Abstract

Professional teachers according to the ontology review are teachers who are required to have academic qualifications, competencies, educator certificates, physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to realize national education goals. As for the epistemological review, to realize a professional teacher there are four stages that must be taken, namely: 1). Provision of university-based teachers, 2). Induction for novice teachers based on school, 3). Professionalization of teachers based on institutional initiatives, and 4). Teacher professionalization on an individual basis or becoming a civil teacher. While axiologically, professional teachers function to elevate dignity, act as learning agents to improve the quality of national education, aim to implement the national education system and realize national education goals. For this dedication, teachers as professional workers are entitled to receive, such as salary or income, respect, appreciation, protection, social welfare and so on. The purpose of this research is to find out in depth the professionalism of teachers by using a theoretical approach to the philosophy of science, namely in terms of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. This research is library research, namely the data needed to complete the research obtained from the library in the form of books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines and so on..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the Islamic company's HR development model (soul marketing) based on Islamic religious education for marketers at PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Jakarta. Research using qualitative research methods is motivated by the spiritual strength of marketing at PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Jakarta which attracts the attention of the author to examine why marketers can survive even though their income is not like marketers' income in conventional insurance. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of soul marketing-based Islamic religious education at PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Jakarta is to make marketers sincere and not market fraudulently as taught by the Prophet in doing business, as well as building mental awareness in daily life in Takaful, among others Every morning, perform dhuha prayers while adhering to the Covid-19 protocol, then proceed with the tadarrus of the al-Qur'an surah Al-Waqi'ah, Al-Mulk and Ar-Rahman. Soul marketing, is a formula that focuses on individuals who carry out marketing strategies with honesty, sincerity, professionalism, friendship and generosity. Honesty generates trust, sincerity and high dedication, sincerity generates calm at work, professionals give birth to maximum efforts that satisfy consumers, friendship forms networks and unlimited moral and material benefits. Based on a generous attitude and the sustainable workings of all these elements will form an ideal mindset and practice. Although soul marketing is not a practical solution that can go through without a process. After marketing soul becomes the basis of the mindset of a marketer, it will form the basis of the company's movement and become the core of the implementation of the marketing strategy that will be carried out. If it has been implemented on an ongoing basis, the concept of soul marketing can become a marketing morality for marketers. And this is the essence of Islamic religious education itself.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi perkembangan teknologi berkembang sangat pesat, khususnya teknologi komputer dengan data terpusat dalam pengarsipan dokumen namun tidak semua kantor mempunyai sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap. Pada saat ini prosedur yang ditetapkan pada manajemen kearsipan. Pada bagian tata usaha mulai dari penerimaan, pembuatan, penyimpanan dan pendokumentasian semua dilakukan dalam bentuk tulisan di dalam buku besar. Sedangkan pada tahap pengarsipan dilakukan berupa penyimpanan dokumen hardcopy yang kemudian dikumpulkan pada map besar. Dengan adanya masalah seperti dokumen rusak, dokumen hilang dan sulitnya mencari dukumen kembali, bagian umum tata usaha BBWS Cimanuk Cisanggarung dirasa perlu untuk mengubah metode manajemen pengarsipan dokumen agar dokumen tersebut aman. Dengan permasalahan tersebut diatas maka penulis membuat sebuah perancangan sistem informasi kearsipan berbasis web agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja para karyawan dalam proses input data dan proses pencarian data akan lebih cepat dan lebih baik lagi. Tujuan peneliti ini untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi kearsipan berbasis web agar dapat menyimpan dokumen-dokumen sehingga memudahkan bagi karyawan dalam mencari informasi lebih cepat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang dimana memiliki keunggulan dari beberapa runtutan tahapan yaitu : requirement, design sistem, coding & testing penerapan program dan pemeliharaan. Dengan penerapan sebuah sistem informasi manajemen kearsipan berbasis web di harapkan dapat membantu bekerja lebih cepat untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan maksimal kepada masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kehidupan komunitas sastra yang banyak bermunculan di Yogyakarta. Komunitas-komunitas sastra ini menjadikan Yogyakarta sebagai daerah yang ideal bagi lahan penelitian komunitas sastra. Dari komunitas sastra yang ada di Yogyakarta, dipilih tiga (3) komunitas sebagai sampel penelitian, yaitu komunitas Sastra Bulan Purnama (SBP), Diskusi Sastra PKKH (DSP), dan Studio Pertunjukan Sastra (SPS). Ketiga komunitas ini dipilih karena memiliki intensitas dan kontinuitas yang tinggi dalam penyelenggaraan acara sastra. Selain itu, acara-acara yang diselenggarakan oleh ketiga komunitas tersebut juga mengundang massa dari beragam kalangan masyarakat. Adapun yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi dan legitimasi komunitas sastra yang ada di Yogyakarta. Untuk menguraikan persoalan-persoalan yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini, maka akan digunakan teori sosiologi sastra dari Pierre Bourdieu, terutama berkaitan dengan strategi dan legitimasi dalam peraihan modal simbolis di antara komunitas sastra. Ketiga komunitas yang diteliti memiliki strategi yang berbeda dalam menempatkan posisinya di dunia sastra. SBP mefokuskan acara pada selebrasi karya, SPS memadukan antara pertunjukan sastra dan bincang-bincang dengan titik berat pada pertunjukan, dan DSP memadukan pertunjukan dengan diskusi sastra dengan titik berat pada diskusi. Ketiga strategi komunitas ini mengakibatkan kadar legitimasi yang dimilikinya berbeda-beda. DSP memiliki kadar legitimitas yang tinggi dibandingkan dua komunitas lainnya. Meskipun SPS dan SBP memiliki kadar legitimasi yang kecil, dua komunitas ini menawarkan keuntungan lain bagi orang yang hendak berkunjung ke komunitas mereka. SPS menawarkan intimasi yang cukup luas terhadap para sastrawan sementara SBP menawarkan selebrasi karya bagi mereka yang hendak masuk ke dalam dunia sastra atau ingin meneguhkan dirinya sebagai sastrawan.This research aims to analyze the literature communities that exist in Yogyakarta. The rising number of communities makes Yogyakarta an ideal source for research in literature communities. Among the communities found in Yogyakarta, there are chosen as the samples. There are Komunitas Sastra Bulan Purnama (SBP), Diskusi Sastra PKKH (DSP), and Studio Pertunjukan Sastra (SPS). They are chosen since they have entity and community in realizing their program. Besides, the community invite people from various backgrounds when they hold their programs. The focus of this research is the strategies and legitimacy of the communities. To answer the research question, Pierre Bourdieu's theory of sociology of literature especially related to the strategy and legitimacy to gain symbolical capital among the communities is applied. The three communities have different strategies to establish their position in Yogyakarta literature. SBD focuses on programs to celebrate literary works, SPS combines literature performance and discussion by focusing on the performance, and DSP combines the performance and discussion by emphasizing on the discussion. The different strategies bring about different levels of legitimacy of the three communities. DSP gains the highest level of legitimacy. Even though SPS and DSP acquire low level of legitimacy, they still offer profits to those who visit them. SPS offers intimacy to people whereas SBD gives celebration of literary works of those want to join the world of literature or to be literary writers.

Abstract

PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. The Palikanci branch is a toll gate support company, but computer Inventory Data Collection which includes servers and is still considered manual data collection so that it consumes a lot of paper and is very vulnerable to being lost and takes a lot of time to collect lost or torn data. To emphasize and learn in understanding the problems as described, the formulation of the problem that researchers can explain is to design a computerized information system for data collection of Jasa Marga's server inventory, create a database for data collection of server inventory items for managers to carry out their work. The purpose of the research is to find out, develop and create an ongoing asset collection application system into the PHP and HTML programming language using the MySQL database. So that researchers can draw conclusions in processing inventory data collection server by implementing applications that have been designed and built in a systematic and structured manner, so that the level of damage in the process of carrying out data collection for seafarers can be resolved.

Abstract

The store is a place for trading activities that provide all daily necessities with a special type of goods. Braden Bike Shop is a store that sells a variety of bicycle products and accessories, but the data collection of sales transactions for goods that have been sold is usually written on sheets of paper and collected paper that has been sold and rewrites items that have been sold manually to new paper to record sales reports every month with the current system, The purpose of this study is to find the rules of the combination of items by looking at the relationships of two or more variables, The method used is the A priori Algorithm Method in data mining techniques, namely the association rule or association rule used using a minimum support of 10% and a minimum of confidence of 50%, The results obtained are 12 rules 2 itemsets and 2 rules 3 itemssets following sales for 1 year using a priori algorithms, namely categories Aviator_GN, Exotic_GN, Interbike_GN, Fastron_GN, Polygon_GN, Seat Covers, Anti-Slip_AS Grips and Bell_AS. Results obtained based on manual calculations and using Rapid Miner software have results above the minimum support of 10%and confidence of 50%.

Abstract

PT. Paragon Furnitama Industry is one of the companies engaged in the production of fabric and leather sofas, back seats, and chair cushions, at this time the inventory process is still done manually because it still uses records in books and Microsoft Excel, the process sometimes finds several problems including data redundancy, discrepancies in stock of goods with records, and providing long reports because data validation is needed first. So that the information received by the parties concerned is very difficult to obtain quickly. To emphasize and study the problems as described, the problem formulation that researchers can explain is to design an inventory information system so that the company's performance is getting better. The Design and Build of this Goods Inventory Information System is built based on a website. The design of the information system uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall method so that this design system is expected to improve performance and performance, especially those related to processing inventory data to making inventory reports at PT. Paragon Furnitama Industry.
