Abstract

Persalinan dan kehamilan ialah proses fisiologis yang wajib dilalui oleh hampir setiap wanita. Meskipun ini merupakan hal fisiologis, hal itu membuat ibu ketakutan. Kecemasan dapat terjadi di semua persalinan, baik di kehamilan primigravida maupun kehamilan multigravida, baaik normal maupun operasi caesar. berdasarkan survei pertama yang dilakukan di rumah sakit rs grandmed lubuk pakam. dari data kunjungan ibu yang melakukan operasi caesar, dilaporkan pada Maret sampai November 2020, rs granmed Lubuk Pakam pada masa pandemi terjadi penurunan ibu bersalin sectio caesarea dengan alasan kecemasan akan di lakukan tindakan sesuai prosedur, yang manakala jika pada pemeriksaan laboratorium ibu yang ingin bersalin terpapar vitus covid- 19 dirawat di ruangan isolasi atau di rujuk sesuai peraturan protokol covid- 19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan ibu yang melakukan operasi caesar dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu yang menghadapi operasi caesar di masa ERA pandemi Covid-19 di R. rs grandmed Lubuk Pakam. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif koelational. populasi penelitian ini mencakup semua ibu yang menjalani operasi caesar di rumah sakit grandmed lubuk pakam, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling Sampel penelitian ini adalah 52 orang. hasil uji statistik Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu yang menjalani operasi caesar dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu menghadapi nyeri persalinan sectio caesarea pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di rs granmed tahun 2021. Abstract

Masa menopause merupakan masa berkurangnya hormone esterogen dan progesterone. Dan perubahan yang terjadi pada masa kini fisik maupun fisikis kecemasan sering dihubungkan karena adanya ketidaknyamanan dalam menghadapi suatu situasi yang sebelumnya tidak pernah di alami. Beberapa orang mamilih pengobatan alternatif untuk mengibati ketidaknyamanan menopause. Salah satunya adalah dengan terapi komplementeryang diterima kalangan medis sebagai pengobatan ketidaknyamanan pada masa menopause. Terapi komplementer yang digunakan adalah seaman lansia yang sudah terbukti dapat mengurangi ketidaknyamanan pada masa menopause. kegiatan ini berlangsung pada tanggal 12 Maret 2023 di Dusun Iv Rahayu Desa sidodadi kecamatan Biru-biru. Tujuan dari acara ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh senam lansia terhadap ketidaknyamanan pada ibu menopause. Responden 30 ibu menopause mengikuti acara tersebut. Dan memberikan questioner kepada ibu menopause sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti senam lansia. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini bahwa 85% dari 30 ibu menopause menambah pengetahuan mereka tentang manfaat seanm lansia terhadap ketidaknyamanan pada masa menopause.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is giving breast milk to babies from 0-6 months of age exclusively without additional food or drink. Exclusive breastfeeding provides many benefits for both baby and mother. Some of the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding for babies are increasing the baby's body resistance or antibodies against disease attacks and helping the baby's brain and physical development. For the Deli Serdang Regency area, the percentage of babies who receive exclusive breast milk is only 47.26%. From these data it can be seen that there is still a lack of exclusive breastfeeding for babies. The low level of exclusive breastfeeding will have an impact on the quality and vitality of the next generation. One of the factors that hinders exclusive breastfeeding is working mothers, especially in the informal sector such as traditional market traders. This PKM activity using the counseling method aims to provide information to breastfeeding mothers about the role of exclusive breastfeeding in the growth and development of babies among women who work as traders at the Deli Tua traditional market. The process of implementing this community service activity is carried out by providing information and education to respondents regarding the role of exclusive breastfeeding in the growth and development of babies and tips on how to meet the needs of exclusive breastfeeding for children among women who work as traditional market traders. Then the respondents distributed pre-test and post-test questionnaires to the participants and the results obtained were 76.9% of the 13 respondents had increased knowledge regarding the role of exclusive breastfeeding in the growth and development of babies and tips on how to meet the needs of exclusive breastfeeding for children among working women. as a traditional market trader.

Abstract

One effort to reduce morbidity and mortality rates in children is by providing immunizations. Immunization is an effective and efficient strategy in improving national health by preventing six deadly diseases, namely: tuberculosis, diptheria, pertussis, measles, tetanus and polio. Based on a preliminary survey observing several posyandu in the Bayu Muslimin country, data was obtained that 68% of babies received complete basic immunization compared to the national target of 95%. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and attitudes and compliance with providing complete basic immunization to babies at the Maryke Community Health Center. The research design is descriptive correlative with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 0-12 months. Sampling in this study used total sampling. The sample in this research was 40 people. The Chi-Square test results obtained a value of p = 0.001. This shows that there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and compliance with providing complete basic immunization to babies. As well as the Chi-Square test, the value of p = 0.000 was obtained, which shows that there is a significant relationship between attitude and maternal compliance in providing complete basic immunization for babies

Abstract

Posyandu merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya kesehatan yang bersumber dari masyarakat yang merupakan wujud nyata peran serta masyarakat dalam pembangunan kesehatan. Pentingnya revitalisasi merupakan upaya menghidupkan kembali posyandu yang sudah ada untuk menggali kembali potensi yang dimiliki dalam meningkatkan taraf posyandu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Revitalisasi Posyandu terhadap Strata Posyandu di Puskesmas Mutiara Kabupaten Asahan Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian observasional menggunakan rancangan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 63 kader Posyandu. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji univariat, kemudian uji bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square dan uji multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pelatihan kader Posyandu yang dilakukan minimal 2 x satu tahun. Terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial dari pemerintah daerah melalui Lurah dan pemberian insentif, biaya transportasi kepada kader posyandu terhadap strata posyandu Puskesmas Mutiara Kabupaten Asahan dan dukungan sosial merupakan variabel yang paling dominan memberikan pengaruh terhadap strata posyandu dengan nilai Exp. B sebesar 9,429 dan 95% CI: (1,137 – 78,162) menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial yang baik sebesar 9,429 kali estimasi probabilitas strata posyandu yang baik di Puskesmas Mutiara Kabupaten Asahan. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan dan melanjutkan pemberian insentif dan biaya transportasi bagi kader posyandu serta perlu adanya motivasi dan dukungan yang intensif dari pemerintah daerah, dinas kesehatan, puskesmas, dan pihak terkait lainnya, sehingga kedepannya kinerja kader posyandu dapat meningkatkan peran serta dan keaktifannya dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is an important indicator to assess maternal health efforts and societal development. Indonesia ranks third in MMR within ASEAN countries. Antenatal care ensures maternal health and infant safety through prevention efforts such as education and interventions to address dangerous symptoms during pregnancy. Factors influencing antenatal care utilization include maternal age, education level, pregnancy planning, parity, birth spacing, knowledge, attitude, economic factors, availability, distance, health history, perception of health, and access to obstetric services. Improving accessibility, economic conditions, and media exposure can boost antenatal care utilization rates globally.

Abstract

Gangguan otot rangka ekstremitas atas merupakan masalah kesehatan kerja yang umum pada pemanen kelapa sawit akibat postur kerja tidak ergonomis, beban fisik berat, dan masa kerja yang panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor risiko ergonomis, termasuk usia, masa kerja, beban kerja, dan postur kerja, terhadap keluhan otot rangka di PT RAP, Kalimantan Barat. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode cross-sectional dengan 43 responden yang dipilih secara consecutive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner demografis, Nordic Body Map, Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), dan analisis statistik bivariat menggunakan chi-square. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa usia (p = 0,010), masa kerja (p < 0,001), beban kerja (p = 0,001), dan postur kerja (p < 0,001) memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan keluhan otot rangka. Postur kerja tidak ergonomis merupakan faktor risiko utama. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya intervensi ergonomis, seperti alat bantu mekanis dan pelatihan teknik kerja yang aman, untuk mengurangi keluhan otot rangka dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja.
