Abstract

In 2023 Indonesian Health Survey reported that 0.6% of Indonesian women had their first pregnancy at ages 10-14, and 25.8% at ages 15-19. Medical records from the MCH Clinic at Putri Ayu Community Health Center in Jambi City stated around 164 adolescent pregnancies (ages 14-19) over the past five years (2020-2024), but only 120 births were recorded. This was a cross-sectional study using secondary data from the MCH Clinic and Independent Midwife Practices in the working area of Putri Ayu Community Health Center in Jambi City from January 01, 2020 to December 31, 2024. This study aims to analyse factors associated with premature births among adolescents in the working area of the Putri Ayu Community Health Centre in Jambi City. The study sample included all 120 pregnant adolescents (ages 14-19). Data were analysed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. Univariate analysis was presented as a frequency distribution, and bivariate analysis used a chi-square test to examine the relationship between all characteristic variables and premature birth. Multivariate analysis used logistic regression to determine which variable had the most significant influence on premature birth. The chi-square results indicated that all determinants (maternal age at pregnancy, maternal nutrition during pregnancy, frequency of antenatal care, and history of abortion) were significantly related to premature birth (p-value = 0.05). The logistic regression analysis showed that maternal age at pregnancy was the most dominant factor influencing premature birth, indicated by the highest odds ratio (OR = 7.034), while nutritional status was not statistically significant in relation to premature birth (p-value= 0.309). Abstract

Integrated budget management is a crucial aspect of enhancing efficiency and accuracy in corporate budget planning and realization. One of the innovations developed to address this need is the E-Budget system, an application designed to automate the processes of budget submission, evaluation, implementation, and monitoring in a more systematic manner. However, the implementation of this system still faces several challenges, such as a time-consuming and error-prone budget data input process, lack of integration with the SAP system, which hampers data processing, and limited access that is only available through the intranet network. Additionally, the lack of transparency in the budget evaluation process also hinders data-driven and more accurate decision-making. To overcome these challenges, the Design Thinking approach is applied in the development of the E-Budget system to better align with user needs. This method enables the design of a more intuitive, flexible, and easily accessible system, thereby improving efficiency in budget management. This study aims to design an E-Budget system integrated with SAP using the Design Thinking method to optimize data collection and enhance user accessibility. The expected outcome of this system development is to simplify the budget data input process at PT. Krakatau Steel, improve the effectiveness of budget planning and supervision, and accelerate real-time data access. With a more transparent and efficient system, the company is expected to optimize financial management.

Abstract

Abstract

The lack of empirical research metadata on the evaluation of higher education marketing using 8P motivates this study. This study aims to describe the evaluation of higher education marketing research based on 8P from 2019-2022 using the Scopus database. This study uses a meta-analysis research type. The results of the content analysis show, namely: 1) empirical research on Higher Education Marketing based on the 8Ps has fluctuated from 2019 to 2022. The highest was in 2020 n = 28 (32%); 2) the type of manuscript is dominated by Article with n = 64 (73%); 3) research design and methods used are dominated by qualitative with n = 23 (26%); 4) the field of Higher Education Marketing based on the 8Ps in Indonesia is dominated by the field of promotion, namely n = 70 (80%). While the few are the price and place fields n = 0 (0%); 5) journal publishers are dominated by the Journal of Marketing for Higher Education n = 13; 6) authors are dominated by Emmanuel Mogaji having 2384 citations with n = 4. Further researchers can study the higher education marketing field, focusing on price and place, which are still little studied by researchers. In addition, explore research methods that are still little studied, such as content analysis and SWOT analysis.
