Abstract

This study examines the ineffective implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in enhancing performance, motivation, and organizational behavior within the Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID) of Simalungun Regency. The research aims to analyze how SOPs relate to these three variables simultaneously. A qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and document analysis involving various government agencies and TPID stakeholders. The findings reveal that SOPs function more as administrative formality than as practical tools. Low motivation and fragmented organizational behavior further hindered SOP effectiveness. The study concludes that the success of SOPs depends not merely on their formal presence but on how they are supported by motivational structures and behavioral alignment within the organization

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job analysis, workload analysis, and motivation on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method, involving 52 respondents who are employees at the agency. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, job analysis has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Similarly, workload analysis also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on these results, it can be concluded that improving the quality of job analysis, proper workload planning, and strengthening work motivation are effective strategies for enhancing employee performance in the government environment of Simalungun Regency

Abstract

Land conversion due to the increasing population growth rate for various interests has impacted forest land, and deforestation has become a global problem. One step that can be taken in regional planning to utilize and manage forest resources based on the landscape is to develop an agroforestry system. Agroforestry is a method of land management that combines (mixed use) forest plants with agricultural crops or livestock farming within a single area. One area that utilizes land through an agroforestry system is Sipolha Horisan Village, Pamatang Sidamanik District, Simalungun Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the plant species’ composition and agroforestry landscape pattern in Sipolha Horisan Village. The results showed that the agroforestry system practiced by farmers was agrisilvicultural agroforestry, with a random pattern. Carbon storage potential is influenced by plant growth rates. At the tree level, the biomass was 313.18 tons/ha and carbon stocks were 144.06 tons/ha. For understory plants, the biomass was 19.89 tons/ha and carbon stocks were 9.15 tons/ha. The litter produced 39.77 tons/ha of biomass and carbon stocks were 18.29 tons/ha.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi dituntut untuk dapat mengoptimalkan sumber daya manusia dan mengelola sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia tidak lepas dari faktor karyawan yang diharapkan dapat berprestasi sebaik mungkin demi mencapai tujuan organisasi. SDM yang berkualitas dan kompeten dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas sehingga kinerja perusahaan dapat lebih optimal. Upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia perlu dilakukan pengembangan yang mengarah pada Pendidikan dan Pelatihan. Selain pelatihan, terdapat banyak faktor dapat membuat kinerja karyawan menjadi lebih unggul, sehingga mampu mendorong keberhasilan organisasi salah satunya adalah kompetensi. Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan, motivasi, dan keadaan lingkungannya Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan pelatihan, kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Desa di Kecamatan teluk Dalam Kabupaten Asahan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 orang. Sampel dalam penelitia berjumlah 63 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis bahwa pendidikan pelatihan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil pengujian hipotesis bahwa kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil pengujian hipotesis bahwa motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Pendidikan pelatihan, kompetensi dan motivasi secara simultan atau bersama - sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Disarankan kepada Kantor Desa di Kecamatan Teluk Dalam Kabupaten Asahan agar dapat mempertahankan dan merekrut pegawai yang memiliki pengetahuan serta keahlian sesuai dengan konsep perbankan syariah serta mampu bekerja dengan baik dan mampu bertanggung jawab

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, tingkat pendidikan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Credit Union Dosnitahi – Pinangsori. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 orang karyawan, dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 57 orang menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pengalaman kerja, tingkat pendidikan, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,933 mengindikasikan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan 93,3% variabel kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan penerapan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan koperasi.

Abstract

Economic losses due to wood damage by wood destruction factors in buildings in Indonesia have reached billions of rupiah every year. Surveys in several major cities, Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung and other major cities show that generally residential buildings are particularly vulnerable to being attacked by wood-destroying organisms. To prevent or reduce economic losses due to wood damage by wood destruction factors in buildings especially housing, it is necessary to take a preventive measure that is a preservation measure by providing preservatives, especially on wood materials as well as handling to overcome wood components that have been damaged.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase understanding of the importance of preserving the environment and forest resources, as well as creating alternative economic opportunities for residents of Bahoan Hamlet, Nagori Dolok Marawa, Silou Kahean District, Simalungun Regency. The method used is observation socialization and ecoprint exploration. The results achieved in this service activity are the creation of community understanding about the importance of forest natural resources for the lives of surrounding communities and how to preserve them and improve skills by using natural dyes.

Abstract

Brown sugar is crystallized palm sugar. Some of the reasons why palm sugar is healthier than granulated sugar is that the calories contained in palm sugar are smaller than white sugar so palm sugar is often referred to as low-calorie sugar, and palm sugar also has a lower glycemic index, namely of 35 while in granulated sugar the glycemic index is 58. The optimal way to improve the structure of melted sugar is by processing it into granular sugar, namely through re-melting of molded sugar with the addition of water into a sugar solution. The addition of granulated sugar and seed was found to have an effect on the yield, total sugar, sucrose, and the level of preference for color, taste and aroma, but decreased water content, reducing sugar, browning index and aroma level.The best treatment is the addition of 30% granulated sugar with a seeding temperature of 120 0C, in general it meets the requirements of SII where the water content, 2.75%, reducing sugar 4.35%, sucrose 81.14, total sugar 89.86, ash content, 1 .91%, browning index 0.20 abs/g and 81.36 yield. While the most preferred organoleptic test is the addition of 30% granulated sugar with a seeding temperature of 120 0C with a color value of 6.95, aroma 5.70 and taste 5.70. Economic analysis of melted molded sugar gives a profit of IDR 778,800/month, while improving the quality by processing ant sugar gives a profit of Rp. 1,606,000/month (all inputs are calculated at cost), If the allocation of family labor is categorized as family income plus the use of other materials that are not paid, then the income is Rp. 4,278,000/month for sugar. printing and Rp. 5,456,000/month for ant sugar. The processing of ant sugar is classified as a profitable business with a relatively higher price level than printed sugar
