Abstract

Promosi adalah suatu kegiatan menawarkan dan menperkenalkan suatu brand dan produk baik barang maupun jasa kepada masyarakat luas. Kampus merupakan organisasi pada bidang pendidikan, dan termasuk dalam kategori organisasi nonprofit. Dunia bisnis yang terpuruk setelah pandemi covid - 19, sangat berdampak pada semua sektor, tidak terkecuali pada bidang pendidikan. Rendahnya minat masyarakat mengkuliahkan putra - putri mereka di STIE Bina Karya mengakibatkan penurunan jumlah peserta didik. Salah satu sistem promosi menggunakan model kanvas lebih diterapkan selain menjalankan promosi yang lainnya. Harapan utama agar prospek penyebaran informasi kampus dapat tersampaikan ke khalayak masyarakat lebih luas dari tahun sebelumnya dan capaian jumlah mahasiswa baru bisa meningkat

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan wujud nyata implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang menghubungkan mahasiswa dengan kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Kegiatan KKN di Kelurahan Pelita, Kecamatan Bajenis, Kota Tebing Tinggi dilaksanakan pada 2–31 Agustus 2025 dengan pendekatan holistik yang mencakup bidang pendidikan, ekonomi, lingkungan, sosial, dan literasi keuangan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal, perencanaan bersama, implementasi program, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan minat baca masyarakat melalui revitalisasi Perpustakaan Mini Pelita, penguatan ekonomi lokal dengan pendataan UMKM serta digitalisasi melalui Google Maps, penerapan inovasi lingkungan berupa tong sampah minim asap, penguatan modal sosial melalui kegiatan HUT RI ke-80, serta peningkatan literasi keuangan rumah tangga. Program ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi lintas bidang memberikan dampak lebih komprehensif dalam mendukung keberlanjutan masyarakat

Abstract

Household financial management is crucial for a family's operational well-being. Managing finances requires precision and ingenuity. This must be adjusted to the family's income, which will be used for daily expenses and a portion set aside for savings and investment. The problem arises from a lack of financial literacy, resulting in many housewives lacking an adequate understanding of basic financial concepts, such as budgeting, distinguishing between needs and wants, and even not knowing how to save and invest their money. The implementation of the Ceria Village Community Service Program (KKN) involving students, lecturers, and partners. Conducting outreach to the community and providing financial literacy in the villages of Bagelen, Pelita, and Pinang Mancung. The objective of this activity was to strengthen understanding of financial literacy and investment, with the theme "Smart Household Economy, Safe Investment." The outreach method used included lectures and a Q&A session. Discussions, including the material and Q&A sessions, addressed issues emerging during the event, and quizzes were administered to improve participant understanding. The results showed that participants gained new knowledge about family financial management and recognized the importance of financial literacy in improving family well-being.

Abstract

This study explains how the Marketing Strategy in Increasing the Selling Value of Oyster Mushroom Cultivation. In this community service, it is focused on oyster mushroom cultivators, in Blok Village. 10, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This community service is carried out in Blok Village. 10, Dolok Masihul Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, because this village has high potential in oyster mushroom cultivation. Cultivated edible mushrooms such as: straw mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, ear mushrooms and dark chocolate mushrooms.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the level of service satisfaction at the Medang Deras Village Hall office, Batubara Regency. Using a Quantitative Descriptive type of research with a sample of 96 respondents who are residents of Medang Deras Village. Data was processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25.00. From this research it can be concluded that facilities influence community satisfaction. Village Official Behavior Variables have no effect on Services. Administration influences the Community Satisfaction Variable. The dominant influence on the level of service satisfaction is the administrative variable

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Instagram Social Media, Location and Price Perception on Purchasing Decisions at Kawan Kofie in Tebing Tinggi City. The research method used is a quantitative method using the help of the SPSS version 25.00 program. The nature of the research used is replication. The sample of this study was 96 respondents, namely Kawan Kofie consumers in Tebing Tinggi City. The data collection method used was a questionnaire and literature study. The analysis method used in this study was using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are Instagram social media influences purchasing decisions at Kawan Kofie, Location does not influence purchasing decisions at Kawan Kofie, Price perception influences purchasing decisions at Kawan Kofie and Instagram social media, location and price perception simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Kawan Kofie.

Abstract

MSMEs play a vital role in the country's economic growth by significantly contributing to job creation, poverty alleviation, and economic equality. Peanut bread is one of the typical souvenirs from the city of Tebing Tinggi besides lemang and other products. Currently, the development of peanut bread production businesses is increasingly widespread in Tebing Tinggi with various brands and flavors. One of them is the Mpok Atik peanut bread brand. One of the problems faced by this MSME is limited capital, where there is competition from large producers, and market access is still limited. This campus collaborative activity program is a type of community service activity in helping solve problems that exist in the community / MSMEs. The enlightenment provided by the team about digitalization plays a vital role in driving the growth of the Mpok Atik peanut bread MSME. By implementing various digital-based marketing, MSMEs can compete in the increasingly competitive modern era by utilizing technology to increase market access, improve brand image, and remain competitive. This peanut bread MSME excels because its products have the characteristics of a local identity, authentic taste.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the social media marketing strategies used by Isma Ayam Penyet and provide recommendations for development based on field findings. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach involving in-depth interviews. The analysis results show that Isma Ayam Penyet implements three main strategies, namely marketing through Facebook with simple content, word-of-mouth marketing, and WhatsApp for delivery services. It has been proven that these strategies increase brand awareness and expand market reach, but they have limitations in terms of content variation and platform diversification. Based on this analysis, this research suggests enhancing digital marketing effectiveness by developing a multi-platform strategy, improving content quality, and optimizing customer engagement
