Abstract

Pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui miskonsepsi pada mahasiswa geografi Angkatan 2020. Miskonsepsi dapat diidentifikasi menggunakan tes diagnostik three-tier test test ini terdiri dari 20 soal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terjadi miskonsepsi pada mahasiswa geografi Angkatan 2020 terkaiat term pembelajaran yang terdiri dari model pembelajaran, strategi, metode, teknik, sertaa taktik pembelajaran. Miskonspsi tejadi pada semua sub materi dengan presentase sebesar 70,4% dari 45 mahasiswa. kategori misonsepsi false negative, sebesar (2%) , miskonspsi pada kondisi false positive sebesar (51%), dan kategori miskonsepsi murni sebesar ( 18%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami persepsi siswa SMA 1 Suwawa terkait pelestarian nilai kearifan lokal kain karawo. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, 37 responden di SMA Negeri 1 Suwawa Timur berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket berbasis Google Form. Hasilnya menunjukkan mayoritas siswa memiliki pemahaman yang dalam terkait kain karawo (55,5% sangat mengetahui, 33,3% mengetahui). Namun, ada sebagian kecil yang perlu peningkatan pemahaman terkait hal ini (5,5% cukup mengetahui, 8,3% tidak mengetahui). Analisis menunjukkan perlunya upaya lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran terhadap kekayaan budaya yang terkandung dalam kain karawo di SMA Negeri 1 Suwawa Timur, khususnya bagi kelompok yang pemahamannya terbatas. Kesimpulannya, pemahaman siswa terhadap kearifan lokal kain karawo cukup baik, tetapi ada ruang untuk peningkatan pemahaman lebih lanjut guna pelestarian warisan budaya tersebut.

Abstract

Geographically, the observation area is included in Ulunggolaka Village, Latambaga District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This observation was conducted to determine the paragenesis of the formation of minerals in metamorphic rocks (Schist). The observation method is laboratory analysis (petrographic and mineragraphic analysis). The results of laboratory analysis observations on polished incisions are that there are intergrowth and replacement textures observed between pyrites, sphalerite and chalcopyrite minerals. Paragenesis in the observed samples is that in stage one pyrites are formed and in stage two pyrites and chalcopyrite grow together (intergrowth) and in stage three chalcopyrite is present replacing pyrites and in the last stage sphalerite mineralization is present replacing pyrites. Ore minerals that develop in the observation area are dominated by pyrite and chalcopyrite minerals according to the mineral deposit model included in the low sulfide epithermal deposit type.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the application of the Quantum Learning learning model, 2) the differences in student interests and learning outcomes using the quantum learning model with the conventional model. This research is a quantitative descriptive type of research. The population of this study amounted to 240 students and a sample of 60 students. The experimental class has 30 students and the conventional class also has 30 students. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Analysis of research data using descriptive statistical analysis, and infrensial analysis. The results showed that the experimental class students' interest in learning tended to be high with 82.97%. Meanwhile, the students' interest in learning in the control class tends to be low, with an average score of 54.85%. And the learning outcomes achieved by students on the subject matter of the atmosphere in the experimental class (taught using the quantum learning model) were in the good category, with an average of 76. The maximum value was 85 obtained and 65 the minimum value. Meanwhile for the control class ( taught by the teacher of the subject concerned using the lecture method) is in the sufficient category, with an average learning achievement of 62.8. The highest value achieved by students is 80 and the lowest value is 50

Abstract

Pembiasaan dan pembudayaan karakter peduli lingkungan bagi pesreta didik di melalui pengintegrasian dengan mata Pelajaran IPA di sekolah, Pembelajaran IPA menjadikan peserta didik mampu belajar di lingkungan alam sekitar sekolah dan mengenal alam sekitar. Guru juga dapat mengintegrasikan pembelajaran IPA dengan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal seperti budaya huyula yang ada di provinsi Gorontalo. Budaya Huyula sangat penting bagi dunia pendidikan karena dampak bagi peserta didik sangat positif diantaranya saling tolong-menolong dan kerja sama yang baik. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan kepada peserta didik untuk menumbuhkan karakter peduli terhadap lingkungan. Karakter peduli lingkungan tumbuh dalam diri peserta didik dengan menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai peduli lingkungan di dalam pembelajaran IPA serta terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal setempat. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta didik menjadi bertambah pengetahuannya terkait cara menjaga lingkungan dan lebih cinta dan peduli terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan suplemen bahan ajar berbasis berpikir spasial dalam mitigasi bencana, mengingat kekurangan bahan ajar kontekstual yang ada saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengembangkan suplemen bahan ajar yang efektif menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) model 4D, yang meliputi tahapan Define, Design, Development, dan Disseminate. Metode ini dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan dan desain bahan ajar, diikuti dengan pengembangan, validasi, dan revisi, serta diakhiri dengan penyebaran bahan ajar dalam format flip book. Hasil dari proses ini menunjukkan bahwa suplemen bahan ajar yang dikembangkan memenuhi standar kualitas yang diharapkan, dengan penilaian validasi yang menunjukkan hasil yang sangat layak. Suplemen ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan menawarkan materi yang lebih relevan dan aplikatif dalam konteks mitigasi bencana di wilayah lokal.

Abstract

This activity aims to enhance students' competencies in the field of entrepreneurship through training in the production of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) using the fermentation method, as part of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The method employed involved educational sessions and hands-on training based on an experiential learning approach, involving 30 eleventh-grade students. The activity included theoretical introduction, practical VCO production, packaging, and marketing planning. Evaluation results indicated a significant increase in students' knowledge from 42% to 85%. Students demonstrated strong practical skills throughout the VCO production process, along with the development of entrepreneurial attitudes such as responsibility, collaboration, and creativity. This training proved effective as a contextual learning medium that reinforces Pancasila values and 21st-century skills.

Abstract

The development of learning media is a crucial effort in improving the quality of the learning process, particularly in Geography. The general background of this research is the low interest and understanding of students regarding the hydrological cycle material, which is caused by learning media that are less engaging and less interactive. Specifically, at SMA Negeri 1 Bukal, the use of conventional learning media has not been able to facilitate students in comprehensively understanding the concept of the hydrological cycle. The knowledge gap found is the lack of learning media that combines informative visualization and ease of access, making it difficult for students to internalize the material. In this study, we developed learning media in the form of an infographic book specifically designed for the hydrological cycle material for class X. This infographic book integrates images, diagrams, and concise, easy-to-understand text to help students visually and systematically understand the hydrological cycle process. The development results show that this medium effectively improves students' understanding and their learning interest in the hydrological cycle material. In addition, this medium also makes it easier for teachers to deliver material in a more engaging and interactive way. The implication of this research is the importance of developing innovative learning media that are tailored to the needs of students to improve the quality of Geography learning, especially in the hydrological cycle material, so that it can support the optimal achievement of learning competencies

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of countries in scientific publications related to the development of Geography learning media during the period 2019 to 2024. The method used is bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software, with publication data obtained through the Publish or Perish application and sourced from Google Scholar. The visualization results show that the United States is the country with the highest contribution in this study, as seen from the most dominant node size and central position in the collaboration network. Other countries such as China, Indonesia, India, and Germany also show significant levels of involvement, reflected in the number of collaborative relationships and large node sizes. On the other hand, the involvement of countries such as South Korea, Austria, Mexico, and Kenya is observed to be lower, with minimal connectivity intensity. These findings indicate that the issue of developing Geography learning media has become a global concern, with the dominance of contributions from countries that have strong research and education capacities

Abstract

Kota Utara Subdistrict is the largest rice-producing area in Gorontalo City, particularly in Wongkaditi Barat and Dulomo Utara Subdistricts. However, farmers in this area face various socio-economic challenges that result in incomes that do not match their expenditures. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach to examine the socioeconomic situation of farmers along with the elements that affect it Information was gathered via observation, interviews, and surveys from 60 farmers, then analyzed descriptively and spatially using ArcGIS tools. The results show that most farmers are of productive age, have low educational backgrounds, few dependents (husband, a wife, and no more than three children), and live in their own concrete houses. Economically, they cultivate small plots of land, have limited capital, and face high production costs, resulting in seasonal incomes generally below IDR 5,000,000. The sharecropping system further limits their earnings. Policy interventions such as capital assistance, access to agricultural technology, and stabilization of crop prices are needed.
