Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix on consumer buying interest in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at Warung Kinoy Kampung Lalang. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample in this study were 96 respondents. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling. The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this test conclude that price and promotion have an effect on consumer buying interest while product and place have no effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan Citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk simpanan Haji dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (KCP) Tebing Tinggi pengaruh yang ingin di ketahui adalah pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian diambil para nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia terutama para nasabah Tabungan Haji sebanyak 96 nasabah dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah Software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Kepercayaan pelanggan, Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada pembelian produk simpanan Haji, Kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk simpanan Haji, Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada produk simpanan Haji, Kepercayaan mampu memediasi Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Kepercayaan mampu memediasi Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada pembelian produk simpanan Haji. Abstract

The substitution of cooking utensils from kerosene stoves to gas stoves causes housewives to consider various brands of stoves in making their purchasing decisions for their daily cooking needs for their families. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and word-of-mouth communication on the Rinnai Gas Stove Purchase Decision on Housewives in Dusun VI, Kuta Baru Village. The independent variables of this study consisted of brand image, price and word-of-mouth communication, while the dependent variable was purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative approach. The primary data was obtained through questionnaire answers from 65 respondents who use the Rinnai gas stove in Hamlet VI, Kuta Baru Village. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis show that Brand Image (X1) affects the Purchasing Decision variable (Y), Price (X2) does not affect the Purchasing Decision (Y), word-of-mouth Communication (X3) affects the Purchasing Decision (Y) and Brand Image (X1), Price (X2) and WoM Communication (X3) influence simultaneously (simultaneously) on the Purchase Decision Variable (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price discounts and in-store displays on customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously on Rizki Net Bandar Masilam customers with a type of quantitative descriptive approach. The method used is the census method in taking the population and sample. The results of the study can be concluded: (1) It can be seen that the value of the adjusted R square is 0.623 or 62.3%. This shows that In Store Display (X2) and Discounts (X1) can explain Customer Satisfaction (Y) of 62.3%, the remaining 37.7% (100% - 62.3%) is explained by other variables outside this research model. (2) The results of the (Partial) t test show that tcount (9.017) > ttable (2.011), and the significance value is 0.00 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the discount (X1) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). (3) The results of the t test (Partial) can be seen that tcount (3.500) > ttable (2.011), and the significance value is 0.00 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that In Store Display (X2) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). (4) The results of the F test can be seen that Fcount (41.413) > Ftable (3.16), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning the Price discount variable (X1), the in store display variable ( X2) has a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on the customer satisfaction variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and packaging on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable for consumers at Aroma Bakery Jl. Thamrin Tebing Tinggi City. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00. The data collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to consumers of Aroma Bakery Shops in Tebing Tinggi City were 96 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely the validity and reliability test. The classical assumption test is normality test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) analysis, hypothesis testing, namely T test and path analysis. The results of SPSS in this study are the product quality affects the buying interest, the packaging affects the buying interest, the product quality affects the purchasing decision, The packaging has effect no significan on purchasing decisions, the buying interest has effect no significan on purchasing decisions and path analysis shows buying interest cannot mediate the relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions, and buying interest can mediate the relationship of packaging to purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reliability and service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction at ELHA Trans Indrapura. The effects we want to know are direct and indirect effects. This type of research is quantitative which is used to obtain or collect information data about a large population, usually using a relatively smaller sample. The sample used in this study was 96 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The test tool used was SmartPLS Software version 3.0. From the results of this test, it can be concluded that Reliability does not have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Reliability does not have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Service Quality does not have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction is unable to mediate the effect between Reliability and Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction is unable to mediate the effect between Service Quality and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Pemasarannya merupakan salah satu elemen yang paling penting dalam dunia bisnis, tanpa adanya pemasaran yang baik maka sebaik apapun produk yang kita hasilnya tidak akan terserap oleh pasar secara maksimal. Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini sendiri adalah untuk mengembangkan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) serta industri kreatif pada masayarakat Desa Paya Lombang Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Khususnya pada produk unggulan desa yaitu produk gula merah melalui pelatihan online marketing. Metode yang dilakukan dengan cara melalukan mengamatan, observasi serta wawancara kepada pelaku UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) di Desa Paya Lombang, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Bahan baku utama pembuatan gula merah di Desa Paya Lombang, Dusun VII, diambil dari pohon aren melalui penyadapan. Air nira harus disaring sebelum dimasak, dan ditambahkan gula putih selama proses pemasakan. Berikutnya gula merah akan mengalami pemekatan/getah yang hampir menghasilkan gula selanjutnya akan dilakukan proses pencetakan, selesai dicetak maka gula merah dibiarkan untuk beberapa waktu sebagai prosespendinginan, setelah proses telah dilakukan makagula merahsiap untuk didistribusikan.Gula merah hemdaknya diberikemasan yang higienis dan lebih menarik dari produk lain serta dengan kualitas dan produk yang lebih baik kualitas. Selanjutnya untuk memaksimalakan hasil penjualan diperlukan media internet agar produk dapat dikenal luas oleh banyak orang dan dapat bersaing serta memiliki pangsa pasar yang meluas.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to find out strategies for empowering MSMEs in increasing income, as well as the benefits for the community, namely receiving guidance and training from the Service Team in developing MSME businesses. The location of this service was carried out in Mandailing Village, Tebing Tinggi Kota District, targeting people who want to open Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is an effort by the central and regional governments. By coaching and empowering MSMEs in the midst of current free trade competition, it can provide encouragement to increase community income. This activity can encourage the economy of a region, not only increasing income but also equalizing income in a region. By providing community development and empowerment in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, job opportunities can be created for the Indonesian people, especially in Mandailing Subdistrict.

Abstract

Fire is a disaster that can result in huge losses and these fire disasters often occur in the middle of residential areas regardless of time, status or even distance. The city of Tebing Tinggi is prone to fire disasters, with fires almost every month. Internship is a student activity given in the final semester of study. Useful for training students to know the world of work. Placing internship students in the Fire Department is useful so that they can help communities experiencing disasters by going through the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The results of this internship provide benefits for both the campus and the Tebing Tinggi city fire department. There is good cooperation between the two institutions.

Abstract

Economic problems are one of the problems that people often face today, both in urban and rural areas. This condition can of course have an influence on their social life and daily activities. Social service is a social service activity that is a form of humanity between people in order to create a sense of love, a sense of helping each other, a sense of mutual care for people who need a helping hand from various parties. The Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation carried out social service activities providing charity food assistance for the umpteenth time in the city of Tebing Tinggi. Focusing on underprivileged communities in the Persikan and Tualang sub-districts as well as janitors and street sweepers, scavengers who depend on their livelihoods at the Tebing Tinggi TPA based on a survey conducted previously with the help of Tzu Chi Buddhist Volunteers and Volunteers guided by good government officials from Padang Hulu District and Tualang and Persikan Subdistricts along with hamlet heads and local communities. The activity was right on target because before the distribution of basic necessities a survey had been carried out at houses with predetermined criteria and during the implementation it went in an orderly and smooth manner without any problems, because it had gone through the briefing and direction stages for 130 volunteers and volunteers.
