Abstract

This journal aims to obtain complete and in-depth information about Classroom Management in Student Learning Objectives at SDN 09 Sungai Kelambu in the 2023-2024 Academic Year. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques in this study use interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity checking techniques use triangulation and member check. The results of the study show that: (1) Teachers in classroom management to achieve learning objectives, namely teachers create an orderly atmosphere and regulate behavior, including making a picket schedule, and teachers reprimand students who violate school rules (2) The form of management to discipline students is the teacher using U formation, groups and traditional formations during the learning process

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal: 1) The Tahfidz Program Learning System at the Al-Furqon Tebas Integrated Islamic Private Elementary School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year; 2) Teacher Method for Teaching Students to Memorize the Qur'am in the Tahfidz Program at the Al-Furqon Tebas Integrated Islamic Private Elementary School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research uses a qualitative approach and a phenomenological type of research. Data collection techniques used structured interviews, participant observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation (display), and drawing conclusions (verification/conclusion drawing). The results of this research show that the Tahfidz Learning Program at Al-Furqon Tebas Integrated Islamic Elementary School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, namely SDS IT Al-Furqon, implements a holistic approach in the tahfidz program, focusing on memorizing the Qur'an, understanding, recitation, and time discipline. The school's commitment to quality improvement is evident in program development, additional training, and an emphasis on repetition to increase student independence. Time management and collaboration with parents create a conducive learning environment, while regular evaluation through tahfidz exams and Al-Qur'an reading monitors student progress. A supportive environment, including effective communication and integration of religious values, shapes students' character holistically. The student memorization method in the Tahfidz Program at Al-Furqon Tebas Integrated Islamic Elementary School for the 2022/2023 academic year is adopting the wahdah method with a focus on repetition of verses and student motivation, but prioritizing the Sima'I and muroja'ah methods. The school's flexibility in choosing methods reflects adaptability to student characteristics. The integration of the Kitabah and Sima'I methods shows awareness of individual student needs and a holistic approach. Despite the obstacles in implementing the Muraja'ah Method at home, the school's efforts to find solutions and regular evaluation ensure the consistency of the tahfidz program. Awareness of the diversity of learning styles and commitment to continuously improving the quality of learning, creating a successful holistic approach in the tahfidz program at SDS IT Al-Furqon.

Abstract

This journal aims to obtain complete and in-depth information on the implementation of the reciprocal teaching model to improve students' cognitive abilities at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sambas until the 2022-2023 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques in this research used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity checking techniques use source triangulation, technical triangulation, time triangulation, and member check. The results of the research show that: (1) Teacher planning in implementing the reciprocal teaching model to improve students' cognitive abilities by formulating learning objectives, determining learning experiences, determining teaching and learning activities, providing media and tools, conditioning physical facilities, preparing learning evaluation plans, ( 2) The application of the reciprocal teaching model to improve students' cognitive abilities can be seen during learning. Students are very enthusiastic in carrying out the learning, many questions are asked by other students to the group who are explaining the material in front of the class, (3) Evaluation results in the application of the reciprocal teaching model for improve students' cognitive abilities through evaluative evaluation and formative evaluation.

Abstract

Abstract Community empowerment in the partner area has not reached its optimal potential, which has an impact on their low income. On the other hand, the sure salaka silk group, which is engaged in the production of silk fabrics, has a great opportunity to advance the local economy. The availability of raw materials and adequate resources make this business very potential. The existing problems include low motivation and skills of business actors, low production quality and quantity, lack of product standardisation, lack of knowledge in financial management, and not utilising information technology and e-commerce. The proposed solutions include increasing the motivation and skills of business actors, training on product management and implementation of good production practices, training on financial management, marketing strategies with information technology and e-commerce, and socialisation. Workshops were also conducted to improve motivation and human resource capabilities, entrepreneurial managerial skills, product development, as well as assistance in the use of information technology for marketing through website-based e-commerce, and evaluation of partner business management. The results of this activity show that the training has met expectations. The high participation of partners has a positive impact on the programme, with increased partner motivation in the role of implementing activities, increased knowledge of financial management, and the creation of a website-based e-commerce application that is currently used by partners is expected to increase production. Keywords: empowerment; umkm; e-commerce Abstrak Pemberdayaan masyarakat di wilayah mitra belum mencapai potensi optimal, yang berdampak pada rendahnya pendapatan mereka. Disisi lain kelompok sutera sure salaka yang bergerak di bidang produksi kain sutera memiliki peluang besar untuk memajukan ekonomi lokal. Ketersediaan bahan baku dan sumber daya yang memadai menjadikan usaha ini sangat potensial. Masalah yang ada meliputi rendahnya motivasi dan keterampilan pelaku usaha, rendahnya kualitas dan kuantitas produksi, kurangnya standarisasi produk, kekurangan pengetahuan dalam manajemen keuangan, serta belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan e-commerce. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup peningkatan motivasi dan keterampilan pelaku usaha, pelatihan manajemen produk dan penerapan praktik produksi yang baik, pelatihan manajemen keuangan, strategi pemasaran dengan teknologi informasi dan e-commerce, serta sosialisasi. Workshop juga dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan SDM, keterampilan manajerial kewirausahaan, pengembangan produk, serta pendampingan dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk pemasaran melalui e-commerce berbasis website, dan evaluasi manajemen usaha mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan telah memenuhi ekspektasi. Tingginya partisipasi mitra berdampak positif pada program, dengan peningkatnya motvasi mitra dalam peran pada pelaksanaan kegiatan, meningkatnya pengetahuan pengelolaan keuangan, dan terciptanya aplikasi e-commerce berbasis website milik mitra yang saat ini dimanfaatkan mitra diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produksi. Abstract

Islamic Cultural History Learning plays an significant part in forming pupils' Islamic understanding and character. Conventional learning approaches, however, frequently get in the way of attaining the best possible learning results. In order to increase learning effectiveness and learning outcomes, this project attempts to create interactive learning materials of students in class X of Ushuluddin Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS). This study uses a descriptive method based on facts in the field. Data collection techniques in a study are very important, in order to obtain data that is in accordance with the focus to be studied. Because the research data is qualitative research, the researcher chose a data collection technique using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the use of interactive-based learning media made students more actively involved in the learning process, which ultimately strengthened their conceptual understanding and improved academic achievement in studying Islamic Cultural History. The construction of interactive multimedia-based learning materials to enhance students' learning outcomes in Islamic Cultural History classes is the study's conclusion X MAS Ushuluddin integrating with text, images, audio, video, and other interactive elements, this media not only succeeded in creating a more interesting and motivational learning environment but also facilitated students' deep understanding of the material.

Abstract

Since the Dutch and Japanese colonial era, the development of Islamic educational institutions has shifted in various paradigms. During the Dutch period, educational discrimination occurred, while the discrimination was abolished in Japan. In response to this reality, the study aims to explore the Japanese policy system toward Islamic education in Indonesia and to describe their policy systems for the people of Sambas, West Kalimantan. Grounded in a literature study, this articles provides a thorough analysis of book references, nationally and internationally reputed journals, and resources relating to Islamic education during the Japanese colonization in Indonesia. Findings of the study expose that firstly, the Japanese policy system in Indonesia demonstrated the vision of Nipponization embedded in a wide array of sectors, including education. The Japan’s goal was to be the leader of the Greater Asia by influencing Indonesian society with an education system designed by Japan. Secondly, concerning the policy system in Sambas, Japan was more open to the Sambas community for the key weakness of Sambas was religious issues. This openness intended to promote Islamicorganizations to gain support as leaders of the Greater Asia. To succeed this mission,educational institutions eroded any discrimination by no longer looking at diversity, as agoal to incorporate the Nipponization-based contents.

Abstract

Honorary teachers often face various challenges that can potentially trigger stress, such as low job status, career uncertainty, and unbalanced workloads. The stress experienced by honorary teachers can have a negative impact on teaching quality, mental health, and social relationships. This article aims to examine effective stress management strategies for honorary teachers in the context of education based on a literature review. The results of the study indicate that internal approaches such as mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and coping skills, combined with external support in the form of psychological counselling, stress management training, and supportive institutional policies, can help honorary teachers manage work pressure more effectively. In conclusion, holistic stress management, which involves individual, social, and systemic aspects, is essential for improving the well-being of honorary teachers while supporting better quality education.

Abstract

The history of Islam's entry into India is a long journey that began in the 7th century when Prophet Muhammad SAW was still alive. Starting from Arab trade, which was not only focused on physical commodities but also served as a means of Islamic preaching. The influence of Islam strengthened with the arrival of Arabs who settled and formed kingdoms in India. Subsequently, the arrival of the British as traders resulted in tensions between Islam and Hinduism, as well as a renewal movement within the Muslim community. The renewal movement gave birth to key figures that played pivotal roles in India's social and political history. Furthermore, Islamic education in India underwent significant and inclusive developments, collaborating with national and international curricula. Islamic higher education institutions in India also gained global recognition, competing with leading universities. All of these illustrate the significant role of Islam in India's history and development.

Abstract

This comprehensive literature review explores the multifaceted dimensions of optimizing morality and ethics through Islamic religious education in schools. Delving into the growing field of Islamic education that can spur a new way of human life, from the beginning of life to its end are interrelated, this review synthesizes existing research, identifies trends, and offers insights for educators, policy makers, and researchers . The reason behind this exploration lies in the urgency to find out the level of morality of Islamic religious education in schools, namely: replacing the role of humans by automating a task or process. Strengthening the human role, namely presenting information, tasks, or processes. Restructuring or making changes to a task or process. This review covers various aspects, starting from Islamic religious education in schools, morality and ethics in Islam, Islamic religious education as a means of building morality, and the factors that influence it. By examining the interaction between aspects of morality and ethics, this literature review contributes to the ongoing discourse regarding assisting individuals in dealing with the moral challenges faced in modern contexts.

Abstract

Diare merupakan salah satu penyakit yang berbasis lingkungan ada dua faktor yang lebih dominan yaitu sarana air bersih dan pembuangan limbah cair yang ada di rumah tangga. Kedua faktor ini akan salin berinteraksi bersama dengan perlaku manusia. Apabilah faktor lingkungan yang tidak sehat karna tercemar kuman dari penyebab Diare, serta juga berinteraksi dengan perilaku manusia yang tidak sehat yaitu melalui makanan dan minuman maka hal ini akan dapat menimbulkan penyakit diare. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain istudi kasus deskriftif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien anak dengan diare yang berada dirungan Catelia RSUD Undata Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Dengan masalah Asuhan Keperawatan Anak Dengan Diagnosa Gangguan Sistem pencernaan: Diare. Di RSUD Undata Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Hasil penelitian ditemukan dari pengkajian pada An M, umur 9 bulan, jenis kelamin laki-laki, beragama Islam, Alamat untad I. Tanggal masuk rumah sakit 31 Juli 2023 Jam 01.00 WIT, tanggal pengkajian 31 Juli 2023 jam 12.00 WIT dirawat diruangan Catelia kelas II B dengan nomor rekam medik 01-07-16-11. Ibu pasien mengatakan pasien masuk kerumah sakit dengan keluhan BAB encer sudah 2 hari dan muntah-muntah. Keluhan saat di kaji ibu pasien mengatakan anaknya masih BAB encer dan muntah. Pemeriksaan fisik didapatkan Tanda-tanda vital Nadi 60x/ menit, RR 29x/ menit, Suhu 37,6 ?. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa BAB dan munta munta berkurang setelah dilakukan trapi injeksi IV pada An,M pada hari pertama pengkajian pasien masi BAB dan muntah muntah setelah dilakukan tindakan hari kedua masih BAB dan muntah satu kali setelah dilakukan tindakan hari ketiga BAB dan muntah muntah berkurang.
