Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online learning on learning outcomes of objects around us in fifth-grade elementary school students. The subjects of this study were the fifth-grade students of MIS Al-Khairiyah, totaling 36 people, consisting of 19 males and 17 females. This study uses descriptive quantitative research with data testing using SPSS 25. Data were obtained through questionnaires, data from schools, and interviews. The data analysis consists of validity, normality, and hypothesis testing. The Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test results are known to have Sig = 0.200 0.05, so it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed. The hypothesis test results show that the value of fcount and ftable = 69.234 4.121. From the test results, it can be concluded that online learning significantly affects student learning outcomes. The coefficient of determination is 0.671, which means that online learning can explain student learning outcomes by 67.1%. This research contributes to developing the e-learning process in education for the better.

Abstract

This research is research and development. This study uses the Four D development model. The stages in the Four D development model are definition, design, development, and dissemination. However, in this study, the stages used were only up to the development stage. The subjects of this study were students of class II MIN 15 Langkat, totaling 24 people with details of 13 males and 11 females. The object of research is digital-based flashcard media. This study aims to develop digital-based flashcard media. The data collection instruments were interviews, observations, questionnaire validation, and student responses. From the results of the validation carried out by media experts, material experts, and linguists it was declared feasible.

Abstract

Hasil yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 1) Terbentuknya karakter peserta didik yang sesuai dengan nilai dan norma yang berlaku; 2) Terbentuknya karakter peserta didik yang unggul, menghargai proses sebagai peserta didik, mencintai sesama dan menghargai serta menghormati guru; 3) Dapat mengidentifikasi dan memetakan masalah karakter peserta didik sehingga solusi yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan karakteristik masalah yang dihadapi. Metode yang akan digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan pengabdian ini adalah dalam bentuk penyuluhan untuk menanamkan karakter baik pada peserta didik di SMK Swasta Al Maksum 2 Pulau Kampai. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah : 1) Meningkatnya pemahaman peserta didik SMK Swasta Al Maksum 2 Pulau Kampai tentang karakter, yang menjadi pedoman mereka dalam melangsungkan aktivitas di masa yang akan datang; 2) Meningkatnya kesadaran peserta didik SMK Swasta Al Maksum 2 Pulau Kampai tentang pentingnya perilaku terpuji guna keberlangsungan aktivitas hidup di masa yang akan datang. Sedangkan kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini ialah penanaman karakter pada peserta didik di SMK Swasta Al Maksum 2 Pulau Kampai sangatlah berguna, terutama membangun kesadaran bagi peserta didik SMK Swasta Al Maksum 2 Pulau Kampai betapa pentingnya karakter terpuji dalam kehidupan di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Selain itu, mempersiapkan peserta didik SMK Swasta Al Maksum 2 Pulau Kampai agar kelak bisa menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dan menjadikan mereka sebagai warga negara yang berkarakter terpuji dan tangguh.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari pelatihan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SD IT Hamas. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek bagi guru. Peserta kegiatan pelatihan ini berjumlah 20 orang yang merupakan guru dari SD IT Hamas. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah diperoleh, bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan harapan tim pengabdian dan peserta. Persentase capaian pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat selama 2 hari adalah 97,35%.Abstract: The purpose of this training is to improve the competence of teachers in using project-based learning models to improve student learning outcomes of SD IT Hamas. This activity is carried out in the form of project based learning model training for teachers. The participants of this training activity were 20 people who were teachers from the Hamas IT Elementary School. Based on the results that have been obtained, that this community service activity has been carried out well in accordance with the expectations of the service team and participants. The percentage of achievements in the implementation of community service activities for 2 days is 97.35%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lightning phenomenon and the enormity of the change of life in the globalization era with advances in data and communication technology. This information age became the forerunner to the birth of the millennial generation and generation; a generation that makes data and its devices an integral part of their lives. This research aims to describe the reality of human life in the global era with all its achievements in the form of openness and ease of interaction and communication and various facilities. With the civilizing process, a reflection is obtained that this information age focuses on the era of system uniformity and the value of human life with a single universal cultural spirit. Efforts to transform culture in this global context demand a transformative position in the world of learning in its various aspects. Cultural transformation to students can be done with a transformative epistemological paradigm. Various literature studies used in this research take the form of: various reference books, journal articles, and various other academic manuscripts.

Abstract

Globalisasi sebagai arus yang dapat membuka interaksi secara nasional maupun internasional dapat mempengaruhi kebudayaan lokal dikesuluruhan setiap negara. Dengan adanya pengaruh globalisasi yang berdampak positif maupun negatif memiliki daya pengaruh yang dapat mengkikis karakter generasi muda terkhususnya adab generasi muda di Desa Bandar Setia. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan Kualitatif Deskriptif dan menggunakan analisis data yakni wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi melalui literatur. Adapun hasil penelitian ialah genarasi pemuda Desa Bandar Setia memfilter arus globalisasi dengan cara memperdanyakan kearifan budaya lokal dengan cara mengaktifkan keorganisasian pemuda desa seperti remaja masjid dan para pemuda aktif mengurusi lingkungan dengan bergotong royong. Kesimpulan kebudayaan lokal harus terus dipertahankan dengan menggunakan wadah organisasi sebagai wadah memfilter kebudayaan luar yang negatif.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the phenomenon of mysticism in Javanese society in Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. The research method used is ethnography, while the technique, the data is done by observation and in-depth interviews. Three informants were appointed as mystical therapy. The results showed that the phenomenon of mysticism has long developed in the village of Bandar Setia which is interpreted as a concept of belief to get closer to the Creator. The concept of mysticism focuses on awakening the sense of awakening to feel every natural occurrence, magical phenomena. To acquire mysticism, one has to do penance such as fasting and other special rituals. The benefits of mysticism are not only as a means of getting closer to the creator but also being able to provide supernatural abilities for its users. This ability is often used to help people related to life problems they face. Mysticism is a part of cultural identity that needs to be preserved as noble values because mysticism is one of the products of local wisdom in the Javanese community of Bandar Setia.

Abstract

The advancement of audio visual technology based educational materials that will be developed against the background of the minimal use of social studies learning media is limited to use only textbooks and whiteboards. The goal of this study is to develop teaching materials for product oriented social science in the version of audio-visual-based educational media that is feasible and effective for use in learning. Research and Development (R&D) research methodologies are used in this study. This Research used ADDIE, which has five stages: 1) analyze, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, and 5) evaluation. The Islamic Elementary School Amaliyah Tanjung Tiga fifth grade students are the subjects in this research. In this study, the data analysis method is qualitative descriptive statistics with questionnaires and tests. In this study, descriptive statistics are used to analyzequantitative data. Based on the findings, the produced teaching media is claimed to be legitimated and practicable for use in education, as well as very practical for students to use in the learning process, based on validator and classroom teachers’ evaluation, while also ideas and feedback from materials experts, factorial design, media, and teachers include learning success or students’ learning completeness. Based on the above calculations, the observations carried out by experts at revision I 79.06 % and after revision II reached 81.52% then revision III 85.13% reached then this score is included in the very valid or very feasible criteria. The validity level is sufficiently valid that generated 81.9%. This development research resulted in a product thatmet the content, as well as being effectively used to improve students’ learning outcomes. Including individual mastery learning reached 83.42%, classical learning completeness reached 82.1% with the N-gain percentage reaching 0.75, and getting a positive response from students reached 74.9% with good criteria.

Abstract

Saat ini masih banyak penulis yang tidak memahami teknik SEO dalam membuat artikel, sehingga banyak penulis blog yang artikelnya tidakterindeks Google, sehingga artikel yang mereka publish sedikit pengujungnya. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan melatih peserta yangmerupakan Guru di SMK Putra Anda Binjai. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat artikel di blog merekamasing-masing, sehingga artikel yang mereka buat nantinya akan terindeks Google dan banyak dikunjungi siswa mereka dan orang lain.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik SEO yaitu dengan menerapkan kata kunci yang tepat pada judul dan isi artikel.Hasil pelatihan menunjukan artikel yang tidak menggunakan teknik SEO dalam waktu 4 bulan mendapatkan kunjungan sebesar 2.021, sedangkanyang menggunakan teknik SEO yang baik hanya dalam waktu 2 bulan mendapatkan kunjungan sebanyak 3.093 pengunjung. Hal ini menunjukanbahwa dengan menggunakan teknik SEO yang baik, maka pengunjung akan mudah menemukan artikel yang sama dengan judul yang kita dibuat.Dengan waktu pelatihan yang singkat, peserta tidak mendapatkan ilmu yang maksimal, sehingga diharapkan kedepan terus dilakukan pelatihanseperti ini agar semakin banyak penulis yang mampu membuat artikel dengan teknik SEO yang baik.
