means that there is no significant relationship between adherence to blood-added tablet consumption and the incidence of low birth weight. Compliance with blood tablet consumption does not directly relate to the incidence of low birth weight.

Abstract

Stunting pada anak akibat gizi buruk kronis dan infeksi berulang dapat dihindari dengan menggerakkan peran lingkungan dalam berbagai aspek, salah satunya adalah peran lingkungan dalam menghadapi kondisi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan pola makan, pola asuh orang tua dan lingkungan berperan penting dalam mencegah stuting. Kedua, anda perlu membiaskan pola makan seimbang untuk memastikan nutrisi dan Kesehatan yang tepat bagi si kecil. Selain ini, memperhatikan nutrisi dan asupan gizi ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui juga merupakan upaya penting untuk mencegah stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran lingkungan dalam penanganan stunting di Desa Selengen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi bidan Kesehatan, bidan gizi, bidan genekologi dan perangkat desa setempat. Rangkaian kegiatannya seperti sosialisasi, pemberian makanan pendamping ASI (PMT) dan vaksinasi.

Abstract

Stunting adalah Keadaan stunting pada balita dapat dinilai dengan indikator TB/U (Tinggi badan menurut umur) dengan nilai z score dari -3 standar deviasi sampai kurang dari -2 Standar deviasi. Beberapa faktor yang dapat menyebabkan stunting seperti pengetahuan ibu, BBLR (Berat Badan Lahir Rendah), faktor sosial ekonomi dan pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bonebolango Tahun 2021 cakupan ASI Eksklusif pada usia 0-6 bulan sebesar 45,80% sedangkan data trimester pertama tahun 2023 sebesar 70% bayi tidak mendapatkan ASI EKSlusif di desa Meranti. Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah menambah pengertahuan ibu dan dasawisma terkait tatacara pengolahan duan katuk sehingga dapat meningkatkan volume ASI ibu. Jumlah sasaran dari pengabdian ini adalah dasawisma dan seluruh ibu nifas dan ibu hamilyang ada didesa meranti. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan tahapan memberikan edukasi oleh narasumber dan dilanjutkan dengan kegitan praktik pengolahan berbahan dasar daun katuk, selanjutnya para dasawisma yang telah dilatih akan menlakukan evaluasi terhadap para ibu nifas terkait peningkatan volume asi dari makanan berbahan dasar katuk yang telah mereka olah sendiri. Pada tahapan terakhir pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pemilihan duta ASI yang dapat dijadikan sebagai fasilitator dalam pemantuan cakupan ASI di Desa Meranti Kec. Tapa Kabupaten Bonebolango, setiap bulan.

Abstract

Abstract. This research intends to analyze the comparison of customer satisfaction levels between B2C business models and their influence on brand equity in the culinary industry. Urgency This research is based on intense competition in the culinary industry, where customer satisfaction and brand equity are the keys to business success. B2C models that focus directly on consumers have different satisfaction dynamics compared to other business models, so they require in-depth analysis regarding their impact on brand equity. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach to collect data from culinary customers interacting with the B2C model. Descriptive and inferential statistical analysis will be used to compare customer satisfaction levels and measure their impact on the dimensions of brand equity such as brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. This research will also identify the dominant factors that influence customer satisfaction in the B2C context in the culinary industry.
