Abstract

Keberhasilan kebijakan ketahanan pangan perlu didukung ketersediaan air yang ditata dalam sistem irigasi yang baik. Perencanaan pembangunan irigasi di daerah dengan 66.391 daerah irigasi dengan dengan luasan 9.146.027 ha perlu penataan dalam data yang tersistematis. Dashboard perencanaan pembangunan irigasi daerah menjadi media integrasi berbagai perencanaan pembangunan sumber daya air yang dilauan oleh kabupaten/kota. Perancangan mengunakan model pengembangan sistem dengan pendekatan terstruktur yaitu linier sequential model atau waterfall model. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan untuk mencapai keberhasilan tujuan kegiatan ini melalui pemetaan indikator dan elemen data, survei lapangan, perancangan dashboard, focus group discussion. Lokasi pelaksanaan diskusi dan ujicoba database perencanaan pembangunan irigasi di laksanakan di 8 (delapan) kabupaten meliputi Kerawang, Subang, Indramayu, Cirebon, Purworejo, Banjarnegara, Purbalingga dan Jember. Keluaran yang dihasilkan kegiatan ini adalah dashboard perencanaan pembangunan irigasi daerah. Hasil evaluasi dan ujicoba menunjukan pengelolaan Dashboard Perencanaan Pembangunan Irigasi di Daerah telah berfungsi dengan baik. Keywords: dashboard, irigasi, ketahanan pangan

Abstract

Di Indonesia banyak daerah yang sudah mempunyai penanaman merek daerahnya sendiri, yaitu city branding dan city image. Jika suatu daerah meningkatkan dua faktor tersebut, maka dapat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung di suatu tempat wisata. Penelitian ini, city branding dan city image digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan ke kota Batu. Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Wisatawan yang sudah berkunjung dan berwisata ke kota Batu adalah populasi dari penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan random sampling dan rumus slovin  , sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa city branding  memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap city image. Begitu sama halnya city branding memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, kemudian city image tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung dan city branding terhadap keputusan berkunjung melalui city image tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the obstacles of small and micro businesses in accessing credit business programs called Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). The method of collecting data and information is done by desk documents and interviews with local government officials, personal banks implementing KUR, the poor who still cannot access microfinance and micro and small businesses, along with micro and small business actors who have obtained KUR in 9 districts/cities in Indonesia. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the results of the AHP, access to services and KUR performance can be improved by taking into account several factors including: prospective debtor prospects, technical service capacity, policies and resources of banking, and macro factors. For research related to the future distribution of Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of the impact on the development of micro and small businesses that receive KUR and increase the economic capacity of business actors who receive KUR.

Abstract

The development of the integrity zone (ZI) is an effort to maintain integrity as a state civil apparatus in carrying out public services for the community. This activity aims to assist and facilitate performance assessors of the integrity zone (ZI) implementation at the Sabo Technical Center. The implementation of the activity uses two methods, online by using Zoom Meetings and in-person meetings with tutors, technical assistance, and evaluation desks. Carried out effectively for six intermittent working days in September 2021, this activity is located at the Sabo Technical Center, Yogyakarta. The results of the initial evaluation of the implementation of the development of the integrity zone (ZI) on the leveraging component of strengthening public services, for each aspect that becomes the assessment indicator, includes the service standard rate of 85.33; service culture excellence rate of 88.26 and; service satisfaction assessment rate of 91.67. The impact of the implementation of this activity includes increasing implementation team understanding of various regulations that become the harborage of the development of the integrity zone (ZI); governance improvisation of integrity zone (ZI) development documents; improvise infrastructure facilities in public service rooms by meeting the minimum standards set; and presentation improvements on the website owned by the Sabo Technical Center.

Abstract

The implementation of this activity aims to improve the management of policy documents and service standards, increase the capacity of implementing resources and increase the value of public service performance at Balai Teknik Air Minum. Methods of implementing activities include socialization and field visits, desk documents, training and assistance related to public service policies and standards. The duration of the activity is 13 (thirteen) effective working days. Achievements in the implementation of these training and mentoring activities include: i) identified various weaknesses in improving the performance of public services that have been implemented, ii) increasing understanding of leaders and implementers of public services about managing policy documents and public service standards, iii) preparation of policy documents and public service standards which refers to the PANRB Ministerial Regulation No. 15/2014 and the PANRB Minister Regulation No. 17/2017, iv) The results of the self-assessment show an increase in the performance of public services from 2.66 (53.30) category C (Enough) to 3.45 (69.13) category B- (Good with Notes). The results of the evaluation of training and assistance activities in the preparation of policy governance documents and public service standards on 5 (five) indicators reached a score of 54 in the very good category.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/abdimas.v6i2.5465

Abstract

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Ngudi Rahayu Dusun Lopawon Desa Kebobang Kabupaten Malang diprakarsai oleh Ibu Partini berdiri sejak tahun 2016. Awal pendiriannya KWT Ngudi Rahayu ini masih beranggota 12, namun seiring dengan perkembangan dan kegiatan usaha yang ada saat ini KWT Ngudi Rahayu sudah memiliki 27 orang. Desa Kebobang merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki perkebunan kopi yang cukup luas namun, pengolahan proses produksi kopi yang ada masih belum dikelola dengan maksimal seperti masih dilakukan secara individu dan penggunaan teknologi tepat guna yang masih sederhana. Kelompok Wanita Tani ini awalnya dibentuk untuk pengolahan kopi yang tidak bisa dilakukan secara individu bisa dilakukan secara berkelompok. Namun Masih ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh KWT Ngudi Rahayu, yaitu Peralatan yang digunakan masih secara tradisional/manual sehingga jumlah produksi yang dihasilkan masih relatif terbatas selain itu masih belum meratanya semangat dan motivasi dalam peningkatan usaha kelompok kerja, Lamanya waktu proses produksi, kualitas hasil, belum ada kemasan serta kualitas produk menjadi permasalahan yang butuh sentuhan bantuan pada mitra. Beberapa hal ini yang menjadi keterbatasan KWT Ngudi Rahayu, untuk itu hal ini sangat membutuhkan tambahan ketrampilan dan motivasi guna menumbuhkan minat aktifitas usaha/bisnis .Melihat dari kondisi yang ada pada mitra pengabdi merasa penting untuk membantu dan mencari solusi serta penentuan prioritas program dari beberapa permasalahan yang dialami mitra. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pada Mitra KWT Ngudi Rahayu adalah Peningkatan kapasitas proses produksi dengan pengadaan alat bantu mesin semi otomatis., Perluasan pangsa pasar dengan mengadakan pembuatan Web Blog promosi serta Peningkatan minat dan motivasi berwirausaha dengan pelatihan manajemen bisnis usaha. Melalui program PKM yang sedang berjalan ini. Sesuai dengan jadwal yang disepakati dengan Mitra KWT Ngudi Rahayu , pelatihan akan dilaksanakan pada Bulan Juli dan Agustus. Kegiatan yang saat ini sedang dilakukan adalah: persiapan dalam pengadaan mesin penggoreng kopi semi otomatis, Pelatihan yang sudah selesai dilakukan adalah pelatihan pembuatan label produk , meningkatkan kapasitas dan efisiensi produksi, pendampingan dan implementasinya, serta penetapan Standard operating procedure dan pengenalan promosi produk lewat media online. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sampai disusunya laporan kemajuan ini adalah berupa: (1) Bantuan peralatan mesin penggoreng kopi semi otomatis; (2) Pembuatan media pemasaran online dengan blog (3) publikasi media massa (4) Publikasi Ilmiah

Abstract

The Covid-19 epidemic has led to significant transformations in the financial performance of Indonesia's banking sector. Weak economic indicators have resulted in reduced bank capital due to inadequate working capital loans. This study aims to investigate alterations in the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) of Indonesia's state-owned banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. The dataset is derived from the quarterly financial reports of state-owned banks spanning the period 2020-2021. Our findings establish a relationship between bank lending, non-performing loans (NPLs), and CAR. Under the prevailing circumstances, a considerable decline in credit and a noteworthy upsurge in NPLs emerged starting from the third quarter of 2020, with a slight increase persisting into the third quarter of 2021. In contrast, the capital adequacy ratio exhibits a tendency towards stability, attributed to governmental reinforcement of bank capital. We also prove that bank lending has a positive impact on CAR, whereas NPLs have a negative impact on CAR. The research underscores the state-owned banks' ability to consistently and securely maintain the CAR, further emphasizing that this prudent safeguarding mechanism ensures a continuous capital enhancement in conjunction with lending growth, all the while upholding the regulatory norms of the banking industry.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan melakukan sosialisasi terkait program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) mikro sektor petanian; melakukan pelatihan pengelolaan admistrasi keuangan kegiatan usaha para penderes; dan melakukan pendampingan penyiapan administrasi berkas pengajuan program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) mikro sektor pertanian. Mitra kegiatan adalah kelompok tani penderes gula kelapa di Desa Patoman, Kecamatan Blimbingsari, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini dengan melakukan diskusi, ceramah/penyuluhan dan bantuan teknis penyusunan administrasi kredit. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan akses terhadap permodalan usaha dan perbaikan admnistrasi pengelolaan keuangan usaha dan memahami proses pemberkasan yang baik dalam rangka pengajuan kredit usaha rakyat.  Hasil evaluasi terhadap 5 (lima) indikator penilaian kegiatan pelatihan secara rata-rata sebesar 80,05 dengan kategori Sangat Baik. Rekomendasi ke depan agar pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dapat direplikasikan ke pelaku usaha  yang sejenis atau lainnya, agar dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan, pengelolaan administrasi keuangan, akses permodalan dengan memfaatkan fasilitas kredit usaha rakyat yang telah digulirkan oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend decisions on firm value and whether growth opportunity affects the relationship between investment policy, funding policy and dividend policy on firm value. This research was conducted on a manufacturing company that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples in the study was 92 companies with a research period of 2015-2020 so that the amount of data analysis was 552. The data analysis technique used moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of the study found that investment decisions have a negative effect on firm value. While funding decisions, dividend decisions have a positive effect on firm value. Growth opportunity is able to strengthen the influence of investment decisions on firm value. Growth opportunities weaken funding and dividend decisions. The results of this study indicate that growth opportunity is important information for investors, because it will be related to the sustainability and prospects of the company in the future.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/afr.v5i3.8936

Abstract

The rapid development in the world of marketing shows that promotion is not only a tool to increase sales, but also has a significant impact on the company's image and consumer appeal. The fundamental question arises: whether by doing a lot of promotion, companies can effectively improve their image and strengthen the appeal to consumers. This study aims to investigate whether the intensity of promotion contributes to the improvement of company image and consumer appeal. By focusing on the relationship between promotion frequency and consumer perception, this study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the effects of promotion on company image and the extent to which it affects consumer appeal. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to collect and analyze related research findings from various literature sources. Taking into account empirical research, consumer theory, and corporate case studies, the study details the impact of promotion on corporate image and consumer appeal. Analysis of the literature reveals that promotions done wisely can make a positive contribution to improving a company's image and consumer appeal. The right frequency of promotions, consistent messaging, and timeliness are key factors in shaping consumers' positive perception of the brand. However, keep in mind that excessive or irrelevant promotions can result in negative impacts, such as consumer fatigue and decreased trust.
