Abstract

Pemenuhan hak-hak istri dalam masa iddah pasca penerapan surat edaran No.P005/Dj.iii/Hk.00.7/10/2021 . Permasalahan utama pada penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana realita pemenuhan kewajiban suami dalam masa iddah pasca penerapan surat edaran No.P005/Dj.Iii/Hk.00.7/10/2021 di kota Parepare 2) Bagaimana penyebab tidak terpenuhinya hak-hak istri dalam masa iddah pasca penerapan surat edaran No.P005/Dj.III/Hk.00.7/10/2021 di kota Parepare dan 3) Bagaimana tinjauan hukum keluarga islam terhadap pemenuhan hak-hak perempuan pasca penerapan surat edaran no.p005/dj.iii/hk.00.7/10/2021 di kota parepare Jenis penelitian ini adalah lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris, penelitian yang dilakukan secara langsung untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang sebenarnya terjadi, kemudian akan dihubungkan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan teori hukum yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Konstruksi penelitian dalam menjawab persoalan yang muncul dengan menggunakan teori keabsahan hukum, teori kemanfaatan hukum dan teori perubahan sosial. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa:. 1) Realita pelaksanaan pemenuhan kewajiban suami masa iddah istri di kelurahan galung maloang Kecamatan Bacukiki tidak berjalan sesuai dengan syariat islam karena mantan suami ketika sudah bercerai dengan istrinya tidak memberikan nafkah lagi meskipun masih dalam keadaan iddah. Di kantor urusan agama bacukiki surat edaran ini sudah diterapkan namun penerapannya di masyarakat masih tidak sesuai. 2) Hubungan antara kedua belah pihak tidak terjalin dengan baik, mantan suami beranggapan bahwa setelah bercerai maka sudah tidak menjadi kewajibannya lagi. Pernikahan suami yang terjadi dalam masa iddah istri cenderung mengakibatkan pemenuhan hak istri tidak terpenuhi karena sudah fokus dengan pernikahan kedua. Hal yang menjadi penyebab utama adalah kondisi ekonomi begitupun tingkat pendidikan juga sangat mempengaruhi. 3) Berdasarkan hukum islam perlindungan terhadap hak asasi dan kehormatan perempuan menjadi tujuan dari surat edaran tersebut . Pemenuhan kewajiban mantan suami disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan kadar kepantasan yang berlaku di masyarakat agar tidak memberatkan beban

Abstract

This article aims to analyze meaning of mercy in the song “Rahmatul Lil’alameen” by Maher zain with the Roland Barthes’s semiotics theory. Barthes stated in his theory that meaning have three meanings namely, denotation, connotation and myth. Those meanings used to represent meaning of mercy that implied in the song. The research approach in this research uses a qualitative method approach. This approach used to represent and explain deeper about study of meaning as research object. Data collection using observation techniques. The researcher listened to the song carefully, then noted the words that had the meaning of grace. The data that has been recorded is then analyzed based on the semiotic theory of Roland Barthes. The research results show that the denotational meaning of the lyrics of the song "Rahmatun Lil'alameen" is the writer's concern for expressing love and respect for the Prophet and his teachings. The connotation of the song writer wants to remind you of the Prophet's teachings about love, kindness and compassion to obtain grace. The meaning of the myth, the creator of the song wants to convey that by carrying out and loving the Prophet you will be given grace and intercession which is important for every servant who wants salvation.

Abstract

Stunting which is a condition coinic malnutrision since 1000 day of a child’s lif is still a health problem in indonesia, ranking second in the word. The couses of stunting include poor parenting, inadequate care, barriers to access to nutrition and clean water. As well as infectious diseases. Stunting prevention Plays an importaint rolle intackling the causes of stunting from its roots. One of them is by providing education to cadres about stunting pevention. Training provided to cadres can improve public health from the dissemination of health information. This research want to see how effective stunting education is in increasing cadre knowledge about stunting prevention. This study used a Systematic Literature Review by Systematically Searching for studies using the PRISMA protocol on ten national article portal. Two article were selected to be the main discussion of the research, all of which were studies with a cross- sectional design, with stunting prevention education for cadres. The greatest effectiveness in increasing the knowledge of cadres is through audiovisul media and lecture and discussion methods, namely as much as 70%.

Abstract

Highlights: 1. The value of a detailed physical assessment in patients with angina pectoris is crucial, as emphasized in this report. - Background: This case highlights the need for a comprehensive and accurate physical examination in patients with angina pectoris. Case Summary: A 46-year-old man was admitted to the hospital with chest pain and anterior ST segment elevation on electrocardiogram. Given the limited drugs and equipment in remote hospitals, initial treatment for ACS was given immediately. However, no significant improvement was seen with this treatment. An echocardiogram was performed right away and the results showed a severe AVS. B-blockers, ACE-I, diuretics, and MRA antagonists were administered, and the patient had good clinical results, and was recommended for immediate referral to a hospital with primary facilities for valve replacement surgery. Conclusion:  Severe AVS can cause subendocardial ischemia, so the clinical findings may correspond to ACS. A thorough physical examination allows us to provide more accurate treatment.

Abstract

The general aim of this research is to find out the reality/phenomenon of unregistered marriages in the district. Baroko, To find out the judge's considerations in rejecting requests for marriage dispensation at the Religious Court and KUA District Determination. Baroko, and to find out legal responsibility for marriage dispensations in Kec. Baroque. This type of research is qualitative research carried out at the Enrekang Religious Court and KUA District. Baroque. The main instruments of this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The research results show that first; The reality/phenomenon of marriage is not recorded in Kec. Baroko, namely unregistered marriages in Baroko District, illustrates a complex social phenomenon, where a number of couples choose not to officially register their marriages. This phenomenon reflects various factors, ranging from a lack of understanding of the importance of marriage registration, administrative obstacles, to economic and social factors that influence individual decisions. The consequences of unregistered marriages can impact the legal rights of spouses and their children, as well as hinder access to public services and legal protection, secondly; The judge's consideration in rejecting the application for marriage dispensation in the Religious Court and KUA District Determination. Baroko, namely the judge's considerations in rejecting requests for marriage dispensation at the Religious Court and KUA District. Baroko is based on the insufficiency of legal reasons, evidence, and fulfillment of the requirements stipulated by law. The judge assesses whether the application meets the best interests of the child and is in accordance with applicable legal norms, and thirdly; Legal responsibility for marriage dispensation in Kec. Baroko, namely legal responsibility for marriage dispensation in Baroko District includes the obligation to comply with legal requirements stipulated by statutory regulations. Marriage dispensation must be carried out on the basis of strong reasons and compliance with correct administrative procedures. Failure to comply with these provisions can have legal consequences for the parties involved, including protecting children's rights and enforcing legal norms.

Abstract

This research focuses on the discussion of misyār marriage as one of the contemporary phenomena that did not exist in the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW by using a type of literature research with a qualitative approach and analyzing existing data inductively. The results of the study show that misyār marriage was triggered by its emergence due to the massive development of the times. One of the indicators is the emergence of women who no longer live at home and work, so that they are economically independent. In addition, the varied work of men keeps them away from their wives which then causes problems. By analyzing the opinions of several scholars who have detailed the marriage of misyār, such as Yusuf Qardhawi and Abdullah Muhammad Aṭ-Ṭayyar, it can be concluded that this opinion cannot be separated from the concept of legal change of Ibn Qayyim which is also influenced by the changing times. This study proposes to deepen the understanding of the concept of nikah misyār to answer the development of the times and its relevance to Islamic teachings, namely ṣaliḥ likulli az-zamān wa al-makān. In addition, this study also offers constructive approaches in assessing the validity of misyār marriage. This research is expected to enrich the discourse around marriage in Islam and become a medium for the wider community to know this phenomenon.

Abstract

Durian merupakan tanaman buah di Indonesia, tanaman durian terdapat di seluruh pelosok dengan rasa dan memiliki ciri khas sendiri tiap daerah. Bukan hanya di indonesia tanaman durian tersebar ke seluruh Asia Tenggara, dari Sri Langka, India Selatan hingga New Guenea. Guna meningkatkan hasil produksi durian, maka petani dapat melakukan strategi melalui perbanyakan tanaman durian baik secara generatif maupun vegetatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dengan menggunakan grafting menggunakan berupa gunting okulasi dan pisau okulasi, serta untuk mengetahui kecepatan waktu pecah tunas grafting tanaman durian dengan menggunakan kedua alat tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 faktor perlakuan. Perlakuan pertama adalah alat yang digunakan yaitu G (menggunakan gunting) dan P (menggunakan pisau). Faktor perlakuan kedua adalah jumlah mata tunas (1: menggunakan 2 ruas mata tunas; 2: menggunakan 3 ruas matas tunas; 3: menggunakan 4 ruas matas tunas). Dengan demikian didapatkan 6 perlakuan yaitu G1, G2, G3, P1, P2, dan P3. Masing-masing diulang sebanyak 2 kali ulangan sehingga didapatkan 12 satuan percobaan. Hasil analisis sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa penggunaa Gunting grafting (G) berpengaruh nyata pada persentase pertumbuhan, berpengaruh sangat nyata pada pecah tunas dan berpengaruh sangat nyata pada jumlah daun 60 HSG (hari setelah grafting). Selain itu, hasil analisis sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pisau okulasi (P) berpengaruh nyata pada persentase perkecambahan, berpengaruh sangat nyata pada pecah tunas.

Abstract

The design of an automatic humidity and temperature control device in a plant environment using the Arduino Uno R3 system is designed to make it easier to take care of plants. Plants are a source of human life, especially in agriculture. Things that are still less of a concern when caring for plants are the lack of attention to the humidity and temperature of the environment in plants because it can have an impact on the soil that becomes dry or arid and can have an impact on plants to wither or even die. In carrying out plant care, it is done by only watering twice a day manually and can even forget to water and also not pay attention to the temperature in the plant environment. So that in doing maintenance is very less effective and efficient, because it takes a lot of time. Furthermore, in facilitating the process of plant care, without having to water manually or carry out treatment directly to the plant. So the soil moisture sensor is used to measure the level of soil moisture and the LM35 sensor which functions to read the temperature around the environment around the plant, after the measurement results will be displayed on the LCD. So this research examines how to design automatic control of humidity and temperature in plants.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the integration of character education into subject lessons at MTsN 1 Pidie Jaya. The study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that teachers integrate character values according to the characteristics of their respective subjects. Science teachers instill honesty and teamwork through collaborative projects, Islamic Education (PAI) teachers emphasize tolerance and religious moderation, and Civics (PPKn) teachers promote empathy and adherence to legal norms. Meanwhile, counseling (BK) and physical education teachers foster empathy, discipline, and sportsmanship through practical approaches. This integration process has a positive impact on students' character development. Supporting factors include school policies, teacher commitment, and active participation from parents and the community. However, challenges include limited time allocation, inadequate facilities, and a heavy workload for teachers

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang Putusan Hakim karena li’an di Pengadilan Agama Mamuju. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses penyelesaian perkara li’an yang diproses di Pengadilan Agama Mamuju serta bagaimana dampak dari Implikasi putusan Hakim Karena li’an. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (fleld research) dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Implikasi Putusan Hakim karena li’an di Pengadilan Agama Mamuju. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini ialah sumber data primer dan skunder dengan tehnik okservasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: implikasi cerai gugat karena li’an di Pengadilan Agama Mamuju yang diputus oleh hakim Pengadilan Agama Mamuju tentunya memiliki dua factor yaitu berdampak pada kebaikan dari kedua belah pihak suami isteri. Dengan ketentuan bahwa jika dipisahkan kemungkinan kedua suami isteri masing-masing mendapatkan pasangan yang lebih baik. Dampak kedua terkait pada permasalahan anak dan keluarga. Proses penyelesaian perkara cerai gugat karena li’an oleh hakim di Pengadilan Agama Mamuju ialah mengunakan mode seni hakim dengan cara melihat sebab adanya li’an itu sendiri. jadi secara metode yang dijelaskan dalam Al-Qur’an itu tidak diterapkan pada Pengadilan Agama Mamuju dikarenakan itu sangat berap bagi pelaku li’an. Akibat Hukum dan Status Terhadap Anak Li’an Kedudukan hukum anak akibat perceraian li’an serta perlindungan hak anak pasca perceraian li’an ditinjau dari segi hukum perdata. Kedudukan anak yang dalam keluarga yang dilahirkan akibat dari li’an mempunyai status hukum yang sama dengan anak zina.
