Abstract

Sebuah perpustakaan sekolah, siswa merupakan sumber daya yang penting karena mereka adalah penggerak utama aktivitas perpustakaan. Namun melihat fenomena di SMP Harapan Ummat Arongan, pada waktu istirahat yang relative singkat, mereka lebih banyak habiskan waktu bermain dari pada ke Perpustakaan. Perpustakaan yang ada belum dimanfaatkan oleh siswa sebagai mana semestinya. Berpijak karena itulah peneliti melakukan penelitian di SMP Swasta Harapan Ummat Arongan dengan judul strategi guru PAI dalam memanfaatkan sumber pembelajaran di perpustakaan SMP Swasta Harapan Ummat Arongan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru PAI dalam memanfaatkan sumber pembelajaran di perpustakaan dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dalam memanfaatkan sumber pembelajaran di perpustakaan SMP Harapan Ummat Arongan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian kualitatif data yang dikumpulkan bukan angka-angka, akan tetapi berupa kata-kata atau gambaran. Data yang dimaksud berasal dari wawancara, catatan lapangan, foto, dokumen pribadi dan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru dalam pemanfaatan perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar siswa SMP Swasta Harapan Ummat Arongan, yaitu memberikan tugas meringkas kepada siswa dan diarahkan ke perpustakaan untuk memilih salah satu buku yang akan digunakan dalam mengerjakan tugas tersebut, siswa diharuskan membaca 15 menit sebelum memulai pelajaran, mengarahkan siswa keperpustakaan. Faktor pendukug: adanya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai yaitu koleksi bahan pustaka yang memadai di perpustakaan SMP Swasta Harapan Ummat Arongan.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia sangat penting bagi sebuah organisasi, maka perlu direkrut SDM yang berkualitas. Tujuan penulis ingin meneliti lebih jauh tentang manajemen pimpinan dayah dalam merekrut tenaga pendidik di LPI Dayah Hasanul Iman Al-Aziziyah Jeunieb Kabupaten Bireuen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen pimpinan dayah dalam merekrut tenaga pendidik di LPI Dayah Hasanul Iman Al-Aziziyah Jeunieb Kabupaten Bireuen adalah 1) perencanaan, yaitu dilakukan demi menghindarkan terjadinya kesalahan dan kegagalan yang tidak diinginkan dalam proses rekrutmen; 2) proses rekutmen guru, yaitu persiapan rekrutmen guru, penyebaran pengumuman penerimaan guru baru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji Efektifitas Kinerja Koordinator Kabupaten di Program Keluarga Harapan. Tujuan penelitian untuk memahami efektifitas kinerja Koordinator Kabupaten Program Keluarga Harapan dalam pelaksanaan bisnis proses program di Kabupaten Aceh Utara, implementasi program dan dampak keberadaan Koordinator Kabupaten bagi Sumber Daya Manusia pelaksana program. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan memilih, menyederhanakan, menggolongkan, menyajikan dan menarik kesimpulan. Keberadaan koordinator untuk mengoordinasikan bisnis proses program ditingkat stakeholder kabupaten serta menyampaikan laporan bisnis proses program dari Pendamping Sosial dan Administrator Pangkalan Data ke Koordinator Wilayah Aceh dan Koordinator Regional Sumatera. Keberadaan koordinator dibutuhkan untuk melaporkan secara berjenjang bisnis proses program sampai ke Direktorat Jaminan Sosial, Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia. Keberadaan koodinator tidak dirancang oleh kabupaten tetapi regulasi dari Kementerian Sosial. Data penerima manfaat masih diperlukan validasi dan verifikasi oleh Pendamping Sosial di kecamatan-kecamatan. Koordinator dibutuhkan untuk mengoordinir validasi dan verifikasi data. Diperlukan kerjasama lintas sektor untuk suksesnya pemberian bantuan, oleh karena itu keberadaan koordinator dibutuhkan untuk melakukan koordinasi lintas sektor ditingkat kabupaten, terutama dengan Bank Syariah Indonesia, Badan Pembangunan Daerah, Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Kesehatan, Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Utara.

Abstract

The transformation of sharia values through faith-based education plays a crucial role in shaping the character of the younger generation. Dayah, as a traditional Islamic educational institution, has a significant role in internalizing these values through the communication between gurēe and students. This study aims to identify the role of interpersonal communication by gurēe in shaping the Islamic character of students at Dayah MUDI Masjid Raya Samalanga. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with gurēe and students, direct observations of daily activities, and document analysis, including curriculum and teaching materials. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns in gurēe communication supporting the transformation of sharia values. The findings reveal that interpersonal communication by gurēe plays a central role in transforming sharia values. This process involves not only formal teaching but also personal approaches, open dialogues, and exemplary behavior by gurēe. This approach creates a supportive educational environment where students feel encouraged to internalize sharia values into their attitudes and behaviors. This study contributes to the Islamic education literature by emphasizing the importance of interpersonal communication as an effective strategy for building a sharia-based character in the younger generation.

Abstract

The peeling machine for peanut shells, which has limitations and achieves a peeling capacity of only 85%, requires optimization. To this end, the friction, pressure, and gravity involved are analyzed. The design concept of the peeling machine considers the topographic conditions, particularly in the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) region. The result of this optimization produces the 'Peeling Machine for Peanut Shells.' The resulting peeling machine has the following specifications: height of 700 mm, length of 50 mm, width of 37 mm, operated manually, with a production capacity of approximately 0.86 ounces per second. The performance, in terms of rotation speed and the number of peeled peanuts, shows a significant correlation with increased capacity. Increasing the diameter of the blades also contributes to higher output. At a speed of 60 rpm, a closer blade distance (11 mm) yields the best results, indicating that the optimization of machine design needs to consider the blade distance in relation to the rotation speed to enhance efficiency.

Abstract

Kemalasan kuliah merupakan salah satu tantangan yang sering dihadapi oleh institusi pendidikan tinggi, yang berdampak pada penurunan kualitas pembelajaran dan keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran konseling mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan disiplin dan kesadaran akademik untuk mengurangi tingkat kemalasan kuliah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research atau kajian kepustakaan, yang menganalisis berbagai literatur terkait konseling, disiplin akademik, dan pengelolaan motivasi mahasiswa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konseling yang dirancang secara terstruktur dan personal dapat membantu mahasiswa mengidentifikasi serta mengatasi hambatan akademik mereka. Konseling juga terbukti meningkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa terhadap pentingnya disiplin dan peran mereka dalam keberhasilan pendidikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan strategi konseling yang lebih efektif dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk mendukung keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

Throughout Islamic education, waqf has been integral to the ummah, especially in education. The potential for developing funding for educational institutions from new waqf sources, particularly cash waqf, is significant. This study examines the opportunities for implementing cash waqf models in Islamic Higher Educational Institutions (PTKI) in Aceh, focusing on modernizing the financial system at dayah-based PTKIS. This research employs a mixed-method approach to identify a gap in the effective implementation and management of cash waqf, including qualitative interviews and quantitative data analysis. The study explores current practices, challenges, and potential solutions in asset management, fundraising, investment strategies, and the utilization of waqf proceeds. Findings show substantial opportunities for innovation and improvement in these areas despite obstacles such as awareness and administrative issues. Based on the sociology of Islam perspective, this research highlights the interaction between local and universal aspects of Islam, emphasizing the importance of humanistic values in modern financial practices. This study provides strategic insights and recommendations for stakeholders to develop and implement effective cash waqf models, enhancing the financial sustainability of Islamic educational institutions in Aceh.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in shaping the moral and ethical character of students at SMK Jamiah Al-Aziziyah from a sociological perspective. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews with PAI teachers and students, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that PAI significantly contributes to character formation by fostering values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and politeness. These values are instilled through formal lessons and internalized through social interactions at school, including peer communication, collaboration in religious activities, and role modeling by teachers. Despite these positive outcomes, challenges such as negative social media influences and limited parental engagement persist. The study highlights the need for a collaborative framework involving schools, families, and communities to address external challenges and sustain moral development. It also calls for future research to integrate family and community roles more effectively into character education initiatives

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the Family Hope Program (PKH) social assistants in tackling stunting in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency, using role theory that includes participation, perception, accessibility, and action determination in tackling stunting. This research was conducted in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. The method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by selecting, simplifying, classifying, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Family Hope Program social assistants have actively participated, have good perceptions, and have taken positive actions in tackling stunting in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency through Family Capability Improvement Meetings (P2K2), although the accessibility in tackling stunting is not yet optimal. Barriers encountered in tackling stunting include the lack of understanding among PKH beneficiaries about stunting, reluctance to fully follow government programs for stunting prevention, poor environmental hygiene, and a lack of awareness among men to refrain from smoking near infants and pregnant women.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Ethno-Religious-based SAVI model on students' problem-solving ability in PAI learning meta-analysis.  The eligibility criteria in this study are a) research data obtained from the Google Scholar database, ProQuest, ERIC and Wiley, b) The research must be indexed by the Science Technology Index (SINTA), Scopus and Wos, c) The research topic must be relevant, d) the research is published in the 2020-2023 range, d) the publication must have a score of (r), (t) or F, e) the level of education of the participants, namely elementary, junior high and high school and the sample size of this research > 30 students.  Data analysis with the help of JSAP 0.8.5 application. The results of this study are 1) 18 studies analyzed are heterogeneous and normal, 2) there is an influence of ethno-religious-based SAVI model on students' problem-solving ability in PAI learning with a high effect size category (p < 0.001 ; rRE = 1.12 and 3) in this study there is no publicity bias. These findings provide information that the ethno-religious-based SAVI model is effective in improving students' problem-solving skills in PAI learning.
