Abstract

The group of Silver Craftsman Cipta Karya Pertiwi Br. Karang Dalem I of the Bongkasa Pertiwi Village, Abiansemal-Badung has the potential to be developed as a tourist destination. This potential is still not able to be processed properly considering the declining silver crafters that do exist in Br. Karang Dalem I. A fundamental problem that needs special attention is that the traditional silver crafters will not become extinct because they are defeated by silver artisans with machines in other areas. The residential environment owned by Br. Karang Dalem I has also become an asset that has a high sale value with a unique atmosphere of a traditional Balinese residential environment. It just needs a little touch so that the face of this region is increasingly supportive as a tourist destination with productive economic products. Lack of understanding and awareness of partner groups about products, management, and the environment are fundamental issues raised in this PKM. The solutions offered are divided into 3 parts: solutions for products, management and environmental management. The output of the solution in the aspect of product production is a change in the mechanism of the production process without reducing production details and traditions. The output of management solutions is improving business performance and community welfare. The output of settlement settlement structuring solutions is the changing face of a stronger environment into a tourism-worthy environment with architectural and landscape elements.

Abstract

The silver handicraft industry in Celuk Village, Gianyar is the second largest silver craft center in Indonesia after the Gede city of Yogyakarta. The superiority of silver handicrafts in Celuk village is the unique jewelry design and still going through the traditional craftsmanship process as well as being a tourist destination. In addition, the situation around Celuk Village is seen experiencing rapid development in terms of tourist destinations. The existence of these destinations has the opportunity to optimize the traditional silver crafters' settlements as tourist accommodation. There is a need for research on criteria for tourism accommodation standards, policies, and future governance to be the outcome of this research. The draft academic manuscript which can be a reference for issuing standardization and rules of custom or service is expected to encourage Celuk Village to be the best tourist destination in Gianyar Regency that is independent and able to meet the welfare of its village residents through the existing tourism potential. By using explorative qualitative research methods, found the potential of silver crafters settlements in the village of Celuk where in addition to the space to live and work, there are areas that can be used as guest houses or homestays. Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan masalah kesehatan utama di Indonesia dan di dunia. COVID-19 yang melanda seluruh dunia memberikan dampak besar pada berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia, termasuk sektor pariwisata. Dalam upaya untuk menghidupkan kembali usaha pariwisata, pemerintah mencanangkan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang berbasis pada Cleanliness, Health, Safety, dan Environment Sustainability (CHSE). Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah menganalisis dan memberikan edukasi terkait perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada mitra. Mitra pada kegiatan ini bekerja pada usaha salon dan spa di wilayah Badung, Bali. Mitra yang dilibatkan sebanyak 5 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi pemberian edukasi, diskusi interaktif mengenai COVID-19, pretest dan posttest. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan dibagi menjadi 2 sesi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) di rumah, diperoleh nilai sebagai berikut: mitra 1 (86,7), 2 (77,8), 3 (71,1), 4 (75,5), dan 5 (77,8). Sedangkan, hasil pengisian kuesioner PHBS di tempat kerja ditemukan hasil sebagai berikut: mitra 1 (66,7), 2 (66,7), 3 (55,6), 4 (81,5), dan 5 (77,8). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa rerata nilai penerapan PBHS di tempat kerja mitra lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan di rumah. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pekerja salon dan spa belum mampu menerapkan PHBS secara konsisten.

Abstract

Abstract-During the learning process, students have experience with educational services at the University. This experience will create a perspective on the quality of education services provided. This will be related to the level of student satisfaction. This level of satisfaction will made an opinions. That generally will quickly spread, to family, friends and society. Bad opinion will affect the University's image, so it is important to analyze student satisfaction. A survey are held to gain information about student satisfaction.. This research was conducted at Warmadewa University, a private university in Denpasar, Bali. Survey results are summarized in the index of student satisfaction with the quality of education services at Warmadewa University. Based on the dimensions of service quality, namely tangibles, reliability, empathy, responsiveness, assurance students feel "satisfied". The overall survey results show that students assess the quality of education services at a "satisfying" level. Keywords: Student Satisfaction; Educational Service Quality Abstrak-Selama proses pembelajaran, mahasiswa memiliki pengalaman terkait pelayanan pendidikan di Universitas. Pengalaman ini menciptakan persepsi terhadap kualitas pelayanan pendidikan yang akan membentuk kepuasan bagi mahasiswa. Tingkat kepuasan tertentu akan membentuk opini. Ini akan menyebar dengan cepat, pada keluarga, teman dan masyarakat. Persepsi yang buruk akan mempengaruhi citra Universitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan pendidikan di Universitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Warmadewa, Denpasar, Bali. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey. Hasil survey terangkum dalam indeks kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan pendidikan di Universitas Warmadewa. Berdasarkan dimensi kualitas layanan yaitu bukti fisik, kehandalan, empati, daya tanggap dan jaminan, mahasiswa merasa “puas”. Hasil survey keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menilai kualitas layanan pendidikan pada tingkat “memuaskan” Kata kunci : Kepuasan Mahasiswa ; Kualitas Pelayanan Pendidikan

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan dan pertumbuhan perekonomian menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja usahanya.Perusahaan dengan kinerja baik secara umum tercermin melalui harga sahamnya.Hal ini menjadikan harga saham sebagai salah satu preferensi investor dalam berinvestasi.Pendalaman terhadap perkembangan harga saham dapat melalui analisis fundamental perusahaan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor fundamental perusahaan terhadap harga saham.Penelitian dilakukan pada sector telekomunikasi di BEI, dengan periode pengamatan 2017 – 2019.Adaoun jumlah populasi dan sekaligus menjadi sampel perusahaan sejumlah 5 emiten. Penelitian ini mempergunakan data sekunder dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, Temuan penelitian ini dari 5 (lima) rasio yang dipergunakan, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, dan earning per share secara individual berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, gross profit margin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham dan rasio total asset turn over yang berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan telekomunikasi di BEI.

Abstract

Firm value is a reflection of company performance which is explicitly shown through share prices. The stock price is one of the parameters for investors in investing. The higher the stock price, the better the company's performance. This study aims to analyze the interaction of firm value with other financial variables as reflected in the company's financial statements, namely leverage, profitability and dividend policy, which are also considered by investors in long-term investment. The population in this study were Food and Beverages companies on the IDX from 2017 to 2019. The population of this study was 31 Food and Beverages companies, the sampling technique using purposive sampling method was obtained as many as 19 sample companies. Data analysis using path analysis techniques. The findings of this study: (1) Leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value, (2) Leverage has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. (3) Profitability has a positive andsignificant effect on firm value, (4) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, (5) Dividend policy has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. (6) Leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value through dividend policy mediation. (7) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value through dividend policy mediation.

Abstract

Abstract: Bali as a tourist destination The world has a variety of tourist destinations (DTW) which are certainly popular. Of the total DTW, there are several in the Klungkung Regency area such as Banjarangkan, Nusa Lembongan, and Nusa Penida. Desa Negari as a village located in the Klungkung Regency area wants to participate in the post-COVID-19 tourism recovery period, which is marked by the increasing number of local/domestic/foreign tourists coming to the Klungkung area, by compiling a planning study to realize a tourist destination. (DTW) belongs to Desa Negari. The village plans to take advantage of the natural potential of the Tukad Bubuh River Basin to Tegal Besar Beach Estuary as a DTW Adventure Tubing. The main problem faced by the village is that it does not have expert human resources who are able to assist in preparing the DTW Tubing Development Plan in the Negari Village so that the Univ. Warmadewa came down to help. The results of the service show that there are several lands that can be used for Tubing locations (Starting-Finish), There will be increased employment opportunities, Realization of the initial concept of spatial planning (layout) of each Tubing Starting and Finish Point Area.Keywords: Tourist, Destination, Tubing, Desa NegariAbstrak: Bali sebagai destinasi wisata Dunia memiliki berbagai macam daerah tujuan wisata (DTW) yang tentunya populer. Dari keseluruhan DTW terdapat beberapa di wilayah Kabupaten Kelungkung seperti Banjarangkan, Nusa Lembongan, dan Nusa Penida. Desa Negari sebagai sebuah desa yang berada di wilayah Kabupate Kelungkung ingin ikut berpartisipasi dalam masa pemulihan pariwisata pasca COVID-19, yang ditandai dengan mulai banyaknya wisatawan lokal/domestic/mancanegara yang datang ke wilayah Klungkung, dengan menyusun sebuah studi perencanaan untuk mewujudkan daerah tujuan wisata (DTW) milik Desa Negari. Desa berencana memanfaatkan potensi alam yakni Daerah Aliran Sungai Tukad Bubuh hingga Muara Pantai Tegal Besar sebagai DTW Adventure Tubing. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh Desa adalah tidak memiliki SDM Ahli yang mampu mendampingi dalam menyusun Rencana Pegembangan DTW Tubing Desa Negari sehingga Tim Pengabdian Univ. Warmadewa turun untuk membantua. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa lahan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk lokasi Tubing (Starting-Finish), Akan adanya lapangan pekerjaan yang meningkat, Terwujudnya konsep awal tata ruang (layout) dari masing-masing Area Starting dan Finish Point DTW Tubing

Abstract

Abstract: Belega village is known as a center for bamboo craftsmen, especially furniture and interior decoration in Bali. The 90s were the heyday of the bamboo craftsmen in Belega Village who succeeded in exporting bamboo handicrafts to America, Europe, and several Asian countries. However, since the opening of the Ida Bagus Mantra bypass around 1998, tourist visits have begun to decrease and have resulted in a decline in furniture orders. The decline in orders for handicrafts caused some craftsmen to start switching to bamboo building construction in 2010. The method of implementing the service program began with the development of the production sector with a focus on bamboo preservation innovation. The field of management focuses on the implementation of administration specifically in problems that occur related to capital by providing socialization and assistance. Partners' participation in implementing this program is more about developing bamboo preservation ideas and innovations according to community needs and designing a marketing plan model with the team.Abstrak: Desa Belega dikenal sebagai pusat pengrajin bambu khususnya furniture dan hiasan interior di Bali. Tahun 90-an adalah masa jaya dari para pengrajin bambu di Desa Belega berhasil mengekspor hasil kerajinan bambu  ke Amerika, Eropa, dan beberapa negara Asia. Namun sejak dibukanya bypass Ida Bagus Mantra sekitar tahun 1998, kunjungan wisatawan yang mulai berkurang dan berdampak menurunnya pesanan furniture. Penurunan pesanan kerajinan menyebabkan beberapa pengrajin mulai beralih ke konstruksi bangunan bambu di tahun 2010. Metode pelaksanaan program pengabdian dimulai dengan pengembangan bidang produksi dengan fokus pada inovasi pengawetan bambu. Dalam bidang manajemen, berfokus pada pelaksanaan administrasi secara spesifik dalam permasalahan yang terjadi terkait permodalan dengan memberikan sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Partisipasi mitra dalam pelaksanaan program ini lebih kepada pengembangan ide dan  inovasi pengawetan bambu yang sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat dan rancangan model rencana pemasaran bersama tim.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 2019 (covid-19) has majority impacted the Indonesian economy. Various companies are required to be able to maximize the company's performance in the midst of this condition. Some important factors from within the company that interact in an effort to maximize company performance are the company's use of debt, liquidity and company size. This study aims to analyze the factors that have an impact on company performance as measured by profitability in the consumer goods industry in Indonesia. The sample of this research are 18 companies. By using path analysis, the results of this research are 1) firm size has a significant positive effect on firm performance, 2) firm size has a significant negative effect on capital structure, 3) liquidity has a significant negative effect on capital structure, 4) liquidity has a significant negative effect on firm performance, 5) capital structure has a significant negative effect on firm performance

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 berdampak signifikan terhadap pariwisata Bali, termasuk usaha salon dan spa. Dampak utama yang dialami adalah penurunan jumlah pelanggan dan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang tepat selama bekerja. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada para pekerja salon dan spa terkait penerapan protokol kesehatan dan strategi marketing di era pandemi. Kegiatan pengabdian menerapkan metode pembelajaran blended learning. Kegiatan dibagi menjadi beberapa sesi dan melibatkan 5 orang pekerja. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi diskusi, pretest, pemberian edukasi protokol kesehatan dan sistem marketing di masa pandemi Covid-19, pemutaran video, dan postest. Pekerja yang terlibat berada pada rentang usia 25 tahun hingga 46 tahun. Karakteristik pekerja yaitu 100% adalah perempuan, pendidikan terakhir SMP sebanyak 2 orang (40%), dan SMA sebanyak 3 orang (60%). Mayoritas pekerja beragama Hindu (80%) dan sudah menikah (80%). Masa kerja pekerja bervariasi yaitu antara 1 tahun hingga 6 tahun. Seluruh pekerja memiliki jadwal kerja yang sama yaitu 6 kali per minggu. Setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan, diperoleh hasil yaitu persentase kehadiran pekerja pada kegiatan ini sangat baik (100%). Pelaksanan kegiatan dengan membagi menjadi beberapa sesi kegiatan serta dengan penerapan metode edukasi secara daring dan luring (blended learning) berdampak baik pada peningkatan pengetahuan mitra yang ditandai dengan terdapatnya peningkatan rerata nilai pretest dan postest, yaitu awal adalah 38 poin, meningkat menjadi 84 poin. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode edukasi blended learning meningkatkan pengetahuan pekerja salon dan spa dalam hal penerapan protokol kesehatan dan strategi marketing di masa pandemi Covid-19.Kata kunci: Covid-19, edukasi kesehatan, sistem pemasaran, blended learningABSTRACTThe pandemic of Covid-19 had a significant impact on Bali's tourism, including salon and spa businesses. The main impact was declining customers numbers and the implementation of appropriate health protocols. This program aimed to provide education to salon and spa workers regarding the health protocols and marketing strategies during the pandemic era. The community project activity applied through blended learning method, divided into several sessions with five workers involvement. The activities included discussions, pre-test, education on health protocols and marketing system, video, and post-test. The workers’ age range was 25 to 46 years ,which were 100% women, 40% were junior high school and 60% were high schools’ graduates, majority were Hindu (80%) and were married (80%). The length of working period varied from 1 year to 6 years. All workers had the same work schedule, 6 times per week. The result of the activity was that the percentage of partner's attendance was good (100%). The implementation of the program by online and offline methods (blended learning) had a good impact on increasing knowledge, which was marked by an increase in the average pre-test from 38 points into 84 points on post-test scores. Based on these results, we concluded that the blended learning method increases the knowledge of salon and spa workers in terms of implementing health protocols and online marketing during the Covid-19 pandemic.Keywords: Covid-19, health education, marketing system, blended learning
