Abstract

Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo saat ini telag berupaya dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat termasuk pemberdayaan kelompok peternak bebek Sumber Pangan di Kampung Bebek dan Telur Asin. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemberdayaan Kelompok Peternak Bebek Sumber Pangan di Kampung Bebek dan Telur Asin Desa Kebonsari Kecamatan Candi Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui teori Tahapan Pemberdayaan yang meliputi Tahap Penyadaran, Tahap Pengkapasitasan dan Tahap Pendayaan. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa belum optimalnya upaya pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian. Pada tahap penyadaran diketahui bahwa belum terdapat kesadaran peternak bebek Sumber Pangan mengenai pentingnya sertifikasi uji kelayakan produk hewani atau Nomor Kontrol Veteriner (NKV). Tahap pengkapasitasan dapat diketahui bahwa kurang adanya kesadaran masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam upaya pemberdayaan melalui kegiatan pembinaan. Tahap pendayaan diketahui bahwa tidak adanya keberlanjutan upaya pemberdayaan melalui aktivitas bantuan modal dan tidak adanya partisipasi peternak bebek Sumber Pangan dalam mengikuti program bantuan pemasaran.

Abstract

Villages are the spearhead of government development. An innovative step in village development is carried out by implementing a smart village concept. This research aims to analyze and describe the optimization of the village website as an application of a smart village in Laweyan Village, Probolinggo Regency. The research approach used a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews with informants selected by purposive sampling, field observations, and documentation. The results of this study are 1) the objectives of optimizing the Laweyan Village website include maximizing the dissemination of public information by minimizing costs and effort; 2) the satisfaction alternative shows that the use of the website as a medium for delivering information by the Laweyan Village government has a positive impact in improving the quality of public services and the efficiency of the governance process; 3) the resource indicator that becomes a limitation shows that there are limited human, financial, and infrastructure resources in managing the Laweyan Village website Financial resources are also a limiting factor due to budget priorities for needs that are considered more important by the Village Government. In addition, infrastructure limitations, such as adequate equipment and community understanding of technology, are obstacles to optimizing online services. In general, the Laweyan Village website has made a positive contribution to the dissemination of public information. However, some obstacles still need to be overcome, especially related to human resources, finance, and infrastructure limitations.

Abstract

The Turi Putih Independent Caring Group is a community empowerment group that focuses on processing family medicinal plants, this group is a pilot that succeeded in forming 5 pilot groups, however, the pilot groups that have been formed have not developed well. The aim of this research is to find out community empowerment efforts through Turi Putih Independent Caring Group. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis methods used are data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this research show that aspects of empowerment have been carried out such as training, counseling, providing assistance and supervision, but there are several obstacles and development needs to be carried out, especially in increasing the participation of members of the pilot independent caring group and equal distribution of programs, especially training carried out for The Turi Putih and pilot independent caring groups at the protecting stage have also not been carried out well. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to hold regular activities to stimulate member participation and there needs to be active cooperation between the Turi Putih Independent Caring Group and related parties in distributing the program.

Abstract

Andalas University is one of the best public universities in West Sumatra, which facilitates awarding the Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP-K) scholarship to its students. In 2022, issues or allegations of procedural irregularities emerged during the KIP-K acceptance selection at Andalas University. This study aimed to analyze the communication strategy through issue management carried out by public relations at Andalas University in overcoming the issue of alleged irregularities in the 2022 KIP-K admission procedure at Andalas University. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, and data collection techniques were carried out through observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study used the Miles and Huberman interactive data analysis model, divided into three activities: data reduction, data modeling, and conclusion drawing. The study results show that the communication strategy implemented by Andalas University's public relations in addressing issues is by implementing five stages of issue management: problem identification, probelem analysis, issue change strategy planning, issue action program implementation, and outcome evaluation. With the implementation of all stages in issue management as a form of communication strategy by Andalas University, the negative issues that developed at Andalas University could be controlled until, finally, these issues diminished and almost disappeared, which can be proven by not finding any media that informs about the subject.Andalas University is one of the best public universities in West Sumatra, which facilitates awarding the Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP-K) scholarship to its students. Abstract

Transparency implies open access for all interested parties to public information, including the village fund management system, which must be carried out with the principle of openness. The main problem of village fund management is the weak implementation of the principle of transparency of village finances. This research aims to determine the transparency of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) to support the implementation of clean government in Suko Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province in 2018-2021. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques use triangulation of data sources and methods. The research results show that the principle of transparency has not been implemented comprehensively by the Suko Village Government, as evidenced by the manual nature of village governance. Apart from that, there is still no use of a web-based village financial information system, which means the community's role in monitoring village financial management is still weak.Transparansi mengisyaratkan terbukanya akses bagi semua pihak yang berkepentingan terhadap suatu informasi publik, tidak terkecuali pada sistem pengelolaan dana desa yang harus dijalankan dengan prinsip keterbukaan. Masalah utama pengelolaan dana desa adalah masihll lemahnya penerapanl prinsip transparansil keuangan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui transparansi Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) untuk mendukung pelaksanaan clean government di Desa Suko, Kecamatan Sukodono, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2018-2021. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip transparansi belum dijalankan secara komprehensif oleh pemerintah Desa Suko, dibuktikan dengan tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang masih bersifat manual. Abstract

Permasalahan sampah di dunia telah menjadi masalah serius yang sedang dialami. Tak terkecuali bagi negara Indonesia. Hal serupa juga terjadi di Desa Sumberjo, Kecamatan Wonosalam, Kabupaten Jombang. Desa Sumberjo sendiri memiliki 3 dusun yakni dusun sumberjo, dusun babatan dan dusun sidolegi. Terkait permasalahan sampah, penduduk desa Sumberjo memiliki kebiasaan menumpuk sampah dibelakang rumah lalu membakarnya kemudian. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya wawasan masyarakat desa mengenai adanya Bank Sampah di Desa Sumberjo. Tujuan dari sosialisasi ini adalah untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan kesadaran masyarakat Desa Sumberjo dengan harapan masyarakat dapat semakin tertarik untuk berpartisipasi dalam program Bank Sampah sebagai salah satu alternatif pengolahan sampah yang baik. Metode yang digunakan terbagi 3 tahap yakni diawali tahap persiapan yang terbagi menjadi persiapan pra acara dan persiapan acara, lalu tahap penyampaian materi yang juga terdapat sesi tanya jawab didalamnya, dan diakhiri tahap pengisian kuisioner. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan Sosialisasi Bank Sampah ini adalah meningkatnya wawasan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pemilahan sampah yang baik dan benar dan eksistensi Bank Sampah di Desa Sumberjo, dan meningkatnya ketertarikan masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam program Bank Sampah. Dengan semakin meningkatnya wawasan dan minat masyarakat, diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi Desa Sumberjo.

Abstract

Program Jemput Bola Terpadu merupakan strategi yang ditempuh Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Sidoarjo untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, mempercepat pelayanan dan mengatasi beberapa permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada pelayanan pengelolaan kependudukan seperti pelayanan yang lambat dan rumit, namun tetap menimbulkan kesadaran masyarakat bahwa tidak ideal, ketidakmungkinan memiliki dokumen kependudukan sehingga mempengaruhi kepemilikan dokumen kependudukan Kabupaten Sidoajo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi integrasi rencana penjemputan. Bentuk kegiatannya berupa pengabdian desa secara luring. Kenyamanan pelayanan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan memungkinkan masyarakat untuk aktif mengelola dokumen kependudukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Fokus penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan karakteristik layanan dari aspek kemudahan, keterbukaan dan efisiensi yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program jemput bola terpadu dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh berdasarkan prinsip penerapan inovasi daerah.

The solution offered from this program is the implementation procedure so that it runs properly. The form of activity is in the form of observation of the implementation of the East Java food barn market operation in the community. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, focusing on the problem on the basis of facts carried out by means of observation or observation, interviews, and studying documents. The results in the study show that Market Operation is a program whose purpose is to maintain and ensure sufficient food availability and stable prices among the community. This program is implemented to fight high food price inflation and overcome food scarcity problems that can disrupt the welfare of the community. The market operation procedure is one of the efforts to improve the welfare of the community in East Java which is going well by implementing Market Operations in East Java for Community Welfare in order to meet their daily needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan atas upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan dasar kepada masyarakat, menyiapsiagakan masyarakat menghadapi masalah kesehatan melalui program desa siaga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Desa Siaga di Kelurahan Jeruk Kecamatan Lakasantri Kota Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi serta dokumentasi. Penentuan informan dengan cara purposive sampling dan analisa data menggunakan Model interaktif.

Abstract

This study aims to socialize about orderly population administration for residents who move in in Panjangjiwo Village, Surabaya City. This module aims to provide explanations and understanding to new residents regarding population administration rules and policies, so as to be able to create an aware and orderly society in population administration. awareness of the importance of population data. The method used in this socialization includes lecture sessions, discussions, and questions and answers. The resource person gave a detailed explanation of administrative rules to the participants. Participants also had the opportunity to discuss, share experiences, and ask questions related to population administration. Through this method, participants are expected to gain a comprehensive understanding. It is hoped that this socialization will be a guide for residents who move to the Panjangjiwo Village to understand and follow population administration rules and new residents can participate in creating a society that is aware and orderly in population administration.
