Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the marketing mix strategy used through the 4P aspects including product, price, place and promotion with efforts to increase sales volume at the Wildan Sandal Store. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection in this research uses primary data taken in direct observations and interviews with the business owner. The results obtained from this research are that the products marketed at the Wildan Sandal Shop have various models with different sizes ranging from children to adults. The conclusion resulting from this research is that implementing a good marketing mix strategy in business can have an influence on increasing the sales volume of the Wildan Sandal Store.

Abstract

Seeing the development of coffee shops which is currently increasingly rapid, it is a threat to other coffee shop business people in terms of determining marketing strategies. One form of marketing strategy that is currently being implemented by many coffee shop business people is using Instagram social media to reach a wider market. This research discusses the use of social media Instagram as a marketing promotion medium for coffee shops in Bekasi (Study on the Instagram account @janiancoffee). This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the research and discussion, there are efforts made by Promise Coffee to increase sales by utilizing Instagram accounts, namely: conducting consumer interactions, collaborations, and holding events. This proves an increase in sales of coffee appointment products.

Abstract

Service Quality and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions at Work Coffee at Bhayangkara Jaya University Bekasi Campus. This study aims to explore the effect of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative method with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 126 selected respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the research conducted at work coffee are as follows: 1) Service Quality variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions; 2) Facility variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions; 3) Service Quality variables have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 4) Facility Variables have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 5) Purchasing Decisions have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kualitas produk dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui minat beli, pada properti Grand Duta City Bekasi yang dikelola oleh PT Panen Properti Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode SEM-PLS (Modeling Equation Structural-Partial Least Square). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 120 orang, termasuk penghuni dan potensial pembeli properti di Grand Duta City Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat dan kepuasan pelanggan untuk membeli barang. Selain itu, terbukti bahwa minat beli merupakan faktor mediasi penting dalam hubungan antara kualitas produk, lokasi, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil ini mendorong PT Panen Properti Indonesia untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas produk dan memilih lokasi yang strategis guna mendorong minat beli dan kepuasan pelanggan

Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure the extent of influence of influencer marketing and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for Focallure products among Generation Z via social media. The research method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis with the help of SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The research results show that influencer marketing and online customer reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, social media has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and influencer marketing and online customer reviews via social media have an indirect and significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of content marketing and live streaming on impulsive buying of products with brand ambassador mediation through the TikTok application on generation z. The research method used is the purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires via gform to respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis with the help of SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.9. The results of the study showed that content marketing and live streaming had a significant effect on impulsive buying, brand ambassadors had a significant effect on impulsive buying, and that content marketing and live streaming through brand ambassadors had a significant effect on impulsive buying.

Abstract

Article on the influence of product variation and product quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable in hand-drawn batik. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the influence of product variation and product quality on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty in hand-drawn batik. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The analysis tool used in this study is SEM SmartPLS 4.1.0.0 The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study was 214 respondents, with a research sample of 100 respondents, obtained from questionnaires distributed and filled out by consumers who use hand-drawn batik. The tests conducted in this study are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Inner Model, Outer Model and Hypothesis Test. The results of this article are: 1) Product variety has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; 2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; 3) Product variety has no effect and is not significant on customer loyalty; 4) Product quality has no effect and is not significant on customer loyalty; 5) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; 6) Product variety has no effect and is not significant on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction; and 7) Product quality has no effect and is not significant on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of testimonials, product design, and price on the purchase intention of Infinix smartphones on Shopee, focusing on consumers in Griya Asri 2 Housing, Bekasi Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through a survey with a questionnaire on samples selected using the random sampling method. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression to test the relationship between independent variables (testimonials, product design, and price) with the dependent variable (purchase intention). The results of the study show that testimonials have a significant influence on purchase intention, where positive reviews from previous consumers can increase product credibility. Attractive and functional product design also contributes to increasing consumer appeal to Infinix products. In addition, competitive prices are a major factor in purchasing decisions, where consumers tend to choose products with values that match the price offered. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on consumer purchase intention, indicating that the combination of testimonials, product design, and price can create a more effective marketing strategy in increasing sales of Infinix smartphones on Shopee.

Abstract

The quantitative research method is a research approach that uses data, with a focus on measuring objective results and statistical analysis. Quantitative research also includes questions or statements that have been provided with a choice of numbers for each score. A total of 102 samples were used, the purpose of this study was to find and test the hypothesis. The tool used to assist the research process was Smart Pls version 4. The results of this study show that Service Quality has a direct and significant effect on EWOM, Facilities have a direct and significant effect on EWOM, Service Quality has no direct and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Facilities have a direct and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, and EWOM has a direct and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Meningkatkan keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli: analisis lokasi dan store atmosphere pada konsumen kopi XYZ adalah artikel ilmiah studi pustaka dalam ruang lingkup bidang ilmu. Tujuan artikel ini membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Objek riset pada pustaka online, Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya.  Metode riset dengan library risearch bersumber dari e-book dan open access e-journal. Analisis deskriftif kualitatif.  Hasil artikel ini: 1) Lokasi berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian;  2) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian; dan 3) Minat Beli berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.
