Abstract

Strategi manajemen humas merupakan hal penting dalam setiap lembaga pendidikan agar setiap tujuan bisa tercapai. Strategi manajemen humas dalam konteks kerjasama eksternal mencakup berbagai aspek, mulai dari komunikasi proaktif dengan mitra potensial hingga pemecahan masalah yang cepat dan efektif ketika menghadapi tantangan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, metode wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Humas, Kaur Humas, dan Pihak Eksternal. Data yang terkumpul untuk observasi data wawancara dianalisis dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa SMP Negeri 2 Sumobito memiliki strategi analisis lingkungan dengan observasi internal dan eksternal, perumusan strategi untuk megidentifikasi tujuan jangka panjang dan menghindari pemborosan, implementasi strategi, koordinasi kepengurusan untuk penanggung jawab pada setiap kegiatan, pembuatan surat MoU, evaluasi hasil kerja dilakukan setiap bulan setelah melakukan kerjasama. Abstract

Reputasi yang baik adalah sasaran yang ingin dicapai oleh suatu lembaga dan mencerminkan pandangan atau penilaian masyarakat terhadap lembaga tersebut. Berdasarkan observasi awal yang dilakukan pada humas di MTs La Raiba Hanifida Jombang, ditemukan ketidakstabilan dalam jumlah penerimaan siswa setiap tahunnya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan perbaikan secara manusiawi untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan reputasi positif sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk teknik pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber. Penelitian ini di lakukan di MTs La Raiba Hanifida yang terletak di desa Bandung Kencur ,Kecamatan Diwek ,Kabupaten Joambang 61471. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan humas dalam menjaga reputasi antara lain: 1) Strategi kerjasama. Dalam pelaksanaannya strategi ini dilakukan dengan menjalin kerjasama antara 2 pihak; pihak internal dan pihak eksternal. 2) Strategi promotif. Dalam hal ini reputasi madrasah dikenal baik oleh lingkup masyarakat sekitar maupun dari organisasi yang menjalin kerjasama dengan madrasah.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang baik diperlukan agar efektivitas pendidikan tercapai. Manajemen sumber daya manusia bertugas mengatur dan mengelola pendidikan untuk mencapai mutu dan kualitas sesuai standar. Tenaga pendidik yang profesional sangat penting untuk memberikan layanan yang baik kepada peserta didik, sehingga lulusan yang berkualitas dapat dihasilkan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga tahapan, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Kurikulum, dan guru. Kegiatan analisis terdiri dari tiga alur kegiatan yang terjadi secara bersamaan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Setelah itu uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi dan member check. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa manajemen sumber daya di MTsN 6 Jombang berorientasi pada pengembangan kompetensi meliputi perencanaan melalui sosialisasi, pengorganisasian dengan dengan menyusun struktur organisasi. Profesionalisme kinerja guru dengan di MTsN 6 Jombang berupa penerapan metode pembelajaran sesuai regulasi pendidikan serta memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi. Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam peningkatan profesionalisme kinerja guru di MTsN 6 Jombang berupa pelatihan dan forum ilmiah seperti diklat dan forum musayawarah guru mata pelajaran (MGMP).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of tahsin Al-Qur'an through the Al-Qur'an lovers movement as well as its inhibiting and supporting factors. The research used used qualitative research with a case study approach. The research subjects amounted to 15 children. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using triangulation. The conclusion of the study was that the improvement of tahsin al-Quran through the movement of Al-Qur'an lovers at the Al-Qur'an Education Park in Carang Wulung Village, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency went well during the activity.. Then the use of learning methods applied by the Al-Qur’an lovers movement in improving children's tahsin Al-Qur’an is the method of lecture, question and answer, demonstration and discussion. The inhibiting factors of this activity are that there are children who are not present in teaching and learning activities and there are some children who tend to play and joke with their friends during tahsin activities. The supporting factors for this activity are the use of learning methods used in delivering quality, good and supportive tahsin material, children are enthusiastic in tahsin activities through the movement of Al-Qur’an lovers because during the activity they always play an active role in learning to read the Qur'an and the ability to manage tahsin activities well by the teacher in conditioning this activity. Recommendations for further research can examine or study related to tahsin Al-Qur'an at different age levels, different teaching methods and others.

Abstract

The implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) can be interpreted as a structured strategy to manage the workforce so that organizational goals are achieved. Along with that, improving the quality of education is a systematic effort to improve every aspect of the learning process. This study aims to review how HRM is implemented at SMPN 4 Jombang, evaluate the quality of education there, and analyze the contribution of HRM in improving the quality of education at the school. To achieve this goal, this study adopts a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was also validated by triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. The results of the study indicate that (1) SMPN 4 Jombang implements HRM comprehensively through the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling, reflecting a strong commitment to the quality of human resources. (2) The implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in this school focuses on students and parents, involves all parties, and uses standardized processes, periodic reflection, and data-based decision making for continuous quality improvement. (3) HR at SMPN 4 Jombang effectively manages input, process, and output of education, ensures teacher competency development, encourages learning innovation, and achieves student achievement targets. In short, HR at SMPN 4 Jombang is a vital foundation in realizing superior education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum management in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project and Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile (P5-PPRA) with an entrepreneurial theme at MTsN 1 Jombang. This qualitative research employs a descriptive case study method to explore curriculum management across three key stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The findings reveal that the planning phase involves forming a facilitator team, developing project modules, and selecting relevant themes. During implementation, students are actively engaged in producing and marketing traditional food, thereby enhancing entrepreneurial skills and internalizing character values aligned with Pancasila and Rahmatan lil Alamin principles. The evaluation process is reflective and comprehensive, assessing both learning outcomes and character development. The program's success is attributed to strong collaboration among stakeholders, adequate facilities, and a culture of cooperation within the madrasah. These results suggest that flexible, inclusive, and sustainable curriculum management plays a vital role in responding to modern educational challenges. The study offers valuable insights that can guide other madrasahs and education policymakers in effectively applying project-based learning for character and competency development.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling management plays a vital role in adolescent development by helping students navigate the complex physical, emotional, and social transitions of puberty. This study aims to describe the management of guidance and counseling in dealing with puberty at MTs Negeri 17 Jombang. It employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study design, enabling an in-depth understanding of real-world implementation within a madrasah setting. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving counseling teachers, school leaders, and other key stakeholders. The findings show that guidance and counseling management is carried out systematically through planning based on student needs and aligned with the school calendar, implementation of services such as individual counseling, group counseling, and home visits, and reflective evaluation involving feedback from teachers, students, and parents. Supportive factors include institutional commitment, counselor competence, parental involvement, and a religious environment, while constraints include limited time and low student openness. This study offers practical insights into the implementation of structured counseling strategies to assist students in navigating the physical and emotional changes of puberty within a madrasah context.

Abstract

Several non-academic achievements that have been achieved by MTsN 13 Jombang students include 3rd place in the Robotics Competition at UTM (University Technology Malaysia), 3rd place in National Badminton in 2022, and 1st Place in National Badminton (men's singles) in 2022. This research will discuss the madrasa head's strategy in improving non-academic achievements at MTsN 13 Jombang This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach at MTsN 13 Jombang. Primary data was obtained from interviews with the madrasa head, deputy head of student affairs, extracurricular teachers, and outstanding students, while secondary data came from school documents. Data collection techniques include observation, structured and unstructured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out interactively using the Miles and Huberman method, which includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the Headmaster of MTsN 13 Jombang has a strategy to improve student achievement through developing relevant extracurriculars, providing adequate facilities, training and developing human resources, as well as school-based management approaches and effective motivation. MTsN 13 Jombang has many non-academic achievements in the fields of sports, arts, scouts and social activities, which not only improve students' physical and social skills but also develop their character and emotional intelligence. This increase in non-academic achievement is supported by various strategies, such as extracurricular empowerment, training and coaching, collaboration with external parties, rewards and motivation, infrastructure support, a holistic approach, soft skills development, involvement of parents and the community, increasing teacher competency, and evaluation. and monitoring.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of kiai leadership in shaping the character of santri discipline. Kiai as a charismatic figure is not only a spiritual leader, but also a role model that is emulated in everyday life. Exemplary behavior is the main strategy in instilling discipline without coercion. The application of discipline is carried out through rules, educational sanctions, and the habituation of spiritual activities such as dhikr and tawassul. This effort not only regulates external behavior, but also forms an inner attitude that is voluntarily obedient. Challenges such as laziness and differences in the background of students are overcome through a consistent and humanistic approach. The case study research method is used in this study, so that several research steps ranging from interviews, documentation, and observations are carried out so that researchers conduct interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman, conclusions are drawn by researchers carefully and in accordance with applicable scientific principles. The results of the study show that the combination of inspiring leadership, a clear rule system, and intensive spiritual guidance can create the character of students who are disciplined, responsible, and independent. Keywords: Kiai leadership; role model; discipline; character; spirituality   Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas peran kepemimpinan kiai dalam membentuk karakter disiplin santri. Kiai sebagai sosok kharismatik tidak hanya menjadi pemimpin spiritual, tetapi juga panutan yang dicontoh dalam keseharian. Keteladanan menjadi strategi utama dalam menanamkan kedisiplinan tanpa paksaan. Penerapan disiplin dilakukan melalui aturan, sanksi yang bersifat mendidik, dan pembiasaan kegiatan spiritual seperti dzikir dan tawassul. Upaya ini tidak hanya mengatur perilaku lahiriah, tetapi juga membentuk sikap batiniah yang patuh secara sukarela. Tantangan seperti rasa malas dan perbedaan latar belakang santri diatasi melalui pendekatan yang konsisten dan humanis. Metode penelitian studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini, sehingga beberapa langkah penelitian mulai dari wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi dilakukan sehingga peneliti melakukan analisis secara interaktif milik Miles dan Huberman, kesimpulan ditarik oleh peneliti secara seksama dan sesuai dengan kaidah ilmiah yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi antara kepemimpinan yang inspiratif, sistem aturan yang jelas, dan pembinaan spiritual yang intensif mampu menciptakan karakter santri yang disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mandiri. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kurikulum diniyah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca kitab kuning santri di Pondok Putra Pesantren Tebuireng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum diniyah dirancang secara sistematis dengan tiga tingkatan (I'dad, Wustha, Ulya) dan mengintegrasikan metode tradisional (sorogan, bandongan, hafalan) serta evaluasi modern. Kurikulum ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam membaca kitab kuning, dengan 80% santri tingkat Ulya mampu membaca kitab gundul secara mandiri. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan meliputi lingkungan pesantren yang kondusif, kedisiplinan, dan kolaborasi antar-stakeholder. Tantangan utama adalah motivasi santri dan adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kurikulum diniyah berperan penting dalam melestarikan tradisi keilmuan Islam klasik sekaligus menjawab kebutuhan pendidikan kontemporer.
