Abstract

The aim of this research are developing assessment instruments based on Higher Order Thinking Skills, knowing the appropriateness of Higher Order Thinking Skills based instruments and knowing students' higher order thinking skills. The test subject used is class X majoring in OTKP SMK 1 Bojonegoro which consisting of 108 students. The assessment instruments developed totaling 30 item multiple choice questions. The assessment instruments developed also went through the validation stage of material experts, evaluation experts, and linguists with 97% results with œvery strong criteria. Assessment instrument on the basic competencies to implement an archive, alphabetical, chronological, geographical, number, and subject storage system in the Department of OTKP SMK 1 Bojonegoro is very feasible to use. The trial results of the Higher Order Thinking Skills-based assessment instrument showed that the high-level thinking ability of students in class X of the Department of OTKP SMK 1 Bojonegoro was in the "good" category.

Abstract

Organization is something container for actualize self and reach aims together as students. While that college student have task main that is learn. There college student Major Faculty  Economics of State University Surabaya in organization have achievement higher learning this interesting for reviewed. The aim of this research is to describe about students who active organization in Faculty Economics of State University Surabaya concerned with their role and status as student and member of its organization. This research uses a case study qualitative research method and using descriptive data analyzing technique. The research data was taken from primary data through interviews and secondary data from books, literature, articles, internet, and journals related to this study. The results showed that students became more confident, so as to improve learning achievement. This is shown by the results of the cumulative grade point average (GPA) which is very satisfying. In addition, by participating in student organization activities, students can improve soft skills in terms of engaging with other parties and can create a spirit of leadership.

Abstract

The learning process requires teaching materials that can support learning in the classroom, be it modules or interactive teaching materials. Interactive teaching materials can use gadgets as a medium to support the learning process. Based on observations at SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya, the teacher only has a book handle and teaches with brwosing. This makes students passive in learning activities and can bring up lessons about the sophistication of various gadgets. Textbook base mobile learning are an effort to optimize the use of student smartphones so students become more independent and do not miss lessons. In this study using the ADDIE development model which has 5 stages, namely analysis; design; development; implementation; evaluation. The purpose of this study was to determine the development, and feasibility textbook base mobile learning. Based on the validation assessment, obtained 89.5% material validation experts which is the average of the number of validation assessments from the Office Administration Education Lecturer, Surabaya State University, and Surabaya PGRI 13 SMK teachers and 91.6% media validation from Curriculum and Education Technology Lecturers, Surabaya State University. This shows the media developed by researchers is categori as very feasible and can use in learning process.

Abstract

E-Performance is a performance management information system that evaluates the performance of civil servants and serves as a guide in granting additional performance money. One of a government who implementing e-Performance is Kelurahan Gunung Anyar Tambak, Surabaya City. Implementation of e-Performance in Kelurahan Gunung Anyar Tambak Surabaya city starting since 2016, there is no research that assesses how effective the implementation of e-Performance in Kelurahan Gunung AnyarTambak Surabaya City. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of e-Performance based on four aspects of e-Performance assessment, namely aspects of cost, quality aspects, time aspects, and aspects of work behavior. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. This research uses saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as members of the research sample. The total sample in this research were 8 person, they are civil servant in Kelurahan Gunung Anyar Tambak Surabaya City. Data collection techniques in this research using questionnaires and interviews and data analysis techniques using quantitative and descriptive analysis technique. The conclusion of this research is implementation of e-Performance is effective. This result can be proven from two aspects which are categorized quite effective, these aspects are cost aspect and quality aspect, while aspects of time and aspects of work behavior are considered effective. Based on the assessment of respondents, the effectiveness of the implementation of eperformance can be said to be effective.

Abstract

Research on the development of textbooks of correspondence subject in the even semester class X regarding office management automation sistem at SMKN 1 Bangkalan to study the program of develop textbooks, discuss the visibality of book, student for textbooks developed by researchers and being studied by, existing textbooks at SMK 1 Bangkalan, and which have been developed by researchers.  This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study with a development bentuk from Borg and Gall that is approved up to 7 stages: potential and problems, combining data, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision/final product. The subject of the study is a comparison of 20 students of X class majoring in a office administration education study sistem at SMK N 1 Bangkalan. The products show the visability of textbooks material expertss obtained a percentage of 94,4% with very forceful criteria, by linguists obtained a percentage of 91,4% with very forceful criteria, and by graphic experts of 84.8% with very forceful criteria.  From the overall products of expert validation obtained a percentage of 90,2% with very forceful criteria.  While the products of evaluations of obtained an average of 81% with very forceful criteria.  So can be concluded textbooks of correspondence subject on the even semester developed are declared to be very suitable to be used as teaching materials at SMK N 1 Bangkalan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find the influence of perception of the teacher profession and self-efficacy on the interest of becoming a teacher in students of the Office Administration Education Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya Class of 2017. The type in this study is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The data is collected through research instruments using questionnaires. The analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 application. The results of the study were: (1) The perception of the teacher profession positively and significantly influenced the interest in becoming a teacher in students of education department of office administration unesa 2017. (2)  Self-efficacy does not have a significant influence on the interest in becoming a teacher in students of unesa office administration education program 2017. (3)  The perception of the teacher's profession and self-efficacy positively and significantly affect the interest of teachers in students of education department of office administration of UNESA 2017. Keywords: Perception of The Teacher's Profession; Self Efficacy; Interest Becoming a Teacher. Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapati pengaruh persepsi profesi guru dan efikasi diri terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya Angkatan 2017. Jenis pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrument penelitian dengan menggunakan angket. Metode analisis yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Persepsi profesi guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. (2) Efikasi diri tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan adminitrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. (3) Persepsi profesi guru dan efikasi diri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mnejadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. Kata kunci:Persepsi Profesi Guru; Efikasi Diri; Minat Menjadi Guru.

Abstract

Covid 19 pertama kali muncul di kota Wuhan, Cina. Virus ini membawa pengaruh yang sangat besar di berbagai bidang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi selama pandemic covid 19 di Indonesia salah satunya yang tidak terlihat tapi sangat dirasakan oleh masyarakat yaitu tingkat perekonomian yang semakin lemah. Banyak pekerja yang dirumahkan bahkan di PHK sehingga tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Indonesia bertambah.  PKM ini memberikan solusi untuk permasalahan diatas adalah peningkatan gizi kepada masyarakat melalui pemberian bahan sembako kepada masyarakat yang terdampak covid 19. Manfaat yang diharapkan PKM ini adalah membantu perekonomian khususnya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan pokoknya, dan mensejahterakan masyakat yang terdampak covid 19 di wilayah Kecamatan Sedati, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode yang diterapkan adalah dengan memberikan bantuan sembako langsung kepada masyarakat yang terdampak covid 19 khusunya di daerah Kecamatan Sedati, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat terdampak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pokoknya

Abstract

Manajemen atau administrasi perkantoran adalah bagian dari manajemen tetapi memiliki karakteristik dan ilmu yang berbeda dari manajemen pada umumnya. Akan tetapi, hingga saat ini masih banyak yang tidak dapat membedakan antara ilmu manajemen dan manajemen perkantoran di mana manajemen perkantoran hanya dianggap sebagai clerical work. Sehingga, terdapat beberapa kasus yang menandai adanya kebingungan atau ketidaksinkronan antara Program Studi di bidang manajemen dan di bidang manajemen perkantoran. Oleh karena itu, kebutuhan untuk dapat mengidentifikasi ilmu manajemen perkantoran terbilang darurat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi ilmu manajemen perkantoran dilihat dari pendekatan filsafat ilmu: epistemologi, ontologi, dan aksiologi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan instrumen Focus Group Discussion dengan panelis yang memiliki pengalaman dan kompetensi dalam ilmu manajemen perkantoran di dunia akademik dan dunia pekerjaan atau industry. Hasil dari studi ini adalah terciptanya model kerangka ilmu manajemen perkantoran dilihat dari unsur epistemologi, ontologi, dan aksiologi.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas penelitian tentang pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha, lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha, efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha, pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri. Populasi dalam penelitian tersebut melibatkan 141 siswa kelas XII program keahlian Otomasi Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri Mojoagung yang telah mengambil mata pelajaran Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan. Teknik simple random sampling digunakan untuk memilih sampel dan 104 responden dipilih. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe kausal asosiatif, dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil yang diperoleh menyimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha (P Value = 0.008), lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha (P Value = 0.182), efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha (P Value = 0.019), tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri (P Value = 0.068), dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan dampak signifikan (P Value = 0.049).

Abstract

School cooperatives do not have a legal entity but are considered as cooperative associations consisting of students, while teachers and school principals act as coaches. School cooperative activities are buying and selling goods and services. Therefore, school cooperatives are one of the media for learning entrepreneurship practices. The purpose of this study is to conduct a study to identify the role of cooperatives as forming entrepreneurial character. The research methodology used is to use a literature review or systematic literature review (SLR). The article was obtained from the search results on Google Scholar with the keywords school cooperative and entrepreneurial character. The results showed that entrepreneurial characteristics can be formed through the role of school cooperatives.
