Abstract

Much of the research on Islamic banking performance relies on conventional metrics rather than Islamic metrics, warranting further exploration. This study provides an empirical analysis of bank-specific and macroeconomic factors on Islamic banking performance from 2016 to 2024 using three measurement models. Monthly data were processed using the ARDL approach and revealed that capital adequacy influences Islamic banking performance in the short term, but has no effect in the long term. Liquidity has an effect only in the long term. Financing Outstanding has a negative effect in the short and long term, while diversification has an effect in the short term but no effect in the long term. Bank size affects performance in the short term, but not in the long term, while macroeconomic factors show an inconsistent relationship. In the IPR model, inflation and exchange rates have no impact in either the short or long term. However, in the ROA and NOM models, these factors affect the long term, but not the short term. This study suggests that banks need to pay attention to financing and exchange rate risks, including the implementation of a strong risk-management system.

Abstract

الإدارة هي الشيء الذي يلعب دورًا مهمًا في إدارة البرنامج ، لأن إحدى وظائف الإدارة هي الإشراف. أهداف هذا البحث هي: (1) وصف إدارة الإشراف على برنامج اللغة العربية (2) الكشف عن العوامل المثبطة والداعمة في إدارة برنامج الإشراف على اللغة العربية في المدرسة عليا عباد الرحمن بمالانق. أسلوب البحث المستخدم هو أسلوب بحثي نوعي أي البحث الميداني. أما بالنسبة لتقنية عرض البيانات المستخدمة وهي تقليص البيانات وعرضها واستخلاص النتائج. نتائج الدراسة: (1) تم تنفيذ برنامج تطوير اللغة العربية في المدرسة عليا عباد الرحمن بمالانق وفقا لما تم التخطيط له. ومع ذلك, فهو ليس قياسيًا إداريًا، ولا يزال النظام المستخدم مباشرًا، بمعنى أنه لا يحتوي على إرشادات قياسية. يتم الإشراف على برنامج تطوير اللغة العربية من قبل رئيس المدرسة (متدرب) ويتم الإشراف من قبل رئيس مؤسسة مدرسة أنوار الهدى الإسلامية الداخلية على برنامج تطوير اللغة العربية (خارجي) (2) الإدارة تنقسم عوامل الإشراف على برنامج اللغة العربية إلى جزأين، والعوامل المثبطة الأولى هي من بين أمور أخرى: الخلفيات التعليمية المتنوعة للطلاب، والعوامل الداخلية الفردية من حيث التحفيز أو الاهتمام بمواهب الطلاب، ومديري المدارس لم يشرفوا على الحد الأقصى من الإشراف. المعلمين لا توجد أحكام أو أدوات معيارية بشأن الإدارة الإشرافية، موضوع برنامج اللغة العربية لم يتم تنظيمه بعد (إرشادات)، ثانيًا تشمل العوامل الداعمة: المعلمون الذين يتوافقون مع الكفاءة (التخصصات)، يتم إجراء اختبارات تحديد المستوى للطلاب، إن سياسة رئيس المدرسة في الحصول على شهادات للطلاب، وسياسة رئيس المدرسة للمشاركة في المسابقات، وتخرج برنامج اللغة العربية هي مطلب إلزامي للترقية إلي الدرجة

Abstract

Poverty has been a persistent problem since ancient times. In Indonesia, poverty rates continue to fluctuate. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics, the number of impoverished individuals as of March 2023 was 25.90 million out of a total population of 278.8 million. It is essential to continue examining why poverty persists globally today, especially since Islam has provided extensive guidance on this issue within the Qur’an. Motivated by these facts, the author has explored poverty from the Qur’anic perspective using Abd al Hayy al Farmawi's thematic interpretation method, analyzed with sociology through cultural and structural approaches. Culturally, several causes of poverty have been identified: first, laziness and lack of perseverance; second, consumptive, inefficient, and stingy behaviors; third, individual destruction; and fourth, a lack of knowledge and education. Structurally, the causes include neoliberalism, capitalism, monopolies, social discrimination, and the arrogance of power. Qur’anically prescribed countermeasures culturally include genuine endeavor, a lifestyle of frugality, efficiency, wisdom, individual reconstruction, and education. Structurally, government intervention is required. The proposed solutions include the prohibition of monopolies, the establishment of justice, and pro-poor policies.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of examining whether the time token learning model affects the motivation to learn mathematics of class VII students at SMPN 5 Mandau during the 2023/2024 school year. This research is a quantitative study, using a Likert-scale questionnaire to collect numerical data and using the t-test to analyze the hypothesis statistically. The research design used is The Static Group Comparison Design. The population studied included all class VII students at SMPN 5 Mandau. Sampling was carried out randomly by applying normality checking techniques, homogeneity, and testing the comparison of the mean data from the group. The effect of the time token learning model on the motivation to learn mathematics was tested by making students in class VII-3 as the experimental class and class VII-1 as the control class. The instrument used to measure learning motivation was a motivation questionnaire. By utilizing SPSS Software for further analysis, it produced a significance value of 0.02 with a confidence level of 0.05, indicating that the significance value is smaller than ????. Based on the findings of this study, it is known that the application of the Time Token learning model has a significant impact in strengthening the motivation to learn mathematics for students in class VII of SMPN 5 Mandau.

Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology and rapid social change, the method of understanding the Qur'an and Hadith faces increasingly complex challenges. Traditional methods that have been used so far are beginning to be questioned in their ability to answer increasingly complex and global contemporary problems. The emergence of various new schools of thought, both liberal, contextual, and progressive, increasingly enrich and at the same time complicate efforts to understand the Qur'an. The purpose of this study is to discuss the Method of Understanding the Qur'an and Hadith from Ancient Times to Modern Times. The method used is the literature study method. In this method, data collection techniques are taken from reference sources in the form of books, journals, scriptures or other sources. The results of this study explain that The Quran and Hadith are the main sources of Islamic teachings that have encouraged scholars to develop various methods of interpretation. Although the methods of interpretation differ between the classical and modern eras, the main goal remains the same: to facilitate the understanding and application of Islamic teachings and to draw closer to Allah. The classical era emphasized fiqh, linguistic, and rational interpretation, while the modern era developed scientific, social, and feminist methods of interpretation. Differences in the context of time, tradition, and human conditions have encouraged Muslim scholars to continuously adapt their interpretive approaches to remain relevant and meaningful

Abstract

This study explores the Mind Mapping method in enhancing student learning outcomes at Madrasah Diniyah LPI MAKTUBA Palduding Plak-Pak Pegantenan Pamekasan. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research adopts phenomenology to provide a detailed depiction of the phenomena under study. Data were collected through primary sources, including interviews and observations, and secondary sources such as existing publications and reports. Triangulation methods ensured data validity and reliability. The findings reveal that Mind Mapping significantly improves comprehension, retention, and student engagement by fostering critical thinking and connecting new knowledge to existing schemas. This approach aligns with constructivist learning theories and supports the visualization of abstract concepts, making it particularly effective in religious education contexts. The research highlights essential components for successful implementation, including material identification, preparation of learning tools, active learning strategies, and effective evaluation mechanisms. Teachers play a pivotal role in facilitating this method by creating conducive learning environments, providing clear objectives, and employing innovative teaching strategies. While the findings underscore the method's flexibility and adaptability across various educational contexts, the study acknowledges limitations such as a single institutional focus and a limited sample size. Contextual factors, including institutional support and socio-economic influences, also warrant further investigation. This study contributes to the broader literature by demonstrating the applicability of Mind Mapping in religious education and emphasizes its potential for fostering critical thinking and long-term retention. Future research should explore its longitudinal effects, application across diverse subjects, and adaptations for students with special needs to maximize its impact within varied educational frameworks.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap lebih unggul aktivitas dan hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan paradigma pembelajaran Probing Prompting dibandingkan pembelajaran ekspositori. Penilaian hasil belajar dengan tujuh soal dan lembar observasi merupakan instrument yang digunakan. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar antar kelompok, data dianalisis dengan uji-t dan temuan lembar observasi yang diolah menggunakan persentase merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan. Mengamati aktivitas belajar siswa menghasilkan data yang menunjukkan kriteria aktif dengan rata-rata 74,76%. Selain itu, uji-t yang diperoleh digunakan untuk menganalisis hasil belajar siswa. Karena H0 ditolak, maka  thitung=5,35 dan ttabel=1,67, yang berarti thitung>ttabel. Apabila Pvalue pengujian software SPSS sebesar 0,000 berarti Pvalue kurang dari a maka H0 juga ditolak. Dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Probing Prompting dapat ditentukan aktivitas belajar siswa termasuk dalam tipe B yang mempunyai kriteria aktif. Selain itu, pada kelas VIII SMP N Gunuang Kecamatan Omeh, siswa yang menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran Probing Prompting mengungguli siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran ekspositori matematika.

Abstract

 This study aims to formulate a risk management strategy based on SNI ISO 31000:2018 to reduce the number of problematic murabahah financing. The research method used is qualitative with a field research approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, structured interviews, and literature studies. The main informants in this study are the branch managers and the financing risk management department at BSI KCP Lubuk Sikaping. Data were analyzed using a SWOT approach through the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrices. The results show that BSI KCP Lubuk Sikaping is in quadrant I with an IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) value of 3.41 and an EFE (External Factor Evaluation) of 3.02, resulting in an SO strategy score of 5.15, the highest compared to other strategies. This indicates that the combination of strengths and opportunities strongly supports an aggressive strategy. The five most relevant SO strategies formulated include: (1) Development of Sharia Financing Products for MSMEs; (2) Digitalization of Risk Management Systems to Support Regional Expansion; (3) Customer-Based Sharia Financial Literacy Program; (4) Improving HR Competence and Accountability in Risk Management; and (5) Strengthening SOPs and Risk Governance Based on SNI ISO 31000:2018. These strategies are expected to reduce the NPF ratio and improve the quality of the murabahah financing portfolio at BSI KCP Lubuk Sikaping.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kemandirian belajar dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dengan menerapkan model Discovery Learning di kelas VII MTsN 10 Agam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian The Static Group Comparison Design. Sampel pada penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas VII.3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Jumlah Siswa kelas eksperimen yaitu 20 orang dan jumlah siswa kelas kontrol yaitu 21 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket kemandirian belajar siswa dan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika berupa tes uraian. Teknik analisis data angket diolah menggunakan perhitungan persentase sedangkan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah diolah dengan uji-t. Berdasarkan Hasil analisis data angket kemandirian belajar siswa diperoleh persentase 76,12% tergolong pada kriteria tinggi dan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dihitung dengan uji-t diperoleh ????ℎ????????????????????= 4,04 dan ???????????????????????? = 1,68 karena ????ℎ???????????????????? > ???????????????????????? berarti ???????? ditolak, sedangkan menggunakan Software Minitab diperoleh P-value = 0,000, ???? = 0,05 dan P-value < ????. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemandirian belajar matematika siswa dengan mengikuti model Discovery Learning tergolong tinggi dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang menggunakan model Discovery Leaning lebih baik daripada pembelajaran konvensional di kelas VII MTsN 10 Agam Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh sebagian besar siswa di kelas IX MTsN 5 Agam yang kurang disiplin dan rendahnya motivasi dalam belajar matematika. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap kedisiplinan belajar matematika siswa kelas IX MTsN 5 Agam Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024.Tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap kedisiplinan belajar matematika siswa kelas IX MTsN 5 Agam Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah “Terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap kedisiplinan belajar matematika siswa kelas IX MTsN 5 Agam Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024”. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis korelational dengan pendekatan Ex Post Facto. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 220 orang dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 43 orang. Sebelum pengambilan sampel dilakukan uji normalitas dan homogenitas data. Setelah dilakukannya uji tersebut didapatkan populasi berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan belajar matematika siswa.Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar terhadap kedisiplinan belajar matematika siswa memiliki hubungan yang Kuat dengan r_XY=0,651 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 42,4%, dan persamaan regresi sederhana Y = 26,462 + 1,128X. Diperoleh t_hitung=5,485 dan t_tabel=2,020 pada kepercayaan 95% atau ?=0,05 dan didapatkan sig = 0,000 ??=0,025. Yang artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap kedisiplinan belajar matematika siswa kelas IX MTsN 5 Agam tahun pelajaran 2023/2024.
