Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance teachers' capacity to develop innovative teaching materials aligned with the principles and requirements of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMAN 1 Tinambung. The activity was carried out for three months, from April to June 2024, involving 29 teachers as participants. The implementation methods consisted of interactive training, teaching material development workshops, intensive mentoring, and continuous evaluation. Evaluation results from questionnaires indicated that: (1) the presented materials were deemed highly relevant to the needs of Merdeka Curriculum implementation; (2) the activity significantly improved participants' understanding and skills in creating innovative teaching materials; and (3) the interactive training methods and intensive mentoring model were highly appreciated by all participants. This program successfully empowered teachers to develop contextual and creative teaching materials, which is expected to encourage an improvement in the quality of learning at the school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermula dari personal branding yang sangat penting bagi seseorang konten kreator di media sosial terkhususnya pada media sosial TikTok @trimarissadillak. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori authentic personal branding oleh Hubert K. Rampersad. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi virtual dan objek penelitian adalah personal branding Marissa Dillak pada akun TikToknya @trimarissadillak. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi virtual, wawncara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yaitu triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada akun TikTok @trimarissadillak menggunakan pola komunikasi virtual di media sosial TikTok yaitu: pola komunikasi asinkron, berpartisipasi dalam tren, interaksi melalui komentar, komunikasi satu ke banyak, dan penggunaan hashtag. Personal branding Marissa Dillak dengan karakter aslinya, serta proses membangun personal branding dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu: menetapkan dan merumuskan ambisi pribadi, menetapkan dan merumuskan merek pribadi, rumuskan personal balanced scorecard (PBSC), dan menerapkan dan mengembangkan ambisi pribadi, merek pribadi, dan personal balanced scorecard.

Abstract

Studies of classical Islamic historiography have been biased in placing men at the center of intellectual narratives. At the same time, women’s contributions have been less systematically explored, resulting in a partial understanding of the dynamics of scholarship during the Islamic Golden Age from the 8th to 14th centuries CE. This study aims to comprehensively reconstruct the role and contribution of women in the fields of science and cosmopolitan culture, focusing on intellectual centers such as Baghdad, Cairo, Andalusia, and Damascus. Using qualitative-historical methods with thematic analysis, this study examines primary manuscripts such as biographies of scholars, scientific treatises, records of hadith transmissions, and relevant secondary literature to uncover concrete traces of women in scientific networks. The findings show that women not only played roles as teachers, hadith transmitters, and interpreters of religious texts, but also contributed to medicine, philosophy, mathematics, and the arts, even gaining recognition on par with male scholars through evidence of attribution of works, participation in scientific assemblies, and cultural patronage. Furthermore, their involvement in discussions across languages ​​and ethnicities strengthened a pluralistic and open intellectual tradition. However, limited access to some manuscripts and attribution issues hinder more quantitative data collection. In conclusion, women’s contributions during this period are an integral part of Islamic intellectual history and require further reconstruction through prosopographic studies and scholarly network mapping to enrich contemporary academic discourse and inspire the strengthening of the role of modern Muslim women.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi belum optimalnya pemanfaatan fasilitas greenhouse di SMK Bina Insani Malunda, Kabupaten Majene, Sulawesi Barat, sebagai media pembelajaran dan praktik bagi siswa kejuruan. Program ini bertujuan memperkenalkan teknologi pertanian berkelanjutan melalui penerapan sistem hidroponik yang terintegrasi dengan prinsip ekonomi hijau (green economy). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan praktik langsung budidaya hidroponik menggunakan sistem Nutrient Film Technique (NFT). Kegiatan ini melibatkan 21 partisipan yang terdiri dari 6 orang guru, 1 orang staf sekolah, dan 14 orang siswa dari SMK Bina Insani Malunda. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan metode pre-test dan post-test untuk menilai peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta terkait teknik budidaya hidroponik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan rata-rata sebesar 23% dan keterampilan praktik mencapai kategori “Baik” pada 80% peserta. Sistem NFT yang dipasang beroperasi stabil dengan tingkat kelangsungan hidup bibit sebesar 87% serta kestabilan pH dan EC yang terjaga. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi teknis, menumbuhkan kemandirian guru dan siswa, serta menghasilkan produk pembelajaran berupa SOP operasional, modul ajar ringkas, dan logbook yang diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran berbasis greenhouse.
