This study aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective Higher Order Thinking Skills-based learning module on Cylinders and Cones for SMP NU Sumenep seventh-grade students. This type of research is research and development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data were collected using tests and questionnaires. Material and media experts validated the results. The results of the study show: 1) the validity aspect obtained an average of 87.5% with the criteria of "very good", 2) The practicality aspect seen from student assessments after using the learning module, obtained an average of 84.5% with the criteria of "good", 3) The effectiveness aspect seen from the results of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities, obtained an average of 76% with the criteria of "good". Based on the study results, we can conclude that the learning module related to cylinders and cones is suitable for use in learning because it has met three criteria: valid, practical, and effective. The HOTS-based learning module, especially about cylinders and cones, is expected to increase students' curiosity about the material, which can indirectly also improve students' understanding

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor utama penghasilan Indonesia. Peninggalan sejarah dan keanekaragaman yang ada di Indonesia menjadi daya tarik wisatawan mancanegara. Kota Pamekasan khususnya Desa Bangkes adalah salah satu tempat yang dinilai mempunyai potensi untuk dijadikan sektor pariwisata. Bangkes merupakan desa yang memiliki 13 dusun dan memiliki potensi wisata salah satunya waduk yang terletak di Dusun Lekoh Barat. Berbagai sudut di waduk tersebut dapat dijadikan tempat pembuatan spot foto. Mahasiswa KKN STKIP PGRI Sumenep Kelompok 7 membuat spot foto di Waduk Bangkes untuk menjadikan destinasi wisata serta meningkatkan nilai jual dari wisata tersebut, seperti spot foto bambu nampan hias yang bertuliskan “WADUK BANGKES” dengan berbahan dasar dari bambu dan nampan. Pembuatan spot foto, Mahasiswa KKN STKIP PGRI Sumenep bekerja sama dengan Kepala Dusun dan Perangkat Desa serta warga sekitar. Kepala dusun dan perangkat desa Bangkes ikut andil dalam menjaga segala infrastruktur yang ada di waduk tersebut. Dalam mempromosikan Waduk Bangkes, tim KKN bekerja sama dengan kepala desa, seluruh perangkat desa serta warga desa Bangkes memanfaatkan sosial media seperti WhatsApp, TikTok, maupun Instagram, sehingga waduk ini bisa dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Branding spot foto di Waduk Bangkes cukup bagus karena dapat menarik minat warga sekitar atau bahkan di luar desa maupun luar kota berkunjung ke waduk ini saat hari libur.

The low level of students’ algebraic reasoning in solving problems on solid geometry material and the limited integration of cultural values in mathematics learning became the background of this study. This research aims to describe the implementation of the collaboration of Javanese–Madura ethnomathematics in lesson study–based mathematics learning and to examine its effect on the algebraic reasoning of students at MIS Al-Maarif Bungah Gresik. The study employed a mixed-method approach with a sequential mixed methods strategy, in which quantitative data were analyzed in the first phase and qualitative data in the second phase. The research instruments consisted of lesson study observation sheets, interviews, and an algebraic reasoning test based on the indicators of understanding problems, making generalizations, forming general algebraic expressions, and solving problems. The sample consisted of 30 fifth-grade students at MIS Al-Maarif Bungah Gresik selected through purposive sampling. Quantitative data were analyzed using n-gain and paired sample t-test, while qualitative data were analyzed using thematic descriptive techniques from observations and interviews. The quantitative findings showed an average pretest score of 50.37 and a posttest score of 78.80, with an n-gain value of 0.646 (moderate category). The paired sample t-test resulted in tcount = 38.961 > ttable= 1.690, indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. The qualitative findings revealed an increase in students’ enthusiasm and conceptual understanding, along with a need for continuous practice in the generalization indicator. In conclusion, the collaboration of Javanese–Madura ethnomathematics in lesson study–based learning has a positive effect on students’ algebraic reasoning. These findings imply that the lesson study–based Javanese–Madura ethnomathematics collaboration can be applied practically to improve elementary school students’ algebraic reasoning.

This research aims to determine the improvement in each algebraic reasoning indicator in solving generating function problems after implementing the M-APOS approach based on the lesson study learning community. This type of research is classroom action research with a qualitative approach. The lesson study stages are similar to classroom action research (PTK). The research subjects were 23 odd-semester STKIP PGRI Sumenep mathematics education study program students who had passed the prerequisite courses. The research instrument is a problem-solving task related to the generating function and a lesson study observation sheet. Data were analysed using qualitative descriptive analysis by describing the percentage of data obtained by indicators of algebraic reasoning based on the results of observations of the implementation of lesson study and problem-solving tasks. The increase in algebraic reasoning in the indicators of pattern finding, pattern discovery, and generalization, respectively, amounted to 56.17%, 52.73%, and 49.32%.

Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk mengevaluasi dampak penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran yang menggunakan metode deep learning terhadap kemampuan siswa pada saat memahami konsep matematika terkait fungsi. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen One Group Pre-test dan Post-test. Sampel pada penelitian yaitu semua siswa kelas VII - A yang terdiri dari 18. Perolehan data dapat dikumpulkan melalui tes yang diberikan saat sebelum dan sesudah proses pembelajaran, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji t dan penghitungan Normalized Gain (N-Gain). Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam skor rata-rata pemahaman matematis siswa, dari 35,22 pada tes awal menjadi 69,06 pada tes akhir. Hasil uji t menghasilkan nilai t-hitung 25,89, yang lebih tinggi dari nilai t-tabel 2,11 pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Nilai N-Gain sebesar 64,77 menunjukkan kategori sedang dengan efektivitas yang cukup. Kesimpulan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berbasis deep learning memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan pemahaman matematis siswa pada topik fungsi.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas Game-Based Learning berbasis permainan kartu dalam menguatkan konsep perkalian pada materi peluang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest-posttest terhadap 15 siswa kelas X IPS MA Zainal Arifin. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes, observasi, dan angket, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji paired sample t-test, dan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat dari 52,67 menjadi 76,73 dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,531 (kategori sedang). Uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pretest dan posttest (p < 0,001). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Game-Based Learning berbasis permainan kartu efektif membantu menguatkan konsep perkalian pada materi peluang. Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Game-Based Learning using card games to strengthen students’ understanding of multiplication concepts in probability learning. A quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design was employed involving 15 tenth-grade social science students at MA Zainal Arifin. Data were collected through tests, observations, and questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, the paired sample t-test, and N-Gain analysis. The results showed that the mean score increased from 52.67 on the pretest to 76.73 on the posttest, with an average N-Gain of 0.531 (moderate category). The paired sample t-test indicated a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores (p < 0.001). These findings indicate that Game-Based Learning using card games is effective in strengthening students’ understanding of multiplication concepts in probability learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran yang menggunakan model Treffinger yang berbasis etnomatematika seni ukir Karduluk terhadap kemampuan representasi siswa. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan jenis pre-eksperimental dan one group pre-test and post-test design. Penelitian dilakukan di MTs Hidayatul Ulum Tahun pelajaran 2025/2026 semester ganjil dengan populasi sekaligus sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh sebanyak 19 siswa. Data diperoleh melalui lembar tes kemampuan representasi siswa, teknik analisis datanya menggunakan rumus Normalized Gain Score dan Uji t-test. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa setiap indikator representasi siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikannya perlakuan pembelajaran dengan model Treffinger yang berbasis etnomatematika, peningkatan tersebut sebesar 29,26 poin antara nilai rata-rata tes awal (pre-test) ke tes akhir (post-test). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Treffinger berbasis etnomatematika seni ukir karduluk memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan representasi siswa.Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran Treffinger, berbasis etnomatematika, kemampuan representasi siswa.
