Abstract

Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberdayakan pelaku UMKM perempuan di Kecamatan Kalianda dan Ketapang melalui peningkatan literasi digital dan keterampilan pemasaran berbasis teknologi guna memperluas akses pasar dan memperkuat kontribusi mereka dalam ekonomi lokal. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif pelaku UMKM dalam setiap tahap kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan digital, seperti desain grafis, pembuatan konten video, dan strategi pemasaran online, yang berdampak pada peningkatan omzet serta keberhasilan digitalisasi usaha, terutama di Kecamatan Kalianda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, dan Self-Efficacy terhadap penggunaan QRIS sebagai alat pembayaran digital UMKM di Bandar Lampung, dengan meninjau hasil penelitian dalam perspektif bisnis Islam. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh perkembangan teknologi keuangan digital yang semakin pesat, dimana QRIS hadir sebagai inovasi pembayaran nontunai yang diharapkan mampu mendukung efisiensi, transparansi, dan inklusi keuangan bagi UMKM. Meskipun demikian, tingkat adopsi QRIS di kalangan UMKM tidak hanya ditentukan oleh ketersediaan teknologi, tetapi juga oleh faktor psikologis dan persepsi pengguna terhadap manfaat, kemudahan, serta keyakinan diri dalam mengoperasikan sistem pembayaran digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Perceived Usefulness (B = 0,213; Sig. = 0,015) dan Perceived Ease of Use (B = 0,234; Sig. = 0,000) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan QRIS, sementara variabel Self-Efficacy (B = 0,069; Sig. = 0,225) berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan QRIS dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 70,802 dan Sig. = 0,000. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,679 menunjukkan bahwa 67,9% variasi penggunaan QRIS dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sedangkan 32,1% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari perspektif bisnis Islam, hasil penelitian ini mendukung bahwa penggunaan QRIS sejalan dengan prinsip syariah yang menekankan pada aspek keadilan, kemudahan, dan transparansi transaksi yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah.

Abstract

Instant coffee is one of the products produced from the drying process using a spray dryer. The quality of instant coffee is usually influenced by many variables, especially the drying temperature. This study aims to evaluate the effect of the upper and lower temperatures of the spray dryer on three product quality parameters, namely yield, moisture content, and solubility, using the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) approach. Determination of optimal operating conditions needs to be done through a multi-response approach to obtain the best balance between high yield, low moisture content, and maximum solubility. The research method used the Box-Behnken Design (BBD) with 15 experimental runs. The variables varied were the upper temperature (150-220 °C), the lower temperature (50-100 °C), and the concentration of maltodextrin (0-30%). The observed responses included yield, moisture content, and solubility. The modelling results showed that the combination of upper and lower temperatures had a significant effect on product quality. The optimum conditions were obtained at an upper temperature of 164.496°C, a lower temperature of 100°C, and a maltodextrin concentration of 30%, with a yield of 91.214%, a moisture content of 0.698%, a solubility of 89.665%, and a desirability value of 0.711.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dasar kepada masyarakat di Lampung tentang pentingnya pendidikan di Era Society 5.0. Urgensi dalam kegiatan ini yaitu masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tentang pentingnya pendidikan. Peran akademisi dalam kegiatan ini memberikan informasi tentang pendidikan dan berkeinginan untuk sosialisasikan pengetahuan dan menumbuhkan kesadaran pentingnya pendidikan. Dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan metode yang meliputi beberapa tahapan yakni perencanaan, pelaksanan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21 September 2023 secara dalam jaringan (daring) atau online melalui aplikasi Google Meet disampaikan  dengan  metode ceramah dan diskusi bersama setelah dilakukan ceramah.  Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat di provinsi Lampung berjumlah 31 peserta yang terdiri dari pria dan wanita. Adapun kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama satu hari. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu mampu memberikan tambahan pengetahuan bagi Masyarakat Lampung tentang pentingnya pendidikan di era Society 5.0.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong layanan perbankan beralih ke sistem bank digital yang semakin diminati masyarakat, terutama oleh generasi Z. Minat dalam menggunakan layanan bank digital dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang membentuk perilaku mereka dalam bertransaksi. SeaBank menjadi salah satu bank digital populer yang hadir di kalangan masyarakat yang menawarkan kemudahaan dalam melakukam aktivitas perbankan. Namun, di balik banyaknya jumlah pengguna, muncul fenomena peningkatan laporan pengaduan dari nasabah, yang tercatat pada laporan tahunan dan tersebar di berbagai mediasosial serta website berita. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut,  penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh dari persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan, kepercayaan dan fitur terhadap minat penggunaan SeaBank. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan responden generasi z yang berdomisili di Bandar Lampung, dengan jumlah populasi 296.828 jiwa. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin yang menghasilkan 100 responden, dan teknik pengambilan dengan cara purposive sampling. ata primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder dari literatur dan jurnal terkait. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuisoner dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis penelitian dengan bantuan software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan, kepercayaan, dan fitur secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan SeaBank dengan nilai Adjusted R Square 0,468. Variabel kegunaan menjadi faktor paling dominan, diikuti kemudahan, kepercayaan, dan fitur. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas aplikasi, keamanan, dan inovasi fitur agar tidak hanya menarik minat awal, tetapi juga mampu mempertahankan penggunaan SeaBank secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Community service activities were conducted in Lhokseumawe City, focusing on meat traders and targeting both youth and the general public. The primary objective of this community empowerment initiative was to enhance understanding and provide assistance in halal slaughtering through training and certification for halal slaughterers (juleha) among market meat traders in Lhokseumawe. This effort aims to ensure the sustainability and development of halal slaughtering practices in the future. The training program was designed as an intensive and continuous educational activity, accompanied by experts from the PKM Unimal team and MPU-SJPH Aceh. The implementation method comprised three main stages: (1) Preparation, which included forming a field implementation team, conducting outreach to the community and meat traders, recruiting expert tutors in halal slaughtering, and coordinating with the implementation team; (2) Execution, which involved delivering material on halal slaughtering techniques, constructing appropriate slaughtering facilities, procuring necessary equipment, and carrying out the slaughtering process; and (3) Evaluation, as the final stage, where outcomes were assessed to improve future activities. The program is also designed to be sustainable through independent funding. Evaluation was conducted by comparing the conditions of participants before and after the mentoring process, using interviews and observation.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically prove the influence of liquidity, solvency and efficiency on financial performance in banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this research is a banking company for the 2019-2022 period. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, where sampling uses several criteria, so the final sample is 32 samples. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression tests. So the results of this research are that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Solvency has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Efficiency has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Liquidity, solvency and efficiency have a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a steering system for electric cars at the Padang State Polytechnic. This design is focused on meeting the minimum turning radius requirement of 6 meters in accordance with the KMHE 2023 regulations, with the aim of demonstrating compliance with expected safety and maneuverability standards. The steering system used is Rack and Pinion, which has proven to be effective in controlling the turning angle of the wheels with the turning angle of the inside front wheel being 15.74º and the outside front wheel being 13.71°. This ensures that the vehicle can make turns with optimal smoothness and stability. Ackerman Angle Analysis for a Tire Slip Angle of 7.35° confirms that this steering system design is successful in optimizing vehicle performance in various turning conditions. Overall, the design of this steering system satisfies the essential technical requirements for urban electric vehicles, increasing efficiency and effectiveness in energy use and ensuring user safety.

Abstract

The souvenir business is a business that has been running in the Muara Batu sub-district, North Aceh district for several decades. Tourist interest in merchandise and souvenirs when visiting Aceh province, especially cross-coastal areas, is a special attraction when shopping. North Aceh is an administrative area with a district administration, Muara Batu sub-district is right in the middle of the eastern route of Sumatra. Located between Banda Aceh and Medan, this district is a vital distribution and trade route in Aceh. Unfortunately this has not been supported by the use of technology in fostering digital marketing management. The solution to partner problems is to develop business management, develop human resources, provide guidance on partner product promotion, motivating employees and mastery of technology. The program monitoring and evaluation system as well as seeing the impact of implementing the program was tested using the CIPP method. The outputs in this service are: 1. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of internal audit and accounting literacy in improving financial accountability among women-owned Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Aceh Province, Indonesia. Financial accountability is viewed as the ability of MSMEs to present transparent, accurate, and reliable financial information to stakeholders such as investors, financial institutions, and partners. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative interviews and observations. The sample consists of 75 women entrepreneurs selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires, in-depth interviews with key institutions (Cooperatives and MSME Office, BPKP, OJK, and local NGOs), and field observations. Quantitative results indicate that both internal audit and accounting literacy have significant positive effects on financial accountability. The regression analysis shows that accounting literacy (β = 0.736, Sig. = 0.001) contributes more strongly to financial accountability than internal audit (β = 0.085, Sig. = 0.005). Simultaneous testing (F = 11.630 > F-table = 2.712) confirms that these two factors jointly affect financial accountability. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.297) implies that 29.7% of the variance in financial accountability is explained by both variables. Qualitative findings reinforce that regular bookkeeping, simple internal control practices, and contextual financial education significantly enhance transparency and accountability. The study concludes that the synergy between internal audit and accounting literacy forms a crucial foundation for transparent and accountable financial governance in women's MSMEs. Policy implications suggest that local governments, financial regulators, and NGOs should collaborate to develop gender-sensitive financial literacy programs and simplified internal audit models that are adaptable to small-scale enterprises.
