Abstract

This study aims to produce assessment instruments according to Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in General Administration subjects at Basic Competencies 3.9 The Implementation of Office Layout, and 3.10 The Implementation of Communication in the Workplace as many as 40 items of multiple-choice, and to decide the feasibility level of the questions in measuring students' HOTS based on the validation results from the material expert, evaluation expert, and linguist. This study is Research and Development (R&D) adapted Sugiyono's development model that has been adopted into 5 stages: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and design revision. Then, the research instruments used by the researcher were the validation sheet from the expert of material, evaluation, and the linguist. Furthermore, the validation result from the material expert was 98.3% (very strong). Besides, the validation result of the evaluation expert was 100% (very strong). Moreover, the validation results from the linguist were 98.7% (very strong). Therefore, the average validation result was 99% with the interpretations of criteria were "very strong" and feasible to use. In conclusion, the development of assessment instruments based on HOTS at Surabaya vocational high school was feasible to use in measuring students' HOTS. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find the influence of perception of the teacher profession and self-efficacy on the interest of becoming a teacher in students of the Office Administration Education Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya Class of 2017. The type in this study is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The data is collected through research instruments using questionnaires. The analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 application. The results of the study were: (1) The perception of the teacher profession positively and significantly influenced the interest in becoming a teacher in students of education department of office administration unesa 2017. (2)  Self-efficacy does not have a significant influence on the interest in becoming a teacher in students of unesa office administration education program 2017. (3)  The perception of the teacher's profession and self-efficacy positively and significantly affect the interest of teachers in students of education department of office administration of UNESA 2017. Keywords: Perception of The Teacher's Profession; Self Efficacy; Interest Becoming a Teacher. Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapati pengaruh persepsi profesi guru dan efikasi diri terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya Angkatan 2017. Jenis pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrument penelitian dengan menggunakan angket. Metode analisis yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Persepsi profesi guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. (2) Efikasi diri tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan adminitrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. (3) Persepsi profesi guru dan efikasi diri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mnejadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. Kata kunci:Persepsi Profesi Guru; Efikasi Diri; Minat Menjadi Guru.

Abstract

ABSTRAKRiset ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran kearsipan digital terhadap kemampuan mengelola arsip pada siswa kelas X-OTKP SMK Negeri Mojoagung. Riset ini merupakan riset eksperimen dengan model non-equivalent control grub design yang melibatkan kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Populasi berjumlah 141 orang dan sampel pada penelitian ini melibatkan 70 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik random sampling. Beberapa uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis, dan N-Gain Score. Hasil riset ini ditunjukkan dengan menggunakan Uji Independent sample t-test dengan hasil thitung (5,507) > ttabel (1,995).  Untuk uji N-Gain Score diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,56 yang menujukkan bahwa media pembelajaran kearsipan digital dikategorikan cukup efektif. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Uji Independent Sample t-test dan Uji N-Gain score dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima.Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Kearsipan Digital, Kemampuan Mengelola Arsip ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out whether there is an influence on the use of digital archival learning media on the ability to manage archives in students of the X-OTKP class of SMK Negeri Mojoagung. This research is an experimental research with a non-equivalent control grub design model involving control classes and experimental classes. The population was 141 people and the sample in this study involved 70 people taken using random sampling techniques. Some of the tests used in research include descriptive analysis, normality tests, homogenity tests, hypothesis tests, and N-Gain Scores.  The results of this research were shown using the Independent sample t-test with the results of tresult (5,507) > ttable (1,995).  For the N-Gain Score test, a value of 0.56 was obtained which indicated that digital archival learning media was categorized as quite effective. So based on the results of the Independent Sample t-test and N-Gain Score Test, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted.Keywords: Learning Media, Digital Archives, Ability to Manage Archives

Abstract

This research aimed to measure the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest, the family environment on entrepreneurial interest, entrepreneurship education on self-efficacy, the family environment on self-efficacy, self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest, and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest mediated by self-efficacy, as well as the family environment on the entrepreneurial interest mediated by self-efficacy. This research was conducted on students of Office Administration Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Surabaya registered in 2018 which consisted of 62 students. All populations were used as samples in this research. This research technique was quantitative research with causal associative types and primary data types. Data were collected by using Self-Administered Surveys. Then, the data were analyzed by using path analysis. The research output concluded that entrepreneurship education did not have a positive impact on entrepreneurial interest (P Value = 0.789), the family environment had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial interest (P Value = 0.030), self-efficacy had a positive impact on entrepreneurial interest (P Value = 0.000 ), entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant impact on self-efficacy (P Value = 0.000), family environment had a positive and significant impact on self-efficacy (P Value = 0.044), entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial interest mediated by self-efficacy (P Value = 0.000), family environment did not have a positive and significant impact on the entrepreneurial interest mediated by self-efficacy(P Value = 0.107).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya peraturan mengenai penilaian kinerja negeri sipil, yaitu peraturan pemerintah No. 46 Th 2011 yang sudah lama diberlakukan di kantor Pemerintah Kabupaten (PEMKAB) Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur namun baru diberlakukan pada akhir tahun 2013. Tujuan penelitian inidilakukan karena untuk mengetahui bagaimana Proses penilaian SKP dengan adanya kendala yang ditemukan. di kantor Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro unit Kesejahteraan Rakyatdan menganalisis kelemahan. Sistem penilaian prestasi kerja saat ini berbeda dengan sistem SKP penilaian kinerja sebelumnya dengan sebutan nama DP3, pada SKP tersebut pegawai ikut terlibat aktif dalam menentukan rencana penilaian SKP dengan kurun waktu selama satu tahun kedepan, karena sistem penilaian ini dikatakan masih baru bagi para pegawai maka dibutuhkan penyesuaian dengan melakukan pembinaan, sosialisasi dan pendampingan dari bidang kepegawaian kantor Pemkab Bojonegoro.peneliti mencoba memberikan penjelasan tentang bagaimana penerapan sistem penilaian SKP di kantor pemkab Bojonegoro. Pada kantor tersebut ditemukan bahwa penerapan penilaian SKP sudah berjalan cukup objektif untuk aspek-aspek kualitatif, aspek kualitas dan aspek perilaku kerja, namun dirasa masih belum begitu objektif pada aspek waktu dan aspek biaya. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.,dengan teknik pengambilan subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposivesampling. peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulandata yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pada pegawai Pemerintah Kabupaten (PEMKAB) Bojonegoro Jawa Timur yang didapat dari hasil penelitian adalahdalam penilaian SKP masih menerapkan proses penilaian secara manual, namun dalam pengisian menggunakan format dari BKKP Bojonegoro, untuk nilai SKP berdasarkan dari penilai dalam masing-masing kantor bidang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Proses penilaian SKP dengan adanya kendala yang ditemukan. dalammenjamin objektivitas pembinaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dalam menerapkan sistem penilaian kinerja SKP masih dalam masa penyesuaian.DalamHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kelemahan dalam menerapkan SKP antara lain: (1) belum seluruh pegawai PEMKAB menguasai Teknologi, kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang menangani SKP; (2) fasilitas teknologi kurang memadai; (3)kurang adanya ketegasan dalam penentuan batas waktu pengisian maupun pengumpulan dan uraian tugas jabatan untuk penelitian dan pengolah data PEMKAB Bojonegoro SKP Kurang sesuai dengan tugas mereka di Kantor.

Abstract

The development of HOTS-based assessment instruments for general administration subjects aims to find out developing assessment instruments, quality of developing assessment instruments, and students' high-level thinking skills. This type of research is R&D, using the 4D development model with the stages of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. This study only reached the development stage because the subject of this study was limited to class X OTKP SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan. The results showed that, material quality by material experts 100% (very strong), evaluation experts 89% (very strong), and linguists 62% (strong). 25 questions are valid and 5 questions are invalid, the reliability is 0.666 (high). Of the difficulty of the questions, 7 questions (23%) are easy, 22 questions (74%) are moderate, and 1 question (3%) is difficult. From the power of differentiation, 14 questions (47%) are very good, 12 questions (40%) are good, 3 questions (10%) are enough, and 1 question (3%) is not good. From the questioners, 20 questions (67%) had several functions and 10 questions (33%) all functioned, then 25 best questions were taken based on validity. Of the high-level thinking skills of students, 6 students (9%) are very good, 18 students (26%) are good, 45 students (64%) are sufficient, and 1 student (1%) is lacking.

Abstract

AbstractThis study to purpose (1) the process of developing assessment instruments based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) in the archive material of the OTKP major at SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto, (2) the feasibilty of assessment instrument based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) on the archive material OTKP major at SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto (3) high level thinking skills of students in the Archive material OTKP major at SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D). The development model used is the Sugiyono development model which consists of seven stages, namely the potential and problem stage, the data collection stage, the product design stage, the design validation stage, the design revision stage, the product trial stage, and the product revision stage. This product was tested on class X OTKP 1, 2, and 3 at SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. The results showed that the feasibility of an instrument of assessment based on higher order thinking skills based on the results of validation by material experts, evaluators, and linguists obtained an average percentage of 90% with a very strong category. Feasibility quantitatively trials that include validity, reliability, level of difficulty, different power, and the deception of the questions to produce 25 multiple choice questions with the best criteria. Based on trial it can be seen that 61,7% of class X OTKP students have the ability to think at a high level in the medium category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine that the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on critical thinking skills of class X SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto, to determine that the effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on learning outcomes of class X SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto, to determine the implementing of Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model to the basic competence in implementing maintance procedures archive at SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto in academic year 2019/2020. This the research design that used was quasi experimental with method non-equivalent control group design. The research were all students of class X OTKP 2 and X OTP 3 and class X OTKP 3 as the control class and X OTKP 2 as the experimental class. The instrument that used was a critical thinking skill test and multiples choice test to measure student learning outcomes and the technique pf anlizing, data used homogeneity test, normality test, gain score analysis, and t test (hypotesis). The result indicate that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model had a significant effect on critical thinking skills as evidence by the acquisition of t-test with a significant level of 0.000 (0,00) < 0,05. The result also showed that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model has a significant effect on student learning outcome as evidence by the acquisition with a significance level of 0.000 (0,00) < 0,05. In addition, the experimental class has an average of critical thinking skilss higher than the control class with the conventional learning model with an average of 83 experimental classes and 72 control classes. On the average of posttest learning outcome the experimental class has an average higher than control with an experimental average of 85,29 and control class of 74,85. So it was concluded that Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model had an influence the crtical thinking skill an learning outcomes of students of class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto.

Abstract

This study aims to develop assessment instruments based on higher order thinking skills aided by Kahoot! on the basic competencies of applying the handling of incoming and outgoing letters, analyzing the appropriateness of assessment instruments based on the higher order thinking skills developed, analyzing students 'high-level thinking skills, analyzing students' responses to the use of the Kahoot! application, and knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the Kahoot! application. This study uses Sugiyono's development model with 7 steps of development.. The research subjects consisted of 73 class X students majoring in OTKP SMK Negeri 2 Buduran. The assessment instruments developed were in the form of 20 multiple choice questions. Based on the results of the study, the validity of the assessment instruments was more than 0.227 and the reliability was 0.714. The assessment instruments have also fulfilled the test of the difficulty level of the questions, the differentiation of the questions, and the question deception. The average high-level thinking ability of students is in the "good" category and students give a "very positive" response to the use of Kahoot! by 96%. Kahoot's strength! among others, have an interesting appearance and background music, and there are variations in the form of quizzes. As for Kahoot's shortcomings! among others, the choice of answers consists only of 4 options and there are limited characters in filling in the questions and answers.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine (1) describe the management of electronic filing system in the Solokuro sub-district, (2) find out how productivite the employees are with the electronic-based filing program in the Solokuro sub-district. This type of research conducted by the author is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. With the subject of research Solokuro District employees. Data collecction techniques with interviews and questionnaries. The results of the study indicate that with an electronic filing system can store documents more safely and reduce damage or authenticity of the archives and employees in finding documents that have been archived easier and faster, and employees are enthusiastic about the electronic filing program to be easier in do the archiving activity.
