Abstract

The impact of product innovation and marketing tactics on customer purchase decisions will be covered in this study. This study sought to ascertain how, if at all, product innovation and marketing tactics influenced consumers' decisions to buy. This kind of research is quantitative, and the 97 participants in the study made up the sample. Techniques for gathering data include surveys, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis method used in this study includes multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, and classical assumption tests such as the multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and F tests as well as coefficient of determination and t tests with SPSS. The study's findings suggest that product innovation influences consumers' decisions to buy to some extent. Purchasing decisions are not partially influenced by marketing strategy. Meanwhile, at the Javas Cycle café in Jambi City, customers' decisions to buy are influenced by both marketing strategy and innovative products.

Abstract

The community service activities carried out are community service activities funded by the Jambi Dinamika Bangsa Foundation. The implementation of this activity is carried out in the form of practicum and discussion to train training participants, namely Madu Mayeesha UMKM actors in terms of graphic design and Facebook Ads and Shopee Marketplace, to increase sales through digital marketing. This training uses the following methods: problem formulation stage, solution determination stage, settlement method, evaluation stage, and output. This training utilizes Graphic Design software such as: CorelDraw, Photoshop and Canva to create promotional designs or advertising materials for mayeesha honey products

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan merupakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dibiayai oleh Yayasan Dinamika Bangsa Jambi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk praktikum dan diskusi untuk melatih peserta pelatihan Digital Desa merupakan program pemerintah yang berpusat pada pengembangan desa untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat desa melalui pemanfaatan teknologi dalam berbagai aspek pembangunan desa. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan dasar untuk masyarakat terkait Desa Digital dan pengaplikasiannya untuk menuju Desa Digital. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Desa Pauh Menang Kec. Pamenang Kabupaten Merangin melalui proses sosialisasi ke Masyarakat setempat. Informasi digital mengenai desa ini masih terbilang cukup minim teknologi informasi, sementara potensi kekayaan alam dan produk yang ada di desa tersebut sangat baik. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk mendukung konsep digitalisasi desa serta sebagai ajang memperkenalkan potensi Desa Pauh Menang ke masyarakat luar. Metode yang digunakan adalah perumusan masalah, mencari solusi, penyelesaian masalah, evaluasi dan luaran. Pelatihan ini memanfaatkan teknologi informasi seperti : digital marketing untuk promosi produk desa pada market place shopee dan pembuatan konten promosi menggunakan tools AI.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of digital technology adoption and digital literacy on improving the sales performance of MSMEs in Indonesia, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used with the path analysis method on 200 MSME actors from four different provinces. Data were collected through closed questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of the study show that both digital technology adoption and digital literacy have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction was also proven to play a significant mediating role in improving sales performance. The R-square value of 0.607 indicates that the model has a sufficiently high explanatory power for the dependent variable. These findings confirm that the success of MSME digitalization does not only depend on the use of technological tools, but also on the understanding of business actors in managing customer service digitally. The government and stakeholders need to provide strategic interventions through digital literacy training, infrastructure provision, and inclusive sector-based policies. This research provides an empirical contribution to the digital entrepreneurship literature, as well as practical implications for the development of MSMEs in the era of digital economic transformation. Further research is recommended to add variables such as customer loyalty and operational efficiency to the model, and to apply a longitudinal approach to observe the long-term impact of digital technology adoption.

Services in a web-based information system need to be measured to determine the quality level of the website for users. this research, to determine the quality of the Garuda Putih STIKES website in Jambi City in meeting the needs of satisfied users using the webqual 4.0 method. The method used in determining the quality of the White Garuda Stikes website, Jambi city, is the webqual 4.0 method which consists of four variables, namely the variableusability, information quality, interaction quality andUser Satisfaction. The research sample is 173 respondents. Random and stratified sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire containing statements about student perceptions of the Garuda Putih SITKES website, Jambi city. The collected data was processed with SPSS and conducted a test to determine the quality of the Garuda Putih City STIKES website, Jambi. Abstract

Transformasi digital menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk mengoptimalkan teknologi dalam pengelolaan administrasi dan data. SMA Negeri 12 Kota Jambi mengalami kendala dalam hal literasi digital, infrastruktur, dan pemahaman keamanan data, sehingga berisiko terhadap kehilangan dan kebocoran data. Kegiatan ini sendiri bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru及staf dalam mengelola data digital menggunakan penyimpanan cloud serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya keamanan data. Dalam pelaksanakan kegiatan PKM ini Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga sesi: (1) Pemaparan materi konsep manajemen dan keamanan data, (2) Berdasarkan terlibat. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner pra dan pasca pelatihan, kerdasarkan hasil kuesioner pra-pelatihan menunjukkan 85,71% peserta belum pernah mendapat pelatihan serupa, 60% pernah kehilangan data penting, dan hanya 14,3% yang sangat memahami prinsip keamanan data. Hasil pasca-pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: 88% peserta memahami perbedaan penyimpanan cloud dan lokal, 95% mampu menggunakan platform cloud, dan 100% memahami pentingnya backup dan keamanan data. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi digital, keterampilan teknis, dan kesadaran akan keamanan data bagi guru dan staf. Diperlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pengembangan infrastruktur server terpusat di sekolah untuk sustainability hasil kegiatan.

Abstract

Penggunaan material komposit berbasis serat alam menjadi fokus utama dalam mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap bahan sintetis di industri otomotif. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh variasi fraksi volume dan orientasi serat serat sabuk kelapa Coconut husk terhadap kekuatan tarik komposit sebagai alternatif bahan dashboard mobil. Serat sabuk kelapa dipilih karena memiliki sifat mekanik yang baik, ramah lingkungan, dan dapat diperbarui.Komposit dibuat menggunakan matriks resin polyester dengan variasi fraksi volume serat 3%, 5%, dan 7%, serta orientasi vertikal, horizontal dan acak. Sampel diuji tarik menggunakan metode hand lay-up sesuai standar ASTM D 638. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi fraksi volume dan orientasi serat memengaruhi kekuatan tarik secara signifikan. Kombinasi serat vertikal dengan fraksi volume 7% menghasilkan kekuatan tarik tertinggi sebesar 38,95 MPa, sementara orientasi horizontal dengan fraksi 3% hanya mencapai 15,35 MPa. Semakin banyak serat sejajar dengan arah gaya tarik, semakin tinggi kekuatannya. Sebagaiperbandingan,kekuatan tarik plastic ABS HighI mpact untuk dashboardmobil berkisar antara 20-40 MPa. Oleh karena itu, komposit serat pandan duri memenuhi standar kekuatan dan berpotensi menjadi alternatif bahan yang ramah lingkungan untuk industri otomotif.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat media sosial telah memberikan ruang bagi setiap individu untuk menyampaikan pendapat, baik berupa komentar positif maupun negatif terhadap konten yang mereka akses. Kemudahan dalam memberikan opini secara daring ini berdampak pada semakin besarnya jumlah ulasan yang tersedia. Namun, volume ulasan yang sangat besar sering kali sulit untuk dianalisis secara manual dan berpotensi menimbulkan bias dalam penilaian. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan pendekatan otomatis melalui klasifikasi sentimen yang bertujuan mengelompokkan opini pengguna ke dalam kategori positif atau negatif. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan tiga algoritma pembelajaran mesin, yaitu Naïve Bayes (NB), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), dan Random Forest (RF). Data penelitian diperoleh dari public dataset UCI Machine Learning. Fokus penelitian adalah meningkatkan kinerja klasifikasi dengan memanfaatkan teknik seleksi fitur information gain. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa penerapan information gain secara konsisten meningkatkan performa semua algoritma yang diuji, baik pada metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, maupun f1-score. Naïve Bayes awalnya memperoleh akurasi tertinggi sebesar 74,33% pada kondisi tanpa fitur tambahan. Namun, setelah penerapan information gain, algoritma KNN menunjukkan hasil paling optimal dengan akurasi mencapai 81,28% serta performa yang relatif seimbang pada semua metrik evaluasi. Sementara itu, Random Forest juga mengalami peningkatan, meskipun tidak melampaui KNN. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemilihan fitur yang relevan melalui information gain mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas klasifikasi sentimen, serta dapat menjadi pendekatan yang potensial untuk menganalisis opini dalam skala besar.   Abstract The rapid growth of social media has provided individuals with the opportunity to freely express their opinions, whether positive or negative, toward the content they encounter. The increasing ease of sharing opinions online has resulted in a massive volume of user reviews. However, the large number of reviews is difficult to analyze manually and may introduce bias in interpretation. To address this issue, sentiment classification is applied to automatically categorize user opinions into positive or negative classes. In this study, three machine learning algorithms were employed: Naïve Bayes (NB), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Random Forest (RF). The dataset was obtained from the public UCI Machine Learning repository. The main objective of this research is to improve classification performance by utilizing feature selection through the information gain method. Experimental results demonstrate that applying information gain consistently enhances the performance of all evaluated algorithms across multiple metrics, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Without feature selection, Naïve Bayes achieved the highest accuracy of 74.33%. However, after applying information gain, KNN outperformed the other algorithms by reaching an accuracy of 81.28% and exhibited balanced results across all evaluation metrics. Random Forest also showed improvement but did not surpass the performance of KNN. Overall, these findings highlight the importance of feature selection in improving both the efficiency and effectiveness of sentiment classification. Furthermore, the use of information gain proves to be a promising approach for large-scale opinion analysis, particularly in handling the high dimensionality of textual data.

Abstract

This study originated from the problems that occur in the data processing system purchases and sales that are running, namely: if required information quickly, then the search takes a long time, frequent errors in inputting data purchases and sales as well as the slow creation of reports that must be given to the head office. This study aims to to design information systems purchase and sales at PT. Hok Tong Jambi uses Visual Basic 2019 so that it can be a solution to the problems that occur. The research method applied in this study is the development of waterfall method. The design of this research is started from Log in Input design, main Menu design, purchase Data Design, purchase Input design, purchase price Input Design, Sales Data Design, Sales Input design, demand data Input design, outgoing goods demand Input design,sales table Input design, purchase and sales report Filter Input design. Based on the discussion and the results of Information Systems Design purchase and sale at PT.HOK TONG JAMBI that has been done, it can be concluded that through the use of Microsoft Visual Basic simplify the process of searching and processing data purchase and sale transactions. With this purchase and sales information system, the purchase and sales transaction process can produce purchase and sales transaction reports.
