Abstract

Kegiatan  pengabdian  masyarakat  ini  lahir  dari  kebutuhan  untuk  meningkatkan  kepedulian  sosial terhadap anak yatim melalui kolaborasi trisektor antara mahasiswa, kampus, dan perusahaan. Tujuan utama kegiatan adalah menciptakan sinergi yang efektif demi memberikan manfaat optimal bagi anak yatim. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan kolaboratif dengan partisipasi aktif masing-masing sektor  melalui  perencanaan  bersama,  pelaksanaan,  dan  evaluasi  kegiatan  sosial.  Hasil  kegiatan menunjukkan  adanya  peningkatan  kesejahteraan  anak  yatim  yang  signifikan  serta  penguatan hubungan  antar  sektor  dalam  pengabdian  masyarakat.  Kesimpulannya,  kolaborasi  trisektor  ini merupakan model yang efektif dalam memberdayakan komunitas serta mengoptimalkan sumber daya di bidang sosial. Model ini layak dikembangkan lebih luas sebagai inovasi pengabdian masyarakat yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This international community service, organized by the Doctoral Students of the Management Science Doctoral Program, Class of 2023, at UNIKOM, aimed to enhance the marketing and managerial capabilities of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) affiliated with the Bumi Cianjur Cooperative in West Java. Conducted on February 16–17, 2025, the event was attended by 10 MSMEs operating in various sectors, including services, consumer goods, marketing, production, and savings and loans. The activities included an MSME product exhibition, digital marketing training, financial management workshops, and business consultations. Distinguished speakers from both Indonesia and abroad contributed to the program. The results showed improvements in the participants’ understanding of digital marketing strategies and financial planning, contributing to increased business sustainability and competitiveness. This initiative demonstrates the value of academic-community collaboration and the role of higher education in empowering local enterprises through international engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitaspelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitaspelanggan, dengan strategi pemasaran sebagai variabelmediasi pada NS Salon. Latar belakang studi ini berangkatdari pentingnya mempertahankan pelanggan dalam industrijasa, khususnya salon kecantikan, melalui pelayananberkualitas dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei.Data dikumpulkan dari 60 responden pelanggan NS Salonmelalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakanmetode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis PartialLeast Squares (PLS).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dankepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Selain itu, strategi pemasaranterbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antarakualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadaployalitas. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatankualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan tidak cukup tanpa didukungoleh strategi pemasaran yang efektif.Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah bahwa untuk membangunloyalitas pelanggan yang berkelanjutan, NS Salon perlu terusmemperhatikan kualitas pelayanan, menjaga kepuasanpelanggan, serta mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yanginovatif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Hasilpenelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan praktis bagipengelola salon dalam merancang kebijakan pelayanan danpemasaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategipromosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat belikonsumen pada Hypermart Mall Metropolis Tangerang.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif denganpendekatan survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30responden yang merupakan konsumen Hypermart. Teknikanalisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier bergandauntuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadapvariabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwastrategi promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapminat beli konsumen. Begitu pula kualitas pelayananberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belikonsumen. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatanstrategi promosi yang tepat dan pelayanan yang berkualitasdapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen di Hypermart.Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagimanajemen Hypermart dalam merumuskan strategipemasaran yang lebih efektif untuk menarik danmempertahankan konsumen.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruhvariabel Keputusan Pembelian terhadap Citra Merek,Keputusan Pembelian terhadap Kualitas Produk, KeputusanPembelian terhadap Persepsi Harga pada PT. Helon InternusaFlamindo Kota Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalahmetode penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei danbersifat statistik, metode pengukuran yang digunakan adalahskala likert, dengan teknik non-probability sampling (sampelsensus, yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, sebanyak 41perusahaan). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakankuesioner. Hipotesis yang diajukan diuji secara statistikdengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.3. Dari hasilpenelitian diperoleh bahwa Variabel Citra Merekberpengaruh positif dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,467atau 46,7% dan signifikan dengan P-Value sebesar 0,002lebih kecil dari 0,05. Variabel Kualitas Produk berpengaruhpositif dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 1,253 atau 125,3%dan signifikan karena Nilai-P sebesar 0,001 di atas 0,05.Variabel persepsi harga berpengaruh negatif dengan nilaikoefisien jalur sebesar -0,910 atau -91% dan signifikandengan Nilai-P sebesar 0,016 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diikuti 80 dosen dan 80 mahasiswa mulai Maret 2022 sampai Desember 2022. Kampung tematik rata-rata yang aktif dan berperan hanya para penggiat kampung tematik sedangkan untuk masyarakat lain masih kurang berperan banyak karena masih rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pengembangan kampung tematik. Banyak produk kearifan lokal kampung tematik yang belum dilakukan pachaging dengan baik dan pemasaran juga belum dilakukan secara maksimal dengan digital marketing. Produk unggulan yang dihasilkan kampung tematik belum dibuat katalog, didaftarkan merek dan hak ciptanya. Beberapa permasalahan tersebut menjadi dasar dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM). Dosen dan mahasiswa terjun langsung ke lokasi melakukan pemetaan potensi dan permasalahan serta mencari solusi terbaik dari permasalahan yang ada. Kegiatan PKM dapat berupa sosilasasi, pendampingan, workshop, fasilitasi, pelatihan dan pembinaan. Capaian dari kegiatan PKM ini minimal peningkatan pengetahuan, motivasi, pelayanan yang lebih baik, pemasaran produk yang lebih baik, pendapatan masyarakat meningkat dan pada akhirnya tercipta wirausaha mandiri

Abstract

In the current digital era, the role of digital literacy and digital communication is becoming increasingly important for various sectors, including higher education. Higher education institutions need to adapt to developments in information and communication technology (ICT) to improve their performance and competitiveness. One way to improve higher education performance is by implementing effective marketing strategies. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of digital literacy and digital communication in marketing strategies on the performance of Private Universities (PTS) in Tangerang City. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data was collected through surveys using questionnaires and literature studies. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using a regression test using the SPSS program. The research results show that digital literacy and digital communication in marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on the performance of private universities in Tangerang City. Increasing digital literacy and digital communication can help / PTS develop more effective marketing strategies, so that it can improve PTS performance.

Abstract

Analyzing the Antecedents and Consequences of Teacher Job Satisfaction in the Digital 4.0 Era. Objectives: This research analyzes the antecedents and consequences of teacher job satisfaction in the digital 4.0 era. Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach with a theoretical model assessed by PLS-SEM analysis. The sampling technique was oriented to purposive sampling, so the samples obtained were 125 teachers. Findings: The results of this research suggest that principal supervision has no significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, while compensation significantly affects teacher job satisfaction. The results of this research also confirm that teacher job satisfaction significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior and teacher performance. Conclusion: This study concludes that the principal supervision program must be realized in implementing clinical and non-clinical supervision programs. Giving fair compensation will give teachers their motivation to work optimally. Abstract

Management in writing research reports is a crucial activity for a researcher who wants to publish his research results. The research method is a method used to get results and discussion of research. In this study, the research method was used to explain the characteristics of quantitative, combination and qualitative methods with as many as 12 (twelve) points, and literature studies on the definition of 4 (four). The core of this study discusses management of the philosophical foundation of combination research, the characteristics of quantitative, qualitative and combination methods. Then discussed also the definition of combination methods, the nature of the combination method, variations of combination methods, combination research methods models: combination model or sequential explanatory design, combination model or sequential exploratory design, combination model or concurrent triangulation design and model combination method or concurrent embedded design. By doing this research, it is hoped that it can add insight to the authors of research reports regarding the management of combination research methods.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of university green entrepreneurship on green entrepreneurial intentions through green entrepreneurial knowledge. The sample consisted of management students at universities in Tangerang City, using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 67 respondents. The data analysis technique used structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) version 4. The results of this study found that university green entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on green entrepreneurial knowledge, green entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on green entrepreneurial intentions, university green entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on green entrepreneurial intentions, and green entrepreneurial knowledge can mediate the effect of university green entrepreneurship on green entrepreneurial intentions. These findings provide novelty because they demonstrate that the green entrepreneurial environment at universities not only directly influences green entrepreneurial intentions but also indirectly through increased green entrepreneurial knowledge. Thus, this study broadens the understanding that the role of universities is not only as a facilitator of academic knowledge but also as a catalyst in creating a generation of green entrepreneurs with awareness, competence, and a sustainability orientation.
