Abstract

The principal's leadership is one of the important components that determines the growth and sustainability of educational institutions. School principals have a great opportunity to develop leadership values ​​in the modern era. To develop education, high-quality and continuously developing leaders are needed. In addition, school principals must motivate teachers because they have to make a major contribution in the educational environment. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a correlational type. This research used a total sampling technique, with a total sample of thirty teachers and academic staff. This research instrument consists of thirty questionnaires, or questionnaires, for each variable. The research results show that the correlation coefficient between the principal's transformational leadership variable (X) and teachers' work motivation (Y) is 0.623, thus the relationship between the two is quite strong.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of work climate on teacher morale at MAN 1 Medan. Work climate is an important factor in creating a work atmosphere that supports the performance and motivation of educators. Teachers' morale, as an indicator of the success of the education process, is influenced by various aspects, including interpersonal relationships, leadership of the madrasah head, and work environment conditions. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 teachers at MAN 1 Medan. Work climate variables were measured through dimensions such as leadership, openness of communication, and peer support. Meanwhile, morale was measured through indicators of productivity, motivation, and commitment to duty. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression technique to determine the relationship and influence between the two variables. The results showed that work climate has a significant influence on teachers' morale at MAN 1 Medan. This finding indicates that a positive work climate, characterised by open communication, adequate support, and inspirational leadership, can significantly improve teachers' morale. Conversely, a less conducive work climate negatively impacts teachers' motivation and performance. This study concludes that effective work climate management is an important strategy in improving teachers' morale. The madrasah is advised to pay attention to the aspects that make up the work climate, such as rewarding performance, creating a harmonious working atmosphere, and ensuring good communication between the madrasah head and teachers. Thus, the quality of education at MAN 1 Medan can continue to be improved through strengthening the morale of the teaching staff.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of technology in supporting the learning process of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) at SMP Muhammadiyah 56 Binjai Timur. The research focuses on the definition of technology, its utilization in IRE teaching, the forms of technology used by IRE teachers, as well as the positive impacts and challenges encountered in the process. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that technology plays a significant role in enhancing the effectiveness and engagement of IRE learning. IRE teachers utilize various technologies such as projectors, online learning applications, and audio-visual media to facilitate the teaching and learning process. Although technology offers benefits such as increased student motivation and interactivity, challenges include limited infrastructure, teachers' lack of technological proficiency, and technical disruptions during class. Therefore, continuous training and adequate support are needed to optimize the role of technology in religious education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan praktik manasik haji sebagai strategi pembelajaran kontekstual dalam mata pelajaran fikih di Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah Al Mahabbah. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada perlunya pendekatan pembelajaran yang mampu menghubungkan konsep-konsep fikih dengan pengalaman nyata siswa agar pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru fikih, dan siswa kelas enam sebagai responden utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik manasik haji dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan terstruktur, dimulai dari perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan yang menyerupai rangkaian ibadah haji sesungguhnya. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap rukun dan wajib haji, memperkuat motivasi belajar, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai religius dan sosial. Pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman ini memberikan dampak positif dalam proses internalisasi nilai-nilai keagamaan melalui pendekatan yang aktif dan partisipatif. Dengan demikian, praktik manasik haji terbukti menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran fikih secara kontekstual, relevan dengan kehidupan siswa, dan mendukung tujuan pendidikan Islam di tingkat dasar.

Abstract

The visible character of students has not been applied well in the school environment, the characteristics of students are very important to form a good personality. The purpose of this study was to determine the importance of the role of teachers in developing the character of students in elementary schools through child-friendly education. This research method uses a descriptive and qualitative approach, namely to describe, elaborate, and describe the efforts of teachers in developing the characteristics of students with data collection techniques, observation, and interviews. The results of the study indicate that teachers are good at understanding the characters that must be applied to students, the role of teachers is very important in developing the character of students through learning activities, habits, school culture, extracurricular activities and the school's vision and mission.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court is a state institution that emerged from the amendments to the 1945 Constitution, as part of the efforts to strengthen the principles of the rule of law and constitutional democracy in Indonesia. This institution plays a crucial role in upholding legal regulations, ensuring proper checks, and balancing the power between institutions and the state. This research aims to examine the position, authority, and contributions of the Constitutional Court within Indonesia's governance system. A normative approach is generally used, along with analyses of laws, Constitutional Court decisions, and various related legal literature. The results of the study show that the Constitutional Court not only acts as the gatekeeper of the structure, but also as the sole translator of the structure, which has an important influence on the dynamics of relations between state institutions and the development of constitutional law in Indonesia. The Constitutional Court participates in the protection of citizens' rights, the improvement of the electoral system, and the upholding of the principles of democracy and real justice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mendapatkan bukti empiris antara pengaruh rasio profatibilitas dan tingkat penjualan terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan Bank BTPN Syariah TBK pada tahun 2017-2021. Rasio profitabilitas merupakan rasio untuk menilai kemampuan perusahaan dalam mencari keuntungan. Rasio ini juga memberikan ukuran tingkat efektivitas manajemen suatu perusahaan. Pertumbuhan laba merupakan suatu rasio yang menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan laba bersih dibanding tahun sebelumnya Penelitian ini menurut analisis datanya termasuk pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan menggunakan data berupa angka-angka. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukan perhitungan regresi bahwa rasio profitabilitas dan tingkat penjualan terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada PT. BTPN Syariah Tbk.. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel X1 yaitu Rasio Profitabilitas dan variabel X2 Tingkat Penjualan secara bersama sama (simultan) terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh uji hipotesis (uji F)
