Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk analisis kumpulan puisi Nyanyian Akar Rumput  karya Widji Tukul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian yakni kumpulan puisi Nyanyian Akar Rumput karya Widji Tukul. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah simak, baca, dan catat. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyair haruslah berjiwa bebas dan aktif, bebas dalam mencari kebenaran dan aktif dalam mempertanyakan kembali kebenaran yang diyakininya. Maka belajar terus menerus adalah mutlak, memperluas wawasan dan cakrawala pemikiran akan sangat menunjang kebebasan jiwanya dalam berkarya. Kalimat-kalimat tersebut adalah pesan dari Wiji Thukul yang sangat ingin menyampaikan kehidupan yang di rasakan oleh beliau bahkan orang-orang di sekitarnya. Wiji Thukul adalah seorang aktivis dan sosok penyair besar Indonesia yang mampu memberikan khazanah baru sajak-sajak yang bertemakan kerakyatan. Sajaknya tidak berbicara tentang keindahan, estetika, atau romantisme. Sajaknya berbiacara tentang kehidupan rakyat, tentang kemiskinan, dan tentang penderitaan yang barangkali luput kita pahami keberadaannya. Ia bicara dengan bahasa sederhana bahwa hidup tidak melulu tentang memenuhi kebutuhan tapi juga tentang memperjuangankan keyakinan.

Abstract

Implementation of Crossword Puzzle Media in Improving Indonesian Vocabulary Mastery in Grade II of SD Inpres Hartaco Indah. The main problem in this study is whether Crossword Puzzle media can improve Indonesian vocabulary mastery and how to implement it in grade II of SD Inpres Hartaco Indah. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Crossword Puzzle media and efforts to improve Indonesian vocabulary mastery through Crossword Puzzle media. This type of research is classroom action research (Class Action Research) consisting of two cycles. The subjects in this study were 31 grade II students of SD Inpres Hartaco Indah.The results of the study showed an increase in every aspect of learning. Student involvement increased from 25.80% in cycle I to 29.03% in cycle II. The average vocabulary mastery score increased from 65.64 (sufficient category) to 85.16 (good category). Student learning completeness also increased from 48.39% (15 students) to 93.54% (29 students). Based on the results of the study above, it can be concluded that the mastery of Indonesian vocabulary of class II students of SD Inpres Hartaco Indah through the application of Crossword Puzzle media has increased.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Indonesian learning tools based on the Deep Learning approach to improve critical thinking skills and mastery of language concepts of elementary school students. The research was carried out at SDN 16 Bangkala, Jeneponto Regency, in the odd semester of the 2025/2026 school year with 25 subjects in grade IV. The development model used is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The validation results of three experts showed that the teaching modules developed were classified as very valid with an average feasibility level of 89%. The implementation of learning using Deep Learning syntax (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, Evaluate) shows an increase in student activity and involvement in the learning process. Based on the results of the data analysis, the average value of critical thinking skills increased from 61.2 to 83.6 with an N-Gain of 0.58 (medium-high category), while the mastery of language concepts increased from 63.4 to 86.8 with an N-Gain of 0.63 (high category). The results of the t-test showed p < 0.05 which means that there was a significant increase after the implementation of Deep Learning-based learning. Thus, it can be concluded that the Indonesian teaching module based on the Deep Learning approach is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills and mastery of language concepts. This approach is able to create learning that is aware, meaningful, and fun, and in line with the principles of the Independent Curriculum which emphasizes differentiated and student-centered learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the specific criteria that must be fulfilled by a gharim (debtor) as mentioned in the Qur'an, Surah At-Tawbah verse 60, based on the interpretation of Ibn Kathir. The data collection method used in this study is qualitative research with a library research approach. The data were collected by examining literature, documents, and other sources of information related to the research topic. The findings of this study are as follows: First, according to Ibn Kathir’s interpretation, a gharim in Surah At-Tawbah verse 60 refers to individuals who are in debt due to economic hardship and are unable to meet their basic needs. The qualifying types of debt include: inability to repay, lawful (halal) debts, and debts incurred for essential needs. Conversely, certain debts are disqualified, such as those resulting from sinful acts like interest (usury), gambling, or online gambling. Ibn Kathir emphasizes the importance of ensuring that the debt is lawful. Second, the specific criteria that must be met by a gharim include: the debt is due and must be repaid immediately, the debt was not incurred for non-essential consumption, and the debt was taken for fundamental needs or public benefit. Third, giving zakat to a gharim who does not meet these criteria may lead to misuse and ineffectiveness in assisting those truly in need. A person is not eligible to receive zakat for debt repayment if they possess savings or assets that could be used to settle the debt.

Abstract

Fatwas from various scholars and Islamic jurisprudence councils generally permit the withdrawal of ventilator support or the cessation of life-sustaining treatment if the patient is in a terminal condition and medical treatment is deemed futile, allowing death to occur naturally. This differs from active euthanasia (lethal injection) which is strictly forbidden (haram) in Islam.  The relevant methodology is a qualitative, multidisciplinary (interdisciplinary) research approach focusing on library research and content analysis. This approach is crucial for bridging the gap between clinical biomedical ethics and Islamic legal traditions, The study results indicate that first, In contemporary Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), the withdrawal of ventilator support for patients with a minimal prognosis is permissible, with emphasis on the principle of avoiding futility (la darar wa la dirar - no harm inflicted or reciprocated) and the priority of preserving life (hifz al-nafs) in accordance with the perspective of Maqasid al-Shariah (the objectives of Shariah). This decision involves joint decision-making between the medical team, the patient (or their guardian), and religious scholars (ulama). second, The practical implications of shared decision-making (SDM) among the patient, family, and physician in the dilemma of ventilator withdrawal are significant, These implications include: Ethical and Legal Decision-Making, Improved Patient-Centered Care: Emotional Support for Families: and Strengthened Doctor-Patient/Family Relationships: third, The main normative contribution of maqasid al-shariah (objectives of Shariah) in navigating the dilemma of ventilator withdrawal lies in balancing the fundamental objective of preserving life (hifz al-nafs) with the principle of avoiding harm and hardship (maslahah and darurat avoidance).

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine how Good Environmental Governance has been implemented in Indonesia by synthesizing existing academic literature across environmental sectors and governance levels. It seeks to identify dominant governance principles, recurring implementation patterns, and structural challenges, while linking sectoral findings to broader debates on governance quality and sustainable development. Subjects and Methods: The study employed a literature review design. Peer-reviewed journal articles, academic books, book chapters, and selected policy reports related to environmental governance in Indonesia were systematically collected from major academic databases. The reviewed literature primarily covers the post-decentralization period. Data were analyzed using a thematic synthesis approach guided by core Good Environmental Governance principles, including transparency, accountability, participation, rule of law, effectiveness, and equity, to ensure analytical coherence and theoretical rigor. Results: The findings indicate that Indonesia has formally incorporated Good Environmental Governance principles into its environmental policy framework. Transparency initiatives, participatory mechanisms, and collaborative governance arrangements have expanded across several sectors. However, the literature consistently reveals weak regulatory enforcement, limited institutional capacity, fragmented authority under decentralization, and persistent power asymmetries. As a result, environmental outcomes remain uneven, with localized governance successes coexisting alongside continued deforestation, pollution, and resource conflicts. Conclusions: The study concludes that the implementation of Good Environmental Governance in Indonesia remains partial and context-dependent rather than fully institutionalized. Strengthening environmental outcomes requires integrated improvements in accountability, institutional capacity, and political commitment. This review contributes to the literature by offering an integrative governance perspective and highlights the need for future research focusing on subnational variation, long-term governance dynamics, and political–economic drivers of environmental decision-making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem penyewaan alat berat online berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan Database MySql. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Tri Daya Jaya Jl. Ir. Sutami, Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunaka pada penelitian ini adalah R&D (Research anda Development). Metode pengembangan aplikasi adala metode pengembangan SDLC (System Developmen Life Cycle) yaitu prototype yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan-tahapan: pengumpulan kebutuhanm membangun prototyping, evaluasi prototyping, mengkodekan sistem, evaluasi system, menggunakan system. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perancangan sistem penyewaan alat berat berbasis web adalah sebuah sistem penyewaan alat berat. Yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah pengguna untuk menyewa alat berat yang diinginkan secara Online, baik mengenai harga dan jenis alat berat. Dari hasil uji coba dan validasi aplikasi diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kualitas sistem ini adalah baik. Kemudian hasil uji coba menggunakan pengujian Black Box diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem ini layak digunakan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan model SAVI (Somatic Audiotory Visualization Intellectual) dan model Kontekstual (Contextual Teaching and Learning) terhadap keterampilan menulis deskripsi siswa kelas IV Gugus 1 Kecamatan Gilireng. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh sekolah Gugus 1 di Kecamatan Gilireng Kabupaten Wajo yang berjumlah 5 dengan sampel 60 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes untuk mengetahui keterampilan menulis deskripsi dengan memberikan soal esai yang berjumlah 5 nomor. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji hipotesis pada perbandingan model SAVI dan model Kontekstual kelas eksperimen A dan eksperimen B menggunakan independent sample t test diperoleh nilai signifikansi = 0,671 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga dapat dinyatakan ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada keterampilan menulis deskripsi siswa yang menggunakan model SAVI dan model Kontekstual. Kemudian hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan independent sample t test pada perbandingan model SAVI dan model Kontekstual pada keterampilan menulis deskripsi siswa, diperoleh nilai signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara model SAVI (Somatic Audiotory Visualization Intellectual) dan model Kontekstual (Contextual Teaching and Learning). Model SAVI (Somatic Audiotory Visualization Intellectual) lebih unggul dari model Contextual (Contextual Teaching and Learning).

Abstract

This study aims to describe Increasing what is the disparity in the application of law regarding the resolution of marital issues faced by the Penghulu In Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra the data collection technique is using library research or library study research with data collection techniques carried out by examining literature, document, and other sources of information related to the Topik of researchers. The result of this study: the first, resolution of marital legal issues among the chiefs In Muara Enim Regency, as early marriage and marriage registration requires a comprehensive approach. This involves education, personal approach, cooperation with various parties and a good understanding of the law. The second, Penghulu Ii Muara Enim Regency Like other regions, facing various obstacles regarding marriage law issues Some of these obstacles include a lack of village head personnel. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of using podcast media on the speaking skills of fourth-grade students at SDN No. 19 Inpres Luaor, Majene Regency. The method used is experimental research with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population in this study were fourth-grade students of SDN No. 19 Inpres Luaor consisting of 23 students. Data collection techniques used in this study were oral tests, observation sheets and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a descriptive analysis technique which included descriptive analysis and an inferential analysis technique which included normality testing and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average pretest score of students was 11.57, while the posttest score increased to 25.48. The paired samples T-test showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000, which means that there is a significant effect of using podcast media on students' speaking skills. Based on the results obtained, H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. From these results, it can be concluded that podcast media has an effect on the speaking skills of fourth-grade students at SDN No. 19 Inpres Luaor.
