Abstract

The objectives of the study are: (1) To analyze the magnitude of the influence of learning models on students' understanding of multicultural values in PAI learning at State Vocational High School 2 Bengkulu City. (2) To analyze the magnitude of the influence of thinking styles on students' understanding of multicultural values in PAI learning at State Vocational High School 2 Bengkulu City. (3) Analyze the magnitude of the influence of learning models and thinking styles on students' understanding of multicultural values in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu City. . The type of quantitative research with an associative approach, the data collection technique is a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, basic assumption tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression, t-test and F-test, population and sample of 70 students. Research results (1) There is an influence of the learning model as indicated by the coefficient value of X1Y equal to 0.593 using the t-test, then the calculated t is 5.640> t table (5% = 1.69), and at a significance level of 0.000 t table (5% = 1.69) and at a significant level of 0.007 F table (5% = 2.85) and at a significance level of 0.032

Abstract

The aim of this research is (1) to analyze the magnitude of the influence of religious activities on the performance of PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Bengkulu City. (2) Analyzing the magnitude of the influence of competency on the performance of PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Bengkulu City. (3) Analyzing the magnitude of the influence of religion and competence on the performance of PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Bengkulu City. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research, the research instrument used is a questionnaire, the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, basic assumption tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression, t test and F test. Research results: (1) There is an influence of religious activities on the performance of PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Bengkulu City which is shown at t count (2.053) > t table (5% = 1.70) and a significance level of 0.046 < 0.05. (2) There is an influence of COMPETENCY on the performance of PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Bengkulu City which is shown in t count (2.862) > t table (5% = 1.70) and a significance level of 0.007 < 0.05. (3) There is an influence of religious activities and competence on the performance of PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Bengkulu City which is shown in t count (3.875) > t table (5% = 2.85) and a significance level of 0.032 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of using the 'Ali method on the tahsin and tahfidz (memorization) abilities of female students at the Tahfidz Fatimah House of the Daarul Iman Foundation in Bengkulu City. The study also aimed to explore the application of the 'Ali method of learning at the Tahfidz Fatimah House. This research utilized an experimental study with mixed methods and a One-Group concurrent embedded design. The research involved 67 students as the research population and 17 students as the research sample. For quantitative methods, data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and oral tests (pretest and post-test). For qualitative methods, observation, interviews, and documentation were used for data collection. The findings indicated that the 'Ali method had an impact on the tahsin and tahfidz abilities of the students at Rumah Tahfidz Fatimah, Daarul Iman Foundation, Bengkulu City. The Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test confirmed a significant influence on the experimental class using the 'Ali Level 3 Tajwid Thematic method, as demonstrated by an increase in average pretest and post-test scores. There was an average increase of 25.64 in tahsin score and 27.59 in tahfidz score after implementing the 'Ali Level 3 Thematic Tajwid Method. Furthermore, the Likert scale calculations showed that the implementation of the 'Ali Method worked very well for the female students at Rumah Tahfidz Fatimah, Daarul Iman Foundation, Bengkulu City.Keywords: 'Ali Method, Tahsin Al-Qur'an, Tahfidz Al-Qur'an

Abstract

Mixed methods research, which integrates quantitative and qualitative approaches, has become essential for academics to gain a comprehensive understanding of the complexity of educational phenomena. Therefore, this article aims to explain the fundamental concepts and implementation of mixed methods in educational research, as well as how this approach can offer a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of the dynamics within the field of education. Key aspects discussed include rationality, prioritization, data collection sequence, and data integration in educational research. Additionally, various mixed methods research designs, such as sequential and concurrent approaches, are explored. With this methodology, researchers can collect and analyze data from multiple perspectives to generate more in-depth and accurate findings. This study is expected to make a significant contribution to the advancement of educational research methodologies in the future. Metodologi penelitian campuran (mixed methods), yang menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif telah menjadi kebutuhan bagi para akademisi untuk memahami fenomena pendidikan secara lebih komprehensif, mengingat kompleksitas yang ada dalam proses belajar mengajar. Oleh karena itu, tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan konsep dasar, dan implementasi mixed methods dalam penelitian pendidikan, serta bagaimana metode ini dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih lengkap dan valid tentang dinamika yang terjadi di ranah pendidikan. Poin-poin penting dalam artikel ini membahas penelitian mixed methods yang mencakup aspek rasionalitas, prioritas, urutan pengumpulan data, dan integrasi data untuk diterapkan pada penelitian pendidikan. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menjelaskan berbagai desain penelitian yang dapat digunakan dalam mixed methods, seperti sekuensial dan konkuren. Dengan pendekatan ini, peneliti dapat mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai perspektif untuk menghasilkan temuan yang lebih mendalam dan akurat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan metodologi penelitian pendidikan di masa depan

Abstract

Process standards are needed to improve and improve the quality of education. Inclusive schools as educational units are required to use national process standards, so that problems arise in the learning process for students with special needs. In order to provide equitable education services and to carry out effective and efficient learning, inclusive schools must be able to adapt learning to the needs of students with special needs. This study aims to determine the application of adaptive management in improving the quality of the standard process of inclusive schools. This research was conducted at SDIT Al Aufa Bengkulu City. This type of research is qualitative research, the research informants are school principals, deputy principals and teachers, the number of research informants is 31 people taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's model. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of adaptive management to improve the quality of the standard process of SDIT Al Aufa inclusive schools has been implemented properly, which is carried out in 4 forms of activities, namely: 1) lesson planning, 2) learning implementation, 3) learning evaluation, and 4) supervision learning. The process standards implemented at the SDIT Al Aufa inclusive school use national standards for regular students and school standards for students with special needs. It is hoped that inclusive schools will continue to encourage the development of an adaptive management system in every academic and non-academic process.

Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru menjadi faktor kunci dalam menentukan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini berupa studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru dengan kinerja SDM pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian sistematis terhadap jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan artikel penelitian yang relevan dengan topik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM pendidikan, termasuk kemampuan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, meningkatkan motivasi siswa, dan mendukung produktivitas sekolah. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan kinerja SDM pendidikan di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Sumber daya pendidikan Islam mencakup seluruh unsur yang mendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan berdasarkan nilai-nilai Islam, meliputi sumber daya manusia, peserta didik, kurikulum, sarana prasarana, pembiayaan, lingkungan, dan manajemen. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan konsep dasar sumber daya pendidikan Islam serta menganalisis relevansinya terhadap pengembangan lembaga pendidikan kontemporer. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan studi pustaka, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep sumber daya pendidikan Islam menekankan pengembangan holistik, integrasi nilai spiritual-moral, serta pengelolaan komponen material dan nonmaterial secara seimbang. Dalam konteks kekinian, prinsip tersebut tetap relevan untuk meningkatkan mutu lembaga, memperkuat kompetensi pendidik, mengoptimalkan fasilitas, dan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sumber daya pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk lembaga pendidikan yang kompetitif, bernilai, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Interfaith families are often seen as vulnerable to value and belief conflicts. Yet, some build harmonious, tolerant relationships. This study analyzes the role of housewives as agents of religious moderation in interfaith family harmony in Bengkulu Province through the lens of maslahah mursalah. Using case studies, qualitative data were collected from in-depth interviews, observations, and focus group discussions with housewives across Bengkulu. Findings show that housewives negotiate belief differences in daily life—managing food in line with Muslim sharia, facilitating religious obligations, and fostering values such as tolerance, compassion, and respect. These actions exemplify maslahah’s principles: protection of religion (hifdz al-dīn), reason (hifdz al-‘aql), and offspring (hifdz al-nasl), within modern families. The study confirms that housewives’ religious moderation significantly boosts interfaith family harmony and enhances discourse on religion, family, and social ethics in pluralistic societies
