Abstract

Information technology has become a very important tool in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes in various organizations, both in the public and private sectors. This study aims to design a web-based population information system and village data administration (SIKADES) using Visual Studio Code and to test the feasibility of the Web. This study uses the Waterfall development method which is one of the methods in the Software Development Live Cycle (SDLC). The development stages include requirement analysis, design, development, and testing. There are 2 instruments used in the study. Observation sheets were given to 2 validators to test the reliability of SIKADES and the feasibility test questionnaire was given to 27 village officials to test user responses to the effectiveness of SIKADES. The results obtained in this study are: (1) The score of all reliability indicators has an average of 4.2 indicating that SIKADES is feasible to use and (2) The score of all effectiveness questionnaire indicators has an average of 4.4 indicating that SIKADES is effective (3) The average user satisfaction score from several indicators is 75% -78% with a category of satisfied to use. Another finding in this study is that SIKADES security still needs to be improved.

Abstract

This study discusses the transformation of religious moderation and Islamic law: a reflection of siri’ na pesse culture in Bugis community. The research methodology is qualitative, descriptive analytical, normative theological approach, normative juridical and formal, socio-anthropological, data analysis with religious moderation, al-urf and maqasid al-syariah theory in Islamic law. The research results show that siri’ na pesse is constructed with various pappaseng which function as advice and benchmarks in Bugis community to strengthen solidarity, unity, create harmony, order, peace and peace in community life. Religious moderation and Islamic law are one unit to maintain human harmony, foster love through siri’ na pesse as an inner bond, thoughts, and foster hearts to forgive each other, be full of understanding, eliminate hatred, violence, radicalism, extremism, and terrorism in good human relations.

Abstract

Several factors underlie digital literacy and the use of technology, including globalization and connectivity, education and self-development, as well as challenges related to cyber threats. This study employs a qualitative research method by collecting data through observation and journal article sources. Digital literacy and the use of technology can be defined as an individual’s ability to access and utilize technology effectively, particularly for purposes such as social interaction through digital media. The benefits of Information and Communication Technology(ICT) in developing life skills include financial management skills, communication and collaboration skills, personal skills and self-development, health and well-being, as well as career and employment skills. Practical ways to improve digital literacy in everyday life include regularly learning basic technological skills, critically evaluating information, practicing ethical behavior in digital spaces, and actively engaging and collaborating through technology.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini didasari dengan rasa keingintahuan peneliti terkait inovasi pengelolaan sampah anorganik di sekolah dasar yang bermanfaat dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan sampel sekolah dasar negeri Kota Pangkalpinang yang sudah ditentukan oleh Dinas Pendidikan sebanyak 35 sekolah, masing-masing 5 sekolah dasar untuk mewakili kecamatan. Data penelitian diambil dengan cara wawancara, kuesioner dan membuat forum focus group discussion (FGD), setalah data penelitian didapatkan maka data di olah dan di interprtasikan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Penelitian ini menghasilkan empat inovasi pengelolaan sampah anorganik di sekolah dasar, yaitu: 1. Sampah anorganik dikumpulkan lalu diberikan kepada petugas sampah, 2. Sekolah mengumpulkan sampah anorganik dan memilahnya lalu dijual ke pengepul sampah atau bank sampah, 3. Sekolah mengumpulkan sampah anorganik lalu memilahnya dan mengalihfusikannya/repurposing agar lebih bermanfaat, 4. Sekolah meniadakan atau melarang siswanya membawa sampah ke dalam sekolah. Dari keempat inovasi pengelolaan sampah anorganik, memiliki nilai kebermanfaatan dan keberlanjutan. Kata Kunci: Inovasi Pengelolaan, Sampah Anorganik, Kota Pangkalpinang
