Abstract

Perubahan perilaku pemasaran dari konvensional ke digital tidak diimbangi oleh keberadaan pelaku UMKM dalam menggunakan digital marketing, padahal UMKM dipercaya mampu memacu perekonomian Indonesia. Pemanfaatan konsep pemasaran berbasis teknologi digital menjadi harapan bagi UMKM untuk berkembang menjadi pusat kekuatan ekonomi. Media promosi digital marketing diharapkan menjadi pilihan yang efektif bagi pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan bisnis dan menjangkau pasar nasional maupun internasional. Media promosi konvensional yang banyak membutuhkan biaya dan jauh lebih rumit, dengan sendirinya, tidak lagi menjadi perhatian utama bagi pelaku UMKM karena adanya digital marketing. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengintegrasikan penggunaan media sosial dalam strategi pemasaran UMKM, (2) meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai signifikansi pemasaran digital untuk peningkatan visibilitas produk, dan (3) mendorong inovasi dalam strategi pemasaran guna mencapai segmentasi pasar yang lebih luas. Setelah sesi teori dan praktik dilaksanakan peserta dapat mengetahui platform digital pengembangan bisnis dan membuat serta mengelola akun media sosial untuk keperluan bisnis. Peserta pelatihan membutuhkan adanya kontinuitas dalam pendampingan, setelah kegiatan ini.

Abstract

The STI that is mostly experienced by young women is chlamydia with a total of 3,306.8 cases per 100,000 women. Efforts to increase adolescent knowledge include health education. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of health education on knowledge of external genital hygiene in adolescent girls at SMPN 2 Jalaksana, Kuningan Regency. This type of research uses quantitative. The population in this study were 287 young women from SMPN 2 Jalaksana, Kuningan Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling to obtain 74 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire, data analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis with Paired T-test. The research results showed that 85.1% of health education was in the good category and 14.9% said it was poor. The statistical test results show that the p-value obtained is 0.000 and is smaller than the value a = 0.05, so this result shows that there is an influence of health education on knowledge of external genital hygiene in young women at SMPN 2 Jalaksana, Kuningan Regency

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara citra merek suatu perusahaan dengan tingkat kepuasan yang dialami nasabahnya dari sudut pandang Bank Syariah Indonesia. Diharapkan dengan melakukan penelitian ini, BSI dan lembaga keuangan Islam lainnya akan memperoleh wawasan berharga tentang bagaimana mengembangkan cara yang efektif untuk membangun ekuitas merek yang stabil melalui kontak yang menguntungkan dan konsisten dengan pelanggan mereka. Dalam penelitian khusus ini total partisipan berjumlah seratus orang dan data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan temuan ini, tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara kesadaran akan suatu merek dan kepuasan. Persepsi pelanggan terhadap kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap seberapa senang mereka dengan pembelian tersebut. Tidak ada korelasi yang dapat didukung oleh bukti statistik antara kepentingan emosional dan tingkat kebahagiaan. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara perasaan pelanggan terhadap suatu merek dan tingkat kepuasan mereka. Proses menjadi diri sendiri sebagai individu mempunyai dampak besar terhadap tingkat kebahagiaan dan kepuasan hidup seseorang.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat di tengah disrupsi digital, terutama dalam pengembangan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan Outcome-Based Education (OBE) dan Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI). Namun, metode pengelolaan kurikulum saat ini sering kali masih menggunakan perangkat konvensional yang statis dan kurang adaptif, sehingga tidak efisien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan yang dinamis dan perubahan kebijakan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, Buku Kurikulum Digital dikembangkan menggunakan metode Agile Scrum guna menciptakan sistem pengelolaan kurikulum yang lebih fleksibel dan responsif. Setiap sprint dalam pengembangan berfokus pada komponen utama seperti Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan (CPL), Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK), dan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS). Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Notion sebagai platform pengelolaan kurikulum mempermudah kolaborasi dan memungkinkan penyesuaian yang lebih dinamis. Kesimpulannya, penerapan Agile Scrum dalam pengelolaan kurikulum digital mampu meningkatkan efisiensi serta mampu beradaptasi terhadap perubahan kebijakan pendidikan, sekaligus menjembatani kesenjangan dalam pengembangan kurikulum saat ini.

Abstract

This study examines the legal protection of consumers in online business transactions in Indonesia, an issue that has become increasingly critical in the digital era. Advances in information technology have transformed traditional commerce into e-commerce, offering convenience while also introducing various risks, such as fraud, product non-conformity, and breaches of consumer data privacy. Employing a normative juridical method with a statutory approach, this research analyzes the implementation of Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law) in resolving e-commerce disputes. The findings reveal that despite the existence of legal regulations, significant challenges persist in the implementation of consumer protection, primarily due to low consumer awareness of their rights and weak law enforcement. The novelty of this study, compared to previous research, lies in its empirical approach to identifying the legal challenges consumers face in online transactions. In addition to examining existing regulations, this study investigates real cases of e-commerce fraud in Indonesia that have led to financial losses for consumers. The study underscores the importance of consumer education, stricter supervision of online business operators, and the development of more effective dispute resolution mechanisms. By highlighting the necessity of synergy between the government, business operators, and society, this research contributes to the formulation of more adaptive policies to strengthen consumer protection in the digital economy.

Abstract

Sextortion involving children as both perpetrators and victims is a serious issue that requires a comprehensive legal approach in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of existing regulations and challenges in the legal protection of children in sextortion cases. The research uses a normative juridical method by examining relevant laws such as the Child Criminal Justice System Law (UU SPPA), Pornography Law, Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE), and Sexual Violence Law (UU TPKS). The results indicate that although various regulations exist, challenges remain in ensuring consistent law enforcement, special protection for child victims, and adequate trauma management. In conclusion, improvements in law enforcement, inter-agency coordination, and increased public awareness are needed to protect children from digital-based crimes

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of proactive personality on business performance and assess the role of job crafting as a mediating factor in the connection between proactive personality and business performance. The research will utilize a quantitative methodology and encompass the entire population of 53 business from BUMDes in Sokaraja District as the research sample. The sampling approach use saturated samples when the whole population is utilized as a research sample. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS. The data analysis revealed the following findings: 1) Proactive personality has a positive effect on business performance, 2) Job crafting influences business performance, 3) Proactive personality has a positive effect on job crafting, and 4) Job crafting as a mediator between proactive personality and business performance. Implications that can be inferred from the conclusions above are that BUMDes parties are anticipated to adopt a more inclusive approach, rather than only employing a hierarchical structure in BUMDes management, to provide business with greater autonomy to engage in job crafting.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the digitalization capabilities of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cirebon City. Digitalization is an important key for MSMEs in increasing competitiveness, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, which has accelerated the shift of businesses to digital platforms. This program focuses on training in the use of digital technology, from digital marketing to application-based financial management. Through a participatory approach, MSMEs are given direct training on the use of social media, e-commerce, and digital payment applications. The results of this program show a significant increase in MSME digital literacy, as reflected in increased customer interaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency. However, there are several challenges such as limited time for assistance and infrastructure that is not evenly distributed in several regions. Overall, this program makes an important contribution to encouraging the digital transformation of MSMEs in Cirebon City and has implications for the development of broader digitalization policies for MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in meeting the needs of society, creating jobs, and increasing foreign exchange earnings. However, the lack of understanding of how to prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards makes MSMEs less aware of the benefits of financial statements. This study aims to implement and determine the results of the implementation of accounting and its compliance with the SAK EMKM in catfish farming businesses. A descriptive method with a qualitative approach was used in this study. Data was collected through interviews and observations, using primary and secondary data. The results of the study showed that catfish farming businesses have simple records only regarding income and expenses. After the implementation of the study, financial statements based on SAK EMKM, including transaction lists, general journals, ledgers, trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements, were proven to be implemented well.
