The results of the study showed that there was no significant difference in multicultural awareness between millennial teachers and gen z teachers. Reflecting that the generation factor is not a barrier for teachers in realizing multicultural awareness. This research also suggests the supervision and development of teacher multicultural awareness that is continuous and uniform in each generation. Further research can be more in-depth to examine multicultural awareness with other variables such as student learning outcomes or inclusive competencies

Abstract

One of the biggest challenges faced by students is the ability to understand the essence and purpose of the learning process, including in physics subjects. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and physics learning outcomes. The research method is a causal-correlational quantitative method. The data collection technique uses a spiritual intelligence questionnaire (SISRI-24) and physics learning outcomes in the form of mid-semester exam results. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, namely the entire 12th grade population which is used as a research sample of 140 people. The instrument validity test uses product moment correlation and instrument reliability uses Cronbach's alpha. Spearman test statistical data uses SPSS version 27. The research findings show a positive correlation between spiritual intelligence and physics learning outcomes (r = 0.359). Analysis of the four dimensions of spiritual intelligence reveals that spiritual awareness has the most significant contribution (r = 0.396), followed by Critical Existential Thinking (r = 0.366), discovery of personal meaning (r = 0.226), and the conscious development (r = 0.210).

Abstract

The growth of information and communication technology currently raises opportunities and challenges, especially for Generation Z. One of the issues that arises is religious exclusivism, which means the tendency to see a particular religion as the only truth and way of salvation, accompanied by an attitude of rejecting or marginalizing the existence of beliefs. other. This research aims to find out the perspective of religious exclusivism in Generation Z based on age group. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data using the religious exclusivism instrument (Sukmayadi, 2024). The sample for this research consisted of 100 Generation Z who live in West Java, and used data collection techniques via Google Form, and processed with IBM SPSS 25.0. The results of the study show that there is no significant difference in religious exclusivism between those aged 17 - 21 years and those aged 22 - 26 years. Apart from that, it can be concluded that overall, the sample in this study has a religious exclusivism perspective which is dominated by the medium category. This reflects that generation Z is still in the process of an identity crisis because they still have to fulfill their developmental tasks.
