Abstract

This research aims to analyze the dropshipping system in the context of Islamic law, focusing on the challenges of uncertainty or gharar in the transaction and its conformity with the principles of muamalah. The main objective is to evaluate how sharia principles are applied in the practice of dropshipping, especially in the context of the Muslim family economy in Indonesia. The research methodology involved analyzing documents and literature related to Islamic law, muamalah, and electronic commerce. The results show that while dropshipping offers flexibility and economic opportunities for the Muslim community, there are important issues related to the fulfillment of sharia transaction requirements. These issues include uncertainty in the ownership of goods at the time of the contract and the need for transparency in the transaction. The study identified that the application of Shariah principles such as fairness, transparency, and responsibility can overcome these challenges. The conclusion of this study asserts that while dropshipping systems enable new business opportunities, a deeper understanding of Shariah principles is required to ensure fair and ethical trading practices. It suggests the need for a more integrated approach between technological developments and sharia values in online business. Recommendations are provided for Muslim business actors and policy makers to promote trade practices that comply with Islamic law, integrating business innovation with sharia rules and values.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the supervisory strategies employed by madrasah supervisors to enhance teacher competence at Madrasah Aliyah Pesantren Modern IMMIM Putera Makassar. Adopting a qualitative case study approach, the research provides a contextual analysis of academic and managerial supervision practices, as well as supporting programs such as workshops, teacher training, and classroom visits. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis and were thematically analyzed to identify effective patterns, practices, and contributions to professional development. Findings reveal that academic supervision supports teachers in understanding student characteristics, designing contextual learning, and implementing innovative instructional models such as Discovery Learning and Project-Based Learning. Managerial supervision contributes to strengthening institutional governance through the digitalization of teaching documents, collaborative forums such as teacher working groups (MGMP), and consistent supervisory visits that enhance continuous monitoring and evaluation. Moreover, participatory development programs allow teachers to improve their pedagogical and professional competence within reflective and collaborative environments. The study underscores the importance of integrating structural and humanistic approaches in supervisory practices. The active involvement of supervisors in various forms of teacher development fosters a professional climate that supports sustained improvements in teaching quality and institutional performance. This research offers empirical insights to reinforce supervisory models based on contextual needs and provides a foundation for future policy development regarding teacher coaching in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of ISMUBA (Islam, Muhammadiyah, and Arabic) learning at Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara Islamic Boarding School, Makassar, and its impact on improving the practice of progressive Islamic treatises. ISMUBA is a typical Muhammadiyah curriculum that integrates progressive Islamic values with mastery of Arabic, aiming to produce a young generation of faith, piety, and noble character. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with phenomenological, theological, and pedagogical approaches. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of ISMUBA in the classroom involves structured learning and the use of diverse teaching methods, such as demonstrations of worship practices, role-play in Arabic, and Qur'an interpretation sessions. Learning outside the classroom includes visits to places of worship, Islamic social studies, and daily Arabic language practice. This study found that the implementation of ISMUBA at Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara Islamic Boarding School is effective in improving the practice of progressive Islamic treatises among students. This is shown through increased worship discipline, a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings, and better Arabic language skills. Challenges faced include limited resources and coordination, but can be overcome by increasing the number of qualified teachers and providing adequate learning facilities. The results of this study are expected to make a positive contribution to the development of learning models that are more effective and relevant to the needs of santri in this modern era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang integrasi pembelajaran Bahasa Arab melalui buku Silsilah Ta’lim al-Lugah dan Al-Arabiyah Bayna Yadaika (ABY). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif diawali dengan sebuah upaya eksplorasi melalui observasi terhadap berbagai realitas sistem pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Ma’had Al-Birr Unismuh Makassar dalam penggunaan buku Silsilah dan ABY. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang dikembangkan di Ma’had Al-Birr adalah lebih kepada metode langsung (al-tariqah al-mubasyarah). Penerapan metode ini menganut prinsip pembelajaran bahasa Arab secara langsung tanpa menggunakan bahasa kedua (bahasa perantara atau bahasa ibu) sebagai bahasa pengantar dan itulah yang menjadi keunggulan dan ciri khas Ma’had dalam sistem pembelajarannya. Sedang integrasi kitab silsilah dan ABY dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Ma’had Al-Birr mampu memadukan antara keahlian berbahasa dan unsur-unsurnya; memberikan perhatian pada sistem suara dalam bahasa Arab; memperhatikan proses tadarruj (bertahap) dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran; memperhatikan perbedaan-perbedaan individu diantara para pelajar; menggunakan sistem unit pelajaran dalam menyampaikan materi; menampilkan setiap kosa kata dan ungkapan-ungkapan yang terdapat dalam setiap kitab; memanfaatkan berbagai pengalaman khusus dalam menyusun materi-materi khusus pelajaran bahasa Arab dan bahasa-bahasa lain; menampilkan nilai-nilai budaya dengan cara yang menarik serta menggunakan banyak gambar.

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan dalam pengertian usaha yang dilakukan oleh pendidik, mungkin dapat dikatakan berakhir saat anak didik mencapai masa dewasa dan mampu bertanggung jawab terhadap segala akibat dari perbuatannya. Sedangkan Pendidikan Islam adalah tidak terbatas pada pencapaian nilai-nilai keduniaan semata, tetapi terus berlanjut sampai pada keselamatan kehidupan di akhirat kelak. Pendidikan Islam pada hakekatnya mempunyai jangkauan makna yang sangat luas serta dalam rangka mencapai kesempurnaannya memerlukan waktu dan tenaga yang tidak kecil, karena itulah kemudian dikenal ungkapan pendidikan seumur hidup (long life education), sebagaimana dikenal pernyataan ilmuan kepada peserta didik “Berilah aku seluruh yang engkau miliki, maka akan kuberikan kepadamu sebagian yang aku miliki”.Sejarah Pendidikan Islam menginformasikan bahwa berbagai institusi yang mempunyai bidang garapan untuk kelompok awam ini muncul dalam bentuk lembaga al-Kawanik, al-Zawiyah, dan al-Ribat. Abstract

Asia Muslim Charity Foundation (AMCF) as an Islamic philanthropic institution has been a very important role in the sustainability and improvement of the quality of Islamic education in Indonesia. This research aims to formulate and describe the role of AMCF as an Islamic philanthropic in developing education at the Ma'had Al-Birr Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. This research used a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used open interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research show that first, the successful implementation of education at Ma'had Al-Birr is due to the high commitment of Ma'had leaders and Unismuh Makassar in carrying out the vision, mission, and goals of Ma'had education. Second, the form of educational management development implemented at Ma'had Al-Birr is the development of physical infrastructure, human resource development, and the transformation of Ma'had into the Undergraduate (S1) program. The transformation of Ma'had to the bachelor program includes teacher management, leadership management, curriculum management, facilities and infrastructure management, student management, and financial management which are integrated with the academic system of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar.

Abstract

Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berperan penting dalam menghasilkan peserta didik yang berprestasi. Untuk mencapai tugas mulia ini, dibutuhkan guru PAI yang berkualitas, dengan manajemen pembelajaran yang baik sebagai kunci utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan kontribusi teoritis bagi para pendidik, khususnya kepala sekolah dan guru PAI di SMKN 1 Kalosi, Kabupaten Enrekang, untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar melalui manajemen pembelajaran. Fokus penelitian mencakup pelaksanaan manajemen pembelajaran, hasil prestasi peserta didik setelah penerapan manajemen tersebut, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian termasuk kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru-guru PAI, dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran guru PAI meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Manajemen ini terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar di ranah kognitif, psikomotorik, dan afektif. Faktor pendukung internal adalah minat dan motivasi peserta didik yang tinggi, sementara faktor eksternal mencakup hubungan harmonis antara guru dan peserta didik, hubungan baik antara guru dan orang tua, serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the pattern of cooperation between parents and teachers, to find out the process of forming student morals, and to find out whether there is an influence from this collaboration. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Sources of data in this research are teachers and students. The research instrument used is a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis technique using simple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique in this study was to use the Slovin formula with a confidence score of 20%. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) There are 4 collaborations that researchers encounter in the field. 2) The process of forming the morals of students at SMP Negeri 1 Bontolemngan is classified as good as the average score for the variable of student moral formation has the highest score of 3.7 and the lowest score of 3,0. The percentage level was 141 or 64% with the number of categories that answered very often, 55 or 25% answered often, 29 or 13% answered rarely, and 7 or 3% answered not at all. 3) There is an influence of the cooperation of parents and teachers (X) on the formation of student morals (Y) at Bontolemngan 1 Public Middle School. The results of the influence can be seen from the t-table value of 2.085, meaning that the t-count value is (8.187) > t-table (2.085), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence found between parent-teacher cooperation on the moral formation of students at SMP Negeri 1 Bontolemangan. And the coefficient of determination in this study shows that the contribution of the independent variable of cooperation between parents and teachers (X) on the dependent variable on student moral formation (Y) at SMP Negeri 1 Bontolemngan is 22%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pembinaan mahasiswi di Asrama Ma’had Al-Birr dan bagaimana Karakter mahasiswi Ma’had Al-Birr serta peranan pengelola asrama dalam pembinaan karakter mahasiswi Ma’had Al-Birr Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriktif kualitatif yang dimaksudkan untuk mengungkap sebuah fakta empiris secara objektif ilmiah dengan berlandaskan pada logika keilmuan, prosedur dan didukung oleh metodologi dan teoritis yang kuat sesuai disiplin keilmuan yang ditekuni. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Pertama, Pembinaan Mahasiswi Asrama Ma’had Al-Birr menggunakan tiga model pembinaan, yaitu klasikal, mentoring dan pembiasaan. Dalam membina mahasiswi pengelola asrama menggunakan beberapa prinsip yaitu  keteladanan, latihan dan pembiasaan, pembinaan melalui nasehat, pembinaan melalui kedisiplinan, kemandirian, persatuan dan persaudaraan. Kedua, Mahasiswi Ma’had Al-Birr adalah mahasisiwi yang berkarakter islami, religius, sopan dan beradab, rajin, disiplin dan bertanggung jawab serta mempunyai karakter kepemimpinan yang meneladani Rasulullah saw. Ketiga, Peran Pengelola dalam pembinaan karakter Mahasiswi Ma’had Al-Birr Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar yaitu sebagai orang tua yang menyayangi, mengawasi dan membimbing mahasiswi, sebagai guru yang mengajari dan memberi nasehat kepada mahasiswi dan sebagai teladan yang memberi contoh yang baik yang bisa ditiru dan diikuti oleh mahasiswi.
