Abstract

KRL Commuter Line adalah layanan kereta rel listrik komuter yang dioperasikan oleh PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (PT KCI), jadwal perjalanan kereta api tertuang dalam Grafik Perjalanan Kereta Api (GAPEKA) dimana setiap perjalanan kereta sudah ditetapkan waktu, kecepatan, dan lintasnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah kapasitas muat angkut penumpang, kapasitas lintas dan headway yang tersedia, peramalan pertumbuhan penumpang dan jumlah perjalanan serta jumlah sarana 5 tahun yang akan datang. Data atau informasi yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari PT. KCI dan data primer diperoleh dari survey langsung serta hasil perhitungan. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan perhitungan manual dan metode peramalan dengan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa muat angkut penumpang atau load factor yang ada saat ini sudah melebihi kapasitas, dan untuk kapasitas lintas serta headway saat ini masih belum melebihi kapasitas sehingga dapat dilakukan penambahan perjalanan, hal tersebut berbanding dengan hasil peramalan pertumbuhan penumpang, jumlah perjalanan dan jumlah sarana 5 tahun yang akan datang yang akan terus mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Rel merupakan komponen penting dalam operasional kereta api yang harus dipeliharadan dijaga agar tetap dalam kondisi operasional untuk memastikan keselamatan, keamanan,dan keberlanjutan operasi kereta api. Studi ini melakukan analisis komprehensif terhadapkondisi rel dengan mengintegrasikan dan menggabungkan empat variabel penilaian utama:Track Quality Index (TQI), Kerutan Rel, Keausan Rel, dan Kondisi Rel. Setiap variabel diberipersentase tertentu berdasarkan tingkat keparahan dan implikasi dari kategori inspeksi yangdilakukan. Persentase masing-masing adalah sebagai berikut: TQI sebesar 30%, Kerutan Relsebesar 20%, Keausan Rel sebesar 30%, dan hasil inspeksi Kondisi Rel sebesar 20% (TotalPersentase: 100%). Data tersebut diperoleh dari MRT Jakarta Fase 1 Lebak Bulus - FatmawatiJalur Atas & Jalur Bawah, melalui pengukuran lapangan dengan menggunakan alat khususuntuk setiap variabel inspeksi. Data tersebut dianalisis untuk menghasilkan skor kumulatifyang mewakili keseluruhan kondisi rel secara komprehensif. Skor/persentase yang dihasilkandiharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pemeliharaan danperbaikan rel. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa metode penilaian kumulatif memberikan gambaranyang lebih komprehensif dibandingkan dengan evaluasi variabel individual. Metode kompilasinilai variabel inspeksi, agregasi, dan analisis menjadi satu kumpulan data yang komprehensifdiharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap perbaikan manajemen infrastrukturperkeretaapian

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the significant influence between the competence of medical personnel, health facilities, patient waiting time and image on patient satisfaction. Apart from that, it is also to find out the significant simultaneous influence and which variables are the most dominant in influencing patient satisfaction at the Baki Health Center. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 100 patients and the entire population was sampled in this study, where the sampling technique used census sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear tests. The research results show that the competency of medical personnel, health facilities, patient waiting time and image partially and significantly influence patient satisfaction. The advice from this research is that medical officers continue to improve the competency of medical personnel, health facilities, patient waiting times and image, so that patient satisfaction can continue to increase.

Abstract

This research aims to:analyze the influence of descriptive norms on cyberloafing, academic stress on cyberloafing, self-control on cyberloafing, descriptive norms on self-control, academic stress on self-control, descriptive norms on cyberloafing through self-control as a mediating variable, and analyze the influence of academic stress on cyberloafing through self-control as a mediating variable for training participants at BLK Karanganyar. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires (e-questionnaires) and statistical or computational methods using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation models. This research was conducted on 117 samples who were training participants at BLK Karanganyar in 2023 Young Graphic Designer Training Program and Position GMAW Welding Plate Welder Training Program (3G/PF). The research results show that only descriptive norms were found to have a positive effect on cyberloafing, while academic stress and self-control were found to have no effect. However, in terms of self-control, academic stress was found to have a negative effect on participants' self-control. Meanwhile, the mediating variable results of self-control succeeded in mediating the relationship between academic stress and cyberloafing.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the Influence of Product Design, Product Quality, After-Sales Service and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions on CV. Shofa Erterprises Sejahtera Bekasi by collecting data using questionnaires. The location used for research is CV. Shofa Erterprises Sejahtera Bekasi and The research time starts from July – December 2023. The population in this study were CV clients. Shofa Erterprises Sejahtera Bekasi in the last 5 years with a total of 120 people. The sampling technique in this study uses a non-proportability sampling approach with Saturation Sampling Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique using a total of 120 consumers for the last 5 years. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, documentation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data analysis technique used in this study uses SEM and is based on Partial Least Square / PLS. Based on the research that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn Product design has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Product design has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, Purchasing decisions have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, After-sales service has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, After-sales service has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, Product design has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Mediated purchasing decisions, after-sales service has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with mediated purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study used a quantitative descriptive approach. In this quantitative descriptive study, the author focuses research on moderating leadership styles on the influence of compensation and work culture on occupational therapist loyalty. This research is located in all child growth and development clinics in Bekasi City. In conducting this study, the time needed was for 6 months starting from observation to making data results and conclusions of population research in this study were Occupational Therapists who work in Bekasi City, totaling 61 people, the samples taken in this study were 61 Occupational Therapists who works at child growth and development clinics in Bekasi City. The data that has been obtained is analyzed using the SEM-PLS analysis tool using the help of SMARTPLS software. After an in-depth discussion of the data obtained, the resulting conclusions are Compensation, Work Culture and Leadership Style directly have a significant effect on Occupational Loyalty. For the Moderation Variable, it can be concluded that Leadership Style in moderating has no influence between compensation and loyalty of the Occupational Therapist. Similarly, moderating leadership style also has no influence between work culture and loyalty

Abstract

       This research aims to examine and analyze the role of commitment as a mediator in the influence of emotional intelligence and supervision on employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive design. The population was all employees of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta, totaling 38 respondents and the samples used were taken from the entire population. The sampling technique uses census sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical tests, measurement model tests or outer models including convergent validity, discriminant validity and reliability, structural model tests or inner models including r-square, f-square and estimated path coefficients, hypothesis tests and mediation tests The results of this research show that the variables of emotional intelligence and supervision have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables through commitment. In this study, the resulting Adjusted R-Square was Y 0.902 or 92.0% and Z 0.864 or 86.4%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence simultaneously (simultaneously) and partially of incentive variables, work environment, discipline and leadership style on employee performance at the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study were 53 employees who worked at the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center. The sampling technique used in this research was a census technique with a sample size of 53 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that incentives, work environment, discipline and leadership style partially and significantly influence employee performance at the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center. The advice from this research is that the Kratonan Surakarta Community Health Center continues to improve incentives, work environment, discipline and existing leadership styles, so that employee performance will increase and be better than before.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of remuneration, organizational climate, mutation, and leadership on employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative approach because the data to be processed is ratio data, and the focus of this study is to determine the magnitude of the influence between the variables being examined. This research will be conducted at KPP Madya Surakarta. The planned time for the research is October - November 2024. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Madya Surakarta Tax Service Office, totaling 116 people. Based on the determined sample data, a sample of 26 employees with the position of executor and 40 employees with the position of Account Representative (AR) was obtained. Therefore, the sample in this study consists of 66 people. The dependent variable in this study is the performance of the employees of the Madya Surakarta Tax Service Office. Next, the independent variables in this study are remuneration (X1), organizational climate (X2), mutation (X3), and leadership. (X4). The research results show that remuneration, organizational climate, and mutation have a positive and significant impact on the performance of KPP Madya Surakarta employees. However, leadership does not have a significant impact on the performance of KPP Madya Surakarta employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Workload, Stress, and Work Experience on the Performance of Belitung Power Plant Employees. This type of research is a quantitative research type. This research was conducted at the Belitung Power Plant. The research was conducted over a period of two months, specifically from November to December 2024. The population used in this study consists of 73 employees at the Belitung Power Plant. In this study, the sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with the technique taken being saturated sampling (census). The researcher chose the sample using the saturated sampling technique because the population size is relatively small, so the sample used in this study consists of 73 people. Primary data in this study comes from workers' responses in the form of questionnaires about performance, K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), workload and work stress, as well as work experience. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire with an ordinal measurement scale, which assigns values or scores to the answers obtained from the list of questions, ranging from the lowest to the highest questions. Each item question on these variables uses a measurement scale within the score range of 1 (one) to 4 (four); these scores are differentiating and ranking. This study uses multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS 24 software. The research results show that Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Workload, Stress, and Work Experience have an impact on the Performance of PLTU Belitung Employees by 61.9%, while the remaining 38.1% is explained by other variables not included in this study. The recommendation from this study is that PLTU employees can improve Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Workload, Stress, and Work Experience to achieve optimal performance results for PLTU Belitung.
