Abstract

Effective and efficient personnel administration services are an urgent need for government agencies to improve the quality of governance of the State Civil Apparatus. The Bungo Regency Government has developed an integrated system for all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) called the Integrated ASN Management Information System (SIMASTER). One of the important services in SIMASTER is leave applications, which currently rely on a single level of approval, namely by the OPD admin. This mechanism is deemed not to fully reflect the government bureaucratic structure and has the potential to reduce accountability in the leave application process. Therefore, development is needed to implement a tiered approval feature in accordance with the flow of leave applications based on established rules. This study aims to design and implement a tiered approval feature in the leave application module in the Bungo Regency Integrated ASN Management Information System (SIMASTER). This development is expected to make the leave application process more transparent, structured, and accountable. The system development method used in this study was a prototype method. Testing was conducted using black box testing with the equivalence partitioning technique. The results showed that the developed system performed well, as measured by the trial phase using the black box testing method. A recommendation is to add a notification feature so that all processes can be immediately communicated to relevant parties.

Abstract

This research starts from the problems that occur in the field and the current situation, at this time the covid-19 pandemic which requires all work to be done online and what is happening in the field is inversely proportional to the current situation which is at SMP IT Qurrata A'yun Batusangkar still using an offline assessment or evaluation system or still using paper in their cognitive, affective and psychomotor assessments. Then another problem is that the google form as a tool to facilitate evaluation activities is usually only used for cognitive assessment and another problem is that PAI material has never been linked or integrated with other subject matter, what happens is that on the contrary, other existing subject matter is integrated into PAI material. . Therefore, the researcher developed an assessment instrument using the google form in PAI integrative learning at SMP IT Qurrata A'yun Batusangkar. This study aims to produce a valid and practical cognitive, affective and psychomotor assessment instrument using google form in PAI learning at SMP IT Qurrata A'yun Batusangkar. The research used by the author is a type of development research (R&D) with ADDIE. The stages of research using the ADDIE model are Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Based on the validation test and the practicalization of the assessment instrument using the google form in PAI integrative learning, it shows that the assessment instrument is categorized as valid with an index of 0.75 for cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Meanwhile, from a practical point of view, the assessment instrument using the google form is categorized as very practical with an index of 0.85 for cognitive, 0.86 for affective, 0.90 for psychomotor.

Abstract

Recording on the standby card or the so-called Health Alert Card (HAC) is still done manually at Jambi Sulthan Thaha Airport. This makes the work less effective and efficient in terms of time to complete work in the field. Seeing these conditions, an application is needed to assist Jambi KKP (Port Health Office) officers or employees in making a policy, therefore a Website-Based Health Alert Card (HAC) data input application for passengers at the Jambi Sulthan Thaha Airport. Which will be applied to assist Jambi KKP (Port Health Office) officers or employees in carrying out their duties to the maximum. With the Web-Based Health Alert Card (HAC) Registration Application at Sulthan Thaha Airport Jambi, it is hoped that it can assist officers or employees in inputting passenger HAC data that is still manual or still recorded as Web-based data input. That way every input data that is inputted to the computer through the Website Application will produce work that is effective, efficient and fast and safe to be stored and managed properly. Making this application is done by collecting data, system design, system analysis, and database design. Making this application program developed with PHP, the database used is MySQL. Data input needs in this application are departure data, airline data, individual admin data, and departure report data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pembangunan di Desa Sempurna Kecamatan Subah dilihat dari tingkat kemandirian desa yang diukur berdasarkan Indek Desa Membangun (IDM). Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Islam 2) Indeks Desa Membangun, 3) Peran Pemerintah Dalam Pembangunan Berbasis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat field research. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu primer adalah Kepala Desa, BPD, dan masyarakat setempat di Desa Sempurna. Teknik analisis data penelitian yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Sempurna sudah sesuai dengan perspektif Islam dengan meliputi pertama, seluruh masyarakat mendapatkan keadilan dalam pemberdayaan, dengan sistem skala prioritas. Kedua, seluruh masyarakat mendapatkan kebebasan yang sama dalam mengajukan usulan saat musyawarah. Ketiga, melibatkan masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan bersama, dan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan. Keempat, masyarakat didorong untuk bekerja keras berupa motivasi, dan himbauan untuk mengikuti kegiatan HUT RI. Kelima, RT/RW direkomendasikan mengadakan uang kas, untuk digunakan keperluan warga yang membutuhkan dan pembangunan skala kecil. Upaya pemerintah desa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap pembangunan yaitu pertama, mendorong anak dalam usia sekolah tetapi tidak sekolah, dan kondisi tidak mampu melalui anggaran dana desa, bantuan koperasi dan PKH pelajar, serta KIP untuk mahasiswa. Kedua, pemerintah desa bekerjasama dengan koperasi dan gapoktan untuk memfasilitasi kegiatan ekonomi. Ketiga, pembinaan sosial budaya melalui anggaran dan sebagainya, yang diberikan sesuai keputusan musyawarah. Keempat, nilai-nilai demokrasi diterapkan saat musyawarah, masyarakat diberikan kebebasan memberikan usulan. Kelima, pemerintah desa memberikan akses kepada masyarakat dalam kegiatan politik, seperti petugas perpal data, pantarlih, KPPS, dan sosialisasi tentang politik.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari – Februari 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring atau pembelajaran dalam jaringan yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa semester satu prodi Pendidikan Biologi STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia selama adanya pandemi Covid. Sampel penelitian adalah semua mahasiswa semester satu kelas A dan B prodi Pendidikan Biologi STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Melakukan validasi isi sebelum menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner diisi melalui google form. Link pengisian kuisioner dikirimkan melalui grup WhatsApp masing-masing kelas. Sebanyak tujuh belas item pertanyaan terdapat pada kuesioner yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa. Kuisioner yang diberikan berupa pertanyaan essay. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari mereduksi, menyajikan, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa semester satu prodi Pendidikan Biologi STKIP Pembangunan Indonesia lebih menyukai aplikasi google meet dari pada aplikasi zoom, aplikasi WhatsApp, maupun aplikasi google Classroom. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring) dinilai cukup efektif dilaksanakan selama adanya pandemi Covid. Adapun masalah yang sering dihadapi mahasiswa selama proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring) berkaitan dengan jaringan internet yang kadang tidak lancar sehingga tidak dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan maksimal, kuota tidak mencukupi karena semua kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan secara online, fasilitas pendukung pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring yang kurang memadai seperti laptop dan handphone, suasana belajar yang kadang tidak nyaman jika dilakukan di rumah, dan kurang maksimalnya pelayanan yang diterima mahasiswa dari beberapa dosen yang mengajar.

Abstract

Transformasi ekonomi mikro melalui peran lembaga keuangan syariah (LKS) menjadi fokus penting dalam pengembangan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak LKS dalam meningkatkan akses pembiayaan bagi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil serta kontribusinya terhadap pertumbuhan usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan campuran, menggabungkan wawancara mendalam dan survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk pembiayaan syariah, seperti mudharabah dan musyarakah, memberikan solusi bagi pelaku usaha untuk mendapatkan modal. Responden melaporkan peningkatan pendapatan dan kapasitas produksi setelah mengakses layanan LKS. Peningkatan literasi keuangan juga berkontribusi pada efektivitas penggunaan layanan keuangan syariah. Meskipun tantangan seperti stigma negatif masih ada, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa LKS memiliki potensi besar dalam mendorong ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk pengembangan kebijakan di sektor keuangan syariah.

Abstract

This study departs from the assumption that in order for survivors to rise from stress, they need support from their families, especially mothers, in increasing the resilience of survivors. The formulation of the problem from this research is how is the relationship between resilience and the role of mothers in disaster survivors in Lere Huntara. The method used in this thesis research is a quantitative research method, using data collection techniques through questionnaires or questionnaires as data collection techniques. This research was conducted at Lere Huntara. The population in this study were children who survived the disaster in Lere Huntara with the criteria for children who were in the age range of 7-12 years and domiciled in Lere Village, West Palu District, Palu City. The collected data was then analyzed by testing the validity, reliability testing, and testing assumptions using SPSS 16 for Windows assistance techniques. The results obtained based on the results of statistical data analysis obtained a value of Tcount 1.609 < Ttable 1.687 and has a significant value (sig) 0.117 in the Coefficients table with a value of (significant level) 0.05, meaning 0.117 > 0.05 then it can be interpreted that there is no there is a significant correlation between resilience and the role of mothers in Child Survivors in the Lere Huntara. Another finding of this study is based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers that in general the child survivors in Lere Huntara are not cared for by their parents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the legal role of the prosecutor's office in efforts to optimize the handling of corruption in Wajo Regency and to realize the effectiveness of the role of the Prosecutor's Office in eradicating corruption in the region. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, with the object of research in the form of laws and regulations linked to legal theories, as well as the implementation of law in society that is relevant to this study. The results of this study are expected to contribute to knowledge and become a consideration for other researchers who study the role of the prosecutor's office. This study specifically analyzes the legal role of the Prosecutor's Office in optimizing the handling of corruption and identifies steps that can be taken to increase the effectiveness of this role in Wajo Regency. The results of the study indicate that the Wajo District Prosecutor's Office has carried out its legal role optimally through professional and legally based investigation, inquiry, and prosecution functions, and supported by the use of information technology, early detection, and cross-institutional cooperation. To increase the effectiveness of corruption eradication, the Attorney General's Office implements firm law enforcement, provides legal education to the public, provides technical training for prosecutors, and encourages regulatory harmonization between law enforcement agencies. These strategies reflect an approach that focuses not only on enforcement but also on prevention efforts and strengthening a collaborative and integrated legal system.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Rampoang, Kecamatan Tana Lili, Kabupaten Luwu Utara mengusung tema “Smart Village dan Kearifan Lokal” dengan fokus pada penguatan kapasitas digital masyarakat berbasis pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Kegiatan dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan aset sosial, budaya, dan teknologi yang dimiliki desa melalui sejumlah program utama, seperti Webinar Implementasi Digitalisasi Desa bersama DigiDes, pembuatan website dan akun media sosial desa, infografis layanan publik, serta video edukasi digital yang memperkenalkan potensi dan profil desa. Pelibatan masyarakat dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan memastikan adanya rasa kepemilikan (sense of ownership) dan keberlanjutan program. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan meningkatnya literasi digital perangkat desa, penyebaran informasi publik yang lebih efektif, serta penguatan citra Desa Rampoang sebagai komunitas yang progresif dan berbudaya. Program ini berhasil menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dapat berjalan seiring dengan pelestarian nilai kearifan lokal, menjadikan Desa Rampoang sebagai model pembangunan Smart Village yang modern sekaligus berakar pada identitas budaya setempat.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Discipline Control Book Based on Islamic Character Values for elementary school students and to describe the feasibility and practicality of the resulting product. The study was motivated by the fact that violations of school rules are still found even though the applicable rules already include indicators of discipline. The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis (analysis of needs, student characteristics, and indicators of discipline and Islamic character values), design (designing the book format, indicators, and monitoring rubrics), development (product development and expert validation), implementation (limited testing of the control book), and evaluation (product evaluation and revision). Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The developed product contains discipline indicators integrated with Islamic character values, such as trustworthiness, responsibility, consistency, obedience to rules, and manners, accompanied by a monitoring column involving teachers and parents to reinforce student discipline habits. The results of the development show that the control book produced was deemed feasible by the validators and practical for use in school activities, thus having the potential to become a supporting medium for fostering discipline among elementary school students based on Islamic character.
