Abstract

The clothing worn by many Muslim women today often does not align with the guidelines outlined in the Qur'an and is more frequently perceived as a fashion statement on social media. This study aims to analyze the views of prominent mufassirs on Muslim women's clothing based on Qur'anic exegesis, specifically regarding the obligation to cover the aurat. The method used is qualitative analysis, comparing the interpretations of two leading mufassirs, Ibn Kathir and M. Quraish Shihab, regarding the verses that address clothing and aurat. The findings show that, according to both mufassirs, the characteristics of Muslim women's clothing include non-transparent, non-tight, and non-attention-grabbing attire. Although there are differing views on the boundaries of a woman's aurat, both mufassirs agree that covering the aurat is an obligation that must be fulfilled with clothing in accordance with Islamic law, and that the best attire is taqwa clothing. This study concludes that Muslim women should maintain their honor and be cautious in their social interactions to avoid being influenced by the changing times. The world is a temporary place, while the afterlife is the eternal home. The contribution of this study is to provide an understanding of the mufassirs' perspectives on Muslim women's clothing and its relevance to the lives of Muslims in the modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance students' understanding of maps through the implementation of discussion methods among fourth-grade students at SDN 192 Barru. It explores the significance of map comprehension in geography education and underscores the role of discussion methods as an effective approach to improving students' grasp of map concepts. Maps, as essential tools for understanding space, location, and spatial relationships, hold a central position in geographic learning. However, the challenge of interpreting the information presented in maps often serves as a barrier to students achieving optimal comprehension. This article delves into how the application of discussion methods can aid students in overcoming these challenges through active interaction, exchanging ideas, and collaboratively exploring map concepts. By engaging in discussions, students can clarify misunderstandings, enhance critical thinking, and build deeper connections with the subject matter. The findings of this research provide valuable insights for educators, emphasizing the importance of fostering an interactive and student-centered learning environment to improve spatial literacy. This approach not only addresses the difficulties faced by students in interpreting maps but also cultivates their ability to analyze spatial data effectively. The study offers a framework for teachers to develop innovative teaching strategies that prioritize collaboration and active participation, ultimately contributing to more meaningful and effective geography education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efisiensi biaya dan penerimaan harga dalam budidaya rumput laut di Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur, Kabupaten Bone, dengan lensa keuangan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petani telah menerapkan praktik-praktik pengelolaan yang baik, seperti pembelian bibit secara kolektif, diversifikasi risiko, dan penetapan harga yang adil. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah telah berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan usaha dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, masih terdapat potensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi melalui pelatihan, sertifikasi, dan akses yang lebih luas ke lembaga keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya mendukung petani kecil dalam mengadopsi praktik-praktik berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan nilai tambah produk rumput laut. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengukur sejauh mana prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan profitabilitas budidaya rumput laut di Tanete Riattang Timur. Melalui analisis mendalam terhadap praktik petani, ditemukan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai seperti keadilan, transparansi, dan keberlanjutan telah berkontribusi pada peningkatan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan petani. Selain itu, petani telah mampu mengelola risiko dengan lebih baik melalui mekanisme berbagi keuntungan dan dana cadangan. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa integrasi keuangan syariah dalam sektor pertanian dapat menjadi model yang efektif untuk memberdayakan petani kecil dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PkM) is one of the tri dharma of higher education which aims to increase student competence and awareness of problems in society. Community Service in the context of mathematics is an activity that aims to increase people's understanding and competence in using mathematics in everyday life. In the context of mathematics education, many students find it difficult and tend to get bored with this lesson. However, with a more enjoyable learning approach, students' motivation and understanding of mathematics material can increase. This activity aims to provide an interesting mathematics learning experience through the use of the Wordwall platform to children with cancer who live temporarily at the Patient Shelter Home of the Indonesian Cancer Children's Cancer Foundation (YKAKI). Children undergoing cancer treatment are given the opportunity to learn mathematics through educational games on Wordwall. This activity can help them keep learning math and reduce anxiety about their school learning. The impact of this activity shows that using Wordwall as a learning medium provides a fun and interactive experience, increases interest in learning mathematics, and fosters self-confidence in children with cancer in working on math problems. Therefore, the use of technology in mathematics learning can be an effective alternative for improving the quality of education, especially for children who have certain health conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana nasab menjadi dasar menjaga kesucian keluarga dalam al-quran QS. Al-Furqan/25;54, studi tafsir Ibnu Katsir adapun teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research atau penelitian studi pustaka dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menelaah literaur, dokumen dan sumber informasi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan topik peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini Pertama, ibnu katsir menekankan hubungan keturunan sangat penting karena menjadi dasar bagi banyak hal, termasuk hak waris, kewalian, dan bahkan dalam menjaga kesucian keluarga. Nasab juga menjadi pengikat kuat antar anggota keluarga, memperkuat ikatan silaturahmi, dan menghindari perzinaan.  Islam sangat menekankan pentingnya menjaga kemurnian nasab, sehingga perzinaan dilarang keras. Abstract

This research aims to develop an interactive learning media based on the Canva Magic application  to improve the short story writing skills of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Barombong. The media development process follows the 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) model, starting with an analysis of the needs of students and teachers that shows students' tendency towards visual and interactive learning media. This media is designed to present short story writing material in an interesting and easy-to-understand way. The research methods used in this study are research and development or Research and Development (R&D) with descriptive quantitative analysis methods, data collection techniques include media validation questionnaires, practical observations, and short story writing skills tests before (pretest) and after the use of media (posttest). This media prototype is designed with excellent features such as storyline templates, character illustrations, and interactive and visual step-by-step guides. The results of expert validation show a very high level of validity in the material and media aspects. The practicality test showed that the score increased from 0.73 (practical) to 0.97 (very practical). The results of the effectiveness test showed a significant increase in the short story writing skill score, with  an average pretest score  of 65 and the posttest increased to 90-98. So, it can be concluded that Canva Magic learning media  with  the AI-based Magic Write feature  is effective and practical to improve short story writing skills in a creative, systematic, and meaningful way for students.
