Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Means Ends Analysis (MEA) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Pronojiwo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimental research) menggunakan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 143 siswa. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh dua kelas, yaitu kelas VII A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII B sebagai kelas kontrol dengan total sampel 56 siswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes uraian kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, perhitungan N-gain, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan Independent Sample t-Test dengan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen (72,71) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol (67,07). Nilai rata-rata N-gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,3748 berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,2598 berada pada kategori rendah. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05 sehingga H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Means Ends Analysis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Pronojiwo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar yang disebabkan oleh persepsi bahwa matematika adalah mata pelajaran yang abstrak dan sulit, serta penggunaan metode pembelajaran konvensional yang monoton. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh model pembelajaran Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) berbasis etnomatematika yang dikombinasikan dengan model pembelajaran Word Square terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV di SDN Sugerkidul 01 pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024-2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (Quasi-Experimental Design) tipe Non-equivalent Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen tes (pretest dan posttest) serta lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji statistik inferensial (uji-t) dan perhitungan N-Gain Score untuk mengukur efektivitas peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model RME berbasis etnomatematika dan model Word Square berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Integrasi kearifan lokal berhasil mengubah persepsi siswa terhadap matematika menjadi lebih nyata dan bermakna, sementara model Word Square meningkatkan konsentrasi dan keterlibatan aktif siswa melalui suasana belajar yang rekreatif. Sinergi ini terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan kecemasan belajar siswa dan meningkatkan literasi numerasi. Kesimpulannya, penggabungan unsur realitas, budaya, dan permainan merupakan solusi inovatif yang konkret untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keaktifan belajar siswa kelas V SDN Wonoasri 02 pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) akibat dominasi metode pembelajaran konvensional yang berpusat pada guru. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan siswa cenderung pasif dan sulit memahami materi IPA yang bersifat abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh integrasi model pembelajaran Make a Match dan metode Fun Teaching terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024-2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (Quasi-Experimental Design). Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa kelas V SDN Wonoasri 02 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi terstruktur yang mencakup aktivitas visual, lisan, dan motorik, serta diperkuat dengan dokumentasi dan angket respon siswa. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik inferensial uji-t untuk menguji perbedaan signifikan pada tingkat keaktifan belajar. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara model Make a Match dan metode Fun Teaching secara teoritis dan simulatif memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Model Make a Match efektif merangsang mobilitas fisik dan interaksi sosial siswa melalui permainan mencari pasangan kartu, sementara metode Fun Teaching menciptakan lingkungan ramah otak yang menurunkan kecemasan siswa. Kombinasi ini berhasil mentransformasi perilaku belajar siswa menjadi lebih responsif, berani bereksplorasi, dan antusias dalam kerja sama tim. Kesimpulannya, inovasi pedagogis ini merupakan stimulan kuat untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa sekolah dasar dalam pembelajaran IPA

Abstract

Online learning has started to be used since the emergence of internet technology and became increasingly popular when the Covid 19 pandemic hit. Online learning during the pandemic has given rise to many unique problems for both lecturers and students, such as limitations in presenting material in the sense that the material presented is monotonous and uninteresting, the difficulty of building activity, the difficulty of creating interaction between lecturers and students and between students. Online learning is more stressful than studying in a regular classroom because students are trapped studying alone, the absence of clearly structured learning steps makes it difficult for students to focus on studying. The aims of this research are: to determine the design of an online learning module with an ICARE learning flow based on the U-Learning Class LMS, to determine the feasibility of an online learning module with an ICARE learning flow based on the U-Learning Class LMS. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) for Education design with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. All stages have been completed and resulted in an online learning module with an LMS-based ICARE learning flow in the Learning Media course which has met the eligibility criteria as a learning resource for use in learning.

Abstract

The creativity and critical thinking of class XI students at SMK Plus Bustanul Ma'arif is still relatively low. One of the reasons for this is that teachers in carrying out learning do not use media. The aim of this research is to describe the influence of Canva-based learning media on the creativity and critical thinking of class XI students at SMK Plus Bustanul Ma'arif. The method used is Quasi Experiment with a Pretest-Posttest Only Control Group Design. The research instruments used were creativity and critical thinking tests. The homogeneity test results show that the sig value. creativity of 0.115 and a sig value. critical thinking is 0.773, so it can be concluded that the sample variance is homogeneous. Meanwhile, the normality test results show that the sig. creativity and critical thinking in the control group and experimental group were normally distributed because > 0.05. After fulfilling the prerequisite tests, the researcher collected posttest data on creativity and critical thinking in the control class and experimental class which were analyzed using the MANOVA test with an error degree of 5%. The results show that there is the significant influence of Canva-based learning media on the creativity and critical thinking of class XI students at SMK Plus Bustanul Ma'arif; Ha accepted and rejected H0.

Abstract

The development of critical thinking skills has become an essential competence in 21st-century education, requiring learning processes that are meaningful and problem-oriented. However, science learning (IPAS) in elementary schools still tends to emphasize conceptual memorization, resulting in students’ critical thinking skills, particularly in ecosystem topics such as food chains, being insufficiently developed. This study aimed to develop and examine the effectiveness of Canva-based interactive media integrated with the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in improving fifth-grade students’ critical thinking skills. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, followed by an effectiveness test using a Pretest–Posttest Control Group design. The research participants consisted of 44 students, including 25 in the experimental group and 19 in the control group. Data were collected using a validated critical thinking test that assessed the indicators of interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and inference. Data analysis was conducted using a t-test and effect size calculation. The results indicate that the implementation of Canva-based interactive media through the PBL model had a significant positive effect on students’ critical thinking skills. The effect size value of 1.670 indicates a very high level of impact. These findings suggest that integrating interactive digital media with problem-based learning effectively enhances students’ active engagement and analytical abilities in IPAS learning.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di sekolah vokasi masih menghadapi kendala dalam proses monitoring dan evaluasi karena pencatatan dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kurang efektif, tidak real-time, dan menyulitkan koordinasi antara sekolah, siswa, dan dunia usaha/dunia industri (DUDI). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model sistem monitoring dan evaluasi Real-Time berbasis web untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran PKL di SMK Negeri 2 Kraksaan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Kelayakan produk dinilai melalui validasi ahli serta uji coba kepada siswa, guru pembimbing, dan pembimbing industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memperoleh kategori sangat layak, dengan persentase validasi ahli media sebesar 92%, ahli desain sistem 93%, ahli pembelajaran vokasi 96%, serta respon pengguna berkisar 90–94%, yang menunjukkan tingkat kemudahan, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas penggunaan sistem. Dengan demikian, model sistem monitoring dan evaluasi Real-Time berbasis web terbukti layak digunakan untuk mendukung proses monitoring dan evaluasi PKL secara lebih efektif, terintegrasi, dan mampu mengoptimalkan pembelajaran siswa selama pelaksanaan PKL.

Abstract

Facts on the ground show students' low critical thinking skills. Students' difficulties in understanding the material lead to low levels of critical thinking. This study aims to create a Google Sites learning media to improve students' critical thinking skills. The research design used in this study is developmental, employing the ADDIE model. The main research subjects were 30 sixth-grade students. Data collection methods were carried out both quantitatively and qualitatively, including expert-judgment validation sheets, critical-thinking ability tests (pre-test and post-test), student activity observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The data analysis used was validity, practicality, and effectiveness analyses. The main results of the study indicate that it is valid, practical, and effective in improving the critical thinking skills of elementary school students, especially in mathematics, making it an alternative, innovative digital media for 21st-century learning. Therefore, developing Google Sites learning media is feasible, practical, and effective for improving students' critical thinking skills. The implications of this study strengthen the theory that integrating web-based digital technology can improve critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Canva-based Problem Based Learning (PBL) on the understanding of IPAS concepts, the effect of Canva-based PBL on learning independence, the effect of learning independence on the understanding of IPAS concepts, and the role of learning independence as a mediator in the relationship between Canva-based PBL and the understanding of IPAS concepts among fifth-grade elementary school students. The research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the Nonequivalent Control Group Design type. The research sample consists of 80 students, comprising 40 students in the experimental class and 40 students in the control class. Data collection was conducted using the IPAS concept understanding test and a learning independence questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite analysis tests, independent sample t-tests, and hierarchical regression to examine the mediation role. The research results show that Canva-based PBL significantly affects the understanding of IPAS concepts (β = 0.547; p < 0.001) and learning independence (β = 0.431; p < 0.001). Learning independence also significantly affects the understanding of IPAS concepts (β = 0.272; p = 0.009). The hierarchical regression results indicate that the influence coefficient of Canva-based PBL on the understanding of IPAS concepts decreased from β = 0.547 to β = 0.430 after the learning independence variable was included in the model, thus learning independence proved to play a role as a partial mediator. Additionally, the effect size value of 1.291 indicates that the implementation of Canva-based PBL has a strong influence on improving students' understanding of IPAS concepts. Therefore, the integration of PBL and Canva can be an effective learning alternative to enhance students' learning independence and understanding of IPAS concepts in elementary schools.
