The purpose of this study is to explain the Islamic Boarding School's cultural climate in shaping the religious attitudes of Islamic students at the modern Islamic Boarding School Al-Aqsho, Sumedang Regency, and Al-Ittifaq agribusiness Islamic Boarding School, Bandung Regency. The problem of this research begins with moral decadence and the decline in Islamic students' religious attitudes due to the influence of negative associations from outside the Islamic Boarding School and the lack of strengthening of the Islamic Boarding School's cultural climate. This study uses a qualitative field approach using descriptive analysis research methods with interview data collection techniques, documentation, and field observations. The results of this study indicate that the cultural climate of the modern Islamic Boarding School Al-Aqsho emphasizes the cultural climate of the modern system, while the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School in Bandung Regency emphasizes. Social culture, society, and agribusiness. Religious attitudes at the modern Islamic Boarding School Al-Aqsho are shown by the attitude of Islamic students who are obedient to worship, Islamic students who have moderate, balanced, open, and leadership attitudes, while the religious attitudes of Islamic students at Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School display religious attitudes Islamic student who is socialist, hardworking, productive, useful and loves nature.

Principal's strategy is the art and knowledge gained by a principal in formulating, implementing, evaluating cross-functional decisions that facilitate the organization in achieving goals. Teachers are the key to the success of an educational institution. Good and bad behavior or teaching procedures for teachers will greatly affect the image of educational institutions. This study aims to examine and discuss in-depth the principal's strategy in developing teacher competence at MA Tarbiyatul Islam Gending Probolinggo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The model that can be used to improve the competence of teachers in carrying out their duties is through In-service education or In-service training programs. (2) The strategic steps of the principal's leadership in developing teacher competence to improve the quality of education are the first formal strategy, namely the teacher is assigned by the institution to attend education and training, the second non-formal strategy, namely the teacher on his own desire and effort to train and develop himself related to work or position.

The family was as the first education, the main and oldest, which functions as the foundation stone or foundation for morality and religious education (social and moral education). Education in family, usually natural or informal. But if the education in the family business that fails, will form a child who tends to be lazy child to learn, so that children's achievement will never be in line with expectations. This study aims to determine the role of parents towards Islamic education, factors of non-performance of Islamic religious education, and the role of parents to inculcate Islamic religious education for children in industrial environments. Parents' role in educating children Islamically include instilling good values religious education through personal development of children, develop the child's religious education and ethical guidance for daily life. The spiritual leadership of Hasyim Asy'ari plays an important role in overcoming intolerance, radicalism, and hate speech through moderation (wasathiyah), interfaith dialogue, and strengthening national values such as hubbul wathan minal iman. His leadership transforms conflict into harmony and tolerance by instilling altruistic love and solidarity. This study aims to explain the multicultural spiritual leadership model that combines spiritual values such as faith, altruistic love, and moderation with a multicultural approach that respects religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity. Hasyim Asy'ari's leadership is implemented through the Nahdlatul Ulama organization and Islamic boarding schools, strengthening national unity amid Indonesia's diversity. This study uses a qualitative approach, and the type taken combines phenomenology and literature. Literature studies are focused on studying the thoughts and roles of related figures, while interviews are conducted with lecturers and UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung students. Data are analyzed by filtering important information, coding themes to identify patterns, categorizing based on key dimensions, and synthesizing to find relationships and conclusions. Validation was conducted by cross-checking sources to ensure consistency and avoid bias. The findings show that Hasyim Asy'ari's leadership, shaped by his educational background in Mecca and socio-historical context, created a moderate multicultural leadership model that is still relevant today. This model emphasizes the integration of moral and spiritual values in creating an inclusive society and contributes to the world of education by shaping learning ethics, teacher ethics, and scientific ethics. The originality of this study lies in the analysis of Hasyim Asy'ari's leadership from the perspective of multiculturalism and moral education, which are still rarely studied in depth. However, this study has limitations because it uses a library approach that limits direct empirical data and focuses on the historical context of Indonesia, making it difficult to generalize to other regions.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem e-learning inklusif yang sesuai dengan keunikan pesantren dan lembaga pendidikan nonformal Islam, guna mendukung pendidikan Islam yang lebih efektif dan adaptif di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research, yang mengkaji berbagai literatur dan studi kasus mengenai penerapan e-learning di lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional, termasuk pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem e-learning yang dirancang khusus untuk pesantren harus mempertimbangkan karakteristik unik pesantren, seperti interaksi personal dan pembelajaran berbasis pesantren. Teknologi pembelajaran berbasis digital, seperti platform pembelajaran online yang dapat diakses secara fleksibel, memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di pesantren dan lembaga pendidikan nonformal Islam. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengembangan sistem e-learning yang inklusif, ramah pengguna, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan budaya serta tujuan pendidikan Islam tradisional.

Pesantren has an important role in fostering the morals of the nation by strengthening religious identity and building superior character. In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which is dominated by digitalization and technological developments, moral challenges are increasingly urgent in building an ethical society. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of pesantren in fostering the nation's morals in this digital era. This research is included in library research, which is descriptive qualitative in nature. The results show that pesantren provide in-depth religious education to students, strengthen their religious identity, and teach strong moral values. In addition, pesantren also build superior character through a holistic education approach. They encourage the development of positive attitudes such as discipline, responsibility, honesty, hard work, and helping. Pesantren also provide leadership and social skills training to santri. This research resulted in an in-depth understanding of the strategic role of pesantren in fostering the nation's morals. The development of the nation's morals through pesantren contributes to creating a young generation that is technologically savvy, has integrity, and is able to contribute positively in building a civilized society.Â Pesantren memiliki peran penting dalam membina akhlak bangsa dengan memperkuat identitas keagamaan dan membangun karakter unggul. Dalam era Revolusi Industri 4.0 yang didominasi oleh digitalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi, tantangan moral semakin mendesak dalam membangun masyarakat yang beretika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji peran pesantren dalam pembinaan akhlak bangsa di era digital ini. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren memberikan pendidikan agama yang mendalam kepada santri, memperkuat identitas keagamaan mereka, dan mengajarkan nilai-nilai moral yang kuat. Selain itu, pesantren juga membangun karakter unggul melalui pendekatan pendidikan holistik. Mereka mendorong pengembangan sikap positif seperti kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kejujuran, kerja keras, dan tolong-menolong. Pesantren juga memberikan pelatihan kepemimpinan dan keterampilan sosial kepada santri. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang peran strategis pesantren dalam membina akhlak bangsa. Pembinaan akhlak bangsa melalui pesantren berkontribusi dalam menciptakan generasi muda yang cerdas teknologi, berintegritas, dan mampu berkontribusi positif dalam membangun masyarakat yang beradab.

Akuntabilitas kepemimpinan madrasah merupakan bentuk perwujudan rasa tanggung jawab yang mencerminkan sikap transparan kepada publik atau masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa pendidikan. madrasah sebagai system pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan pengetahuan agama dan umum, Makalah ini bertujuan menjelaskan bagaimana bentuk akuntabilitas kepala madrasah dalam kerangka integrasi ilmu pengetahuan di MAN untuk membantu siswa MAN mengembangkan dan menghubungkan konsep sains dan agama. Metode penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif metode studi kasus dengan cara menyelidiki pembelajaran integrasi ilmu. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa akuntabilitas kepala MAN IC semakin tinggi dan semakin dipercaya oleh masyarakat, MAN IC dinilai public sebagai MAN yang berhasil mengintegrasikan ilmu agama dan science terbukti dari prestasi-prestasi siswa MAN IC di bidang-bidang science mampu berkompetisi dengan sekolah-sekolah umum bereputasi nasional dan internasional tanpa mengabaikan ilmu-ilmu agama yang menjadi kekuatan di MAN. Rekomendasi penelitian ini bahwa kepada para pemimpin madrasah untuk meningkatkan akuntabillitas kepemimpinannya sehingga mampu mewujudkan visi madrasah hebat madrasah bermartabat.
