Abstract

Indonesia has a significant potential for renewable energy, particularly solar energy, which can be utilized to support national energy resilience, especially in military environments. This study aimed to examine how the potential of solar power plants can be optimized to support energy resilience, identify the challenges of its implementation, and evaluate its role in reducing dependence on fossil fuels. The research methodology involved a literature review from various relevant sources and data analysis to address the research questions. The findings indicate that solar power plants can improve the reliability of energy supply in military infrastructure, support independent operations, and reduce environmental impact by decreasing greenhouse gas emissions. The main challenges in implementing the solar plants include budget issues, planning, security, and technology integration. By addressing these challenges, the utilization of the solar plants in military settings can significantly contribute to national energy resilience and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Ketergantungan Indonesia terhadap batubara masih tinggi, sebagaimana tercermin dalam proyeksi RUPTL 2025–2034. Di tengah komitmen menuju Net Zero Emission 2060, diperlukan strategi transisi energi yang adaptif dan realistis. Penelitian ini mengkaji potensi penerapan teknologi Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) sebagai alternatif strategis untuk menjaga ketahanan energi nasional sekaligus mendukung agenda dekarbonisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi pustaka terhadap dokumen kebijakan, literatur ilmiah, dan data pendukung lainnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa IGCC mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pembangkitan listrik hingga 48% dan mengurangi emisi CO₂ sekitar 10% dibanding PLTU konvensional, serta memungkinkan integrasi dengan teknologi Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS). Meskipun demikian, penerapannya menghadapi tantangan berupa tingginya biaya investasi, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan ketidakpastian arah kebijakan. Analisis SWOT dan kerangka ketahanan energi 4A+1S (Availability, Accessibility, Affordability, Acceptability, dan Sustainability) menunjukkan bahwa IGCC berpotensi menjadi solusi transisi jangka menengah yang layak, khususnya dalam konteks energi berbasis batubara yang masih dominan di Indonesia. Diperlukan dukungan regulasi yang konsisten, insentif fiskal, dan penguatan kapasitas SDM agar teknologi ini dapat diimplementasikan secara nyata. Dengan pendekatan yang terarah, IGCC dapat menjadi jembatan penting dalam transformasi menuju sistem energi nasional yang lebih bersih, efisien, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Konflik di Laut China Selatan terus menjadi isu krusial yang dipicu oleh klaim wilayah yang tumpang tindih dan kekayaan sumber daya alamnya, menjadikannya pusat perhatian geopolitik. Bagi Indonesia, sebagai negara kepulauan terbesar, menjaga keamanan maritim, terutama di perairan Natuna, adalah prioritas utama. Meskipun telah meningkatkan upaya militer, tantangan seperti penangkapan ikan ilegal, pelanggaran wilayah, dan keterbatasan sumber daya angkatan laut tetap ada. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi potensi teknologi Autonomous Vehicles (AV)—termasuk Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV), Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), dan Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles (UCAV)—sebagai solusi transformatif untuk meningkatkan keamanan maritim. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana AV dapat mengoptimalkan pengawasan perbatasan, memastikan pemantauan yang berkelanjutan, dan mengurangi risiko operasional bagi personel. Artikel ini juga membahas pentingnya kolaborasi internasional dan alih teknologi untuk mengembangkan kapabilitas AV bagi pertahanan maritim Indonesia. Dengan memadukan teknologi canggih dan diplomasi strategis, Indonesia dapat memperkuat kedaulatannya sekaligus berkontribusi pada stabilitas kawasan di Laut China Selatan.

Abstract

For this reason, it is necessary to make efforts made by the government to boost the country's economy. One of them is empowering MSMEs in society. MSMEs are micro, small and medium enterprises that can be used to reduce unemployment, improve the economy in society and overcome poverty. The method used in writing this articles relates to the dialectic of descriptive-qualitative research through library research. The result of this article shows that MSMEs are a good way to improve social welfare and assist in gaining a good national security. Due to a prosperous society, the country's economy will be safe and grows fast, making the country developed country in all aspects. Keywords: Welfare, MSMEs and National Resilience.

Abstract

AbstrakLandasan pacu atau Runway merupakan infrastruktur inti dalam suatu Aerodrome yang berfungsi sebagai tempat tinggal landas (Takeoff) dan mendarat (Landing) suatu pesawat, oleh karena itu Landasan harus dalam keadaan prima sepanjang waktu, akibat dari aktivitas Takeoff dan Landing maka akan timbul tumpukan sisa karet ban dari Landing gear pesawat yang mana tumpukan ini disebut dengan Rubber Deposite, bila terdapat tumpukan yang tebal maka pada saat proses Landing pesawat akan mengalami slip yang dikarenakan kurangnya gaya gesek antara ban pesawat dengan permukaan landasan yang dapat mengakibatkan pesawat Overrun. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui sejauh apa penanganan penumpukan Rubber deposite di landasan pacu Bandar Udara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, wawancara, dan kajian pustaka. Data yang diperoleh kemudian akan diolah dengan Data reduction, Data display, dan Conclusion drawing untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan dan membuang data yang tidak diperlukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terkait dengan penumpukan Rubber Deposite di landasan yang terjadi di Bandar Udara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma sudah dilakukan penanggulangan-penanggulangan yang sesuai dengan apa yang sudah diatur Dirjen Perhubungan udara yang tertulis dalam SKEP/77/VI/2005, yakni berdasarkan frekuensi penerbangan dalam suatu Aerodrome dalam hal ini Bandar Udara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma sebanyak 154 pergerakan setiap hari dan di dalam aturan SKEP/77/VI/2005, angka 154 memiliki jadwal pembersihan Rubber deposite selama 3 bulan sekali dan hasil ini sesuai dengan apa yang terjadi di lapangan dengan dibuktikan hasil wawancara dengan teknik Landasan Bandar Udara internasional Halim Perdanakusuma. sehingga hal tersebut menjamin keamanan penerbangan yang berlangsung di lokasi peneliti melakukan penelitianKata Kunci: Runway, Rubber Deposite, Undang-Undang AbstractRunway or Runway is the core infrastructure in an Aerodrome that functions as a place to take off (Takeoff) and land (Landing) an aircraft, therefore the runway must be in prime condition all the time, as a result of Takeoff and Landing activities there will be a pile of residual rubber tires from the landing gear of the aircraft which this pile is called the Rubber Deposite,  if there is a thick pile, during the landing process the aircraft will experience a slip due to the lack of friction force between the tires of the aircraft and the runway surface which can cause the aircraft to overrun. This study is intended to find out the extent of handling the accumulation of Rubber deposits on the runway of Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport. This research uses qualitative methods using data collection techniques, interviews, and literature reviews. The data obtained will then be processed with Data reduction, Data display, and Conclusion drawing to obtain the data needed and discard data that is not needed in this study. The results of this study show that related to the accumulation of Rubber Deposits on the runway that occurred at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport, countermeasures have been carried out in accordance with what has been regulated by the Director General of Civil Aviation written in SKEP/77/VI/2005, , namely based on the frequency of flights in an Aerodrome in this case Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport as many as 154 movements every day and in the skep/77/VI/2005 rules, the number 154 has a rubber deposit cleaning schedule for 3 months and this result is in accordance with what happens in the field with evidenced by the results of interviews with the engineering of halim Perdanakusuma International Airport. so that this ensures the safety of flights that take place at the location where the researcher conducts the research.Keywords: Runway, Rubber Deposit, Act

Abstract

AbstrakAwal Dekade ini merupakan tonggak awal transisi dari masa industri 4.0 menjadi Society 5.0. Perubahan era ini menyebabkan seluruh lapisan masyarakat harus dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan teknologi. Dalam Society 5.0 dimana komponen utamanya adalah manusia yang mampu menciptakan nilai baru melalui perkembangan teknologi dapat meminimalisir adanya kesenjangan pada manusia dan masalah ekonomi dikemudian hari. akan tetapi dengan berkembangnya teknologi menyebabkan dampak pada Perkembangan konflik dan peperangan yang saat ini telah masuk ke babak baru. Ancaman yang dapat timbul beragam, tidak terlihat secara real dan tidak menentu. Ancaman tersebut adalah ancaman siber yang berpotensi menyebabkan kerugian besar bagi suatu negara. Salah satu dampak besar yang dapat terjadi di masa depan adalah serangan siber terhadap objek vital nasional atau infrastruktur kritis negara seperti pembangkit listrik. Pembangkit listrik energi terbarukan memanfaatkan teknologi tinggi yang terhubung ke jaringan distribusi besar yang menyebabkan jika tidak memperkuat pengamanan jaringan maka dapat menimbulkan black out listrik hingga pemadaman secara keseluruhan yang disebabkan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab/non-state actors. Oleh sebab itu semua negara harus dapat mempersiapkan pembinaan, membentuk satuan baru dan memperkuat masing-masing pertahanan negara mereka.Kata Kunci: Keamanan Siber, Ancaman Siber, Sektor Energi Terbarukan, Peperangan Asimetris AbstractThe beginning of this decade was the initial milestone of the transition from the industrial period 4.0 to Society 5.0. The changes in this era have caused all walks of life to be able to adjust to technological developments. In Society 5.0 where the main component is humans who are able to create new value through technological developments, it can minimize gaps in humans and economic problems in the future. however, with the development of technology, it has an impact on the development of conflicts and wars that have now entered a new chapter. The threats that can arise are diverse, invisible in real terms and erratic. Such threats are cyber threats that have the potential to cause huge losses to a country. One of the major impacts that could occur in the future is cyberattacks against national vital objects or critical infrastructure of the country such as power plants. Renewable energy power plants utilize high technology connected to large distribution networks which causes if it does not strengthen network security, it can cause power blackouts to overall outages caused by irresponsible parties / non-state actors. For this reason, it is necessary to identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities that can be exploited by the state or the external sector to achieve goals. The research method used is a qualitative method, while for threat analysis used is the Means, Ways, and method, namely, how to understand, disseminate and formulate existing threat strategies. This method consists of three parts that are interconnected with each other. The research results show. Global and regional environmental developments are marked by the emergence of several new problems that will have a significant impact on human development in the future. During long- standing problems and conflicts, international cooperation is the only option that offers hope for international peace and stability. The role of large countries and their dominant influence remains the main feature of global and regional environmental strategy. Opportunities for developing countries to increase their economic competitiveness and bargaining power are limited due to the increasing economic, political, defense and security power of several countries in various regions. In this context, new breakthroughs in prioritizing the environment, increasing national damage, and implementing sustainable development are urgently needed. The proliferation of nuclear weapons and nuclear nuclear development programs by several countries, such as North Korea and Iran, poses a threat to global security and the potential use of nuclear weapons in a war between Russia and Ukraine. Strengthening global and regional political and security policies in the future when many countries will emerge with economic and military strength. The arms race is intensifying, of strategic importance to countries around the world.                                                      Indonesia needs to have close relations with several    countries such as Australia, Russia, China, and the United States. Efforts to build mutually beneficial relationships need to be prioritized to realize Indonesia's strategic interests in the medium and long term. On the other hand, Indonesia has and will face several vulnerabilities and even threats. Problems related to energy supply, population, environment, economy, separatism, and many transnational security issues need to be addressed immediately with sustainable action. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to adjust strategies, improve the ideological, political, economic, socio-cultural and security conditions for preserving Indonesia, as well as maintaining the integrity of the state and the sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia. continue to increase national capacity. Abstract

Infrastruktur informasi vital merupakan salah satu sasaran utama serangan siber pada situasi konflik, sebagaimana terlihat pada konflik Rusia-Ukraina yang telah memberi bukti empiris mengenai pentingnya pelindungan infrastruktur informasi vital dari berbagai jenis ancaman siber, baik saat perang konvensional maupun ketika masih pada tahap konflik yang berada di bawah ambang batas perang konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembelajaran penting yang diperoleh dari konflik tersebut bagi pengembangan kebijakan pelindungan infrastruktur informasi vital terhadap ancaman siber. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif terhadap beberapa literatur penelitian terdahulu yang relevan, hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa konflik tersebut memberi pelajaran penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan pelindungan infrastruktur informasi vital terhadap ancaman siber, yaitu keniscayaan penguatan redundansi dan ketahanan dalam desain infrastruktur informasi vital, peningkatan kesiapsiagaan dan kemampuan respons dalam menghadapi ancaman siber, pembangunan kemandirian kemampuan siber nasional, serta pengembangan kerja sama lintas pemangku kepentingan di bidang siber. Aspek-aspek pembelajaran tersebut merupakan keniscayaan bagi pengembangan kebijakan yang efektif dalam melindungi infrastruktur informasi vital terhadap ancaman siber, terutama pada situasi konflik.

Abstract

Energy self-sufficiency (energy autarky) is an important issue in the development of sustainable energy systems, especially in rural areas that still depend on external energy networks. One renewable energy source that has not been optimally utilized is irrigation flow, which has a stable discharge throughout the year and can be converted into electrical energy through micro-hydro power plant (MHP) technology. This study was conducted to analyze the micro-hydro energy potential of irrigation channels in Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung Regency, as an effort to support local energy autarky. The research methods included direct flow rate measurements using the float method and area-velocity calculations, as well as manual head measurements. The measurement results showed a representative flow rate of 0.90-0.91 m³/s and an effective head of 0.80 m, resulting in a hydraulic power potential of 7.14 kW and an effective output power of approximately 4.28 kW. Based on the low-head characteristics, the most suitable turbine is the Archimedes Screw, with a recommended generator capacity of 6-7 kVA. Load requirement analysis shows that the micro-hydro power plant is capable of supplying approximately 3.16 kW for public street lighting, residents' homes, and mosque facilities. This study aims to provide a technical basis for the utilization of irrigation channels as an alternative energy source that supports increased energy access and local energy autarky in rural areas.
