Abstract

This research is motivated by the use of fractional materials in everyday life, as evidenced by the frequent application of fractional, materials in various fields, including architecture and science. The purpose of this study was to anlyze the relevance of fractions material to the creativity of grade elementary school students and to identify the creativity that can be generated by learning simple fractions material in grade 3 elementary school. The type of research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. This study uses data collection techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation (display), verification and conclusions (conclusions drawing/verify). The validity test of the data used in this research is the data credibility test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The result showed (1) that there was a relevance of fractions material to the creativity of 3rd grade student, it could be seen from the material on problem solving related to fractional material in everyday life. (2) the skill obtaied by learning fractions material are that students can generate solutions, can generate ideas from solutions that are triggered, and can determine whether the action or solution that is triggered is a wise action or not and not only proposes a solution but can also realize it the solution.

Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan salah komponen terpenting dalam mengukur keberhasilan siswa. Seseorang akan mendapatkan hasil belajar yang diinginkan dalam belajar apabila dalam dirinya terdapat keinginan untuk belajar. Hasil belajar ini menjadi fungsi utama dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman materi yang telah dipelajari. Salah satu hasil belajar yang sulit untuk ditingkatkan adalah pada mata Pelajaran matematika mengenai bilangan cacah. Agar pembelajaran matematika lebih aktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan, maka dapat dilakukan melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran saku kantong bilangan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Kandangan II Surabaya dengan alasan masih banyak ditemukan siswa yang belum bisa mengenal nilai tempat pada suatu bilangan. Pembelajaran matematika hanya monoton menggunakan contoh soal dipapan tulis tetapi tidak menggunakan media sebagai penyalur materi yang telah akan dipelajari. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV C SDN Kandangan II Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan hasil pretest dan postest dan pelaksanaannya menggunakan 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) media pembelajaran saku kantong bilangan pada siklus I meningkat sebesar 67% (kategori cukup), (2) pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 90% (kategori sangat baik). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran saku kantong bilangan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV C SDN Kandangan II Surabaya pada materi bilangan cacah.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low student learning outcomes and the low cooperative attitude of students which has an impact on low student learning outcomes in thematic learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the application and improvement of the jigsaw cooperative learning model. This research method uses Classroom Action Research with the Kurt Lewin Model. The subjects of this study were 22 class III students at Sumur Welut I Elementary School, 9 male students and 11 female students. The study was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle experiencing an increase in learning outcomes. Cycle I thematic learning student learning outcomes obtained an average score of 76.67 with a completeness percentage of 59%. In cycle II the thematic learning outcomes of students obtained an average score of 91.25 with a completeness percentage of 91%. Based on these results, the Jigsaw cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of third grade elementary school students.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to improve the learning outcomes of three-digit long addition in the placement of unit, tens, and hundreds values ​​in mathematics using pocket board media for class II students at SDN Lidah Wetan IV Surabaya. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which includes several stages, namely planning, implementing or observing, and reflecting on each cycle. The subjects of this study were 20 students of class II at SDN Lidah Wetan IV Surabaya, consisting of 9 boys and 11 girls. The technique used is data collection techniques by carrying out several stages, namely observation, testing, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was shown that the application of pocket board media with addition material in long three-digit sums on the placement of unit values, tens, and hundreds can improve student learning outcomes in class II at SDN Lidah Wetan IV Surabaya. When no action was given, the learning value of the addition material in long three-digit additions in the placement of unit, tens, and hundreds values ​​in mathematics only 3 students (15%) achieved KKM. In the first cycle of action, there was a slight increase in student learning outcomes in mathematics, namely 15 students (75%), then followed by the second cycle of action, there was another increase, namely as many as 18 students (90%).

Abstract

Program peningkatan kesadaran budaya Indonesia melalui pelatihan tari tradisional dilaksanakan di Pondok An Nahdlah, Selangor, Malaysia, yang mayoritas fokus pada pendidikan agama dan moral. Program ini bertujuan mengatasi kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap budaya Indonesia, terutama tari tradisional, dengan berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan pengaruh budaya asing. Pelatihan tari Saman dipilih karena gerakannya sederhana dan mengandung nilai kebersamaan. Program ini bertujuan memperkuat identitas budaya siswa, serta menumbuhkan kebanggaan dan kesadaran terhadap budaya Indonesia. Setiap sesi pelatihan berfokus pada sejarah, filosofi, dan sinkronisasi gerakan tari. Tahapan pelaksanaan melibatkan koordinasi, pengenalan tari, latihan dasar, serta evaluasi berkala. Hasil program menunjukkan dampak positif berupa peningkatan kesadaran budaya, apresiasi budaya, dan kohesi sosial. Santri lebih memahami dan bangga terhadap budaya Indonesia. Program ini juga memperkaya pengetahuan santri dan memperkuat komunitas di pondok, dengan nilai-nilai disiplin dan kerja keras yang diinternalisasi selama pelatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the thematic learning tools of the talking stick type cooperative learning model for second grade students in elementary school. This research is based on the Borg and Gall development model, involving 5 main steps: Conduct product analysis to be developed; Develop initial product; Expert validation and revision; Smallscale field trials and product revisions; Large-scale field trials and final products. The instruments used in this study were lesson plans assessment questionnaires, teaching materials assessment questionnaires, LKPD assessment questionnaires and assessment instrument assessment questionnaires to measure validity, learning observation sheets and student response questionnaires to measure practicality, as well as learning achievement tests to measure the effectiveness of learning tools. The validity quality of learning devices that meet the valid criteria is shown by the average total validity of lesson plans, namely 3.48, the average total validity of teaching materials, namely 3.46, the average total validity of LKPD, which is 3.54, and the average total validity of assessment instruments 3.53. The practical quality of learning tools that meet practical criteria is shown by the average total student response questionnaire of 3.06 and the average total observation sheet of 3.54. The quality of the effectiveness of learning tools in terms of the results of student learning tests meets the effective criteria of achieving 100% completeness.

Abstract

Desa Kebonan memiliki potensi ketahanan pangan melalui aktivitas berkebun, namun upaya untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah hasil pertanian agar dapat dijual dan mendukung kemandirian desa masih perlu dioptimalkan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mempercepat hilirisasi produk pertanian melalui transformasi kreasi produk EduFarm yang inovatif dan menarik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), yang memaksimalkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam setiap tahap kegiatan. PRA menitikberatkan pada penggalian kemampuan dasar peserta untuk menciptakan produk yang unik dan berdaya saing. Kegiatan ini mencakup penyuluhan, pelatihan digital storytelling , desain kemasan, dan pembuatan animasi 3D, yang dilakukan dalam dua kelompok dengan materi yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan spesifik masing-masing kelompok. Data keberhasilan program dianalisis secara kuantitatif berdasarkan indikator ketercapaian, yaitu peningkatan keterampilan teknologi sebesar 75%, kemampuan bercerita sebesar 80%, dan peningkatan kualitas produk EduFarm sebesar 85%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam bekerja sama untuk menciptakan produk EduFarm yang inovatif dan menarik. Produk yang dihasilkan memiliki daya tarik visual dan cerita yang kuat, sehingga meningkatkan potensi pemasaran. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa transformasi produk EduFarm inovatif melalui pendekatan partisipatif efektif dalam mempercepat hilirisasi produk pertanian Desa Kebonan dan mendukung kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat.
