Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui peran guru sebagai pelaksana BK dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar di SDN Negeri Cening 2. (2) mengetahui kesulitan belajar yang dialami oleh peserta didik di SDN Negeri Cening 2. (3) mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru kelas sebagai pelaksana bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar di SD Negeri Cening 2. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui observasi/ pengamatan, wawancara dan metode pengumpulan data lainnya. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Guru kelas bertindak sebagai pembimbing, pengasuh, dan orang pertama yang menyadari jika ada masalah pada peserta didik. Selain itu seorang guru kelas juga harus mengerti karakter dan kondisi yang dialami siswanya, sehingga dapat memberikan bimbingan yang tepat terhadap kesulitan belajar peserta didiknya. (2) Masalah utama yang ditemukan adalah kesulitan membaca. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor dalam diri siswa (minat baca) dan faktor luar (keluarga, sekolah, masyarakat). (3) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling di SD Kesadaran guru dan kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan peserta didik dan orang tua, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu kurangnya pelatihan dan pengetahuan guru serta kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi dari masa kanak-kanak menuju masa dewasa yang mana fisik maupun mental remaja mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Pada masa-masa transisi ini remaja banyak menemui masalah, terutama yang menyangkut tentang konsep diri. salah satu yang mempengaruhi pembentukan identitas diri remaja adalah role model atau tokoh idola yang dikaguminya. Saat ini banyak remaja yang menyukai artis K-Pop. Remaja penggemar K-Pop ini banyak aktif diberbagai platform seperti Fancafe, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, dan lain sebagainya. Banyak juga remaja penggemar K-Pop yang memanfaatkan media sosial untuk membentuk suatu kelompok seperti Roleplayer World, sebuah dunia virtual dimana penggemar K-Pop berpura-pura menjadi artis idolanya. Pengguna akun Roleplay membawakan identitas dan berperan layaknya seperti seorang publik figur sehingga menciptakan realitas baru di dunia maya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Sedangkan untuk menguji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemilihan karakter yang diperankan oleh seseorang di dunia Roleplayer adalah bentuk diri yang ideal menurut mereka, yang hanya bisa mereka realisasikan identitas tersebut di dunia Roleplayer. Mereka berangan-angan menjadi sosok seperti karakter yang mereka perankan di dunia Roleplayer. Mereka menciptakan dunia yang berisi identitas ideal akibat kesenjangan antara diri ideal di dunia nyata dan dunia maya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of providing trait and factor group counseling on improving student career planning. The method used in this research is experimental times series design with a population of 47 students and a research sample of 6 students. The data collection method in this research used a student career planning questionnaire consisting of 23 statements with a reliability value (rcount) of 0.868. Based on the research results, pre-test results 1, 2, 3 were obtained which showed that the career planning of students in the research sample was in the low category. Meanwhile, the post-test results 1, 2, 3 show that students' career planning has increased and is in the high category. So, it can be concluded that providing trait and factor group counseling has an influence on improving the career planning of student.

Abstract

Conformity is a social behavior change experienced by an individual during socialization in their environment. In the adolescent phase, teenagers often engage in conformist behavior, where they follow the rules of a large or small group to be recognized as members, even if it goes against their true selves. The purpose of this research is to examine whether there is a change in the impact of Role-Playing Technique on reducing negative conformity among adolescents at SMAN 1 Kramatwatu. The research uses a Quasi-Experimental method with an Experimental Group and a Control Group. The Pre-Test results show that out of a total of 124 students, 16 students fall into the high category, 108 students in the moderate category, and no students in the low category. Those in the high category become the experimental sample. The hypothesis test in this research uses the Mann Whitney U test, and the hypothesis test result shows an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.001, where the value is < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this research is accepted, and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the results between the experimental group that received treatment and the control group that did not receive treatment. Due to this difference, the result can be stated that the Role-Playing Technique has an effect on reducing the negative impact of conformity among adolescents at SMAN 1 Kramatwatu.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the personality competence of guidance and counseling teachers, especially fresh graduate teachers. The research employed a quantitative descriptive research method and used total sampling techniques to gather 32 respondents from the fresh graduate guidance and counseling teachers at Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa as the research sample. Data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire. The research findings indicated that the personality competence of the fresh graduate guidance and counseling teachers from Untirta fell into the high category, at 87,5%. Meanwhile, in the moderate category, it was at 12.5%, and in the low category, it was 0%. Consequently, it can be concluded that the majority of the fresh graduate guidance and counseling teachers from Untirta have a high level of personality competence according to the provisions of the National Education Minister Regulation No. 27 of 2008 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Counselor Competence. Abstract

Developing “Harmony” (Helping And Resolving Mental Health Issues Online For New You) As A Online Counseling Services In University. The results of a mental health survey conducted on 3607 students of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University in 2024 showed that more than 70% of students felt the need for counseling services to help them deal with mental health problems. The high number of needs for counseling services makes it necessary for universities to think about other options from the face-to-face counseling services that have been running so far, especially since Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University has students spread across 5 different campus locations. Online counseling is needed to increase student access to counseling services. This study aims to develop a prototype of a website-based online counseling service. This online counseling service website is called HARMONY. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall. The stages of this research are analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In addition to presenting video conferencing features for use in counseling services, this website also includes other features such as mental health assessments, personality character assessments, and interest assessments. Abstract

Perilaku membolos merupakan salah satu masalah yang dapat mengganggu proses belajar siswa dan membutuhkan penanganan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-management untuk mereduksi perilaku membolos siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 2 Petir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, metode pra-eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Pengambilan sampel penelitian mengunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling yang di peroleh 10 sampel dengan kategori membolos tertinggi kemudian diberikan treatment. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis yaitu Wilcoxon signed ranks test. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya penurunan secara signifikan dari nilai rata-rata sebesar 81,1 menjadi 47,3. Analisis uji Wilcoxon signed ranks test pada proses pengambilan keputusan hipotesis, nilai 0.005 < 0.05, Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. Dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Hօ ditolak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management berpengaruh mereduksi perilaku membolos siswa.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the phenomenon of low career planning in vocational students. Based on preliminary studies conducted on class XI students of SMKS IKPI Labuan, the results showed that 14 students (19%) were in the high category, 40 students (54%) were in the medium category, and 20 students (27%) were in the low category. This study aims to determine whether the career snakes and ladders game media developed as learning media is able to provide an understanding of careers so that it can improve students' career planning process. The method used in this research is Research & Development (R&D) with the 4D model, which includes define, design, development and dissemination. The subjects in this study were 11th grade students of SMKS IKPI Labuan. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and literature studies. In its development, evaluation is carried out to see the feasibility of the product. The evaluation was carried out by media and material experts, linguists and practitioners. The results showed that the feasibility of products from media and material experts obtained a score of 78.33% (feasible), the feasibility of products from linguists was 85.71% (very feasible), and practitioners were 97.91% (very feasible). So that the average value of all assessments is 87.31% in the “Very Feasible” category for use. So, it can be concluded that the snakes and ladders game media can be used as a supporting tool in guidance and counseling services, especially to help understand and plan the careers of class XI students of SMKS IKPI Labuan.

Abstract

The purpose of this studi is to develop a preventive media in the form of the Engklek game to prevent aggressive behavior tendencies. The method used in this research is Reseach and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model by Thiagarajan, which includes the stages of Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The trial subjects were collected through questionnaires and literature review. The develop product was validated by experts. The results of the expert validation showed a score of 75% from media and material experst (Feasible), 89.28% from language experts (High Feasible), and 93.75% from practitioners (High Feasible), resulting in an average score of 86.1, categorized as “High Feasible”. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Engklek game media is highly feasible for implementation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana efektivitas layanan peer counseling online untuk meningkatkan kemampuan problem solving dewasa awal di Komunitas Online Kesehatan Mental dan Self-Development Oh Be Shine. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan non-equivalent control group design. Teknik pengambilan subjek penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 14 klien yang memiliki kemampuan problem solving rendah. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pretest yang diperoleh kelompok kontrol 86,14 dan posttest 88,85. Sedangkan, kelompok eksperimen memperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest 76,85 dan posttest 127,71. Kemampuan problem solving kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan setelah mendapat treatment layanan peer counseling online. Melalui analisis hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Independent Samples t-Test dengan asumsi varians tidak homogen (equal variances not assumed), diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-Tailed) sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka hipotesis nol (H₀) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H₁) diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan peer counseling online yang diberikan kepada kelompok eksperimen efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan problem solving klien di Komunitas Online Kesehatan Mental dan Self-Development Oh Be Shine.
