Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work stress and self-control on cyberloafing among employees at the West Sulawesi Provincial Liaison Agency. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires. This research was carried out at the West Sulawesi Provincial Liaison Agency with a sample size of 50 people. Questionnaire data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the research show that the t¬calculated work stress value of 2.730 is greater than the t-table 2.012 and the significance value of 0.009 is smaller than 0.05 so that work stress has a partially significant effect on cyberloafing among employees at the West Sulawesi Provincial Liaison Agency, self-t¬counted value control of 2.339 is greater than t table 2.012 and the significance value of 0.024 is smaller than 0.05 so that self control has a partially significant effect on cyberloafing in employees at the West Sulawesi Provincial Liaison Agency then work stress and self control have a value of F count of 7.240 which is greater than F table 3 .19 and the significance value of 0.002 is smaller than 0.05 so that work stress and self control have a significant simultaneous effect on cyberloafing among employees at the West Sulawesi Provincial Liaison Agency

Abstract

Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to improve learning outcomes in grade VI SDN 22 Sungai Pakning. On the basis of the necessary application of the cooperative model STAD type to be able to assist students in improving their knowledge. Use of cooperative model STAD type of learning is expected to improve students' skills in science teaching in turn is expected to increase learning outcomes are achieved. After the action, then monitored, and the data collected, further processed and analyzed, the obtained result is the average percentage of mastery learning students ranging from pre cycle=41,00%, the first cycle=62,50%, and the second cycle=91,66%. Based on the above, it can be concluded that the cooperative model type STAD effect on improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sarambu, Kecamatan Porehu, Kabupaten Kolaka Utara, dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan wisata edukatif dan dakwah kultural berbasis potensi lokal masyarakat. Desa Sarambu memiliki kekayaan alam, sosial, dan religius yang besar, namun potensi tersebut belum dikelola secara optimal sebagai sarana edukasi dan dakwah berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) yang berorientasi pada pengembangan aset dan kekuatan lokal masyarakat sebagai modal utama dalam pemberdayaan. Program utama yang dilaksanakan meliputi pembuatan tugu pembatas desa, video profil desa, pemasangan papan petunjuk wisata, penyusunan buku TPA, pelatihan pengurusan jenazah, serta gerakan kebersihan dan edukasi lingkungan. Semua kegiatan dirancang secara partisipatif melalui kolaborasi antara mahasiswa, pemerintah desa, tokoh agama, dan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kesadaran religius, partisipasi sosial, serta kepedulian masyarakat terhadap lingkungan dan potensi wisata lokal. Masyarakat yang sebelumnya pasif kini mampu berperan aktif dalam kegiatan sosial dan keagamaan, serta mulai mengelola potensi wisata secara mandiri. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PKM ini berhasil memperkuat nilai-nilai Islam, budaya lokal, dan semangat gotong royong masyarakat melalui pengembangan wisata edukatif yang berkelanjutan. Pendekatan berbasis potensi lokal terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang religius, mandiri, dan berdaya sosial.

Abstract

Hospitality in health services encompasses friendliness, effective communication, empathy, and facility comfort. The policy on Hospitality in health services in DKI Jakarta Province is based on the Decree of the Head of the Jakarta Health Office No. 407 of 2021 concerning Health Service Guidelines that prioritize hospitality. The implementation of this policy requires evaluation to determine the achievement of its objectives. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the Hospitality policy and individual characteristics in relation to patient satisfaction at Matraman Community Health Center, East Jakarta, in 2025. The research method employed was descriptive analytic with a quantitative approach and cross-sectional design. A total sample of 100 respondents was drawn from the population using the Slovin formula, with inclusion criteria being respondents aged ≥16 years, male or female, and patients or individuals utilizing health services at Matraman Community Health Center. Data were collected through a questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Data analysis included univariate, bivariate, and multivariate tests. The results showed that patient satisfaction levels were generally high, with the majority reporting “satisfied” and some “very satisfied.” Bivariate analysis indicated significant relationships between friendliness (p = 0.0001; OR = 40.289), communication (p = 0.0001; OR = 19.167), empathy (p = 0.0001; OR = 43.714), and facility comfort (p = 0.0001; OR = 12.500) with patient satisfaction. Individual characteristics showed no significant relationship. Multivariate analysis identified empathy (p = 0.0001; OR = 13.850) as the dominant factor, followed by friendliness (p = 0.002; OR = 11.075). In conclusion, patient satisfaction at Matraman Community Health Center is primarily associated with staff empathy and friendliness.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the distribution and diversity of the genus Bunomys in Gandang Dewata National Park. Fieldwork was conducted in July 2025 using live traps placed across several habitat types and different elevation ranges. Data collection was carried out by installing traps along transect lines at locations suspected to be rat movement pathways. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to identify species and describe their distribution patterns. The results revealed the presence of three species within the genus Bunomys: Bunomys penitus, Bunomys andrewsi, and Bunomys torajae. Each species exhibited different habitat preferences. A total of 16 individuals of B. penitus were found at mid-elevations with primary forest vegetation at elevations ranging from 1,588 to 1,912 m above sea level. Nineteen individuals of B. andrewsi were recorded in secondary forest habitats at elevations between 1,509 and 2,154 m above sea level. Meanwhile, B. torajae was represented by eight individuals found in high mountain areas at elevations of 2,561–2,596 m above sea level. These findings provide important information on the distribution of the genus Bunomys in Sulawesi and highlight the role of Gandang Dewata National Park as an important habitat for endemic wildlife. This study also contributes to enriching the limited biodiversity data on small mammals in the mountainous regions of Sulawesi. Further studies focusing on ecological aspects, behavior, and genetic analysis are recommended to deepen the understanding of population dynamics and phylogenetic relationships within the genus Bunomys

Abstract

This Community Service Activity aims to improve the financial literacy of high school students so they can manage their finances wisely in the era of digital wallets. In addition, this activity aims to raise students' awareness of the risks of consumptive behavior due to the ease of digital transactions, as well as to form disciplined, critical, and responsible financial attitudes in everyday life. The implementation method is designed with an experience-based learning approach or "Experiential Learning" through 4 stages: observation, interactive literacy, simulation, evaluation, and reflection. The number of participants who took part in this activity was 29 students. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of financial literacy, based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, namely the average financial literacy score from 56.8% to 82.4%, with an increase of 25.6 points or 45.07%. This activity proves that educational interventions carried out through interactive lectures, discussions, budgeting simulations, and reflections on real cases can improve financial literacy while reducing the tendency of students' consumptive behavior, especially in the use of digital wallets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya capaian belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran IPAS di kelas III UPT SPF SDN KIP Bara-Baraya 1 yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Hal ini disebabkan oleh metode pembelajaran yang masih konvensional dan berpusat pada guru, sehingga proses belajar menjadi kurang dinamis dan peserta didik cenderung pasif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran interaktif Wordwall. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui observasi dan evaluasi hasil belajar. Melalui Penelitian yang dilakukan dalam tiga siklus, hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPAS Kelas III. Pada siklus pertama, 41% peserta didik mencapai KKM, di siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 76%, dan pada siklus ketiga mencapai 90%. Penerapan Wordwall terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, membuat mereka lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran.
