Abstract

Islamic law and customary law in the Bima Sultanate are two pillars that coexist and complement each other in creating a just and socially acceptable legal system. This study aims to examine the relationship between Islamic and customary law in the history of the Bima Sultanate government, focusing on integrating the two legal systems in the socio-political life of the Bima community. This study uses a historical approach and qualitative methods with a literature review, this study examines various sources of literature that can be accounted for their validity, such as the Bo' Sangaji Kai Chronicle, Abdul Gani Abdullah's work on religious slavery, and books by Henri Chambert Loir, Alan Malingi, and Muhammad Mutawali. This study leads to the critical role of the Syara' Assembly as an institution that integrates Islamic law into the structure of government, as well as the position of the Mufti/Qadhi, which is parallel to the Ruma Bicara, as a form of strengthening collaboration between religious law and customary law in government. Through harmonizing Islamic values and local wisdom, the Bima Sultanate created an inclusive and just legal system, which could answer the social and cultural challenges of the Bima community.

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan sebuah ruang yang berisi koleksi buku yang disusun secara sistematis untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam mencari dan membaca buku kapan saja diperlukan. Keberadaan perpustakaan menjadi bagian penting dalam penyediaan berbagai sumber informasi guna mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Sebagai fasilitas umum yang tersedia di setiap sekolah maupun instansi lainnya, perpustakaan sekolah berfungsi sebagai penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran baik bagi siswa maupun guru. Pengelolaan peminjaman dan pengembalian buku yang masih dilakukan secara manual di perpustakaan sering menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, SMPN 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan memerlukan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web. Sistem ini menyediakan berbagai layanan seperti pendaftaran anggota baru dan peminjaman buku secara online, sehingga dapat membantu pustakawan dalam melayani pengguna secara lebih efisien. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi dan studi pustaka. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang merupakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak berurutan dan sistematis. Setiap tahap seperti analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, hingga pemeliharaan diselesaikan secara bertahap, sesuai dengan karakteristik proyek yang memiliki kebutuhan stabil sejak awal. Sistem layanan perpustakaan di SMPN 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan saat ini masih berjalan secara manual, mulai dari pendaftaran anggota hingga pengembalian buku. Seluruh proses belum terkomputerisasi sehingga membutuhkan waktu lebih lama dan ketelitian tinggi dalam pengelolaan data. Analisis yang didapat jika menggunakan PHP dengan Framework Laravel, serta MySQL untuk pengelolaan basis data mempermudah pencatatan segala peminjaman dan pengembalian buku di perpustakan. Antarmuka dibuat dengan Tailwind CSS, dan desain awal disusun menggunakan Figma. Fitur utama meliputi Login, Dashboard pengguna, halaman Peminjaman Buku, Pengembalian Buku, Denda dan logout. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil mempercepat proses transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian, mengurangi risiko kesalahan pencatatan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi kerja pustakawan dan kenyamanan pengguna dalam mengakses layanan perpustakaan.

Abstract

Indonesia, as the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, possesses significant potential for developing the halal and sharia industries. However, this potential has not been fully optimized, particularly in the context of global competition. The halal nature of a product is a primary requirement for Muslim consumers, not only for food and pharmaceuticals but also for other consumer goods. The halal industry is now experiencing rapid growth, evolving beyond halal products to encompass a halal lifestyle. This research employs a normative legal approach with a library research method to delve deeper into the development of the halal industry in Indonesia. The findings reveal several noteworthy insights, including: 1) Increased Contribution to the National GDP. 2) Enhanced Global Competitiveness through Technological Innovation. 3) Economic Multiplication Effects and Support for MSMEs. 4) Sustainability and Green Industry in Halal Products.

Abstract

Gender-based voice detection is one of the machine learning applications that has various benefits in technology and services, such as virtual assistants, human-machine interaction systems, and voice data analysis. However, the use of too many features, including irrelevant features, can cause a decrease in accuracy and model performance. This research aims to optimize voice-based gender detection by applying a feature selection method to select significant features based on their correlation value to the target. Experimental results show that by using only the significant features selected through correlation analysis, the accuracy of the model is significantly improved compared to using all available features. This research confirms the importance of feature optimization to support the development of more efficient and accurate gender-based speech detection models.

Abstract

Advances in medical imaging and utilization have encouraged the development of more sophisticated image analysis technologies. In this context, image segmentation acts as a fundamental preprocessing step, but fetal echocardiography (FE) image segmentation still faces challenges in terms of accuracy and efficiency. The dataset for developing the FE image segmentation model was obtained from the examination results of patients at Muhammad Husein Hospital (RSMH) in Palembang who had normal conditions, atrial septal defect (ASD), ventricular septal defect (VSD), and atrioventricular septal defect (AVSD), totaling 650 FE images, which have been verified by experts. Compared to previous studies, this study focuses on creating a DL-based segmentation model for FE images using an open-source framework and the Python MIScnn library, which is specifically designed for medical imaging. This differs from previous DL frameworks that are more general, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, which do not emphasize specialization for medical imaging. Furthermore, in an effort to improve model accuracy and efficiency, various configurations were tested, including variations in batch size and loss functions. the Model performance evaluation was conducted comprehensively using various important metrics in addition to pixel accuracy and IoU, such as F1 score, average accuracy, precision, recall, and False Positive Rate (FPR). This method is expected to provide a more in-depth picture of model performance compared to previous studies that may have only considered a few metrics. The best results were achieved using the U-Net architecture with a batch size of 32 and the binary cross-entropy loss function. This U-Net model demonstrated excellent overall performance, achieving a pixel accuracy of 0.996, an IoU of 0.995, a mean accuracy of 0.965, an FPR of 0.004, a precision of 0.929, a recall of 0.933, and an F1-score of 0.941. These findings highlight the significant potential of deep learning methods in improving the accuracy and efficiency of fetal echocardiography image analysis.

Abstract

The significant increase in global waste requires innovative and accessible solutions, which aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 12, which focuses on reducing the environmental impact of human activities. Automatic waste sorting using Computer Vision and Deep Learning offers a promising alternative to labor-intensive and risky manual methods. This study presents the design, implementation, and comprehensive performance analysis of an automated waste classification system, with a specific focus on evaluating its feasibility on hardware without specialized GPU accelerators. By leveraging transfer learning on a lightweight Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture, MobileNetV2, a model was trained to classify six common waste categories: cardboard, glass, metal, paper, plastic, and other waste. The public “Garbage Classification” dataset from Kaggle, consisting of 2,527 images, was used as the basis for training and validation. The experiment was conducted using the tensorflow-cpu library, which does not require a dedicated GPU accelerator. After 10 training epochs, the model achieved a significant validation accuracy of 86.73%. Computational performance analysis showed an efficient average training time of 31.17 seconds per epoch and a fast average inference time of 14.47 milliseconds per image (~69 FPS) on the validation dataset. These findings demonstrate the feasibility of developing an effective AI-based waste classification system on hardware without a GPU accelerator, providing a realistic performance benchmark for the development of low-cost smart bins with embedded waste sorting solutions in the future, thereby contributing to sustainable waste management practices.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi menjadikan kemampuan menulis naskah persuasif dan menyusun narasi kreatif yang dipublikasikan pada media digital merupkan keterampilan yang sangat dibutuhkan saat ini. Berdasarkan hal itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan copywriting dan storytelling Karang Taruna Nagari Malai V Suku Timur dalam mempromosikan budaya dan wisata lokal di era digital. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Service Learning dengan pendekatan Community Development, yang dilaksanakan selama dua hari dengan melibatkan 15 peserta. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi persiapan, pre-test, pelaksanaan inti, post-test, dan evaluasi. Proses inti menggunakan kombinasi ceramah interaktif, praktik, serta diskusi kelompok untuk mengasah keterampilan menulis naskah persuasif dan merancang narasi kreatif. Berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon dan N-Gain menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan antara skor pre-test dan post-test, yang membuktikan efektivitas kegiatan. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mempromosikan potensi budaya dan wisata lokal melalui media digital. Kegiatan ini berimplikasi pada penguatan kapasitas pemuda nagari dalam bidang literasi digital sekaligus mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif daerah secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The aims of this research to develop and implement a STEAM-PjBL based Learner Worksheet (LKPD) to improve students' computational thinking skills in class IV SDN 4 Talang. In the context of the Merdeka Curriculum, teachers have the freedom to design innovative and contextualized learning. However, the use of LKPD or interactive media has not been widely implemented in several schools in Bandar Lampung. This research is based on the view that concrete and interactive learning media can increase student creativity more effectively than conventional methods. Data from the Ministry of Education and Culture's School Report Card shows a decline in the literacy and numeracy skills of students at SDN 4 Talang in the last three years. The implementation of STEAM-PjBL is expected to overcome this problem by providing more meaningful and problem-solving-based learning. Analysis of previous research results shows that the STEAM-PjBL learning model can improve learning outcomes and students' creative thinking skills. This research uses an experimental approach by comparing learning outcomes between experimental classes that use STEAM-PjBL-based LKPD and control classes that use conventional learning methods and the research method used is 4D model development research. The results of the study are expected to contribute to improving the quality of learning in schools

Abstract

Transformasi digital berkelanjutan telah menjadi bagian nawacita sektor publik khususnya Pemerintah Indonesia. Secara bertahap, Pemerintah Indonesia aktif menciptakan ekosistem berbasis teknologi, mulai pembangunan infrastruktur hingga transformasi proses bisnis menuju otomatisasi. Namun, sebagai konsekuensi akibat derasnya arus perkembangan teknologi, eksistensi risiko TI terus mengancam keberlangsungan proses bisnis sektor publik. Dalam rangka mitigasi risiko tersebut, auditor pemerintah di beberapa negara telah mempraktekkan Audit TI. BPK RI sebagai auditor eksternal pemerintah saat ini belum mengimplementasikan Audit TI dalam konteks pemeriksaan tersendiri (single audit). Audit TI menjadi penting karena dapat mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan teknologi informasi bagi pemerintah. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memaksimalkan fungsi pengendalian dari BPK RI terhadap transformasi digital di sektor publik yang terus berkembang di tengah maraknya risiko yang bermunculan, sehingga transformasi digital berkelanjutan dapat berjalan aman dan memadai. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, Audit TI berperan penting dalam memitigasi risiko teknologi informasi serta menjaga keberlangsungan proses bisnis berbasis teknologi sehingga sektor publik dalam hal ini pemerintah dapat mencapai transformasi digital secara berkelanjutan. Sedangkan dengan adanya legitimasi dan sumber daya yang ada, BPK RI memiliki peluang untuk dapat mengimplementasikan Audit TI dengan mengacu pada pedoman internasional maupun benchmarking.

Abstract

Wood constructions are mostly fastened by metal screw or metal fastener, then corrosion resistance is an importantfactor. Wood natural durability against fungus and its relation to basic density are two other factors affecting woodquality for construction. This paper studies wood natural durability against fungus and metal corrosion in relation todensity of five Riau wood species. Wood samples were tested against fungus using the Kolle-flask method and wooddensity was measured based on DIN-2135-1975 standard. Result shows that Diospyros korthalsiana wood wascategorized as non-resistant (class IV), Tetramerista glabra wood was classified as moderately resistant (class III),while Shorea teysmanniana, Palaquium burckii, and Aglaia argentea woods are grouped into resistant wood(class II). In all wood species, weight lost of heartwood is lower than that of sapwood, but in the same durabilitygroup (moderately resistant). In general, there is a relationship between density and weight loss. The higher the wooddensity is the lower the weight loss. The average of weight loss of metal screwed wood is higher than wood withoutscrews. The highest weight loss was recorded from Palaquium burckii wood which was screwed and exposed toPolyporus sp., while, the highest screw weight loss was recorded from Shorea teysmanniana wood exposed toPycnoporus sanguineus. Rustic enamel was highly recorded from Tetramerista glabra wood, which was exposedinto Tyromyces palustris. Eight species of fungus are moderate and two species are low in capability of decayingwood. The highest decaying ability in corroding metal screws is found in P. sanguineus. The weight of rustic enamelfound in the metal screw caused by four fungus activity of (Chaetomium globosum, P. sanguineus, S. communeand T. palustris) was relatively similar.
