The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of good corporate governance in order to optimize the increase in Village Original Income of BUMDes. The population in this study was BUMDes Sumber Rejeki in Latukan Village, Karanggeneng District, Lamongan Regency. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research method used was qualitative research with triangulation analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of good corporate governance in BUMDes in Latukan Village is good in terms of the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and honesty. BUMDes management decisions are taken objectively without interference from parties with personal interests. BUMDes is open to community participation and does not discriminate in recruitment. BUMDes has provided adequate information as a form of transparency in BUMDes management. The implementation of accountability is still weak in human resources owned by BUMDes, especially the treasurer. The treasurer already understands the implementation of accounting according to standards. Optimization of BUMDes management can be achieved through improving the implementation of good corporate governance, which not only strengthens financial management, but also BUMDes' contribution to inclusive and sustainable village development.

Community empowerment is one of the steps that can be taken as an effort to improve community welfare, make the community independent and raise the dignity of the community. The same thing is done by BUMDes Mangga Klonal 21 by organizing a community empowerment program in the form of training and processing mango-based products. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The theory used in this research is the theory of stages of community empowerment by the Delivery Team quoted by (Mardikanto & Soebiato, 2019), namely location selection, socialization of community empowerment, community empowerment process and also community self-reliance. The research results show that the community empowerment stages carried out by BUMDes Mangga Klonal 21 have gone well. It is proven that 3 of the 4 stages of empowerment have gone well, namely location selection, community empowerment outreach, community empowerment process. However, at the stage of self-reliance, society is still running quite well. This is proven by the fact that there are still a number of people who have not been able to run their businesses well and have been forced to close due to various factors, so community empowerment program organizers need to carry out more evaluations so that innovations emerge in further empowerment programs and also community empowerment program organizers need to carry out reviews regarding community businesses that are no longer running so that in the future no more community businesses will go bankrupt.

The tourism sector is a major contributor to the country"™s foreign exchange which is mainstay of the Government of the Republic Indonesia. One of which is The Ponorogo Regency itself is known for its Ngebel Lake, which has been designated as a leading natural tourism destination. This research focuses on the implementation of the Ponorogo Regency Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2021 on Tourism Villages for the development and management of Ngebel Lake as a leading natural tourism destination in Ponorogo. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method and the theory of public policy implementation according to George C. Edward III. The informants of this study were elements of the Ngebel Sub-District Government, elements of the Ponorogo Youth and Sports Culture Tourism Office and business actors around the Ngebel Lake tourist area. Data collection in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques with data validity using triangulation to obtain valid data. The results of the research show that there is well established and continuous communication, arrangements that are carried out according to their functions and responsibilities, resources that are clearly used as they should be, and an appropriate bureaucratic structure. The results of the research show that the Ponorogo Regency Regulation No. 4 of 2021 on Tourism Villages is well implemented in the management and development of the Ngebel Lake Tourist Area, with the caveat that the government, through relevant agencies, must continue to pay attention to aspects of accessibility to and from tourist areas.

Coordination of actors allows companies to implement cohesive and integrated strategies. Through collaboration and effective communication between internal actors, companies can reach mutual agreement on strategic direction, resource allocation, and action priorities. Actor coordination plays a crucial role in company development through collaboration with external parties. As is the case at PT Pratama Jatim Lestari. PT. Pratama Jatim Lestari is a new company operating in the field of hazardous and toxic waste management. Because PT Pratama Jatim Lestari is still at the factory construction stage, it is certain that the company cannot build the factory alone and/or without assistance from other parties. Therefore, collaborating with other companies to carry out factory construction is something that must be done by PT Pratama Jatim Lestari. The aim of this research is to create an actor coordinator in company development in collaboration with external parties. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data sources are the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The data collection technique uses in-depth interviews, this technique is used to dig up more information that will be used for research results. The research results show that the actor coordinator in company development is categorized as good. This process is going well with the aim of achieving the goals that have been set in accordance with what Hasibuan, also said that coordination is an activity of directing, integrating and coordinating management elements and the work of subordinates in achieving goals. Organization.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan aplikasi SEPASI (Sistem Elektronik Pengelolaan Arsip Surat Internal) dalam mengoptimalkan peminjaman ruang rapat dan kegiatan lainnya di Kabupaten Tuban. Aplikasi SEPASI yang sebelumnya difokuskan untuk pengelolaan arsip surat internal kini diperluas penggunaannya untuk mencakup manajemen peminjaman ruang rapat dan kegiatan administratif lainnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi terhadap pengguna aplikasi di lingkungan pemerintah daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi SEPASI dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses peminjaman ruang rapat, meminimalisir terjadinya bentrokan jadwal, serta mempermudah koordinasi antar bagian dalam Pemerintahan Kabupaten Tuban. Aplikasi ini juga memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan kegiatan lainnya yang memerlukan ruang, dengan sistem yang terintegrasi dan mudah diakses oleh pengguna. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi SEPASI terbukti efektif dalam mendukung optimalisasi peminjaman ruang rapat dan kegiatan lainnya, serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan administrasi pemerintahan di Kabupaten Tuban.Kata Kunci: SEPASI, peminjaman ruang rapat, efisiensi, pemerintahan daerah, Kabupaten Tuban.

The city of Surabaya is one of several cities that has a level of poverty which is a serious problem that is being faced and overcome. The Surabaya City Government is implementing a number of initiatives aimed at reducing poverty, including initiatives that meet the three main needs of underprivileged communities: housing, health services, and education. Madani villages were formed as an effort to mobilize residents and community leaders to improve economic conditions. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of community empowerment through the Madani Village Program as an effort to improve living standards in Simokerto District, Surabaya City. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Documentation, interviews and observations were used to collect data. The results of this research show that with the ongoing empowerment program, it has been found that the community can be said to be independent and able to develop its business. This is proven by the stage of enthusiastic community participation, the stage of selecting locations that already have businesses, socialization which is able to provide understanding to the community about Kampung Madani, the empowerment process of forming KUBE and collaboration with CSR, then the stage of self-reliance by the community being able to produce products.

The central government has passed Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning Civil Apparatus with the aim of realizing good governance and creating a state apparatus with high professionalism. The government is obliged to organize accountable management of apparatus resources through the management of Civil Servants. This arrangement is carried out through workload analysis, which is a stage for determining the number of working hours needed to complete a job within a certain time and determining the number of personnel, as well as the appropriate amount of responsibility or workload. Therefore, the Organization Section of the Surabaya City Regional Secretariat created a workload analysis website or e-ABK which has been implemented in each agency within the Surabaya City Government. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and literature study methods. The results of the implementation of filling in e-ABK for employees in Krembangan District, Surabaya City have not run optimally because there are still problems with employees filling in supporting data on the ABK website which is not valid. Apart from that, they also still don't understand the analysis of workload implementation because the Organizational Section of the Surabaya City Regional Secretariat did not carry out outreach until they understood. However, they should take the initiative to carry out sharing activities between sub-district employees so that they understand more about the implementation of workload analysis.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of population administration pick-up and drop-off services in supporting public services in Genteng sub-district. The main focus of this research is on the process of implementing strategies and efforts to overcome the obstacles faced during the implementation process of the population administration pick-up and drop-off program in Genteng sub-district in realizing good governance in Surabaya city government. This research uses empirical research with descriptive research characteristics and qualitative research methods. The data sources used in this research consist of primary data and secondary data. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the implementation of digital population identity has gone well, especially based on analysis using implementation theory according to George C. Edward III. The indicators used to measure the success of this strategy include resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, however the consistency of communication indicators is still not running optimally. The results of this research conclude that the population administration pick-up service utilizing digital technology runs smoothly and the implementation process improves and supports public services in the community of Genteng sub-district, Surabaya city. We can see obstacles that show that there were problems encountered during the implementation process, namely limited facilities and low community participation due to lack of socialization and public awareness of the importance of owning population documents is still low.

In running a regional government, of course, costs or budgets are needed so that the government functions can run. Parking fees have a potential opportunity to become a contributor to regional revenue as well as APBD if it can be managed properly. Some people think that parking fees are the same as parking taxes. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the transportation agency in parking management in order to increase parking fees in Gresik Regency. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was obtained from interviews, observation, literature review and documentation. The results of the study show that the Department of Transportation in managing parking has an important role in increasing parking fees in Gresik Regency. With the efforts made by the Gresik Regency transportation service with all its policies, regional income in the Gresik Regency parking retribution sector has increased.Dalam menjalankan suatu pemerintah daerah tentu diperlukan biaya atau anggaran agar fungsi pemerintahan tersebut dapat berjalan. Retribusi parkir memiliki peluang yang cukup potensial untuk menjadi penyumbang dalam penerimaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah sekaligus APBD apabila dapat dikelola dengan baik. Sebagian masyarakat mengira bahwa retribusi parkir sama dengan pajak parkir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dinas perhubungan dalam pengelolaan perparkiran guna meningkatkan retribusi parkir di Kabupaten Gresik. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, kajian literatur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinas perhubungan dalam mengelola perparkiran memiliki peranan penting guna meningkatkan retribusi parkir di Kabupaten Gresik. Dengan upaya – upaya yang dilakukan oleh dinas perhubungan Kabupaten Gresik dengan segala kebijakannya menjadikan pendapatan daerah di sektor retribusi parkir Kabupaten Gresik meningkat.

This research is based on the East Java Food Barn Market Operation Program aimed at solving problems faced by the community due to soaring staple prices and to suppress inflation. The solution offered from this program is the implementation procedure so that it runs properly. The form of activity is in the form of observation of the implementation of the East Java food barn market operation in the community. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, focusing on the problem on the basis of facts carried out by means of observation or observation, interviews, and studying documents. The results in the study show that Market Operation is a program whose purpose is to maintain and ensure sufficient food availability and stable prices among the community. This program is implemented to fight high food price inflation and overcome food scarcity problems that can disrupt the welfare of the community. The market operation procedure is one of the efforts to improve the welfare of the community in East Java which is going well by implementing Market Operations in East Java for Community Welfare in order to meet their daily needs.
