Abstract

This research aims to test the variables of tax rates and tax sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at SAMSAT Salatiga City, Central Java. The population in this research is motor vehicle taxpayers who are currently paying vehicle tax at SAMSAT Salatiga City. The sample consisted of 60 respondents taken using a non-random sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale parameter as primary data. Data analysis in this research used the multiple linear regression method and was processed using Predictive Analytics SoftWare, namely SPSS 29. The results of multiple regression testing showed that the variables of tax rates and tax sanctions had a significant positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. The results of simultaneous testing also showed that the variables of tax rates and tax sanctions had a significant positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Indonesia pada Pemilihan Umum 2024, muncul sejumlah nama besar seperti Prabowo Subianto, Ganjar Pranowo, dan Anies Baswedan. Sedang marak persiapan dalam mengambil simpati maupun suara rakyat, baik di dunia nyata maupun di dunia maya, salah satunya social media yang merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan di jaman sekarang. Penelitian ini akan membahas impact dari peristiwa Wadas, Jawa Tengah terhadap sentiment masyarakat kepada Ganjar Pranowo yang adalah Gubernur Jawa Tengah. Dengan menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine penelitian ini memiliki output yaitu pengaruh Peristiwa Wadas terhadap sentimen masyarakat pada media sosial, yaitu twitter. Kemudian bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap calon presiden yang lain, yaitu Prabowo Subianto dan Anies Baswedan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Sugihan Village, Tengaran District, Semarang Regency, through training in making digital brochures to promote educational tourism using the Canva application. This program was implemented in response to the lack of digital literacy and dependence on conventional promotions that limit the reach of the educational tourism market in Sugihan Village. The implementation method includes five stages: (1) analysis of the needs of SMEs and educational tourism, (2) preparation of digital brochure materials and designs, (3) training in making digital brochures, (4) implementation and mentoring, and (5) evaluation and continuous development. Participants were taught visual design techniques, persuasive content preparation, and distribution strategies through social media. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in the abilities of 25 participants: 75% were able to make independent digital brochures. It is hoped that after this training activity, it will have an impact on increasing tourist visits to Sugihan Village, Semarang Regency. Collaboration between academics from the University of Computer Science and Technology Lecturer team and the SME community also strengthens the sustainability of the program, with the formation of a digital working group to update promotional content regularly.

Abstract

Kondisi sosial ekonomi Kota Sorong saat ini menunjukkan kebutuhan berkelanjutan akan berbagai fasilitas pendukung dan perhatian pemerintah yang lebih besar untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup. Situasi ini menghadirkan peluang bagi pengembangan usaha, terutama dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar. Oleh karena itu, para wirausahawan dituntut untuk beroperasi secara efisien dan kreatif agar tetap kompetitif. Salah satunya yaitu Ibu Tuti yang merupakan seorang petani dan pebisnis, menghadapi tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan bahan baku di usahanya yang berlokasi di Jl. Basuki Rahmat, Km. 11,5, di belakang Universitas Victory Sorong. Untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan daya saing usahanya, diperlukan pendekatan strategis, termasuk penggunaan metode analitis dalam mengelola data penjualan untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan meskipun sumber daya terbatas. Metode Simpleks, sebuah teknik kuantitatif dalam Pemrograman Linier (PL), menawarkan solusi efektif untuk menentukan hasil optimal, terutama dalam memaksimalkan atau meminimalkan fungsi tujuan dengan kendala tertentu. Fleksibilitasnya dalam menangani berbagai variabel keputusan dan kendala membuatnya sangat efektif bagi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Dengan menerapkan metode Simpleks, pemilik usaha seperti Ibu Tuti dapat mensimulasikan berbagai skenario penjualan untuk mengidentifikasi opsi yang paling menguntungkan. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI), khususnya melalui POM-QM for Windows versi 5.3, semakin meningkatkan proses pengambilan keputusan dengan memungkinkan pemodelan dan analisis yang cepat, akurat, dan sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Ibu Tuti mengoptimalkan penggunaan bahan bakunya untuk mencapai keuntungan harian yang maksimal, dengan perhitungan manual dan perangkat lunak yang menghasilkan Rp1.200.000 per hari. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa POM-QM secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi dan ketepatan pengambilan keputusan bisnis, yang berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The threat of Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) is increasing develop along with increasing use of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Software-Defined Networking (SDN) architecture . Although SDN provides convenience in management network , properties its centralized control make it prone to to flooding attacks that can paralyze controller performance . Detection method conventional , such as approach statistics and machine learning, still own limitations in matter accuracy , high false positive rate , and dependence on extracted features manually . To overcome problem said , research This propose a hybrid deep learning based DDoS detection and mitigation model that combines Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to extraction feature spatial from RGB and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) images for understand temporal correlation between traffic data network . System tested through network test-bed Mininet based with Ryu/Floodlight controller, using simulation DDoS attacks (Hping3, LOIC) and normal traffic (video streaming, HTTP server). Traffic data cross recorded in PCAP format, processed become RGB image measuring 200×200 pixels, and labeled based on type traffic . Evaluation results with metric accuracy , precision, recall, F1-score, and MCC show that the CNN–GRU model has performance more superior compared to baseline approaches such as CNN-only, GRU-only, as well as classical ML methods such as SVM and Random Forest. In addition , the system capable apply mitigation adaptive through automatic flow rule creation on edge switches. Findings This confirm that effective deep learning- based spatial -temporal hybrid approach in increase detection early and response DDoS attacks on SDN networks adaptive and real-time.

Abstract

An imbalance in task assignments within a business unit can decrease efficiency and extend job completion time. To address this issue, an optimization approach is required to allocate tasks effectively and minimize total working time. This study analyzes the application of the Hungarian Method to optimize employee assignments at Konter Bintang Sorong, aiming to achieve the most efficient mobile phone repair time. A quantitative approach was employed using the Hungarian algorithm implemented through POM-QM for Windows version 5. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation related to repair durations for each task type. The findings show that the Hungarian Method produced the most efficient task allocation: employee Willi repaired connectors in 25 minutes, Aksa handled software issues in 60 minutes, and Fadli repaired LCD components in 10 minutes. These results indicate that the Hungarian Method effectively reduces average repair time and increases the number of devices serviced within a given period. Thus, it serves as an effective optimization tool for improving task distribution, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The economic improvement of Indonesian society began to increase after the Covid-19 pandemic, which was supported by the household economy through the MSME industry. PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) is an organization that drives development at the village level which has the main task of improving the quality of life of the community. STEKOM University, through a team of lecturers from across fields of science, tries to provide digital marketing training on making meeting invitation designs, designing MSME product promotions using the Canva application and product promotion via the "Warung UKM" website. The approach to training uses lectures, discussions and practice. In evaluating community service activities, it is hoped that periodic training will be held so that the competence of PKK cadres can increase.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pendampingan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan topik optimaliasi AI (Artificial Intelligence) Gamma App dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknologi digital bagi para penggiat literasi di Desa Gladagsari, Kabupaten Boyolali. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan menggunakan metode presentasi, demostrasi, praktik, dan diskusi langsung. Pelatihan ini terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu Tahap sosialisasi, tahap pelatihan AI, tahap FGD, tahap pembuatan bahan presentasi, dan tahap evaluasi. Materi pelatihan berupa optimalisasi pembuatan bahan presentasi berupa PowerPoint yang menarik dengan bantuan AI Gamma App. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Rumah Makan Ayam Goreng Mbah Bingah, Ampel, Boyolali dengan peserta berasal dari para penggiat literasi digital di Desa Galadagsari, Kabupaten Boyolali yang berjulmah 18 orang. Hasil implementasi berupa paraktik pembuatan PowerPoint dengan bantuan AI Gamma App dapat meningkatkan kompetensi literasi digital bagi para peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

SDIT NIDAUL HIKMAH SALATIGA is a private school with more than 600 students. Despite the large number of students, administrative services are still manually performed, including writing and compiling payment receipts in Microsoft Excel, manual data retrieval, and printing invoices from Excel. This method is not only impractical and inefficient but also often leads to calculation discrepancies. This study aims to develop an information system using the CodeIgniter framework. CodeIgniter, with its Model, View, Controller (MVC) concept, provides ease in designing information systems. The implementation of the WhatsApp API aims to create an up-to-date system by introducing WhatsApp notification features containing detailed billing and transaction information to parents/guardians of students. The research also aims to design a practical and effective information system in school administration services, making it easier and faster to perform administrative tasks. Through validation conducted by experts and users, it can be concluded that this system has received excellent ratings and can be applied as a tool for school administrative payment services, with revisions made if any issues are found. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) was conducted on sample respondents by asking users to try accessing the system and provide feedback by completing the provided questionnaire. From the test results, respondents gave a total score of 90% for ease of use, 86% for appearance, and 91% for functionality, indicating that users strongly agree that this school payment information system is easy to operate, has comprehensive features, and facilitates administrative services.

Abstract

In the era of Industry 4.0, integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics in the industrial sector demands high-performance computing infrastructure to handle increasingly complex and voluminous datasets. This study investigates the optimization of AI performance by implementing a hybrid computing architecture, integrating CPUs, GPUs, FPGAs, and edge-cloud computing. The research aims to enhance processing speed, model accuracy, and energy efficiency, addressing the limitations of standalone computing systems. A quantitative methodology was employed, using over 1 TB of industrial data from IoT sensors and production logs. A hybrid architecture was implemented with dynamic workload scheduling to distribute tasks efficiently across computational components. Performance metrics included processing time, model accuracy, energy consumption, and cost analysis. Results demonstrated that hybrid architectures significantly improved performance: the CPU-GPU combination reduced processing times to 650 ms, increased model accuracy to 88.3%, and achieved an energy consumption of 2.1 kWh. Meanwhile, the CPU-FPGA configuration, while slightly less accurate (87.5%), proved more energy-efficient at 1.3 kWh. AI models developed using hybrid systems exhibited superior predictive accuracy, with Mean Squared Error (MSE) as low as 0.0248 and R² of 0.91. The study concludes that hybrid computing architecture is a transformative approach for optimizing AI systems in industrial applications, balancing speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency. These findings provide actionable insights for industries aiming to leverage advanced computing technologies for improved operational efficiency and sustainability. Future research should focus on advanced workload scheduling and cost-effectiveness strategies to maximize the potential of hybrid systems.
