Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the influence of Hard Skills, Soft Skills, Spiritual Skills, and Organizational Commitment on the professionalism of employees at Puskesmas Grogol Sukoharjo. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The quantitative data for this research consists of respondents' opinions in the questionnaire. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Grogol, Sukoharjo Regency, located at Jalan Raya Grogol No 47 Grogol, Sukoharjo Regency, in December 2024 - January 2025. The location was chosen with the consideration that the Grogol Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency, had not been used for the same research and the suboptimal performance of the staff. The population of this study consists of 120 employees of the Grogol Community Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency. The sample taken for this study is a portion of the employees of the Grogol Community Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency, totaling 36 employees. In this study, the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the technique taken being simple random sampling with a simple proportion approach, namely 30% of the total population. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Linear Analysis method. Based on the research results, there is an influence of Hard Skills, Soft Skills, Spiritual Skills, and Organizational Commitment on the Professionalism of Grogol Sukoharjo Health Center Employees. It can be concluded that based on the calculations, an adjusted R square value of 0.619 was obtained. This means that the variables of hard skills, soft skills, spiritual skills, and organizational commitment contribute to professionalism by 61.9%, while the remaining 38.1% is explained by other variables not included in this study. Abstract

The research is to examine and analyze the influence of welfare assurance, organizational culture, incentives, and rewards on the loyalty of social workers at the Women's Solidarity Foundation for Humanity and Human Rights (SPEK-HAM) Surakarta. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed to collect and analyze data through survey methods and regression analysis techniques. The population and sample in this study comprised all social workers at the Women's Solidarity Foundation for Humanity and Human Rights (SPEK-HAM) Surakarta, totaling 35 people. As the entire population in this study was utilized as a sample, this study employed non-probability sampling with saturation technique. Data collection techniques employed observation, documentation, and questionnaire methods, while the data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This research confirms that welfare assurance, organizational culture, incentives, and rewards have a significant influence on the loyalty of social workers at SPEK-HAM Foundation Surakarta. The variables under investigation contributed 72.4% to the loyalty of social workers, while the remaining 27.6% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Effective management of welfare assurance, organizational culture, incentives, and rewards is imperative to enhance the loyalty of social workers and ensure the sustainability of the organization in achieving its vision and mission. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze pedagogical competence variables, infrastructure, motivation, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Grogol Sukoharjo . This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The population is all teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Grogol which amounts to 55 people. The sampling technique in this study is census technique or saturated sample as many as 55 people. Data retrieval using questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 24.00 for multiple linear regression analysis calculations, F tests, t-tests, and determination coefficients. The results showed that pedagogical competence, infrastructure, motivation, and job satisfaction affect teacher performance. Based on statistical tests obtained adjusted R square (R2) of 86.9% which showed that 13.1% changes in teacher performance variables were explained by variables of pedagogical competence, infrastructure, motivation, and job satisfaction, while the remaining 13.1% were influenced by other variables that were not studied, such as leadership, discipline, and school culture.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence simultaneously (simultaneously) and partially of the variables of commitment, integrity, supervision and work experience on the performance of teachers at SMK Dian Kirana 1 Sragen. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study were all teachers who worked at Vocational School Dian Kirana 1 Sragen, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used in this research was a census sampling technique with a sample size of 40 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used for statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that commitment, integrity, supervision and work experience simultaneously and significantly influence the performance of teachers at Dian Kirana 1 Sragen Vocational School. Suggestions from this research, Dian Kirana 1 Vocational School Sragen continues to improve existing commitment, integrity, supervision and work experience, so that teacher performance will increase and be better than before.

Abstract

Performance of Sukoharjo Regency Health Office Employees Reviewed from Competence, Integrity, Work Experience and Job Placement. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of competence, integrity, work experience and job placement on the performance of Sukoharjo Health Office employees. The population of this study was 112 Sukoharjo Health Office employees and saturated samples. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the Multiple Linear Analysis method. The results of the study showed that competence, integrity, work experience and job placement had a positive and significant effect by contributing to Performance by 87.5% while the remaining 12.5% was explained by other variables not submitted in this study. Suggestions from this study, Sukoharjo Health Office Employees can improve their competence and integrity along with increasing work experience wherever employees are placed so that they can improve performance in the office.
