Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the extent to which economic literacy, self-control and fomo influence the impulsive buying of the millennial generation. This study uses the quantitative survey type method with an explanatory design. After making observations at the research location in Sawati Village, there was a problem of a difference between knowledge and actions of millennials who consider impulsive buying trivial. The research location that I choose has never been even rarely investigated by previous studies and this phenomenon does not occur in all regions. The data collection method is using a questionnaire and the analytical tool used is SPSS version 23, then before the questionnaire is distributed, the instrument will be tested for validity and reliability. The populations are millennials who live in Sawati Village with an age range 21 to 40 years old with a total sample of 125 respondents. Data analysis techniques using the classical assumption test (normality test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and F test), and the coefficient of determination (R square). The findings of this study partially namely economic literacy has no effect on impulsive buying, self-control and fomo have an effect on impulsive buying, then simultaneously economic literacy, self-control and fomo has a significant effect on impulsive buying and in accordance with the grand theory of Kotler 2016. The practical implications of this study are that they can help develop understanding of the phenomenon under study. Both for practitioners, decision makers, and related parties. Provide guidance and recommendations to practitioners in developing policy strategies or best practices in relevant fields, in this case consumer behavior.

Abstract

The main problem related to this research is the low learning outcomes of students in economics subjects. This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes before and after treatment as well as differences in increased student learning outcomes in the experimental class with the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model assisted by Word Wall media and the control class with the conventional model after treatment. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method. Data analysis techniques used the SPSS 25.00 program, namely paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test with a significant level of 5% or 0.05. Based on the research results, the sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 so that it can be concluded that there are differences in the increase in learning outcomes of students in the experimental class using the cooperative model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type assisted by Word Wall media after being given treatment with the control class using conventional learning models after completing learning.

Abstract

Learning outcomes reflect the extent to which students understand the material taught and how well they can apply that knowledge in practical situations. This research focuses on the low student learning outcomes in Economics lessons at the high school level. This research aims to determine the increase in student learning results by applying the Cooperative Learning type learning model Make a Match. The research method is a quasi-experimental quantitative approach. The population was 205 SMAN 7 Tasikmalaya class XI science students who study economics. The sampling technique used purposive sampling to obtain 68 students in two classes. The class is divided into two, namely experiments with learning models: Cooperative Learning Make a Match type and control class using models conventional with the lecture method. Technique data collection with 30 multiple-choice test questions. The research results showed statistically significant differences in the increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class using the Make a Match type Cooperative Learning model and the control class using the conventional model after being given treatment. Thus, the application of the Cooperative Learning model with material designed to be more interactive as an alternative to conventional models can be used to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini mengenai kesiapan menjadi seorang guru yang seharusnya sudah dipupuk dan dibentuk sejak di perguruan tinggi yang nantinya untuk menempuh karir tenaga pendidik, dengan bakat dan minat dalam memilih jurusan kependidikan yang akan mempersiapkan mereka untuk bekerja sesuai dengan program studi yang mereka tekuni selama kuliah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh keterampilan mengajar dan self efficacy terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru melalui minat sebagai variabel intervening. Survei pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Siliwangi 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Diterapkan dan ditunjang dengan desain survei menggunakan pendekatan survei eksplanatory. Populasi Mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan 2019 berjumlah 821 orang. Dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin maka didapatkan sampel sejumlah 266 Responden dan menggunakan teknik probability sampling yakni simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan teknis analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian bahwa keterampilan mengajar dan self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan menjadi guru secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui minat.

Abstract

This study addresses students' limited interest in technopreneurship and examines the impact of Digital Literacy and Conformity on Technopreneurship Interest. Using a quantitative survey approach with an explanatory design, the research involves 104 Economics Education students from Universitas Siliwangi (2019 cohort). Employing saturated sampling, data collection utilizes questionnaires and analysis includes multiple linear regression with t-test and F-test. Findings reveal high levels of Technopreneurship Interest (7.996), Digital Literacy (7.681), and Conformity (5.543). Digital Literacy significantly positively influences Technopreneurship Interest (p < 0.05), as does Conformity (p < 0.05). Simultaneously, Digital Literacy and Conformity collectively impact students' Technopreneurship Interest significantly (p < 0.05, coefficient of determination 60.9%). These outcomes emphasize the influential role of Digital Literacy and Conformity in shaping students' interest in technopreneurship.

Abstract

The research aims to assess the impact of Entrepreneurial Mindset on Interest in Entrepreneurship and the subsequent implications for Entrepreneurial Decisions. The research methodology employs a survey approach with a descriptive design. The targeted population comprises students from Siliwangi University FKIP, who belong to the 2019-2022 batch, totaling 6,700 individuals. Non-probability sampling, specifically the purposive sampling technique, was used to select a sample size of 376 participants based on the researcher's considerations. Questionnaires were utilized for data collection, and path analysis was employed as the statistical method, encompassing both direct and indirect hypotheses. The study's findings reveal the following: 1) Direct hypothesis calculations indicate that Entrepreneurial Mindset significantly influences Entrepreneurial Decisions, as well as Entrepreneurial Mindset's impact on interest in entrepreneurship and interest in entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial decisions. 2) Indirect hypothesis calculations demonstrate that Entrepreneurial Mindset indirectly influences entrepreneurial decisions through its effect on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Need for Achievement, Locus of Control and Self Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Interest. This research uses a survey research method with a quantitative approach. The population of students at SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya is 2,649 people. The sampling technique used was the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. So the total sample taken was 348 people according to the researchers' considerations. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires, statistical tests used multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to overcome the low level of critical thinking skills among students in the class 11th Social Science at SMAN 10 Tasikmalaya, specifically in Economics. The study used the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model assisted by Wordwall media as an X variable. The research design is quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group. The T-test analysis findings show the following: (1) There is an improvement in critical thinking abilities in the experimental group, with a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05. (2) There is also an improvement in critical thinking skills in the control group, with a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05. (3) With a sig value (2-tailed) of 0,199 > 0,05, there is no difference in critical thinking skills improvement between the experimental and control groups. As a result, it can be stated that employing the Think Talk Write (TTW) model assisted by Wordwall media has a considerable influence on strengthening students’ critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang terjadi di SMAN 1 Ciamis yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model make a match berbantuan media monopoli dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, perbedaan hasil belajar sesuai gender, dan interaksi model pembelajaran terhadap gender pada mata pelajaran ekonomi materi kerjasama ekonomi internasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan jenis eksperimen semu, dengan desain menggunakan desain faktorial 2x2, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes berbentuk pilihan ganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS di SMAN 1 Ciamis pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 117 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu kelas XI IPS 2 yang berjumlah 35 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPS 1 yang berjumlah 35 orang sebagai kelas kontrol dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji anova dua jalur dengan α 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Dan terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan gender.

Abstract

Abstract: The focus of this study is to examine the influence of the use of learning resources and learning discipline on learning outcomes. The method used in research is a quantitative method with data collection through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study was 177 students of class XII IPS SMAN 1 Cihaurbeuti. The sample was a saturated sample, with the entire population used as a research sample. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (r2), and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). Based on the study's results, it is known that the value of the coefficient of determination (R square) in this study is 0.573, or 57.3%. The results showed that: 1) The use of learning resources had a positive and significant effect on students' learning outcomes in economics subjects. 2) Learning discipline has a positive and significant effect on students' learning outcomes in economics subjects. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between the use of learning resources and learning discipline on students' learning outcomes in economics subjects.Keywords: learning discipline, learning outcome, utilization of learning resourcesAbstrak: Fokus dalam Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemanfaatan sumber belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui penyeb-aran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas XII IPS SMAN 1 Cihaurbeuti sebanyak 177 orang, sampel yang digunakan berupa sampel jenuh dengan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik Analsis data menggua-nakan  analisis regresi linear berganda serta koefisien determinasi r2 dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil perhitungan statistik dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dari persamaan regresi diketahui bahwa pemanfaatan sumber belajar dan disiplin belajar memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) pada penelitian ini yaitu 0,573 atau 57,3%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa :1) Pemanfaatan sumber bela-jar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. 2) Disiplin belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan bersama – sama antara pemanfaatan sumber belajar dan disiplin bela-jar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi.Kata kunci: disiplin belajar, hasil Belajar, pemanfaatan sumber belajar
