Abstract

Tulisan ini memaparkan bagaimana konsep miskin dipahami menurut perspektif ajaran agama Islam yang disandingkan dengan fenomenologi Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kemiskinan memiliki variasi makna dan tolok ukur seperti miskin pespektif ekonomi, miskin dilihat dari sosial budaya, serta miskin perspektif agama. Miskin dalam perspektif Islam mutlak sama yakni kondisi manusia yang tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar untuk hidup sehari. Sedangkan perspektif fenomenologi bervariasi seperti BPS pengeluaran per kapita per bulan yang dibawah garis kemiskinannya (Badan Pusat Statistik), pendapatan kurang dari PPP $1 perhari (Bank Dunia), tidak berpenghasilan setara 320 kg beras/pedesaan dan 480 kg beras/perkotaan per tahun (Sagoyo), bergantung standar masyarakat bersangkutan (Panjaitan), dan ketidakberuntungan masyarakat (Suharto).

Abstract

This service is motivated by the socio-cultural phenomenon of education in Kalampadu Village since the distance school system has created new social problems. The quality of school resources, parental resources, online media, and internet access does not support the learning process, causing children to find it challenging to understand school subject matter. This socio-cultural-educational problem should not be left without efforts to solve the problem because the nation's children are the hope and successor in a prosperous future of Indonesia. The Unsri community service team helped solve this educational problem by conducting socialization and internalization of socio-cultural-educational. This community service activity was carried out at the Village Hall, Kalampadu Village, involving 32 participants consisting of parents, teachers, students, community leaders, and the village government. This method is carried out by delivering material and direct practice to the participants of service activities. The results of these activities are full of practice from Parsons' structural, functional theory. Every series of events from beginning to end fits perfectly with the AGIL scheme in socializing and internalizing educational norms. Welcoming remarks as a process of re-adaptation, delivery of material according to the re-integration scheme, and a question-and-answer and interactive process is applying all elements of adaptation-achievement of goals-integration-maintenance of patterns. This service activity integrates the socio-cultural system of education towards an ideal and prosperous educational, social system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mendeskripsikan rutinitas ibadah lansia dan 2) mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas terhadap kesehatan lansia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Labuhan Maringgai, Kecamatan Labuhan Maringgai, Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling (sensus), yaitu seluruh lansia yang berada di Desa Labuhan Maringgai sebanyak 73 jiwa. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner dengan metode analisis statistik deskriptif, uji korelasi product-moment, uji hipotesis, dan uji besar pengaruh variabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sebanyak 76% lansia sudah rutin melaksanakan ibadah shalat Subuh, Zuhur, Ashar, Maghrib, dan Isya yang disertai dengan zikir. Persentase lansia yang merutinkan baca Al quran sebesar 47%, sedangkan yang menghadiri pengajian di masjid sebesar 50%. Lansia yang belum merutinkan ibadah disebabkan oleh faktor pekerjaan. Diketahui sebesar 44% lansia masih bekerja untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Kemudian, berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diketahui adanya hubungan yang positif antara rutinitas ibadah terhadap kebahagiaan lansia. Penduduk lansia yang rutin melaksanakan ibadah merasakan ketenangan secara psikis dan berdampak pada kesehatan jasmani. Adapun lansia yang belum rutin melaksanakan ibadah dalam kehidupan sehai-hari mudah merasakan cemas atas situasi yang dihadapinya. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya perhatian dari anggota keluarga dan pemerintah desa untuk mengupayakan kesejahteraan lansia.

Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country continues to make improvements in the program and policy of quality of life and human resources development. The new vision of Indonesia’s president is 'SDM unggul Indonesia maju’ and this vision also applied by government today shows that the government is serious about improving human resources quality. The sustainable development program is the benchmark for how seriousness of this country performs evaluation and improvement for a fair and prosperous welfare of society. The pattern of community-based development has been integrated and structured into a challenge in the policy model of sustainable program. This paper focuses on the development issue of rural communities with critical to the thought of functional structural theories. The approach used is qualitative study of the library by using scientific research of both articles, journals, as well as related agency data. This paper explains that the social structure that occurs in rural communities, gives an unsubstantial impact on the development of the poor. Then, the development that is still on the functional structural is the benchmark in overcoming the reality of poverty in the rural community today. Nevertheless, the development of functional structural perspectives is still difficult to be contributed to the significance of Community welfare development. It is concluded that community development programs are still loaded with importance and vulnerable to being politicized by the elite.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to assist the Burai tourist village in achieving its goal of being a tourist destination in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The method is preparation (pre-test and MSME materials, as well as the importance of social capital) is followed by counseling and evaluation (post-test). The success of this program may be determined by two factors: 1) the program went off without a hitch; and 2) the material was well received and comprehended by the participants. The evaluation results reveal that the community is motivated to use its social capital to develop tourist potential in Burai Village.

Abstract

Businesses run by actors in the village still have many problems such as marketing and poor facilities to tourist attractions. Air Betung Berseri tourism is located in Sumber Rahayu Village, Rambang District, Muara Enim Regency. This research focuses on Increasing the Visit of Air Betung Berseri Tourism in Sumber Rahayu Village, Rambang District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. Air Betung Berseri tourism is a superior product of Sumber Rahayu village. However, the number of visitors is only crowded at certain times. This is what causes the number of visitors to decrease day by day. The results of this research are active and social networking. The object studied here is Air Betung Berseri Tourism which is driven by actors. The actor is the manager of Air Betung Berseri Tourism. Researchers see that the strategy that must be done is to actively promote to social media and utilize the social network owned by each actor or manager of Air Betung Berseri Tourism. The research method used is qualitative research.

Abstract

Sumber Rahayu Village, Rambang District, Muara Enim Regency. Sumber Rahayu Village in history is a critical forest area and is filled with weeds. In 1981, according to President Soeharto's instructions on transmigration, the land was cultivated and began to be inaugurated by the Governor of South Sumatra in 1982. The main problem that arises in BUMDes Semarak Berseri Sumber Rahayu Village based on an initial survey by researchers is the ineffective marketing of BUMDes products, causing BUMDes to be difficult to develop. So that the focus of this research is how to develop the economy of BUMDes products in the series of Sumber Rahayu Village through the Celebgram Endorsement System as a Social Media Promotion. The results of this study are Efforts to Develop the Economy of BUMDes Products Vibrant in Sumber Rahayu Village Through the Celebgram Endorsement System as Social Media Promotion through Community Participation, Government as a Support System, Marketing Innovation through endorsements, Good planning. The research method used is qualitative research.

Abstract

This activity aims to internalize the concept of educational sociology theory and strengthen the socio-cultural-educational relationship between the community and the school. This community service activity was carried out in three stages: pre-test, counseling, and post-test. The success of this community service activity can be measured from two achievements, including all series of community service events that went well and smoothly without hindrance, and sociology and school committee materials that were well received and understood by service participants. In addition, the pre-test and post-test results showed an increase in participants' knowledge and experience regarding the concept and theory of school committees.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini adalah fokus kepada Penguatan Pengelolaan BUMDes Semarak Berseri Desa Sumber Rahayu Kecamatan Rambang Kabupaten Muara Enim. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu pelatihan dengan tahapan persiapan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabadian yaitu lemahnya pengelolaan yang disebabkan karena Sumber Daya Manusia yang terbatas dan ketidakmampuan pengelola untuk berinovasi terhadap potensi yanga ada.  Disamping itu kepengurusan BUMDes yang sering berganti menjadi salah satu penghambat untuk menjalankan BUMDes menjadi lebih baik hal ini disebabkan proses adminstrasi yang cukup lambat. Seharusnya proses pergantian kepengurusan disegerakan diambil alih dnegan pengurus baru. Adapun faktor lain yaitu modal yang dimiliki masih kurang. Pelatihan ini memberikan wawasan baru terkait pengelolaan BUMDes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kontrol sosial Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas (UPTD) Liwa terhadap perambahan hutan lindung Bukit Palakiah Reg 48 B Wilayah Tanjung Raya Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Penelitian ini akan membahas isu penelitian melalui teori kontrol sosial Soekanto. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan strategi penelitian studi kasus untuk menggali kasus kontrol sosial UPTD Lima terhadap perambah hutan lindung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada lima bentuk kontrol sosial UPTD KPH Liwa, yaitu (1) feedforwad control melalui citra satelit, (2) Penyuluhan terhadap masyarakat perambah hutan lindung, (3) Patroli dalam kawasan hutan lindung, (4) Mitra UPTD KPH Liwa dan, (5) Pemberian sanksi pidana. Ada lima hambatan kontrol sosial UPTD KPH Liwa, seperti (1) status lahan, (2) perbedaan kepentingan antar kelompok, (3) keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, (4) keterbatasan dana oprasional, serta (5) kurangnya pegawai profesional. Dalam melakukan kontrol sosial UPTD KPH Liwa perlu untuk lebih terorganisir lagi tertutama jadwal waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan-kegiatan kontrol sosial serta mekanisme kegiatan kontrol sosial.
