Abstract

This study aims to fill the knowledge gap by examining the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through trust in the Tranex Mandiri company. In this study, sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method which included non-probability sampling in the population of Tranex Mandiri Padang customers. The respondents studied were 200 respondents of Tranex Mandiri Padang customers. the results of research conducted SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with AMOS, it can be concluded that service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty through trust in the Tranex Mandiri Padang company. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan pengetahuan dengan menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan pada perusahaan Tranex Mandiri. Dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yang termasuk non-probability sampling pada populasi pelanggan Tranex Mandiri Padang. Responden yang diteliti sebanyak 200 responden pelanggan Tranex Mandiri Padang. hasil penelitian yang dilakukan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan AMOS, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan pada perusahaan Tranex Mandiri Padang

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of eco design, green manufacturing and green purchasing on the performance of UMKM Culinary Bread companies in Padang City. The population that will be used as material in the research is all Bread Culinary MSMEs in Padang City, totaling 150 MSMEs. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires and data processing was carried out through SmartPLS version 4 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) eco design has a significant positive effect on company performance (2) Green manufacturing has a significant negative effect on company performance (3) Green purchasing has a positive effect significantly to the company's performance in UMKM Culinary Bread in Padang City. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh eco design, Green manufacturing dan Green purchasing terhadap kinerja perusahaan UMKM Kuliner Roti di Kota Padang. Populasi yang akan dijadikan bahan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh UMKM Kuliner Roti di Kota Padang yang berjumlah 150 UMKM. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan pengolahan data dilakukan melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) eco design berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan (2) Green manufacturing berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan (3) Green purchasing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada UMKM Kuliner Roti di Kota Padang.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagai mana gaya kepemimpinan dan bagaimana lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Solok Selatan.Poulasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan karyawan yang berkerja pada PT PLN (Persero) Solok Selatan yang berjumlah 43 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil pengisian, dengan teknik analisis meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji linier berganda, uji hipotesis, uji koefisien determinasi , uji t dan uji f. Dari hasil penelitian data yang di gunakan secara keseluruhan di nyatakan valid (Sig. 2-tailed) kurang dari 0,05. variabel gaya kepemimpinan(X1) yang bernilai positif menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinani terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Solok Selatan, Hasil penelitian variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung<ttabel( 2,301< 1,681 ) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,27) Hasil uji F, didapatkan nilai F hitung35,736 > F tabel 2,82dengan nilai sig 0.000< 0,05, makaH3 diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasil nilai R2 adalah 0,641. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerjadengan persentase sebesar 64,1%, sedangkan sisanya 35,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya

Abstract

Purpose – This research is to test the influence of competence, communication, and commitment on employee performance.Secretariat of the DPRD of West Sumatra Province. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling with a sample size of 93 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 24.Findings– Based on the results of the study, it shows that partially each variable of Competence, Communication, and Commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, it explains that Competence, Communication, and Commitment together have a significant effect on performance.For Competence,It is recommended that agencies include employees in technical guidance, training (diklat), socialization, employee education according to their field of duty or main tasks and functions to improve employee knowledge.For Communication, it is recommended that agencies be moreimprove communication between leaders and subordinates and between subordinates and superiors in order to create good work enthusiasm and employee work performance

Abstract

Tingkat permasalahan pengetahuan dan pemahaman wajib pajak para pelaku UMKM di Kiambang, Padang Pariaman. Sebagaian besar pelaku UMKM belum mengetahui dan memahami serta PPh Badan. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi ini diikuti oleh pelaku UMKM yaitu pembudidaya ikan di Kiambang sebanyak 15 orang. Metode sosialisasi yang dilakukan adalah metode ceramah. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam sosialisasi ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner dan menganalisis perbedaan kemampuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti sosialisasi. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini membukjtikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti sosialisasi. Hasilnya terjadi pengningkatan pemaha-man dan pengetahuan tentang PPh Badan. Dan dapat menumbuhakan kesadaran para pelaku UMKM akan pentingnya melakasanakan kewajiban pajak.

Abstract

Eye diseases, particularly cataracts, are the leading cause of blindness worldwide. This community service program by the Department of Ophthalmology, Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University, was conducted at the Pangkalan Public Health Center, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, by empowering PELITA (Posyandu) cadres in early detection of cataracts. Methods included counseling, training, and eye examination simulations for 40 cadres, followed by community screening using visual acuity and anterior segment examinations. Evaluation was carried out with pre- and post-tests, satisfaction surveys, and follow-up on patients referred for surgery. The average cadre score improved from 68 (pre-test) to 74.5 (post-test), indicating increased knowledge. A total of 71 patients were screened, including 40 cataract and 8 pterygium cases; 26 cataract and 4 pterygium patients subsequently underwent surgery. Cadres reported high satisfaction with the training and expressed readiness to continue participation. This program demonstrates that cadre training is effective in improving early detection of cataracts and other visual impairments, and provides a foundation for establishing a Vision Center in Lima Puluh Kota.

Abstract

Five variables are discussed, namely:  Green satisfaction (GS), Green Image (GI), WOM, Loyalty, and Green Trust (GT).  The type of research in this study is quantitative causal research. The population of this study were people who had stayed at hotels in West Sumatra. At the same time, the sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling. Based on the hypothesis testing proposed, the path analysis technique was used in this study. The first hypothesis is that GT has no significant effect on GS.  The second hypothesis is that WOM has a positive impact on GS. The third hypothesis, GI has a substantial effect on GS. The fourth hypothesis, GT is having no significant impact on Loyalty. The fifth hypothesis, WOM has a positive impact on Loyalty. The sixth hypothesis, GI has a positive impact on Loyalty. The seventh hypothesis, GS has a positive impact on Loyalty. The eighth hypothesis, GS is unable to mediate GT on loyalty. The ninth hypothesis, GS is able to mediate the WOM relationship on loyalty. The tenth hypothesis, GS is able to mediate the relationship between GI on loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and employees’ Eco-Friendly Behavior (EFB), with Green Transformational Leadership (GTFL) and Green Perceived Organizational Support (GPOS) serving as mediating variables. We adopted quantitative research design and surveyed employees in four- and five-star hotels using structured questionnaires. We collected 240 responses through purposive sampling; however, only 110 were valid and met the criteria for further analysis. We analyzed the data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in SmartPLS. The findings reveal that GHRM practices have a positive and significant effect on GPOS and GTFL Furthermore, GTFL has a positive and significant effect on EFB, whereas GPOS does not. Additionally, GTFL has a positive and significant effect on GPOS. These results highlight the critical role of leadership in enhancing GHRM's effectiveness in promoting eco-friendly behavior among employees. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on sustainable human resource management and provides practical implications for the hospitality industry in fostering environmentally responsible behavior.
